Today’s first stop is the home of the children—Taipei Zoo. You can also swipe the Easy Card for the zoo tickets. The Easy Card is so powerful that you can take on multiple jobs!
The zoo arrived at almost 12 noon, maybe it was noon, and the animals were all asleep, and they were quite good at recuperating!
The ecological environment here is very good, it feels like Jurassic Park, but after all, the animals are still locked up, of course it is not as free as nature...! The zoo is really big and there are really many kinds of animals. The original plan was to traverse "simple" and then go to Maokong Mountain, but it turned out that we walked non-stop for most of the day!
By the way, there are famous "Tuantuan" and "Yuanyuan" in the Giant Panda Pavilion, but they can only be viewed for a limited time. Everyone queues up to enter the pavilion, queue up to watch, and the time is limited to take a photo. The one that comes out today is the giant panda " Tuantuan", no chance to see "Yuanyuan".
My favorite animal, the gorilla 🦍 "Diego" here is a close-up. This is definitely Tarzan the ape. He is too big. He must be the star of the zoo. Everyone must go see him if they have the opportunity!
The zoo is next to Maokong Mountain. Take the small ferry train to the Maokong cable car station. Everyone waits in line in an orderly manner, and the baby caravan is no exception.
You can go up the mountain soon, and it takes about half an hour to take the cable car. This time, I am addicted to the cable car!
The air on the mountain is very fresh, and there are also food stalls gathering on both sides of the trail.
Because there are many tea gardens in Maokong Mountain, which is the main production base of tea, you can also go there to taste tea. The restaurant will also use tea to design many dishes, which is very innovative! Including tea ice cream, tea-flavored cakes, donuts, biscuits, etc...; there are also coffee shops all over the place, very suitable for young couples. Walk slowly along the trail to enjoy the beautiful scenery. When you are tired, you can have a pot of tea or coffee and sit quietly for a long time!
As for why it is called "Maokong Mountain"? In fact, there is no cat star person, because it is a homonym, it becomes "Mao Kongshan" after all!
