If it is a dream to come to Tibet, then this dream has already been planted, only the sunshine and rain that broke through the ground to germinate. After coming to Tibet, many people told me that if they can come to Tibet alone, they all have stories. I'm also a storyteller. On the way of growing up, I firmly believe that there is some kind of intricate and indescribable fate between people, people and things. When the fate comes, meeting each other and getting to know each other is another new story.

Two years ago, I consulted a doctor. The doctor’s advice was that I had better not go to Tibet. I thought that I would never have the chance to go to Tibet in my life. It doesn't matter if you don't go, the world is so big, where in the world can't you play? At the beginning of June 2019, the unsatisfactory life, the emotions that have no place to rest, and many realities that you cannot control, made me think of Tibet again. I consulted the doctor again and checked the blood routine and blood coagulation. Everything is normal . After studying the strategy for a week, I decided to book the train ticket to Lhasa on June 24 without any hesitation or wavering. Because I read a lot on the Internet, Gao Fan was so uncomfortable, "lingering" Gao Fan, after staying in Lhasa for 3 days, Gao Fan seriously chose to leave such experience sharing, and I gradually felt insecure in my heart. If you really want to encounter a serious high-profile reaction, the next move is to fly back to Beijing from Lhasa. If I went to Tibet and the high-level reaction was serious, at least I have been here and experienced it, and I have no regrets. On June 21, the degree was conferred; on June 22, the graduation ceremony; on June 23, the class took graduation photos, and everything was carried out step by step. On June 24, I set off from Tianjin West, and set foot on Beijing to Z21 train in Tibet. Before coming to Lhasa, I have traveled to 15 countries, but never left any words. A friend told me, "You can write a travel guide by the way, and the story can be shared with more people." When I opened the photo album and saw the photos from the past, there was a clear and warm memory behind the photos. For the first time, I sighed in my heart, the footprint of time is worth recording, and life needs affection. Looking back at these words and pictures in the future, there should be no surprises and memories in my heart. Therefore, starting from this trip to Tibet, I am going to write my travel notes with my heart. The first article will be reserved for the trip to Mount Everest Base Camp that will make me unforgettable in my life, moving and shocking my heart.

After arriving in Lhasa, I chose the way of local report group, 6 days (3 days in Nyingchi + 1 day in Yanghu + 1 day in Lhasa + 1 day in Namtso) + Mount Everest Base Camp (4 days). In the first 6 days, everything went surprisingly smoothly. There has never been a single bit of high reaction. You can't get carried away when you are proud, and it makes sense to keep a low profile. Before the Mount Everest trip officially started, a series of episodes appeared one after another. The day before going to Mount Everest, I set off for Namco by car at 6:40 in the morning. When I entered the Nagenla Mountain Pass at an altitude of 5,190 meters in the Namtso scenic spot at noon, the black clouds in the picture showed their power, and a large hailstorm suddenly fell. The spirit of persistence, finally, all the people who wanted to take pictures with this stele were smashed away by the hailstorm, and only me and the young lady from another group were left to take pictures. As a result, the photo was taken, but the clothes were all wet. After driving for 40 minutes, the bumpy car, wet clothes, and heavy rain outside the window made me feel very sour. When we arrived at Namtso, the sun came out, and the sun was so bright that we dried our clothes directly. I had so much fun, I rode a bull by the lake to take pictures, and then jumped and took pictures, watching the red-billed gulls, completely forgetting that this is already a plateau of 5,000 meters, and forgetting the suggestion of drinking more hot water when I catch a cold, or It more or less caused motion sickness on the second day's trip to Mount Everest. I just returned to Lhasa in the evening, and I received a call from the driver of the Mount Everest section saying that I should not bring a big suitcase. Thinking about my 26-inch suitcase, I had to put the jacket and other things that I would use for the past 4 days into a bag. Thinking about where I can find a big bag alone at night, the bag is too heavy to carry, with the spirit of stalking, fighting wits and courage, and never giving up until the Yellow River, I decided never to give up my suitcase, and first look for it. I communicated with the travel agency of the newspaper group, and the result of the communication was to put the things I needed these days into bags and store the boxes in the hotel; seeing that it was 10 o'clock in the evening, I decided to use the last countermeasure, call the driver in person, and finally concluded with my success ending. Because I need to apply for a border defense certificate to go to Mount Everest, I checked the route from the hotel I stayed to the border defense building at night, set the alarm clock, and lay on the bed with mixed feelings and a low mood. The uncles, aunts and friends who played with me for 6 days were the next day. They all returned home, and I was the only one who formed a new group to go to Mount Everest the next day. There was no high reaction in Namtso, Nyingchi Yanghu, Lhasa. Will there really be no discomfort on Mount Everest? I can no longer use my imagination to make up the experience of the next 4 days, because the height above 5,000 meters above sea level is a height that I have never reached in my life. I have no experience, no experience, no experience, and only various hearsay in my mind. Lhasa ushered in the highest temperature in history of 30.3 degrees in those few days, hot and dry and little rain, but the night before the departure, it rained heavily with lightning, thunder and thunder.

My four day itinerary is as follows:

Day1 Lhasa - Yanghu Lake - Karola Glacier - Shigatse
Day2 Shigatse - Mucun Soil Forest - Everest Base Camp
Day3 Everest Base Camp - Lazi - Tashilhunpo Monastery - Shigatse
Day4 Shigatse - Tibetan Home Visit - Lhasa - Barkhor Street - Watch "Princess Wencheng" performance

Day1 woke up early in the morning, and the rain was still sparsely falling. I got up at seven o'clock to wash my hair, and went downstairs to the hotel to have breakfast before my hair was completely dried. I set off with my big suitcase. I couldn't get a taxi on a rainy day, and arrived at the border defense building at 8:30. I just got out of the car and saw a lot of people at the gate of the border defense building. I met a brother who also went to Mount Everest. He was surprised that a girl like me came to Tibet to go to Mount Everest by himself. Maybe it was fate. Later, I met him at the base camp of Mount Everest. Several times, I added WeChat and got the beautiful night sky of Mount Everest. According to the license plate number, I quickly found the organization and saw the driver with a friendly face. I remind everyone not to bring too much luggage when going to Mount Everest, because they are all small cars, full of people, and there are really not many places left for luggage. Luggage If you can't put it on the road, everyone will feel very uncomfortable. After getting on the bus, I found that there were only seats next to and behind the driver. In order to enjoy the scenery, I sat next to the driver. Because the frontier building didn’t go to work until 9:30, everyone had to wait at the door, and then chatted about where we were. The experience of traveling in Tibet is completely different from the group members who were mainly middle-aged people in the first six days. The Everest section is obviously all young people, 13 people, 1 pair of mother and daughter, 3 young ladies together, and the remaining 5 single girls 3 Shan Nan, I deeply feel that everyone is really courageous. When you are young, you need to go out more and try more. At about 10 o'clock, I got the team pass, left Lhasa, and officially started the itinerary of the Mount Everest section. The first day of the itinerary is Lhasa - Yanghu Lake - Karola Glacier - Shigatse. At that time, after reporting to the group, I found out that the Yanghu part of the itinerary was heavy. The Yanghu itinerary had been passed 3 days ago. In addition, I was separated from the partners I met a few days ago. The new partners have not been very familiar with each other. After passing through Tibet The body may also enter a period of fatigue after the 7-day travel, and the visual aesthetics are also tired. Today's enthusiasm has been reduced by half. The little sister next to me sighed that it was raining today, and the sky was covered with dark clouds, which was not good. The driver smiled and said that it was his mood to play. The car just drove out of the city, and I was sitting in the first row, but I felt dizzy. I told myself not to think about it. It might be much better to relax, but psychotherapy didn’t help at all. On the road of Yanghu, I stopped to rest and changed places with the little brother in the back row, but the situation did not improve at all. The area of psychological shadow has become bigger and bigger, because I am a person who never gets motion sickness, and I have not had a high reaction in Lhasa for 7 days. Now I have no physical discomfort in the Yanghu scenic spot passing by. I just got out of Lhasa, and I arrived Will the Everest summit become more serious? I contacted the young lady of the newspaper group, and she analyzed that the reason why I didn't wash my hair in the morning and didn't dry it might be because of the rain yesterday. I gradually felt that my symptoms should not be high fever, but motion sickness. When I went to the place for lunch, I put all the motion sickness stickers I brought in the suitcase. It was really hard to take them. The Beijing lady who was traveling with me gave me the motion sickness stickers and put them on. After lunch, I arrived at Yanghu Scenic Area. My friend said that Yanghu Lake has different scenery and different colors in different weathers. Although I have been here before, I can feel it again with a new mood. I quickly felt the essence of my friend's words. The driver stopped at Yanghu Scenic Area 3 times, and only one time was the same as the previous few days. Therefore, I took a photo of the net red sheep that I had ignored a few days ago. When I reached the top of the mountain, I changed the angle from the last time I took the photo and found that it was true. It is not the same beauty.

After finishing the Yanghu Lake Scenic Area, it took about two hours to drive to the Karola Glacier. I heard from the tour guide that if you don’t go to Mount Everest and only visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery in Shigatse, you can choose to take the train to Shigatse. The train journey takes about 3 hours, so you can go back and forth on the same day in Lhasa Shigatse, but you can’t go to Yanghu Lake and Karuo Pulling the glacier, if time is tight, you can also choose to take the train to Shigatse and then go to Mount Everest. I still prefer to take the bus, although it takes a long time, but you can see the scenery. The Karola Glacier is located at the junction of Langkazi County and Gyangze County in the Shannan region of Tibet, about 71 kilometers away from Gyangze County. It is one of the three major continental glaciers in Tibet. Since the movies "Red River Valley", "The Battle of Gyangze" and "Yunshui Ballad" have been filmed here, the Karola Glacier is very famous. In front of the main glacier, there is a small road to climb up. After going up, we will be very close to the glacier and feel more immersive. But we just got out of the car and walked a few steps before it rained hail again. Five or six people in the team could not help I climbed up with the hailstorm, thinking about the motion sickness in the morning, and going to Mount Everest tomorrow, I must not catch a cold, I hesitated and walked halfway, decided not to go up, took pictures of the scenery nearby, and then returned to the car. The weather on the plateau is really changeable every day, and it varies from day to day. Continue to set off for Shigatse after 5:00 pm. The scenery of this section is really good, because the rapeseed flowers in Tibet on the plateau bloom relatively late, and you can see beautiful rapeseed flowers in July and August. Our master on the Everest section is really good. , When you see a good scenery, you will stop to let us take pictures, and you will also tell us how to take good pictures, and you will be our exclusive photographer. Although the depression in the morning has improved and the physical discomfort has disappeared, the temper and hypocrisy are still there. The driver enthusiastically wanted to take pictures for me, but I said bluntly that I didn't want to take pictures. Now that I think about it, I really blame myself. It’s really important to be in a good mood when I come out to play. I feel that I have let down a warm kindness. Thinking about meeting people on the road because of fate, I am determined to be in a good mood tomorrow. On the way to Shigatse, I often have to get out of the car to check my ID card and border defense card. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the outside of the car was pitch black, and we were the only car on the road. Occasionally, the county towns we passed by were not bright. It's been 10 days, and I really feel a little homesick. Finally arrived in Shigatse after 9:00 in the evening. After dinner, the driver took us to rent military coats, oxygen, sleeping bags, etc. for the Everest base camp. The military coat is 150 yuan, and the oxygen is 600 yuan. The oxygen includes transportation to your tent in the Everest base camp. In fact, the army coat is quite clean, and when you wear it at night, you can feel the smell of laundry detergent. When I was looking for strategies on the Internet, I saw a lot of examples of high-reverse Mt. Everest, as well as the precautions explained by the driver. Finally, for safety reasons, we rented a large bottle of oxygen with our companions. Although we brought our own jackets, but Afraid of the cold, I rented a military coat. Therefore, the first day of the 4-day itinerary should be the most exhausting. It is 11 o'clock at the place where I live, and I have to pack the boxes. The boxes must be stored in the hotel and bring some necessities to Mount Everest.

Day2 After breakfast the next day, we set off for Mount Everest Base Camp at 8 o'clock. There will be no signal on the mobile phone intermittently on the road, and the signal of telecommunications and mobile is relatively better. At eleven o’clock, the driver stopped by the road to rest. The scenery here is so beautiful. There is a straight road that can’t be seen at a glance. The mountains in the distance are faintly covered with snow. I am excited to go to Mount Everest. The lovely person I know is in the state of resurrection with full blood. Brothers and sisters are all taking pictures, but I am too big, with a height of 1.76 meters. Under the guidance of my brothers, I feel so uncoordinated no matter how I jump. I feel really tired after jumping for a while. Don't do too much strenuous exercise on the plateau. Everyone took pictures for half an hour, and then continued driving for more than ten minutes to the place to eat. This was the first time to eat boxed lunch in Tibet for more than ten days. After eating, we went to the earth forest not far away. This earth forest attraction just opened this year When it is open, you can see various vertical stone pillars, and listen carefully to the sound of running water below.

After leaving the soil forest, we arrived at the location of the eco-car at the Everest Base Camp after driving for about six hours. That road is so bumpy that I think about life. There is a cliff next to it. The height is too high to turn on the air conditioner. There was no chatter before. I was really afraid that the noise would affect the driver's driving. In fact, the real situation is that I have no intention of talking. After driving for 20 minutes, I stopped to rest, and my WeChat steps counted up to 20,000 steps. At this moment, I really feel that the driver is not easy; that section of very rough dirt road and such a high altitude is still in the village, and I saw a mother Standing on the side of the road with the children, everyone handed them some food. In contrast, we feel that we are really happy. It is only a 4-day journey to Mount Everest. The plateau, lack of oxygen, bumpy roads, and inconvenient transportation, but for most of the people who live here, it is a lifetime. At 7:00, we finally arrived at the location where we could transfer to the eco-car at the Everest Base Camp. After June 25, 2019, if you enter the Everest Base Camp, you have to take an Everest eco-car. The cost is 120 yuan. It takes about 20 minutes and 30 kilometers. The place to get off is the tent of the base camp. You can vaguely see Mount Everest from the eco-car, and the highest peak in the world is right in front of you. That feeling is so realistic. When we arrived at the base camp, everyone gradually had a little altitude sickness. At 5200m, the driver of the eco-car driver suggested that everyone breathe oxygen in the tent before going out to take pictures of the scenery. I couldn't wait, so I went out with my friends after 7 o'clock, and I still had to walk a long way to reach the stele with the altitude record and the logo of the base camp. On the way, we walked as slowly as possible, and wechat video with family and friends to let them see Mount Everest. Almost everyone asked me why Mount Everest is so short. The analysis is because our location is already 5200 meters above sea level. The Mount Everest that can be seen from the location is only more than 3,000 meters away, probably because the relative location is different. Lacking a little luck that night, a cloud blocked Mount Everest, and did not see the true face of Mount Everest. The wind is getting stronger and stronger. I took a few photos in Rongbuk Monastery. I hurried back to tent No. 49 after nine o’clock. The 6 people ate the unforgettable Everest yak hot pot together. I feel that Tibetans are very real. The hot pot meat they usually eat is all It's a big piece, it should be the most unforgettable hot pot meal in life. In the Everest base camp, there are buckets of instant noodles for dinner, which are free. Remember that there are also fried rice and hot pot. The rice should be 30, and the hot pot is 80. After eating and playing with the mobile phone, I lay down after ten o'clock. Although I didn't have a high reaction, with the mentality of not being wasted, I decided to lie down and inhale oxygen with my friends. What makes me unforgettable is the noisy KTV in the Everest Base Camp. There was a voice of "wow, it's so beautiful" outside the tent after eleven o'clock. I couldn't bear it. I finally got up from the bed at twelve o'clock to look at the night sky. It was really shocking and beautiful. This is the closest place to the sky. The Milky Way is so clear, but it is a pity that the photos of the mobile phone can never be reproduced. After a long time of research with the friends outside the tent, the photos taken by the Apple mobile phone are pitch black, but the effect of the time-lapse photography of the Huawei mobile phone is amazing. No matter how I took the photo, it was dark, so I finally gave up and decided that I should appreciate the night sky and keep the beauty in my heart. The wind on Mount Everest at night was too strong, so I decided to go back to sleep after watching it for a while. When I went back to the tent to lie down after two o'clock, I felt obviously different from before. The wind blowing the tent was whistling, and I felt that no matter how strong the wind was, it could blow the tent up. This night is destined to be unforgettable. Fortunately, the night was calm and there was no high reaction.

Day3 I got up at 6:30 in the morning and decided to go to see Mount Everest again, but my companions didn't get up. A person walked towards the front of the core area in a daze, and there were still floating clouds. Fortunately, after waiting for half an hour, the clouds cleared, and seeing the true face of Mount Everest, it can be regarded as the golden mountain of sunshine. Because we have to go in an eco-car after 8 o'clock, the actual time spent in the Everest base camp is only about 12 hours. When walking, I took three steps and looked back, reluctant to let go, I really want to see Mount Everest a few more times. On the way away from Mount Everest, I could clearly see the way I came yesterday. The 72nd turn of the Nujiang River on the Sichuan-Tibet line is the most thrilling section of the road on the entire Sichuan-Tibet line. It climbs from the lowest point of 3100 meters above sea level to the highest point of Yela Mountain Pass. At an altitude of 4,658 meters, it circles down to Bangda Town at an altitude of 4,100 meters. The whole journey is thrilling. At the Gawula Mountain Pass viewing platform below Mount Everest, you can see the whole picture of the 108 turns of Mount Everest. All 108 turns are back turns, arranged neatly in a spiral, and I am amazed. In the distance is the Himalayas. Many mountains over 8000m in the world surround Mount Everest. Leaving Tingri, passing through Lazi, returning to Shigatse, after a one-night trip to Mount Everest Base Camp, everyone is quite tired at this time.

After returning to Dashigatse at 4:00 in the afternoon, four or five group members were tired and gave up the visit to Tashilhunpo Monastery. But I think it is still worth going, and this is also the biggest attraction in Shigatse. The Potala Palace is the residence of the Dalai Lama; the Tashilhunpo Monastery is the residence of the Panchen Lama. Together with the "three major monasteries" Ganden Monastery, Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery in Lhasa, they are collectively known as the "Four Great Monasteries" of the Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. ". Entering the Tashilhunpo Monastery, I visited it for about 2 hours. The temple is backed by the mountain, and the location is in the treasure of Fengshui in terms of Fengshui. Explanations like the Potala Palace and Tashilhunpo Monastery are charged, but I think the explanation is necessary. If you want to go in and visit by yourself, if you are not very clear about the culture of Tibet and Buddhism, you can only turn around and come out. In places rich in religious culture, an understanding of religious history can indeed allow us to get more involved in contemporary cultural and spiritual connotations. I listened to the explanation and told many stories about the tenth Panchen Lama, from searching for the reincarnated soul boy to drawing lots from the golden urn. He is also the only Panchen Lama who has ever been married, and his daughter is called the princess of Tibet. The 10th Panchen Lama seemed to have sensed the approach of death before his death. He flew back to Tibet by special plane from Beijing, brought back all his belongings in Beijing, performed a consecration ceremony for a new main hall in Tashilhunpo Monastery, and was The believers touch their heads and give blessings. A few days later, he died of a heart attack. The Tenth Panchen Lama is remembered by the people because of his great contribution and charisma. People, perhaps have faith, will be in awe. On the plateau where the Buddha shines, Tibetans can really feel their religious devotion in their homes. They can leave the necessary property for a year and donate the rest to the temple. They kowtow and travel thousands of miles to worship.

Day4 According to the itinerary of the newspaper group, on the fourth day, Shigatse returned to Lhasa, and visited Tibetans’ homes on the way. After listening to the stories and history told by Tibetans, I learned more about Tibetan culture and life. I went back to the hotel where I was staying after 5 o’clock. It was still early, so I went to Barkhor Street with my friends and checked in the Internet celebrity A Diao milk tea. The taste was okay, not as amazing as expected, but the small shop was very literature and art. After walking for more than 10 minutes, I arrived at Guangminggang Qiongtian Teahouse. As soon as I entered, I found a sea of people. We didn’t pay for the sticks at the same place, and the waiter didn’t speak Chinese very smoothly. We were confused, and when we went, the potato sticks were also sold out, so we decided to change to another one with our friends. Finally, I went to my sister’s Fried Potato Headquarters, and ate fried potato chips, which were more distinctive, freshly fried very crispy, and ordered gluten and jelly; I saw many people buying food similar to ice cream in the refrigerator. After we bought two, we studied For a long time, I was very embarrassed and didn’t know how to eat. The ice was hard and I couldn’t get it out. The aunt in the store looked at us and smiled. She didn’t understand the language and didn’t understand Chinese. In desperation, I went to the kitchen to ask. The young lady made a rub The movement of the cup is like this. After rubbing it, the milk ice inside can be taken out and eaten. The taste is not bad, and the milk flavor is very strong. On the way to Mount Everest, I heard that people in the same company had watched "Princess Wencheng" and said it was worth watching, so I asked the driver to book a ticket on the last day, and there was a car to pick up and drop off. A minibus came to pick us up at our scheduled location around 8:00. The show started at 9:00 and ended around 11:10. The stage play "Princess Wencheng" mainly tells the story of Princess Wencheng from leaving Chang'an of the Tang Dynasty to Lhasa after going through hardships, praising Gampo for building the Potala Palace for her, and bringing the 12-year-old Sakyamuni statue to Tibet for Princess Wencheng The story of the Jokhang Temple was built. The expressions of many scenes are very realistic, including real horses and sheep. There are a few passages in the performance that are still fresh in my memory:

I want the poor to stay out of famine

I want the sick to be free from sorrow

I want old people to stay away from aging

I want the dead to be calm and peaceful

The place that can't go is the distance

I can't go back to my hometown

Everywhere in the world is hometown

where there is love there is heaven

This is the end of the 4-day trip to Mount Everest. These four days should be the most memorable trip in life. It’s been a long time since I’ve been shocked like this. This is the highest Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the world, and this is Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world. It takes courage to come to it with one’s determination. After self-denial, hesitation and wavering, I finally still When I did it, I was really proud of myself at that moment. When you are brave and tenacious enough, there may still be many disappointments and failures in life, and there are many doubts and puzzles around you, but as long as you don't give up, life will definitely give you the splendor of your life. How many impossibilities are there in life? It was just that one look at Mount Everest that shocked the long-lost heart. That starry sky is unforgettable. A word comes to mind, why do we climb Mount Everest? Because the mountains are there.
