Tibet is a paradise for the soul. If you don’t walk on the pilgrimage, you can’t find the paradise you yearn for.

For Tibet, I have been buried in my heart for many years, but I have not set foot on the trip. But I am still very persistent in the places I want to go. I always feel that there are some places that I don’t visit when I am young. If I miss something, I can’t get it back.

So, for the first trip in 2019, under my own persistence, I set off alone to go to the place closest to the sky.

Self-driving route selection - 318 Sichuan-Tibet line

The self-driving routes to Tibet generally include the Qinghai-Tibet Line (G109), the Sichuan-Tibet South Line (G318), the Sichuan-Tibet North Line (G317), and the Yunnan-Tibet Line (G214, merged with the Sichuan-Tibet Line on Mangkang Road, and then all the way to Lhasa on 318 ), Xinjiang-Tibet Line (G219), Ngari North Line (S301), China-Nepal Friendship Highway (from Lazi to Zhangmu Port), Tangfan Ancient Road (from Xining to Qamdo via Yushu) and Bingcha Line (from Bingzhongluo in Yunnan to Chacha in Tibet) Walong Township to Zayu County).

2. Lhasa Maggie Ami Internet Red Restaurant, located in the southeast corner of Barkhor Street in Lhasa, Tibet, is a restaurant with Nepalese, Indian, and Tibetan flavors. The restaurant has a strong Tibetan style. It seems that there are more tourists from other places, so the price is a bit expensive, and the taste is also worth recommending!

We ordered a few recommended dishes from the store according to the waiter's introduction. To be honest, this depends on personal taste. We are not used to eating it, and almost all of it was wasted. Hailuogou, the beginning of the journey

When meeting for the first time, everyone seems to be friends who have not seen each other for a long time, and there is no strangeness. So we met in Chengdu early in the morning and set off for Hailuogou, our first day's itinerary.

Hailuogou is located in Luding County, southeast of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The eastern slope of Gongga Mountain is a very high mountain on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
