For people who travel frequently, going from Shanghai to Beijing is nothing special, is it? But for those who don't have the opportunity to travel for business, a once in a lifetime trip to Beijing is already a big deal. After all, who would go to another city repeatedly?

I belong to the occasional business trip to Beijing.

This is my fifth time to Beijing. All of them are on the pretext of business trips, using the corner time to wander around the streets and alleys of Beijing.

It has been about 10 years since the last time I went to Beijing, 10 years~~ It feels like a blink of an eye, and the memory has never been blurred, as if it was just yesterday.

Ji Hotel (Beijing Andingmen)

This time I went to Beijing for a business trip, and I didn’t intend to play at all, so the principle of finding a hotel was to be close to the company. Fortunately, the location of the company is relatively prosperous, and the location of this all-season hotel is not bad. It is opposite to Guozijian Street. I wanted to get up early to go shopping, but I got up early and went to Jingshan...

It's the first time I've lived in the whole season, and the impression is very good. Although the clean corners can't be hard to pick, the decoration style is very suitable for business travelers. Overall, it feels very comfortable. There is also a robot in their family, which will guide people and deliver food (it is said), usually it stays by the wall to charge, once it came to the elevator, it turned out that the elevator was full of people, and it muttered over there Yu said that he was going to take the next elevator, which felt really cute. Check-in is also very different. I feel that there is no need for manual labor at the front desk. Put the ID card on a self-service machine, and the door card will be spit out. Well, it feels like this is the general trend.

It is said that their porridge for breakfast is delicious, but unfortunately I came back late because I went out to play, so I didn't have breakfast. When I went to the front desk to ask if it was already past breakfast, the front desk kindly gave me two pieces of pastries and a can of milk. At that time, I didn't expect that these were all I had been running around all day. Food, thank you so much!

Nanluoguxiang

When I went to Nanluoguxiang 10 years ago, it was very early in the morning, very clean, the shops were not open, and the buildings were all original. I walked for 3 hours and looked at the doors and walls that were similar to each other. I feel dull, those former "historical buildings" have become residential houses, and there is a sign of "no visits" hanging on the door.

Ten years later, I rode a shared bicycle and came to Nanluoguxiang at night. Because of the epidemic period, you need to make an appointment to go in. Fortunately, you can make an appointment on the spot. At night, Nanluoguxiang is still very lively, and there is an endless stream of tourists. It is mainly the commercial street in the middle, with neat shops. Occasionally, you can see a bright signboard in the alley extending from the side, but because it is too dark, I didn't explore it.

The commercial street in the middle sells the same commodities and snacks as the old street of the ancient town in the north and south. I even saw a sachet shop in the ancient town of Zhujiajiao, and there was a puppet grinding spices at the door. But most of the products are still relatively Beijing. I lingered in those souvenir shops and wanted to buy them all. Finally, I chose Rabbit Master refrigerator magnets and Great Wall puzzles. I also found a bookmark that I couldn’t put it down. It can also be used as a ruler. This is the best souvenir I've bought in a while. There are two or three of these similar souvenir shops on the whole street, because I bought things in two of them separately, so I found out that the owner is the same person! There are even more similar small commodity stores selling goods that are widely distributed. There are also shops selling the same food, at least two of them are exactly the same. The same goes for fans, and so does the post-80s snacks. If only one of the same shops could be kept, the whole street would be about half empty. However, the same advantage is that when you miss the previous one, you don't need to go back, because there are exactly the same ones behind you.

Let’s talk about food, the only disadvantage of shopping alone is that you can’t eat too much, because your stomach is not big enough.

I was first attracted by "jishiguo", not because of the name, but because it looks delicious. In fact, it is a crunchy puff stick inserted into the ice cream, and it costs 38 yuan a piece! ! ! I still bought it. The first bite is really delicious~~ If two or three people can eat it separately, this delicious feeling will continue forever, but I eat it alone, so I get tired of it later, and it takes up too much of my stomach. There are too many, why can't they be sold in small, medium, and large portions? I only need 2 sticks.

After resting for a long time, when passing by No. 69 Zhajiang Noodles of Fangzhuanchang, because of the high popularity inside and the photos of so many celebrities on the wall, I went in again to eat. This fried noodle reminds me of the bowl I once ate in Bada Hutong. I remember that there were more bowls at that time, at least 8. I poured my favorite ingredients into the noodles, and added some sauce, but at first I put less sauce, and it tasted a little bland, and then I added some more sauce, only to find that the essence of mixed sauce noodles is in the sauce! The mixed sauce noodles with plenty of sauce taste very good. Even when I was full, I ate everything, so I couldn't eat anything later.

In fact, the main reason is that the snacks on this street are too expensive. A short sausage, 15 yuan!

A roast duck roll, 30 yuan! I remember that only 18 yuan was sold in Shanghai! Maybe the roast duck inside is not as rolled as they are? !

In the end, I went to Wenyu Cheese Shop to pack a piece of cheese and take it back to the hotel to eat. I don't know if it was because of the shaking on the road or because I didn't eat it on the spot. When I ate it, it was a little watery. It was a waste, but it felt like I had to finish it.

After visiting Nanluoguxiang, I feel that there is no taste of the capital here, but you can buy some souvenirs to go home.

Jingshan & Corner Tower

Thank you for sharing bicycles for making travel so convenient.

At 7:30 in the morning, I have arrived at the entrance of Jingshan Mountain, and I decided to go to the top of the mountain to take a look at the Forbidden City. If I have time, I really want to enter the palace three times.

Jingshan in the early morning is very quiet, there are no tourists, only the uncles and aunts who got up early, boxing and exercising on the top of Jingshan early in the morning.

My purpose is to go to the top of the mountain to see the Forbidden City, climb all the way up, and see a few resting pavilions on the upper waist, with wild peach blossoms in early spring, which is also enchanting.

Almost half an hour later, I moved to the next attraction.

We have already arrived here, we must go to the corner tower to take a picture. I still remember the last time I took a picture of a turret, a very friendly person told me how to take a picture of a turret. This time, I definitely did a better job than last time!

Beihai Park

I hesitated and struggled for a while to go to Beihai Park, and then decided to go. After all, the peach blossoms are in full bloom.

When we arrived at the gate of Beihai Park, it was not yet 9:00. To enter the Baita Scenic Spot on Qionghua Island, you need to buy another ticket, and the gate opens at 9 o'clock. Walk in from the door, go around to the north, climb up, and walk slowly. It takes about 15 minutes, and the time is just right.

The peach blossoms on the west side of the White Pagoda were already in full bloom, so I just took a photo of them. Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day, and the photos I took were not bright enough. The White Pagoda is not white, and the peach blossoms are not bright.

It happened that there were two tourists who went out with a beautiful little parrot, and everyone patted the two little birds wildly. Beijing is such a magical place! There is no need to bring a bird cage for walking birds.

After taking pictures around the White Pagoda for a while, I went all the way down Qionghua Island from the south. This road is full of steep and straight steps. It seems that it is easier for me to climb up from the back mountain and then down from the front mountain. Although it is not very high, for older people, the psychological burden of crawling upwards may be lighter.

The rest of the time is for my business trip. Thanks again for sharing bicycles for making traveling so convenient. I don’t have to wait for the car or listen to the driver’s nonsense. I can roam around the entire Dongcheng District. Riding a bicycle in the alleys of a strange city is a great feeling!

Beijing is always special.
