Departing from Wuhan on September 21, 2018, and returning to Wuhan on October 7, 16 people in four vehicles traveled 5,700 kilometers in 17 days and visited the beautiful western Sichuan and Yunnan. The reason why this itinerary is different is that we not only visited Daocheng Yading, Shangri-La, Seda, Jiaju Tibetan Village, and Hailuogou in western Sichuan, but also visited Dali Shuanglang, Lijiang Shuhe Ancient Town, and Lugu in Yunnan. Another reason is that there are many unexpected situations in this trip, which is completely different from the smooth and smooth travel in the past. There are many experiences and lessons worth summarizing.
Since it is different, let me also change the way I write this time, and record it in chronological order at that time.
Day 1: September 21, 2018
Wuhan—Enshi, 510 kilometers, about 7 hours’ drive (this is the normal driving time shown on the Gaode map. We usually need to add 1.5 hours’ drive due to the large number of people and vehicles, which is the same), and stay in Enshi Daughter City (this time because There are 8 rooms for 16 people, and the period is the 11th Golden Week, so all the rooms are booked on Ctrip nearly a month in advance. The advantage is that you don’t have to spend time looking for accommodation temporarily. The disadvantage is that you can’t have other Accidentally delay the itinerary, otherwise it is not easy to change, and sometimes even rush the itinerary because the room is booked).
Enshi Tujia Daughter City combines antiques with Tujia stilted buildings, reflecting the folk customs of Tujia. There are hundreds of shops and style inns here, and dozens of restaurants operating special meals and delicious snacks. It is very convenient to eat and live as the first stop of our trip.
Day 2: September 22, 2018
Enshi-Chengdu, 620 kilometers, about 8.5 hours by car. At night, I will play Jinli first, and have dinner by the way. I have been to Chengdu five or six times. It is one of my favorite cities. Jinli is actually not a place I like to go shopping. It’s a bit like Hubu Alley in Wuhan. There are many snacks and they are very concentrated, but they may not be authentic and the taste may not be good. But for those who come to Chengdu for the first time, go You can still go shopping.
Day 3: September 23, 2018
In the morning, go to Kuanzhai Alley first. After lunch, start from Chengdu to Xichang for 450 kilometers, which takes about 6 hours by car. Xichang was originally a city built for the launch of satellites. It is not big and clean. Compared with Jiuquan, it is much better.
Let's take a group photo
hehe. . . . Husband and wife lung slices don't have husbands and wives either
Day 4: September 24, 2018
Xichang - Lugu Lake Daluoshui Village, 260 kilometers, about 6.5 hours by car. We booked a view room near the lake. Sitting on the balcony of the room, you can see Lugu Lake, which is pleasing to the eye. The proprietress of the homestay is half from Wuhan. Her husband teaches at a university in Wuhan. She runs an inn here. There is a garden outside the back door of the inn. There is a path that leads directly to the lake.
The expressway construction in Sichuan in recent years is indeed very powerful. I can’t imagine how difficult it was before there were not so many expressways or roads. No wonder the ancients said: The road to Shu is difficult, and it is difficult to go to the blue sky. We just walked down from the high-speed road above, and it feels like walking on the mountain through the clouds and fog.
Walking Marriage Bridge is located on the east side of Lugu Lake, across the grass sea of floating reeds, and is a well-known landscape around Lugu Lake. The Mosuo people here practice the custom of walking marriage, which means "men don't marry, women don't marry". During walking marriage, men will go to the woman's home through the walking marriage bridge, so this bridge is also called "magpie bridge".
The Walking Marriage Bridge is about 300 meters long, and on both sides are large reeds growing in the grassy sea water. Walking on the bridge, you can see the green and fresh scenery everywhere. Because walking on the Marriage Bridge is related to the love of the Mosuo people, it is also regarded as a bridge of love by many couples. Couples and tourists will walk on it hand in hand to feel the ancient romance of the Mosuo people.
Daluoshui Village, also known as Daluoshui, is located on the Lijiang side of Lugu Lake. It is an early developed village around Lugu Lake. The facilities here are complete, there are many hotels and shops, and the transportation to various scenic spots on the lakeside is also relatively convenient. There is also a strong Mosuo style in the village, which is the lodging point for many tourists to Lugu Lake.
Lugu Lake feels quiet and calm, very suitable for staying for a few days, alone in a daze, or chatting with friends.
The garden in the backyard of the inn leads to the lake along the path.
Sitting on the balcony of the hotel room, you can see the beautiful scenery
Woke up in the morning and saw the sunrise
Day 5: September 25, 2018
Lugu Lake - Shuanglang, 390 kilometers, about 6 hours' drive.
Shuanglang Town is located on the northeast coast of Erhai Lake, northeast of Dali City, close to the rippling Erhai Lake, and can overlook the 19 peaks of Cangshan Mountain. It gathers the essence of Cangerhai scenery in one place. On a sunny day, the sun shines through the clouds and refracts on the lake, with the rolling Cangshan Mountains as the background. It is the shot that photographers most want to capture. When we went, the weather was not very good, the clouds were overwhelming, and the sun appeared and disappeared. Although we did not encounter the most beautiful scenery, we also saw another side of Erhai Lake.
I watched the news on TV saying that Erhai Lake has been seriously polluted in recent years. After several years of treatment, it is getting better now, but the overall environmental planning does need to be strengthened. There are piles of garbage in some places around the lake, and the sewage from hotels and restaurants is directly discharged into the lake. Here, it would be a pity to destroy such a good landscape resource if it is not properly protected and utilized.
I met a roadside restaurant on the way of driving, where I settled for lunch
The wind in Xiaguan, the flowers in Shangguan, the snow in Cangshan Mountain, and the moon in Erhai Lake are the four beauties of Dali's "wind, flowers, snow and moon".
The hanging basket chairs arranged on the roof of the homestay where we live face the Erhai Lake
The roof of the homestay also creates a great atmosphere
Day 6: September 26, 2018
Dali Shuanglang - Lijiang Shuhe Ancient Town, 200 kilometers, about 2.5 hours by car.
Located in the northwest of Lijiang Old Town, Shuhe Ancient Town was an important stop on the Ancient Tea Horse Road. The ancient town is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and its structural layout is similar to that of the ancient city of Dayan. What is rare is that due to the late development of tourism, Shuhe Ancient Town is much quieter and simpler than Dayan Ancient Town. So, I choose to live here. There are too many introductions in Lijiang on the Internet, so I won’t say much, just upload the picture directly.
This is the small courtyard of the inn where we live, and the environment is not bad.
The ingredients sold by the hawkers in the ancient town are very fresh
It's not bad to have a cup of coffee and listen to music here
Unknown flowers are blooming, clear water is flowing
Day 7: September 27, 2018
Shuhe Ancient Town—Shangri-La City, 180 kilometers, about 3.5 hours’ drive, halfway to the Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Spot, and then to the Dukezong Ancient City in Diqing (Shangri-La City).
Tiger Leaping Gorge (Lijiang section) is famous for its depth and danger. It has upper, middle, and lower sections. Tiger Leaping Gorge located in Yulong County, Lijiang belongs to the upper Tiger Leaping Gorge. Because of the narrow canyon in Shanghu Leaping, the water flow has a large drop. It is very spectacular to watch the river beat the Tiger Leaping Stone in the heart of the river. From here, you will enter the beautiful Shangri-La.
Roaring Tiger and Roaring Dragon
Looking at the unimpressive and simple welcome stone
The ancient city of Dukezong is located in the southeast corner of Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and was built by the Tubo Dynasty in the Tang Dynasty. "Dukezong" is pronounced in Tibetan, meaning "Moonlight City" and "castle built on stone". The ancient city is built on the hillside, and the road surface is paved with stone slabs according to the terrain, with natural ups and downs. Up to now, you can even see the imprint of horseshoes on the stone road, which is a token left by the long-standing caravan.
The architectural layout of the ancient city is like an eight-petal lotus flower, with Moonlight Square in the center surrounded by quaint Tibetan-style wooden houses one after another, where local people live peacefully. On the west side of the square is Daguishan, also known as Guishan Park. On the top of Guishan is the world's largest prayer wheel recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. It takes three people to turn it together.
Day 8: September 28, 2018
Shangri-La City - Shangri-La Town, 310 kilometers, about 7 hours' drive. I encountered the first unexpected situation of this trip today. I originally followed the navigation to take the National Highway 214 and 215 to Shangri-La Town. I got up in the morning and opened the navigation. This road was closed because of the landslide. It is still unknown how long it will be repaired and opened. We can’t wait. , I can only see if there are other roads that can be reached. The Gaode map shows that there is another 217 provincial road that can be reached. It will take about 13 hours. Looking at the Baidu map, the original 214 and 215 national roads show that they can pass (the fact shows that Baidu Really unreliable), quickly asked the hotel staff and asked them to help inquire about the specific situation. The many answers I got were that the 214 National Highway had collapsed and the road was closed, and the 217 Provincial Highway was quite difficult to walk, and there were also landslides on some sections of the road for road repairs. Three of our four cars are cars, and it is definitely not easy to walk this distance.
It was a difficult decision for me this time. If I don’t go, I won’t be able to, otherwise I will have to cancel the room reservations for the rest of the itinerary. It is very difficult to make a reservation after canceling during the eleventh period; The pit-like mountain road, and unknown rockfalls, landslides and even mudslides are also very dangerous. Can our cars survive the dozens of kilometers of shell pit roads and dozens of kilometers of gravel roads? With more than 10 years of driving experience, I am very confident, but among my companions, there are drivers who have never traveled long distances, let alone such dangerous mountain roads.
After a fierce ideological struggle, I finally decided to take the provincial road, requiring the four cars to keep a certain distance, and the mobile phone to keep unblocked. I drove at the front and observed, and promptly notified the cars behind to stop and wait for the situation.
The road at the beginning was good, and the scenery was beautiful, but to be honest, I had no intention of admiring the scenery at the time, and although I had no fear in my heart, I was really nervous.
Good times don’t last long, good roads never come again, and the road to test driving skills and psychological quality has begun. Of course, at that time, in order not to affect the mood of a dozen other people, everyone was very nervous. On the surface, I was calm and calm. Loose and tight.
Roads like this are not the worst. Some road sections have deeper pits than this one. The car can only drive at a speed of 5-10 kilometers per hour, and slowly use the tires to ride on relatively high stones. The sound of stones or gravel roads colliding, you can’t feel sorry for the car at this time. Safety is more important than anything else, and there are landslides on some roads, which can only be passed by bicycle. Difficult to walk, but there are few cars. I look around while walking. The most important thing to pay attention to is the rockfall on the mountain. When encountering a dangerous road section, hurry up and pass it. We drove over, and then informed the cars behind to pass. Occasionally, a few cars came over, all of which were SUVs or off-road vehicles. They saw us roll down the windows and stretch out our thumbs, and shouted "Come on, buddy" to us. We took the opportunity to ask them about the road conditions ahead and the approximate driving time, so that we had a good idea.
After 13 hours, we finally arrived at Shangri-La Town. After we arranged our accommodation, we quickly went to a nearby restaurant to eat and sleep. We still have to climb a mountain with an altitude of more than 4,000 meters tomorrow.
Day 9: September 29, 2018
Shangri-La Town - Daocheng Yading Scenic Area, 76 kilometers for about 1.5 hours, starting in the morning to feel the scenic spot, today I will visit Daocheng Yading Scenic Area all day, because I am worried that Yading Village will be prone to high rebellion, so I plan to live in Daocheng at night.
Looking at the beautiful scenery of Yading, Daocheng, all the exhaustion of yesterday's day disappeared.
Daocheng Yading, Yading Nature Reserve, also known as Yading Scenic Area, is located in the south of Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture. It is mainly composed of three sacred mountains, "Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong, and Shanuoduoji" and surrounding rivers, lakes and alpine meadows. , is a relatively complete natural ecosystem in China.
Because of its unique landform and original natural scenery, some people call it the only remaining pure land on the blue planet.
There are not only magnificent and sacred snow-capped mountains in the scenic area, but also vast meadows, colorful forests and blue and transparent lakes. Almost everything beautiful in the snow-covered plateau gathers here, and all of these make people linger. Like the devout local Tibetans, hiking around the mountains is a good way to experience the scenery of Aden. However, due to the high altitude of the Yading Reserve, the whole hike still requires considerable physical strength.
Our group was divided into three groups. A few people took a break at the Luorong Cattle Farm to take pictures after walking for a while because of physical strength or high backlash. Five people decided to hit the milk sea and the five-color sea. The rest of me and a few other friends walked slowly. , If you can reach the milk sea and five-color sea, you will turn back if you can’t get there. In addition to considering personal physical accidents, the most important thing is time. We must rush to the parking lot of the Yading scenic spot and take the environmental bus to the gate of the scenic spot, otherwise we can only go on the mountain. Camping. Another friend and I walked here to see that there was not enough time and then returned. Save the sea of milk and the sea of five colors for next time.
Friends who visit this scenic spot remember to bring their own lunch and water before departure. We bought self-heating rice, mineral water and Snickers for everyone in advance. Walking on the plateau requires physical strength. Friends who drive by themselves must prepare What I like to eat is in the car. Yesterday at noon, we stopped for lunch at a relatively spacious and safe place on the side of the road.
I didn't have any altitude sickness at a high altitude of more than 4,000, but two unexpected events happened in the second half of today's trip, which made me have a serious "high reaction".
One thing is: when we were returning home, a companion slipped and fell when he went down the stairs. The companion who was resting in the parking lot rushed her to the nearest hospital, but the local medical conditions were limited. There was no professional orthopedic doctor in the local hospital near the November holiday. At that time, she could only do simple temporary treatment. At night, she was really in pain. I am afraid that the rest of the itinerary could not continue in this situation, so we decided to let her and Her husband bought a plane ticket and flew back to Wuhan for treatment.
Another thing: a group of us went back to the parking lot to wait ahead of time, and there were five people who should return according to the time. When we contacted them again, we found that there was one person missing, and the mobile phone could not be reached. I'm huge. . . . As time went by, I became more and more nervous as the organizer. Everyone brought their mobile phones, and there are signals in normal places here. When they set off, they were required to bring power banks to keep the communication smooth, so it is not necessary Should be disconnected. If you can't get in touch, you worry about any accidents. There has already been an accident, but there should be no more accidents. I arranged for her husband to wait at the first meeting point, and another safe person went to the service desk to see if I could broadcast to find someone. I had to rush to the parking lot to see what happened to the injured partner. I was anxious and anxious for a while. . . . . In the end, she returned to the parking lot safely by herself, but a dozen of us were worried for more than an hour, how could we lose contact? ? ? Very speechless. . . . .
Here are three experiences and lessons to be summed up: 1. You must pay attention to safety when traveling; 2. You must buy insurance when traveling by car;
Day 10 September 30, 2018
Daocheng County - Ganzi County, 410 kilometers, about 7 hours' drive, passing through Litang, the world's highest city, and staying in Ganzi at night.
From Daocheng to Ganzi, there are beautiful scenery along the way, and the road is easy to walk. The beautiful scenery dispels the haze of yesterday
This is the true meaning of the sun and the moon shining together. It is almost noon in broad daylight, and a round of bright moon is in the sky.
In the middle, I went to Litang and found this restaurant for dinner. It happened that there was a small repair shop next to the restaurant. All four cars were put on the shelf for inspection. The condition of the cars was much better than I expected, and there was nothing wrong with them, except for one car. The plastic chassis armor is a bit scratched, but it still feels like a quality problem, and if the armor is of good quality, it won't be scratched.
Sangdui Township is located in the north of Daocheng County, 28 kilometers away from the county seat. Sangdui is a typical Tibetan village with beautiful scenery. The most famous is the dazzling red grass beach. Many people stop here just to take pictures of the red and refreshing red grass beach. There is a football field-sized wetland beside the village. Every year at the end of September and the beginning of October, clusters of aquatic plants seem to be ignited, red like fire, attracting countless pedestrians on the Sichuan-Tibet line. This is the famous red The grassy beach has attracted a lot of attention to the small mulberry pile.
Walking and unknowingly crossing the plateau pass at an altitude of 4647 meters, with this warm-up experience, I will have a solid foundation for entering Tibet in the coming year.
It is the first time that all get off the car and swipe the ID card security check
Let’s take a group photo with people and cars at the gate of Litang, the world’s highest city
Day 11: October 1, 2018
Ganzi County——Seda Larung Wuming Buddhist College, 230 kilometers away, about 4 hours' drive, because the rooms are tight and expensive during the National Day period, we booked accommodation at Wengda 318 Camp, which is 65 kilometers away from Serda, about 1 hour's drive away.
Seda, for the red in my heart. . . . Shocking or Shocking
Seda Larung Wuming Buddhist College, referred to as Wuming Buddhist College for short, is located about 20 kilometers southeast of the county town of Serda County, surrounded by mountains. Centered on the Sutra Hall of the Buddhist Academy, thousands of small wooden houses are densely packed like ant nests all over the hillside. There are a large number of crimson red wooden houses, which are undulating and magnificent.
The entire Buddhist academy has a large area and many paths, so you can visit it at will. On the hillside full of prayer flags in the southwest of the prayer tower, you can overlook the entire Buddhist academy, where you can take a full view of the Buddhist academy.
The humble house is filled with the soul of faith
This is where we stayed in Wengda. It has a Tibetan architectural style, but the conditions are a bit rough, the windows are not tight enough to leak air, the toilets are public, and some rooms may not have electric blankets.
The environment of the camp is good, and it is very interesting to live in such a small mini room
The container-modified room is also very distinctive. There are not as many people staying here as in Seda. When there are too many tourists to book a room during holidays, it may not be so stressful to go a little farther away. According to a companion, one of her classmates happened to be In Seda, it cost 1,000 yuan to stay in a very ordinary homestay that day. It is normal for the room price to triple during the 11th Golden Week. It is better to book in advance.
Sitting outside the hotel door basking in the sun
Day 12: October 2, 2018
Wengda - Jiaju Tibetan Village, 300 kilometers, about 6 hours' drive, and stay in Jiaju Tibetan Village at night.
On the way to Jiaju Tibetan Village, it suddenly snowed heavily
Yak in the snow
After crossing the snow mountain, the weather will be fine
Jiaju Tibetan Village is located in Danba County, Ganzi Prefecture, about 8 kilometers away from the county seat. It is a Tibetan village with Jiarong Tibetan characteristics.
"Jiaju" means hundreds of families in Tibetan. As the name suggests, on the hillside with a relative height difference of nearly one thousand meters, Tibetan-style buildings are scattered among the green trees, dotted with green trees, lined with curling cooking smoke, clusters of The peach blossoms look quiet and unique. Generally, each household in the village has a first floor, and the village buildings face south and are all wood and stone structures. The wooden frame parts and eaves are all red, and the walls are painted white or primary and white alternately. Every year on the eve of the Spring Festival, the hosts will use the local "white mud" as the main raw material to carefully paint and dye the walls of the village buildings in accordance with traditional customs, so that the entire Tibetan village is covered with pure white costumes.
When visiting the Tibetan village, it is very spectacular to see the panorama on the hillside opposite the village. After entering the Tibetan village, you can only see scattered Tibetan-style buildings. Most of the buildings are 3 or 4-story buildings. The bottom floor houses livestock, and there are Guozhuang rooms, living rooms, scripture halls, and family blockhouses on the upper floors. Some buildings also have balconies. The sun, moon, stars and religious patterns are painted on the white walls, which are beautiful and magnificent.
This is the Danba Brothers’ Home Inn where we stayed in Jiaju Tibetan Village. Their Tibetan food is also good. The room rate we booked includes dinner and breakfast the next day. There is no restaurant in the Tibetan Village. If you don’t live It is best to bring your own food here or go back to Danba County to eat.
Day 13: October 3, 2018
Jiaju Tibetan Village - Kangding, 160 kilometers, about 4 hours' drive, plan to visit Paomashan and Mugecuo two scenic spots after arriving in Kangding, and stay in Kangding at night.
There was another unexpected situation this day, but this time it was "God's will". Last night, there was a sudden heavy snowfall in Zheduo Mountain in Kangding. Thousands of self-driving vehicles were trapped in Zheduo Mountain. In order to ease the traffic police, some road sections were blocked. Traffic control is restricted, and the direction of Kangding can only go out but not in, so as to avoid greater congestion. If it is difficult to take a detour, the time will be longer, which will prevent us from going to Xindu Bridge to see the beautiful autumn scenery, and we will not be able to cross Zheduo Mountain to experience the exciting winding road (we are already planning to go to Tibet next year, this regret can be made up for) ). This is not the point. We booked a room for two days at the Kavala Hotel in Kangding, which cannot be canceled. The room fee is more than 8,200! ! At the intersection in the direction of Kangding, I got off the car and communicated with the police. At first, the police refused to let them go. When we parked the car on the side of the road, we saw that a few cars were occasionally allowed to pass. I went to communicate with the police again, and opened the Ctrip app to let They read my reservation information and told them that the hotel could not be cancelled, we lost too much and so on, after my poor softness, the police finally agreed to let our four cars enter the direction of Kangding, and then we were stuck in traffic all the way, stop and go Stop, thousands of cars have to come out from the direction of Kangding, heavy snow has blocked them in Kangding, we can't get in if they don't come out, but there is still hope of entering Kangding no matter what, no matter how late you can go to the hotel anyway, seven in the evening We finally arrived at the hotel.
This is one of our many traffic jams for a long time. The fourth car on the opposite side still has thick snow that has not melted. Some cars are completely covered by snow. It is said that they are stuck on Zheduo Mountain and are hungry and hungry. It's cold. Compared with them, our seven or eight hours of traffic is not bad. After all, there is water and instant noodles on the side of the road.
Day 14: October 4, 2018
Kangding County - Hailuogou, 75 kilometers, about 1.5 hours by car, continue to live in Kangding at night.
Looking at the snow on the roof, you can see how big the world was before. It is rare to see such a heavy snow in Kangding so early. This time we happened to catch up.
Hailuogou is located in the southeast of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. There are two main purposes of visiting Hailuogou: soaking in hot springs and watching glaciers. The hot springs are mainly concentrated in Camp No. 2, where there are many pools of different sizes and shapes, built on top of mountains, layer upon layer. If you want to see the glaciers, you should go to Camp No. 3, which is surrounded by primeval forests and snow-capped mountains, and is a good place to watch the golden mountains shine in the sun.
Hailuogou Red Rock Beach is located at the two estuaries of Yajiageng in Hailuogou Scenic Area, Sichuan Province. It is known as the "Redstone Park of the World". Hailuogou Red Stone is not only mysterious, but also a unique spectacle in the world.
Due to the unique geographical and climate reasons of Hailuogou's unique humid and humid climate, and mineral elements such as manganese that provide sufficient nutrients for orange algae, the stones here are covered with red substances. This substance is a kind of microorganism, which can multiply in the unique ecological environment of high mountains, forming a strange landscape. According to the research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the red substance on the stone is a kind of aerial filamentous green algae -- Jolly orange algae. The bright blood red color is because the cells are rich in astaxanthin.
First contact with a glacier
Take a closer look at what microbes are
The car must give way to animals, otherwise you will not be able to afford the compensation. This is the same as when you drove to Yellowstone Park in West America in 2014.
Day 15: October 5, 2018
Kangding-Suining, 430 kilometers, about 5.5 hours' drive, started the return journey. After more than ten days of long-distance trek, everyone was tired. Choose Suining to stay for one night to avoid driving too tired (if there are not many people or cars and the energy is okay) , the subsequent itinerary can be shortened, of course, the previous itinerary can also be shortened by one or two days accordingly).
Day 16: October 6, 2018
Suining-Enshi, 450 kilometers, about 6 hours' drive, is also a return home mode.
Day 17: October 7, 2018
Enshi-Wuhan, 520 kilometers, about 7 hours, arrived home safely. By the way, the companion who was injured and fractured after returning to Wuhan underwent rehabilitation treatment. He did not undergo surgery and was treated conservatively. After receiving a call from home, my mother passed away. On the same day, the husband and wife drove back alone and returned to Wuhan ahead of schedule.
