It was only later that I learned that there is a free battery car shuttle between the various tourist attractions in Zhengding.

Rongguo Mansion is the location base built in 1986 for the filming of the movie "Dream of Red Mansions". In addition to the Dream of Red Mansions, there are also TV series "Snow Mountain Flying Fox", "New Bao Qingtian", "Biography of Zheng Banqiao", and the movie "The Way of a Man". Now Rongguo Mansion has become a 4A tourist attraction in my country.


Rongguo Mansion is a fictitious mansion in the Dream of Red Mansions. Red scholars have tried many times, but they can't prove where Rongguo Mansion and Grand View Garden are.

In the second chapter of "Dream of Red Mansions", "Leng Zixing Speech Rongguo Mansion", Jia Yucun had a dialogue with Leng Zixing, pointing out that Rongguo Mansion is in Jinling:

Yucun said: "When I went to Jinling last year, because I wanted to visit the relics of the Six Dynasties, I entered Stone City that day and passed in front of his house. The east of the street is Ningguo Mansion, and the west of the street is Rongguo Mansion. The two houses are connected. The street is occupied. Although there is no one outside the gate, looking through the wall, the halls and pavilions inside are still majestic and majestic. Even in the garden behind, the trees, mountains and rocks are still lush and moist. a house of decay?"

In this way, the Rongguo Mansion should be in Jinling. Moreover, the saying "Jinling Twelve Beauties" has also pointed out that the story and characters are all in Jinling.

However, many plots in the book show that Rongning and Ningfu are not in Jinling, but in Beijing.

In the thirty-third chapter "Hands, feet, lips and tongue, unscrupulous all kinds of big commitments", there is a sentence of Jia Mu's reprimand Jia Zheng:

Jiamu sneered and said, "You don't have to be angry with me. Your son, I shouldn't care whether you beat me or not. I guess you are tired of our girls too. Why don't we leave you as soon as possible, and everyone is clean." !" Then he ordered people to see the sedan horse, "Your wife Baoyu and I will go back to Nanjing immediately!".

It can be seen that the Rongguo Mansion is indeed not in Nanjing.

I remember that Mr. Zhou Ruchang found a lot of evidence based on the description of the novel "Dream of Red Mansions" in "New Evidence of a Dream of Red Mansions", proving that the address of "Grand View Garden" is in the northwest corner of Beijing.

Of course, Dream of the Red Chamber is just a novel, so there is no need for such serious research.

Zhengding Rongguo Mansion Scenic Area is divided into two parts: "Rongning Street" and Rongguo Mansion. Let's go to Rongning Street first.

When we came to Rongning Street, it happened to be lunch time. So we had lunch at a restaurant on Rongning Street.

After lunch, we arrived at Rongguo Mansion.

There is a memorial archway with four pillars and three doors standing on the street, and the title of the archway is "Rongguo Mansion" in three big characters. Behind the archway is a shadow wall. Turning the corner, it is the gate of Rongguo Mansion. The horizontal plaque on the gate reads "Imperial Order of Rongguo Mansion", and there are couplets hanging on both sides: "Jinmen Yuhu Shenxianju; Guidian Langong Concubine's Home". This is the couplet in the main hall of the Grand View Garden in the novel. But I think that this couplet is suitable to be placed in the family-saving villa, but it is not suitable to be placed at the gate of Rongguo Mansion. Because the title of Rong Guogong is much more prominent than that of the "concubine's family".





A pair of stone lions squatted at the gate. Everyone remembered the passage in the novel:

After hearing this, Xiang Lian stumbled and said, "This is not good, it is absolutely impossible to do it. Your East Mansion is clean except for those two stone lions, and I'm afraid even the cats and dogs are not clean."

However, Liu Xianglian was referring to the "East Mansion" - Ningguo Mansion, not Rongguo Mansion. Of course, the two prefectures of Rongning and Ningxia are actually similar.

The building of Rongguo Mansion is divided into three roads, and then an excerpt from Baidu:

"Rongguofu Scenic Area is a multi-entry courtyard house in the form of a hatchback with a deer top and a mountain. It is divided into three roads: the middle, the east, and the west. As we walked all the way, we saw many wax figures depicting the scenes of the Dream of the Red Chamber in each room in the scenic spot. It reminds me of the TV series that was filmed here. I always think that the 87 version of the TV series "Dream of Red Mansions" is the best work among all the adaptations of classic classics. Its faithful adaptation of the original work, as well as the degree of conformity between the characters and the audience's imagination of the original characters, are impeccable.

I wanted to see what the Grand View Garden was like, but later I learned that the scenic spot is only Rongguo Mansion, and there is no Grand View Garden. In fact, in the novel, the Grand View Garden is also in the same position as Rongning and Ningfu. There are two Grand View Gardens across the country, one in Beijing and the other in Qingpu, Shanghai. Let's visit again later.
