After coming out of the water cave, go to the dry cave. The dry cave is relatively small and there is no water in it. Walk around and see for yourself, and you will come out in ten minutes. After coming out of the dry cave, I took a battery car to go to the Geological Museum. I still have to say that there are fewer people, so it is very good to just take the battery car without grabbing seats and queuing. The geological museum is quite large and free, with various ores and fossils. The girl likes and is curious. After coming out of the museum, go to the petrified wood kingdom. The petrified wood kingdom is like a small park inside.

When I went to Shuidong, I saw all kinds of mutton soup restaurants along the way, which must be the specialty of this place. I inquired from the staff of the petrified wood kingdom that the Tujia cuisine of Pengfei sheep soup is very good. So after coming out of the water hole, I went straight to the sheep soup restaurant. It takes about 15 minutes to drive there. It really lived up to expectations. We, 2 adults and 1 child, ordered two bowls of mutton soup, one serving of scrambled eggs with potatoes, and one serving of ox tongue cake. Although we were hungry, we still couldn't finish it. The mutton soup is rich in meat but a little greasy. When you can drink it, take out the oil on it and drink it. Potato scrambled eggs are delicious, with the taste of home cooking. The ox tongue cake is so sweet and soft.

After eating and drinking, we checked in at Gloria Yuexiang Hotel. Booked on Ctrip in advance. Before coming to Benxi, I inspected many hotels with various evaluations, and finally decided on this one. It really lived up to expectations. This restaurant was opened in 2018. The facilities inside are relatively clean, and the breakfast is also good. But there are too few parking spaces on the ground at his house. When we went there, we happened to catch up with the lack of parking spaces, and then we were arranged in the underground parking lot of the community where we were. After parking, we walked 200 meters to check in at the hotel.

Check out after breakfast and head to Guanmen Mountain. I struggled for a while last night whether to go to Guanmen Mountain this season. After all, the fare is the same as in autumn, but there are no maple leaves. Not only are there no maple leaves, but there is no grass. Later, I decided to take a look at Guanmen Mountain in early spring. After going to Guanmen Mountain, we found that we were in the right place.

At this time, in Guanmen Mountain, the ice is melting, life is being bred, small flowers are blooming, and the breath of spring is evident in the dead branches and leaves. For those of us who have bid farewell to winter for a while, it is exciting to see the ice again. Although there is ice, but the winter is over, it is appropriate to wear light down or cotton clothes (for people like me who are not resistant to frost).

Considering that it takes more than 5 hours to drive from Dalian to Benxi, the time is a bit long and the driver is a little tired. In addition, there are preferential activities for Yingkou Yujingshan hot spring accommodation hot springs in the Dalian group. Therefore, when designing the route, I deliberately chose to stay in Yingkou for one night when going from Benxi to Dalian. In this way, it takes more than 4 hours from Guanmenshan to Yingkou, and more than 2 hours from Yingkou to Dalian. In this way, driving is not tiring and playing is also good. So after leaving Guanmen Mountain, go straight to Yujingshan Hot Spring. It was already evening when we arrived at Yujingshan Hot Spring. After a simple meal, we went to the hot spring pool to soak in the hot spring. The accommodation in Yujingshan Hot Spring is very good. The hot spring mainly focuses on outdoor hot springs such as various medicinal treatments. Soaking in the hot springs at night is a different scene. There are very few people at night, and sometimes there are only 3 of us left after a wave. Watching the stars bathe in the hot spring, listening to the girls singing and chatting for a while, chatting with each other, it is really wonderful.

April 7

Have breakfast in the morning (the breakfast is good, the hotel is very attentive, there are all kinds of children's tableware), pack up your luggage, go to the hot spring for a while, check out at noon, and go back home. In the afternoon, return to your warm home in Dalian.
