The plot is not important, what attracts people is the ever-changing food: cold noodles with smooth chewy texture, red spicy stir-fry just out of the pan rice cake. Or grilled pork belly that will make your mouth water in a second!
It may be the primitive instinct of human beings. The sizzling sound of food being roasted on the fire seems to be able to smell the aroma of roasted meat bursting out of fat just on the TV. No one can resist such a temptation. It is said that taste is the tracker of memory.
At the end of 2005, the "Seoul Pavilion" on Jinning Street opened its doors to welcome customers. The initial impression of authentic Korean food for many people in this city was probably established in this way.

In 1988, Sister Li's lover came to Yinchuan with her parents when she was a child. Her mother-in-law has rich experience in the catering industry. With more than 20 years of cooking experience, she mainly cooked authentic Korean spicy cabbage in Yinchuan in the early years.
And this sale lasted more than ten years, and then returned to South Korea, but this experience of living in Yinchuan also made it possible for the young couple to open this authentic Korean restaurant in this city in the future .
For Koreans living in a foreign land, the cooking made by their mother is "a taste that will never be forgotten in a lifetime." So every dish is treated with more thought. Even if it's a bibimbap, cold noodles, or soft tofu soup, you can taste it differently from other places here.
According to the words of the young couple: It seems to be a simple dish, and the moments of childhood and the joys of youth are all in it.
The shop has not changed its location for fourteen years, except for a more comfortable dining environment. If you come here again, if you didn't see the owner himself first, you would think you went wrong.
In fact, it just upgraded a more appropriate new name, which is based on the homonym of Seoul in English. The new name is Shouwuer Korean Cuisine.
There are two floors in the store, the area is not large, but it is warm enough, and it is very clean, which not only retains the sense of comfort of the cheap old store.
In terms of experience and comfort, it has been keeping up with the development. Unlike many times, the old barbecue restaurant must have a greasy feeling. With complete smoke exhaust equipment, you don't have to worry about it here.
Different from other local Korean barbecue, here is Han style barbecue. Customers who are familiar with this place must order dishes when they come to the store. Naturally, honeycomb pork belly, fresh beef, seasoned chicken bone meat, secret pork chops, fried rice cakes, soft tofu soup...
These are even the classic dishes that have been kept for 14 years since the store opened, all of which are exclusive and honest!
The pork belly in the store is hand-cut on the spot and roasted over a fierce fire. The pork belly is fully released at the right time. The crispy part of the lean meat and the fat part are combined under high temperature to complement each other. The secret dipping sauce, basil, lettuce The thoughtful ones are all prepared and put aside, and the entrance is skillfully rolled up, and the steps are done in one go like in Korean dramas!
Seasoned chicken bone meat, you have never eaten this dish in other places. The boneless chicken is seasoned in secret and baked on the grill until the chicken skin is browned. There is no need for any dipping sauce. You can eat it directly after cutting it with scissors. The taste is unique !
