Beijing, the imperial capital! An ancient capital with a history of more than 3,000 years, the vicissitudes of life and the change of dynasties have endowed you with a rich historical accumulation. Every Chinese has an imperial capital complex, and they all believe that they will set foot on this land in this life, and those who have been here firmly believe that they will return to the old place one day. Taste the capital city, read the taste of Beijing, just like what Cai Qin sang in "Reading You": I will never get tired of reading you thousands of times, reading you feels like March, romantic seasons, intoxicating poems...

Beijing, over 3,000 years of great changes, has given birth to rich cultural heritage: Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Badaling Great Wall, Summer Palace, Old Summer Palace, Ming Tombs, Lama Temple, Prince Gong's Mansion, Olympic Park, etc.! Every landscape is breathtaking, and every landscape tells its story. And what you have to do is to slow down and savor carefully.

Without further ado, the travelogue begins~

The main route planned this time:

Day 1: Shenzhen - Beijing Tiananmen Square Wangfujing (Sanlitun) Snack Street

Day 2: Forbidden City (Jingshan Park) Temple of Heaven Nanluoguxiang Shichahai

Day 3: Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace

Day 4: Ming Tombs, Badaling Great Wall, Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Olympic Park, Guijie Street

  Day 5: Beijing - Shenzhen

first day

  Wangfujing Pedestrian Street

Morning flight, rush to the airport early in the morning

The round-trip air ticket is about 1400-1500/person. If you book the round-trip air ticket in advance, the price is neither cheap nor high.

  But it's good timing.

It is T2 that arrives in Beijing, and this airport is relatively small. When I returned to Shenzhen, I was at T3 in Beijing

There are three airports in Beijing, Nanyuan T2 and T3, so be sure to check it out so you don’t go wrong.

The location of the hotel we stayed in is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Tiananmen and Wangfujing.

The price of the hotel is worthy of the location, but the interior of the room is average and the decoration is relatively simple

It was confirmed on the second day that it was actually less. When I went the next day, there were more people, and the security check queued for more than ten minutes.

I have a lot of affection for that kind of red wall. When I saw the red wall on the way to Tiananmen, I couldn't help asking Fat Tiger to take two pictures for me.

At this time, we can only take a picture of Tiananmen Square outside, because the gate tower has been closed, and we cannot walk through it, and the fence is blocked.

The soldiers standing guard are tall and straight, and they have not relaxed after watching for a long time, salute!

The Chairman Mao Memorial Hall did not go, I heard that it needs to be maintained, and it will not open again until September and October.

In Beijing, I have the impression that most of the scenic spots have security checks.

Therefore, it is recommended that boys should not bring lighters when they travel, because they have to hand them over anyway.

  Tiananmen Square

I am very happy that the weather has been fine these days, the sky is very blue and there is no haze. It's really beautiful to take pictures.

Opposite the Tiananmen Gate Tower is the Great Hall of the People, the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, the flag-raising platform, etc.

Facing each other across Chang'an Street, you can get there by taking an underground tunnel.

It is indeed the largest square in the world, and you can't see the end at a glance.

Qianmen Street

We wanted to eat something delicious at night, so we took a taxi to Qianmen. Originally, I wanted to take me to Qianmen to eat at a noodle restaurant that was said to be delicious, but it was probably too late because all the restaurants were closed.

So I followed my good friend to an old Beijing shabu-shabu restaurant that I liked in Qianmen, called Xiyuanju Old Beijing shabu-shabu, which is located at No. 2, Qianmen Street A (my friend only eats halal restaurants for personal reasons, so basically I am in Beijing. I eat in a halal shop for a few days)

As soon as I got out of the car and arrived at the front door, I felt a burst of old Beijing flavor, and then I felt that I had really arrived in the north, haha

I originally planned to eat here, but it was closed, but it was because of this that I was lucky enough to eat the authentic old Beijing Shabu restaurant, which is on the second floor upstairs, called Xiyuanju Old Beijing Shabu

Take Beijingers as an example, they pay attention to whether to eat from time to time, that is, what kind of food they should eat at any time of year. For example, in autumn and winter every year, Beijingers will start to eat boiled mutton. It is not only delicious, but also has a nourishing effect. . I heard from the clerk that all the raw materials of their fresh mutton come from pastures in the north, and the mutton is very good.

The store just arrived at 6:00 p.m., and it was already full. If you come later, you may have to take more shots.

The tableware and tea sets here are all bright yellow ancient porcelain, which is still very stylish.

We ordered a lot of special mutton, our own Baitian mutton, fresh Shangnao, fresh melon strips, fresh cut beef, prawns, and various vegetables.

I also ordered two cold dishes.

This is the most authentic mutton mutton in the eyes of old Beijingers. It is different from hot pot and pays more attention to the way of eating.

The rich meat flavor is paired with the elegant dipping sauce. It must be cooked in clear soup. The so-called clear soup is boiling white water with a little green onion, ginger, and wolfberry. If you use a spicy soup base, it will cover up the original meat flavor.

And this old Beijing mutton is very different from the hot pot. The mutton tastes more exquisite than the hot pot. The sauce alone is very particular. The secret sesame sauce is made from 31 kinds of seasonings. It tastes really good. Not the same, the taste is delicious.

And when the dipping sauce is ready, the way of eating is also very particular. Generally speaking, the cooked meat is directly put into the dipping sauce, but the old Beijingers eat it differently. Put the mutton on a small dish, and use a spoon to dip the sauce on the meat according to your own mouth, so that the mutton soup will not drip into the sesame sauce. Even if you eat it, the taste will still be the same as the first bite. You have to It is very reasonable to say that this way of eating is very particular. It is really a long experience.

What you eat is called a hi.

A piece of meat has to be taken out after ten seconds in the pot. This kind of taste is the best.

This kind of slicing is made by the master craftsman with exquisite knife skills. It is sliced one by one with uniform thickness. If it is not for the experienced master craftsman, it cannot be done.

As for the side dishes of mutton, there are also a lot of side dishes, but the three traditional dishes in Beijing are frozen tofu, cabbage and vermicelli. Cooking these side dishes in the mutton soup can absorb the mutton oil and mutton flavor in the soup. It is naturally delicious to eat. Therefore, it is not "poor and particular" for old Beijingers to eat boiled mutton. These traditional rules are very reasonable, and the taste will be very different.

You must also try the shrimp slippery and fungi.

Hahahaha Welcome to Xinhua Bookstore~

This is an old theater inside

Great view at the front door~

  the next day

  Qingfeng Baozi Shop (Qianmen Store)

Because I didn't go to watch the national flag raising, I slept very late

Then I ate this Qingfeng bun shop for breakfast. I don't need to say more about this

Forbidden City

Beijing has five world cultural heritage sites

They are the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace, the Ming Tombs, and the Great Wall. We're all going to go all over.

Then we decided to go to the two famous places, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven, the next day.

This is the distribution map of the scenic spots near Tiananmen. Yes, we came to Tiananmen again and walked from the Tiananmen tower to the Forbidden City.

Most of the scenic spots are here. When you come here in the morning, you can know it by looking at the picture.

After passing the security check of Tiananmen Square, you can enter the passageway of Tiananmen Square, behind which is the Forbidden City

Below are the photos and tickets to the Forbidden City.

The Forbidden City is very large. You can download and save the map of the Forbidden City. Follow the map.

The next to it are all small palaces, or the palaces where the concubines lived. At that time, I wanted to see if there was Shufangzhai, hahaha.

If you are interested, you can also go for a walk. The big troops usually go to the imperial garden at the end of the road.

This is the place where the emperor usually goes to work. Many people are holding cameras outside to take pictures, and there are also many foreigners.

I also squeezed my head to the middle and took a picture which is more perfect

But this ceiling is very delicate. According to the previous words, it should take a long time to make

This is just the front of one of the palaces, and almost every palace is that far away.

This is the imperial garden, I guess the concubines used to walk here when they had nothing to do, and then all kinds of palace fights hahahaha

Compared with the Summer Palace and Yuanmingyuan, the Imperial Garden is small and pathetic

The Forbidden City can be regarded as a walk and a rest. It is really big and tiring. We walked down in a straight line.

I feel that if the ministers living outside the palace go to court, the transportation is inconvenient, how long do they have to get up in advance?

temple of heaven

After we were full, we took a rest and found it was a bit far from there to the Temple of Heaven.

I was going to take the subway next to it. . . . Turn on the phone and call a taxi, and you are not afraid to go wherever you want.

This is also the benefit of traveling to big cities.

We took a taxi directly to the Temple of Heaven Park.

The most important attraction here is the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. If you don’t go there, you won’t come to the Temple of Heaven.

Of course, there are also echoing walls, circular mounds and the like, all of which are for strolling.

Therefore, it is recommended that you buy the joint ticket directly at the door, including all tickets, only 34/person, and it is still the peak season

This is the Hall of Prayer for Harvests, the core architectural attraction of the Temple of Heaven.

There is a venue next to it, which contains illustrations and explanations of the entire sacrifice, which are very detailed. You can roughly know the process of the ancient king's sacrifice. The appearance of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest is very beautiful, and the inside is the picture below. The inside is not so luxurious, but it is very cold. Anyway, the outside is much more beautiful than the inside.

This is the backside of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. It is very spacious and very windy. Looking down from there, I feel that I can see a big Beijing.

This is also the highest place in the Temple of Heaven, so it is called the Temple of Heaven.

We sat and took a rest, blowing the wind of Beijing, then left the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and went to several other scenic spots

Circular Mound, Imperial Vault of Heaven, Echoing Wall and those.

The above is the Circular Mound, which is the place where sacrificial ceremonies are held, a high round platform. Very big, I feel like I can talk to the sky

This is the exit of the Temple of Heaven, and the sky is a little dark, reminding us that it is time to eat.

It's been a long way, but the scenery is still beautiful.

  Shichahai

After we had dinner, we came to this Shichahai for a stroll. Take a picture. You Caixia is very beautiful

  day 4

  summer palace

After we got off the Summer Palace Station of the subway, we asked the staff about the exit of the Summer Palace, and walked straight for a few hundred meters.

But I am super invincible here and do not recommend that you enter the Summer Palace through this entrance! ! ! This is not the main entrance! ! !

It took us a long, long time to climb that very boring mountain, and we were tired before we saw the beautiful Kunming Lake and the iconic building "Seventeen-Arch Bridge" from a distance. Because the Summer Palace is very big, if you want to visit the main beautiful scenery, the time is tight

Therefore, it is best for everyone to enter from the main entrance with the three characters "Summer Palace". It is directly Kunming Lake, and you can walk to the Seventeen-Arch Bridge.

See the stairs on both sides, it's time to start climbing.

Going up from here, you have to go to the top and turn down to the opposite side to get to the shore of Kunming Lake.

This is almost the top of the mountain

This is the famous Seventeen-Arch Bridge, which is the effect after the camera zooms in

In fact, it is almost impossible to see, it is very far away, and I didn’t go there, so I spent most of my time climbing the mountain! ! ! ! ! ! pissed off.

But the Summer Palace is really too big for a park

Seeing these three words is the main entrance, everyone chooses to go in here.

We are from here. . . . . Cried and cried.

Old Summer Palace

Everyone knows that it was invaded by the British and French Allied Forces and the Eight-Power Allied Forces

We walked all the way to the ruins of the Western Building. At this time, there are very few people.

We walked for a long time while admiring. The Old Summer Palace is really big, beautiful and beautiful.

While taking pictures, I walked for an unknown amount of time, and came to a place where there is a sightseeing bus to the ruins of the Western Building

We bought a ticket and got on the sightseeing bus. We forgot how much it cost. Anyway, we only drove for two or three minutes. It is very expensive.

We were taken to the entrance of the ruins. You need to buy another ticket for the Western Building Ruins.

There are many broken walls and ruins in the ruins of the Western Building, and there are introductions and approximate restoration pictures of each place next to it.

I can only sigh, don't forget the national humiliation. A country must be strong to protect its people.

The most famous one should be the Dashui method in the picture below

Thinking of taking a sightseeing bus at the door, the sightseeing bus has been closed. It's very late.

We walked for a long time in a daze before we got out of the Old Summer Palace.

planning tomorrow's itinerary

I plan to climb the Great Wall. There are two ways, one is to go by yourself, just take a bus to Deshengmen,

The other is to go to Taobao to sign up for a one-day group tour, and the prices are actually similar.

After the final discussion, we decided to save the trouble and sign up for a group online, with more than one hundred people.

Including the Badaling Great Wall and the Ming Tombs, and free door-to-door pick-up in the third ring in the morning. We live in the first ring, so other traffic considerations are eliminated

Let's rest in peace and recharge our spirits.

  fourth day

  Ming Tombs

Go first to the Ming Tombs. The Ming Tombs means that there are thirteen tombs, but in fact only two are open. Of the two open tombs, only Dingling has the underground palace dug up. So basically only Dingling can go. After all, it is a mausoleum, so I didn't take pictures.

i am in the great wall

After visiting Dingling, we set off for dinner. After dinner we went to Badaling Great Wall.

The Great Wall is really steep, even if you wear sneakers, there are some places where you can’t walk without climbing the handrails

It is really a miracle in the world. In the past, such a majestic and extremely precipitous Great Wall could be built under such backward conditions.

This is the highest peak, so stand tall and look far away. Many people go up to the highest peak and refuse to go down, and then take pictures and so on.

So there are a lot of people here too.

the bird's nest

After coming down from the Great Wall, it was already afternoon and we started our return journey. On the return journey, there are many drop-off points, such as the Olympic Park (also known as the Bird’s Nest Water Cube) or Wangfujing, or where I don’t remember

There is also a security check, you can buy a ticket to go in, but I guess there is nothing to see inside, so we didn't go in

Strolled outside. The bird's nest is just opposite the water cube, all together.

I heard that at night, the Water Cube will be lit up and it will be more beautiful. We didn't wait until night

Friends who are interested can see and see.

That's the end of the trip to Beijing

I hope it can help everyone to go to Beijing.
