About the itinerary We flew from Guangzhou to Chengdu, did not stop in Chengdu, and had to rush to western Sichuan without stopping. The main driving route: National Highway 317 into Tibet, National Highway 318 back. Specific itinerary: Chengdu - Mount Siguniang - Seda - Ganzi Prefecture - Dege - Jiangda - Qamdo - Mangkang - Yajiang - Chengdu. The main driver was Uncle Xin Fei, my father's Sichuan friend. We spent 11 days on this route, mainly because we stayed longer in Mount Siguniang and Seda.
About the members We went with two families, and one of the little boys was in the 5th or 6th grade, so we took the car for 6-8 hours a day without rushing to death. If you are a friend of the scenic spot, it is not recommended to refer to such a time schedule, but if you want to know about Siguniang Mountain and Seda, you can continue to look down.
About Siguniang Mountain After arriving at Shuangliu Airport at noon, we drove to Siguniang Mountain, which will arrive in the evening. There are many inns and hotels near Mount Siguniang. We looked for them when we arrived and did not book in advance. The best shooting location of the Buddhist Academy is the top of the mountain, and the top of the mountain is not easy to go up. It took the landlord more than half an hour to go up the mountain, and then climbed the densely packed stairs to reach the top of the mountain. It takes about 3 hours just to get to the top of the mountain.
About Yulong Lacuo Yulong Lacuo is a holy lake in the Tibetan area of Sichuan. Don't look at the entrance of the scenic spot inconspicuously, but it is still very shocking to walk in. It happened to be raining on the day we went, and the weather was too cold. Looking at the blue lake, I always feel that the Loch Ness monster is about to come out. But I would like to remind everyone that within three hours of driving around Yulong Lacuo, there is basically no restaurant where you can eat lunch, so it is very important to replenish the dry food you carry in time.
About the weather The temperature on the plateau itself is low, and it is very common to encounter rain when you often travel through the mountains. Therefore, you must prepare waterproof products. If you are caught in the rain, you must keep warm in time, change your wet clothes, and inhale oxygen immediately if you feel uncomfortable. After all, it is not a trivial matter to catch a cold and have a fever on the plateau.
Regarding accommodation, we always make arrangements wherever we go. Usually, I rush to see the hotel on Ctrip until three or four in the afternoon. There are many inns and hotels in Mount Siguniang and Seda, so don't worry too much. For other places, if you have some requirements for hygiene, don't read it, just choose the one with the highest score.
About delicious matsutake mushroom soup (enhance immunity), yak meat, various fried meat, sauerkraut vermicelli soup (to drive away cold and cold). Mushroom soup and sauerkraut vermicelli soup are really must-order soups for every meal. Matsutake mushrooms are very expensive here in Guangzhou. In Sichuan, it is all collected by Tibetans in the mountains in the morning. Fresh matsutake mushroom soup does not need to add meat, it tastes very delicious, and it also has the effect of enhancing immunity.
As for the hot and sour vermicelli soup, I will focus on introducing it. This soup took the owner's life in minutes. Hot and sour vermicelli soup is made with sauerkraut, millet pepper and vermicelli. As a Guangzhou native who loves spicy food and can't pass it at all, this soup really managed to capture my tongue. Every time we have a cold and headache on the plateau, we order this soup, and we also order this to prevent colds. So basically every day.
The reason why it almost took my life is because it rained heavily when I went to climb the milk sea in Aden the year before last, and I didn’t see the milk sea and my lower body was completely wet. You must know that when I had a fever at that time, I had to rush back immediately, but it took at least two days to travel from Aden to Kangding at 2500.
