DAY 16 (April 23) Old State - Longlin
After four consecutive days of cycling with a high temperature of 100+, my body has reached its limit. I woke up with a low fever in the morning, so I went to Longlin at 3 p.m. and found a hotel to rest.

DAY 18 (April 25) Xingyi-Luoping
In the morning, I admired the Bougainvillea all the way and set off to Luoping. I accidentally stepped into a sea of flowers - Guizhou Chun Scenic Area. No tickets are required. The fragrance of flowers is overflowing. I stayed for an hour without knowing it.

DAY 19 (April 26) Luoping - Stone Forest
Today I overestimated my physical fitness and underestimated the wind on this plateau. I lost my temper after being abused. I have to step downhill, and I have to step uphill on flat roads. Moreover, it is dry like the northwest, and my skin is dry and cracked.
I couldn't walk more than ten kilometers away from the stone forest, so I found a prefabricated motel to live in, just one room, one bed, 21 nights. I vomited at night, probably because I caught a cold. If you don’t pay attention to the plateau, you will get sick easily. From today onwards, long-sleeved bottoming is a must.
DAY 20 (April 27) Stone Forest
Today I rode 11 kilometers to the stone forest to recuperate. Because of the cold, my body is still weak

DAY 22 (April 29) Stone Forest—Kunming
On the 21st day, I took a vacation for myself, slept in a youth hostel for a day, drank tea with my travel friends, took cold medicine, and my body recovered quickly.
This morning, I went to Shilin with Brother Huang to watch the sunrise and then set off for Kunming
