DAY 1 (May 10) Dali - Jianchuan
After staying in Dali for seven days, I embarked on a journey on the Yunnan-Tibet line today.
I originally planned to take Eryuan to Shaxi Ancient Town, but when I arrived in Niujie Township, I asked a few local people and said that they were building roads. They were so troubled by road construction before, and there was a hc-level slope, so I decided to go to Jianchuan first.
Unexpectedly, a first-level slope was built in front of Jianchuan, and it was raining lightly. It was obviously cold, and I added clothes three times
The farmland on the road is cultivated by farmers. It is a rich scene. Unlike Guangxi, many of them are deserted. Along the way, there are black garlic in Eryuan and kidney beans in Jianchuan. It is the harvest season, and many agricultural wholesalers are buying by the roadside.
I ate a good bowl of long-established grilled pork bait in Jianchuan. The bait was very chewy. I didn’t go to Jianhu and the ancient town because I was too tired.
DAY 2 (May 11th) Shaxi Ancient Town
In the morning, I ate the black jelly recommended by the proprietress of the inn. It was a small stall next to the vegetable market. I had a vegetarian meal two days ago to improve my appetite. I feel that I have never eaten such a delicious jelly since I ate jelly in Chengdu in 2016. The sauce is delicious with the cool pink flavor, it's great
When I passed the market, I saw a group of people surrounding a steamed stuffed bun shop. I also bought a few shiitake mushroom buns, which were half full. It was so powerful that I only bought one piece
Riding along the road and chatting with farmers, the purchase price of broad beans here is only one yuan more than one kilogram, and the price of drying beans is also the same
Here, beans and garlic are planted in winter, and after the harvest, rice seedlings or tobacco leaves are planted (it turns out that the film-covered plants are all tobacco leaves, and I thought it was some kind of vegetable)
There are many woodcarving and black pottery shops along the road in Jianchuan
The red garlic here is only 6 yuan a kilogram, and the whole without petals can be sold for 9 yuan a kilogram
Shaxi gives me the feeling of a strong sense of vicissitudes that have passed through time

There are not many people in Shaxi Ancient Town on weekends, and it is a peaceful place, but I can feel that the inns and shops are slowly increasing, so I am glad that I came today, and I don’t know what happened in a few years

There are many ancient villages near the ancient town, and there are many nunneries. Most of them are from the Qing Dynasty. Few of the elderly in the village can understand Mandarin. If you have time, you can go to the village for a stroll, and you may be pleasantly surprised
On the way back, I saw a bag of twisted grains hanging at the intersection. It should be advertised by someone else. There are twisted twists in it, but I checked the production date.
DAY 3 (May 12) Jianchuan - Tiger Leaping Gorge
I went out late in the morning, and the delicious jelly and mushroom buns are sold out, Lan Shou
When passing through Jiuhe Township, the local April Eighth Dragon King Festival coincides with Mother’s Day. The old women in the village gather together to chant scriptures and worship Buddha, eat jelly at noon, and eat eight large bowls at night.

DAY 4 (May 13) Tiger Leaping Gorge - Shangri-La
Today, I climbed forty kilometers in a row, with gentle and steep slopes, and climbed directly to an altitude of 3,000
There is a cycling inn ten kilometers away from Tiger Leaping Gorge. If I stayed here yesterday, I would have less climbing ten kilometers today.
In this ghost place, taking a photo on the side of the road can give you the feeling of aerial photography. I also met Luo Ge on the road. We chatted along the way and hit it off. It’s a pity that he will leave tomorrow. I will stay in Shangri-La for a day.

DAY 5 (May 14th) Shangri-La
In the morning, go to the Baiji Temple to climb high and look far away. Today is the tenth day of the lunar new year. According to the usual practice, Tibetans will go to the Baiji Temple to burn incense.

Coming down from Baiji Temple, there is a circle of Dukezong ancient city along the way. Since it was burned down and renovated, it has lost a little original atmosphere.

Go down to Benzilan, climb all the way to Shusong along the Jinsha River Valley
I went to Dongzhulin Temple, but it was closed, and many Tibetans are still praying
DAY 7 (May 16) Shusong—Feilai Temple
The scenery is on the road of Baima Snow Mountain, the body went to hell, and the soul went to heaven
Next is downhill.
