Every year at the turn of June and July, jokes like "great careers" are always carried out in the second half of the year. At the beginning of the second half of this year, I also fulfilled a great wish: to travel to Tibet again.

The 9-day trip to Tibet is divided into two themes: [Labei Ring Road] & [Zhayeba]. Along the way, we have seen a lot of beautiful scenery, got in touch with a lot of local customs and characteristics, and for the first time outside of the scenery, we have seriously learned about Tibetan economy, industries, etc. This is a different trip than usual. Traveling, this time, I have gained a lot. In this article, I want to look at the pictures and talk, and take you to see the Tibet I have traveled on this trip.

DAY1: Wuhan - Lhasa

The city I started from was Wuhan. As Wuhan has long been known as the "thorough thoroughfare of nine provinces", it goes without saying that the transportation is convenient. Both Wuhan and Lhasa can be reached directly by train and plane. The Z264 train departs at 22:54 and arrives in Lhasa at 16:45 the next day. It takes 41 hours and 51 minutes, which is convenient compared to the distance. This time I chose flight EU2746, which departs at 14:00 pm and arrives at Lhasa Gonggar International Airport at 17:50 pm. It only takes 3 hours and 50 minutes, which is very time-saving. Attached is a picture of the Tibetan plateau seen from the plane. The moment I looked down through the window was a little turbulent. I had my inner yearning for this trip and my worries about the high altitude.

DAY2: Xiuse Caina Scenic Area - Nimutumba - Deji Tibetans

It is said that Princess Wencheng brought seeds of various grains, medicinal materials and flowers to the Tibetans. These seeds can only grow very well in Qushui Caina. The local people named this place "" "Caina", in Tibetan, means: Princess Wencheng sent Huahai Medicine City. In addition to the sea of flowers and medicinal materials, Caina now has beautiful scenery, and it is also a AAA scenic spot.

Nimutuba is the hometown of Thonmi Sangbuza, the founder of Tibetan writing. There are his former residence, scripture hall, Thumba Manor, and famous handicrafts such as Tibetan incense, Nepalese paper, and carving. Just one Nimutumba scenic spot has as many as 8 items of intangible cultural heritage, which is worth a closer look.

In the evening, stay at Deji Zangjia in Xiangxiong Meiduo, which is adjacent to National Highway 109, and the traffic is very convenient. The B&B here has a very strong Tibetan style. In the evening, I also participated in the bonfire party of the B&B, and a team of people had a great time.

DAY3: Yangbajing - Dangxiong Racecourse - "Four Seasons Pastoral"

There are many wet spring bathing places around Wuhan. We go there many times every year and soak in hot springs every year, but this time the hot springs in Yangbajing are different from the previous ones. Yangbajing is the first wet steam field developed in China, and it is also the highest geothermal power station in the world. Yangbajing's hot spring water has high mineral content, which has preventive and therapeutic effects on various diseases. The hot springs here are located in the hinterland surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Soaking in the warm geothermal open-air hot springs, watching the beautiful scenery near the snow-capped mountains in the distance, is relaxing and beautiful.

The Damxung Racecourse will be held every year on the 10th day of the seventh month in the Tibetan calendar. It is a large-scale festival for Tibetans to celebrate the harvest. We came a little early and did not catch up with such a grand ceremony. We only walked around the racecourse, and then Watched a performance called "Four Seasons Pastoral".

DAY4: Namtso - Nyainqentanglha Mountain

The name of Namtso is probably familiar to anyone who has a little knowledge of Tibet. It is a holy lake in Tibet far away from the hustle and bustle of dust, a famous Buddhist holy place, and the first sacred lake of the ancient Zhang Zhung Buddha Fa Yongzhongben religion. It is picturesque, with the same color of water and sky, and it is like a god who can really make people calm and pure. travel destination.

Nyainqentanglha Mountain can be seen from the shore of Namtso Lake. In the legend, it and Namtso are a pair of lovers, they rely on each other, set off each other, and they are beautiful. The top of the mountain is covered with snow all the year round, the grass and flowers are fragrant at the foot of the mountain, and there are flocks of cattle and sheep. The only thing to note is that the altitude here is relatively high, so don't get too excited and excited when you see the beautiful scenery, and be careful of high antipathy.

DAY5: Jiama Valley - Sijin Lacuo - Dazi

Jiama Valley in Mozhugongka County is the birthplace of Songtsan Gampo, the king of Tibet in the seventh century. Surrounded by mountains, the scenery here is pleasant, full of paintings, and the music is like a screen. The scenery is as legendary as the culture. On the hillside of Jiamagou, you can see Songtsam Lakang built on the mountain.

In Tibetan, Sijinlacuo is "the sacred lake where the rich man and the king of hundreds of dragons live", and it is a powerful sacred lake in Tibetans. Every year on the 15th day of the sixth month of the Tibetan calendar, Panchen Lamas, Lamas, and Living Buddhas of all dynasties will come here to worship.

DAY6: Barkhor Street - Lhasa River Cruise - "Princess Wencheng" large-scale live performance

There is a saying that the thousand-year-old Lhasa city originated from Barkhor. When you come to Lhasa, you must visit Barkhor Street. This street located in the old city of Lhasa is the "sacred road" in the hearts of Tibetans. It is a famous turning point and commercial center in Lhasa. The street completely preserves the traditional appearance and living style of the ancient city. There are all kinds of Tibetan-style shops, accessories, handicrafts, teahouses, restaurants, etc. on both sides of the road. By the way, the Jokhang Temple is also on this street, and the pious worshipers are also a major sight on this street.

In addition to visiting the Barkhor Street, the Lhasa River Cruise is also an unmissable scenery in the urban area of Lhasa. On the boat, you can directly see the scenery of Lhasa and feel the Tibetan culture. If you are interested in Tibetan culture, you must not miss the large-scale live performance of "Princess Wencheng". In addition to the story, the lighting and dance beauty of the entire performance are quite standard.

DAY7: Dazi Industrial and Agricultural Park

This day went a little differently. We visited the orchard in Zayeba Family Business Park, watched the fruit and vegetable trade, made Tibetan incense in the industrial park, visited local enterprises, and visited the cultural exhibition hall. On this day, I took a serious look at the Tibetan area beyond the beautiful scenery, and deeply experienced the life, economy, characteristics and culture of the Tibetan area.

DAY8: Zayeba Temple - Golden Pond - Baina Ecological Linka

Zhayeba Temple was originally a practice temple built by Tubo Zanpu Songtsen Gampo for his concubine. It has a history of 1,500 years. There used to be 108 holes here earlier, and now there are more than ten existing ones. Tibetans say that the spiritual place of Tibet is in Lhasa, and the spiritual place of Lhasa is in Yeba. This is the holy place in the hearts of Tibetans, and it is also a temple with unique architectural style.

From Zayeba Temple to Baina Ecological Linka, the golden pond we encountered on the road was so beautiful that we couldn't help but stop. It's raining, the visibility isn't great, and the sky isn't transparent, but even so, it's just as beautiful. When we arrived at Baina Ecological Linka, the sky finally cleared up, blue sky, white clouds, fresh air, beautiful environment, beautiful Linka tents, everything here has the magic of meditation.

DAY9: Potala Palace - Return

This is the day of the return trip. Although I have been to the Potala Palace several times, I still want to visit it again before I leave. The scenery behind the 50 yuan has amazed countless people, and it is also the yearning for Tibet. Take a photo of your visit in front of the Potala Palace, and then Yiyishe waved, goodbye Lhasa, see you next time in Tibet!
