My dream life is to have a hut in the mountains. I wake up facing the sun every day, watching the light and shadow dance on the white veil, with the person I love as my pillow next to me. When I get up and push the window, the warm wind in the forest is oncoming. , My ears are filled with the chirping of insects and chirping birds, the one I love is by my side, a hug is worth everything in the world!

I never thought that this trip to Pu’er would bring all the romances to meet unexpectedly. The Xikang Yunshe hidden deep in the mountains seems to be a mountain residence tailored for me. All the ideas about life in dreams come true. Implemented here. Xikang Yunshe Health Resort Hotel is located in Jinggu, Pu'er. Jinggu is the "Valley of a Thousand Views". There are dense trees and secluded bamboo forests. When I first saw the hotel, I was hit by the gradually flowing colors. I stayed here for three days. In the ultimate space with Dai rhyme, my pent-up exhaustion was swept away.

In the morning, eat a steaming bowl of rice noodles in chicken soup and feel the charm of Yunnan as the hometown of rice noodles. The native chicken here is delicious. It would be a pity if you don’t drink chicken soup or eat rice noodles!

After dinner, go for a walk on the hot spring path behind the hotel. The bougainvillea is in full bloom, and the rose-red flower clusters make you feel good. In addition to the open-air hot spring pool, there are also private hot springs to soak in. Whether you like quietness or hustle and bustle, you can find your home here~

In the afternoon, follow the Dai elders to copy the scriptures to purify the body and mind. Although I can't understand those crooked symbols, I can still calm down and follow the gourd. Looking at those ancient scrolls, I can't help but sigh in my heart that youth is fleeting and time flies!

At night, I went to the small bar to have a glass of prepared cocktails, chatted with my friends in the hot springs, soaked in the steaming soup pool, and the stars all over the sky blinked at me. At that moment, my heart was filled with joy, feeling that the world is beautiful and the future is promising. Period, everything looks happy!

Now that I am back in Chongqing, counting the good old days, the laughter is still floating in front of my eyes. Memories will change after all, and the reliable ones are the precipitation left in the pen. Let me tell you slowly about the 3-day trip to Puer Jinggu~ In fact, there were many twists and turns in the flight to Puer this time. My direct flight was cancelled, so I had to divert to Xishuangbanna. I chartered a car from Banna to Pu’er, and then I could contact the hotel to pick me up for a fee. I could also take a shuttle bus to Jinggu~

Regarding temperature and clothing:

Banna and Pu'er are both tropical, so summer clothes are fine, and a thin coat is necessary for the cool nights. Sunglasses and sunscreen need to be prepared, and things to repair after sun exposure should be taken with you. In addition, the forest vegetation coverage here is high, and mosquito repellent spray also needs to be prepared!

About the itinerary:

Day1. Chongqing - Banna - Pu'er

Day2. Pu'er——Jinggu—stay in Xikang Yunshe Holiday Health Hotel——Whole Sheep Banquet——Hot Spring

Day3. Songkran Festival——Visit the Dai Village—Tea Mountain Tour—Peacock Feast—Small Bar

Day4. Experience package of glutinous rice cakes - play tower package tree tree package tower - health management center - mountain cross-country ATV - live CS - 100 insect feast - bonfire party

On the first day, we stayed at a hotel in Simao District, Pu'er. We went to the small restaurant recommended by the front desk of the hotel for a light meal, and then went back to our room to rest. The real vacation began on the second day. The hotel sent a car to pick us up early in the morning. The road to Jinggu was full of greenery. The closer you get to the hotel, the denser the forest, the fresher and sweeter the air, the opposite of the smog in big cities.

The Dai style of Xikang Yunshe Health Resort Hotel can be seen at a glance. Under the blue sky and white clouds, the buildings with red walls and golden roofs have a strong exotic style. The dazzling sunlight, the wind blowing from the valley, and the endless chirping of birds made me feel like a trapped animal that had escaped from its cage, with joy in my heart and joy on my face.

The enthusiastic Dai girls prepared a welcome ceremony for us, dancing bamboo poles, splashing auspicious water, drinking ancient brown sugar water, honey water, and rose wine. The details are small but well-intentioned. From these bits and pieces, we feel the love of the Dai compatriots Warm and nice.

Xikang Yunshe is a healthy and leisure resort hotel full of Dai style that was just completed in January 2020. Compared with the commercialization of other hotels, its red walls and golden roofs have accumulated the Dai culture for a long time. The place where we live is a single-family villa surrounded by mountains and green forests. The ideal life in this world is probably like this. When the sun sets and the sun rises, you can see the beautiful scenery like a scroll when you open the window.

Walking through the hotel, this bright and bright color, combined with the dazzling sunlight outside the house, feels like breaking free from the shackles of winter, and the toes become lighter. I especially like the Dai-style buildings. The aristocratic palace is full of taste. Living in it is cared for carefully, as if I have become a princess of a minority.

The hotel's all-day dining restaurant is exquisitely furnished, and the area I like the most is sitting outside the restaurant. Dinner is the most beautiful time, watching the sunset slowly fall, blowing the refreshing wind in the forest, and chatting with friends about the daily life. A meal can take two or three hours~

Live in Xikang Yunshe

Our young couple lives in Building 3, and we can only get to the room from a small stone ladder on the side of the road, which is very private. The accommodation area is a little far from the main body of the hotel, and a special car will be arranged to pick you up~

I really like the design of the room, it is spacious and atmospheric, and the supporting furniture is basically made of solid wood. I am a person who is a little bed-conscious. During the 3 nights I lived here, I had no dreams until dawn every night. This has nothing to do with the comfort of the mattress and pillows.

The bathroom is designed with dry and wet partitions, with both a large bathtub and a shower room. Washing and care products are all available, although it is not a brand I am familiar with, but the smell is pleasant, and the feeling after use is not bad!

There is a hot spring pool outside the room where my friend lives. The bougainvillea petals are floating in it. People bathe in the soup pool, watching the distant mountains and close-up views, drinking Pu-erh tea and eating the snacks in the room. It is also very comfortable.

The biggest feature of this hotel is its health management system, every guest can come here for a physical test. In the Yunshe Health Management Center, the tests done are a combination of blood tests, bone density tests and functional medicine tests. The equipment in the Health Management Center alone is priceless, exceeding one million.

There are intelligent dynamic fitness assessment testers, plantar pressure posture assessment instruments, body composition analyzers, mental stress analyzers, infrared body posture recognition instruments and other leading new medical examination instruments, which can conduct a comprehensive assessment of the human body. After the evaluation is completed, a professional doctor will propose a health treatment plan based on the test results, and provide course-based guidance from various aspects such as exercise, diet, and rest, so as to achieve all-round care for the body and mind.

Playing at Xikang Yunshe

(1) Visit ancient Dai villages and experience bamboo weaving

Following the footsteps of the Dai girls, we went to an ancient Dai village, whose name is not clear. But the people here are very enthusiastic. The grandfather under the old tree is doing the ancient bamboo weaving craft, and weaving baskets with strips of flower strips. Although these bamboo weaving products are not exquisite, they are also the ingenuity of the craftsmen.

The old grandmothers in the village looked very energetic, their eyes sparkled, and they smiled when they looked at us. They shared the goat milk fruits they picked on the mountain for us to eat, and gave us the cakes they made at home. It’s good luck to say that those few days happened to be the New Year of the Dai people, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to eat such similar cakes~

When I took a photo with them, there was an old lady who was very shy, and she held her face with her hands and covered her eyes, looking shy and cute! It is probably because I am far away from the turmoil of the mundane world that I was able to retain this unchanging girlish heart~

(2) Climb to the tea mountain to visit tea farmers, pick and dry tea by hand

Pu'er is rich in tea, and Pu'er tea is the most famous. It is also an indispensable experience to come here to visit the tea mountain. The tropical weather is also unpredictable. The sun is burning like fire one second, and it is pouring rain the next second. There was no trace of rain from the top of the mountain to the halfway up the mountain, so we walked into the tea farmer's house and learned the skills of picking, frying and drying tea~

We only know the taste of brewed tea, but we don't know how many steps are needed from the new tea on the tea tree to the final product, and how long it takes to precipitate this delicious taste in the throat. Everything in the world has its own way, what we can do is to treat every achievement well~

Finally, I would like to say that there are many wild fruits on the top of the mountain in Pu’er, such as papaya, mango, mulberry, and mulberry, which are already ripe this season. The local people’s favorite way to eat mango dipped in chili and papaya dipped in chili, you should try it if you have the opportunity~

(3) Youmengwo Zongfo Temple, viewing pagodas wrapped in trees and pagodas

The traces of Buddha and the fairy trail are must-see places for national, religious and cultural tours. Here, as a Buddhist business card of Jinggu, the frontier minority culture and Theravada Buddhism collided in Wuliang Mountain, creating Jinggu's unique cultural label of "Infinite Treasure Land, Buddha's Trace and Fairy Trail".

Mengwo Zongfo Temple is located in Jinggu County, where the spectacle of pagodas wrapped in trees and trees wrapped in pagodas can be seen. The branches and leaves on the top are verdant, and the pagoda under the feet is shining. After several winds and rains, the roots of the intertwined trees wrap the pagoda, which is a superb view. The inseparable state of the towers and trees is also regarded by the locals as a symbol of faithful love.

(4) Play outdoors in the back mountain, off-road ATV, play real CS

If you are a person who pursues excitement and likes to play wild, then here also gives you the opportunity to "play wild". Jungle cross-country, paragliding, live CS, 300 acres of wild luxury space, wanton chasing in the mountains and forests. The time on the locomotive, the hot sweat that fell on the cheeks, are the ultimate experience that is indispensable in memory.

The dust is flying here, showing off your talents, playing until the sunset, and then reluctantly leaving. The sweat that you sway to your heart's content has inspired all the fortitude and bravery hidden in your body. I never knew that I was so heroic and uninhibited.

Before playing the project, the coach will give some basic guidance, and professionals will follow the whole process, so you can rest assured about the safety, just play openly!

(5) Experience the Songkran Festival in the hot springs and make glutinous rice cakes with your own hands

The Water-Splashing Festival is a major festival of the Dai people. Due to the epidemic, it is not suitable to gather people for activities, so this year’s Water-Splashing Festival ceremony was cancelled, but this did not prevent us from having a water-splashing carnival at the hotel! The hot spring water is not cold on the body, but everyone has a more fun time. The interaction here has really inspired our playful and childish fun~

Because the few days we came here happened to be the New Year of the Dai people, we also learned how to make glutinous rice cakes from the young ladies of the Dai people. It's really good to learn a craft while traveling and vacationing~

Eat at Xikang Yunshe

(1) Whole cow feast

The food here is very special, which cannot be found in ordinary places. The first meal after check-in is a beef head banquet with local characteristics. As the name suggests, it is a dish made of meat from different parts of the cow. The sun shines through the Simao bamboo, and the light and shadow intertwine, just looking at it is very satisfying. The beef is thick and fragrant, the chicken soup is rich and fresh, the original flavor of the food blooms perfectly in the chef's exquisite cooking skills, and we enjoy ourselves in the primitive style of the mountains and forests.

My favorites are dried mugwort smoked, fairy beef dipped in red oil, and Dai beef sprinkled with rice noodles. The beef here has an excellent taste, and the delicacy has exceeded my expectations. The group achieved a perfect disc operation!

(2) Peacock Feast

The Peacock Banquet with fairy beauty is an indispensable part of the gourmet experience in Banna and Pu'er travel ~ The Peacock Banquet is actually a banquet for the Dai royal family in Xishuangbanna to receive distinguished guests, and it is also one of the most distinctive banquets of the Dai family.

The Peacock Banquet brings together the most distinctive delicacies of the Dai family. It uses fresh ingredients from the original ecology and is made with traditional Dai cooking methods such as roasting, frying, frying, frying, boiling, cooling, and pounding. The shape of the opening screen.

The peacock feast has a reasonable combination of meat and vegetables, and is decorated with fruits. The pilaf here is made of bamboo as a table and plantain as a plate, and a peacock with golden emerald feathers jumps on the table. Soft rice balls with pineapple meat and purple rice, chicken, grilled fish, grilled meat, shiitake mushrooms, and cucumber fruits. From the selection of raw materials, cooking and production, to the shape of the plate, and the matching of tableware, every detail is exquisite and ingenious.

During the three days in Pu'er Jinggu, there are too many beautiful things worth cherishing! Xikang Yunshe brought me an experience like coming home, and it also made me feel a little bit! To this day, those days are still bright in my memory. The romance of walking hand in hand with my husband on the path, accompanied by the starlight and listening to the insects singing home, will definitely be repeated again!
