Self-driving travel is my favorite way of traveling. Although the economy is less economical, this unrestrained and free state of mind is unmatched by other methods. Now renting a car is so convenient and the cost is not high, I believe more and more people will choose this way. This trip, with my wife, flew from Beijing to Kunming (2019, January, 15,), and then rented a car from Kunming to Xishuangbanna (Jinghong), Jianshui, Yuanyang, Mengzi Bisezhai, and then to Detian Waterfall in Guangxi , Beihai, Weizhou Island, return via Baise, Guizhou Xingyi Wanfenglin, Luoping, and finally return to Kunming to return the car, and then fly back to Beijing (January, 31st, 2019), a total of 17 days, mileage: 3949 kilometers.
Wan Fenglin
On the way from Beihai to Wanfenglin in Xingyi, Guizhou, I stayed at Baise Zizhu International Hotel in Guangxi for one night. It is 445 kilometers from Beihai to Baise, and 273 kilometers from Baise to Xingyi Wanfenglin, so it is very easy to walk and avoid the fatigue of long-distance driving.
My self-driving tour follows two principles, one is not to take night roads, and the other is to keep the daily itinerary within 500 kilometers as much as possible. There is one more thing to say: my wife has a driver's license and can drive a car, but I basically don't use her to drive, except for me occasionally when I am very tired or unwell. The key point I want to say is: long-distance self-driving tests the driver's level and concentration the most, and there is no room for sloppyness, so it is especially important to obey the rules and concentrate. It is often seen that there is not a lot of traffic on the expressway, but some drivers keep crawling, and even merge at will without turning on the lights, check their mobile phones, park at random or even reverse, etc. These are irregular and very dangerous driving behaviors. Not having an accident is just a fluke. Nowadays, more and more people are traveling by car, and the age of drivers is getting older, which is not all a good thing. Traveling is a good thing, but once an accident occurs, all the good things will no longer exist. Therefore, you must drive with a reverent heart, and drive in a well-behaved manner. You should not only drive your own car well, but also take care of the front, rear, left, and right sides. Ensuring safety is the foundation of everything else.

Wanfeng Forest is a business card of Xingyi. It is located in the south of Xingyi City and is a typical karst landform. Its location is adjacent to the middle and lower reaches of the Maling River Canyon, reaching Pogang in the east, Guangxi in the south, Sanjiangkou at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces in the west, and the main peak of Wumeng Mountain in the north. The total area accounts for one-third of Xingyi of two.
The Wanfeng Forest, composed of nearly 20,000 strange peaks and emerald mountains, is divided into three parts: the East Peak Forest, the West Peak Forest and the North Peak Forest. Xu Xiake, a great traveler in the Ming Dynasty, praised in a poem that "there are so many mountains in the world, but only here are the peaks forming forests".
You can visit Wanfeng Forest together with Malinghe Canyon. Since you have swum through Malinghe Canyon before, this time you only visited Wanfeng Forest. Wanfenglin has a huge area, there are sightseeing cars in the scenic area, and a special sightseeing lane is planned, and self-driving cars are not allowed to enter.
After arriving at Wanfenglin, for some unknown reason, I suddenly had a fever, and the itinerary was affected. We only walked around from Shangnahui Village to Xianahui Village, and roughly felt the wonders of Xiawanfenglin.
Jingtang Inn is not far from the parking lot. It is built against the mountain and has an ingenious design. On the roof, the clear water is secluded, full of Zen, with a cup of fragrant tea in hand, you can have a panoramic view of thousands of peaks and forests.
Shangnahui Village is a Buyi village surrounded by Wanfeng Forest. It has strong ethnic characteristics and is very convenient for eating, living and parking. Many tourists choose to live here.

Xianahui Village is relatively large, and several large banyan trees are very spectacular. The longest tree is a thousand years old. The villagers take care of these trees like worshiping gods.
Accompanied by the afterglow of the setting sun, strolling in the mountains and fields, the peaks compete for strangeness, the cottages are faint, the smoke is curling up, and the grass is green, what a picture of a mountain dwelling in the peaks and forests.
Kowloon Waterfall (Luoping)
Wanfenglin is less than 100 kilometers away from Luoping, and it takes one and a half hours. Luoping Xicheng Hotel is adjacent to Linxiang Shijie Forest Park, with a condescending position and a comfortable environment.
Luoping's rapeseed flowers are stretching and vast, which is a real sea of flowers and has become a business card of Luoping.
The Jiulong Waterfall Group, which is more than 20 kilometers away from Luoping, is another business card of Luoping.
There are two entrances and exits to the Jiulong Waterfall Group, one is from high to low, and the other is from low to high. For self-driving tourists, if you don’t want to go back and forth, you can park your car at any entrance of the scenic spot, then rent a car to another entrance, and then walk up or down. We choose to enter from a high entrance with less effort, that is, go from high to low.
Jiulong Waterfall is named after it originates from the Jiulong River. Due to the special geological structure and the erosion of water flow for thousands of years, ten levels of waterfalls with different heights and widths have been formed here. The largest level is 112 meters wide and 56 meters high. It is magnificent and spectacular.
I have visited many waterfalls in China. It can be said that the Jiulong Waterfalls are majestic, majestic, majestic, beautiful and soothing.
Entering from the entrance, the rapeseed flowers are all over the mountains, the peaks are looming, and the houses are hidden in the trees.
