Book the travel plan ten days in advance, and set off on August 12 to go north to Beidaihe, Chengde, and Mulan Paddock to escape the summer heat. Coincidentally, we encountered super typhoon Likima, which hit Zhejiang hard and headed north. On the 12th, we took a flight from Hangzhou, which was 37 degrees high, at 1:45, and arrived at Qinhuangdao, which was only 26 degrees, at 4:00 pm. From Hangzhou to Qinhuangdao, in addition to flying, you can also take the high-speed rail directly, or you can transfer to Tianjin. It takes more than an hour from Tianjin to Qinhuangdao by high-speed train.

Qinhuangdao is a prefecture-level city. From north to south, there are Shanhaiguan District, Haigang District, and Beidaihe District. The main attractions in Shanhaiguan District are Shanhaiguan and the ancient city of Shanhaiguan, the old leader at the starting point of the Great Wall. The main attractions in Beidaihe District are Pigeon Nest Park and Laohushi Beach Park. In recent years, Nandaihe and Gold Coast have been newly developed. It is said that the beaches with few people are good, and they are recommended. According to this experience, it is recommended to play for two days, one day in Gold Coast Leisure Sports Sandboarding Park, Sand Sculpture Ocean Park, and then one day in Pigeon Nest Park, Laolongtou, and Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. Special reminder to travel in Beidaihe District, you must bring your ID card with you, and you must check your ID card every time you enter Beidaihe District.

After catching up with the typhoon, it was still circling in Shandong, and the periphery affected Qinhuangdao. The typhoon made Qinhuangdao rain for three consecutive days, taking away the heat of midsummer. The taxi arrived at Rongyi Hotel, Beidaihe Health Valley, which was reserved. The original plan was to go to the leisure sports sandboarding park on the Gold Coast and play with the Sand Sculpture Ocean Park, but we had to stay in the hotel because of the rain. The hotel opened in March this year. It is very large, with five buildings and a large swimming pool with an area of 2,550 square meters in the middle. And there are supporting children's amusement parks, baking rooms, etc. in Building 2. The hardware facilities are very good, but the room decoration materials are too poor, and the formaldehyde smell is very strong. Then the food is expensive and unpalatable, there is no changing room by the pool, it is not very convenient to change clothes in the room. There is a closed Aranya Gold Coast community next to it. There are many restaurants in it, but they are not allowed to enter. Had to swim in the hotel, dazed

It continued to rain the next day, so we took a taxi to Laohushi Seaview Holiday Hotel early in the morning, about 27 kilometers away. The hotel is just opposite the main entrance of Laohushi Beach Park, separated by a parking lot. There is a commercial street next to it, and there are many restaurants, so it is very convenient to eat. The sea view rooms on the third floor are facing the sea, Laohushi Beach Park, and the sea are right under your eyes. The rooms are also huge. Also, you can enter the beach park with your room card, free of 20 yuan tickets. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator, and the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities seem to be only three-star standard. Since the room was not clean, we left our luggage at the front desk and went out for breakfast.

Then take a taxi to Shanhaiguan, about 37 kilometers away. The driver tried his best to recommend a chartered car on the way. No matter how long you play, you can pick up and drop off between scenic spots, and then send it back to the place where you got on the bus. It only costs 300 yuan. I thought it was a fool, but I booked it after thinking about it being so cheap. It is estimated to cost 90 yuan by taxi from Laohushi Beach Park to Laolongtou, and 180 yuan for a round trip. Then it is about 5 kilometers from Laolongtou to Shanhaiguan scenic spot, and it will take half a day. It seems that the taxi business in Qinhuangdao is not good. On the way, the driver contacted an acquaintance and said that the old faucet was closed due to the typhoon. I said to drive to have a look, but it is impossible to think about it, the wind is only level 7, and it is circling in Shandong, how could the scenic spot be closed. When we arrived, the scenic spot was really closed. The driver took us for a look. Then go to the Shanhaiguan Scenic Area, the Shanhaiguan Scenic Area, which is the ancient city on the edge of Shanhaiguan. There are some former residences of celebrities, museums and so on in the ancient city. Shanhaiguan is a part of the Great Wall, which is similar to Jiayuguan, Juyongguan, and the ancient city walls of Nanjing and Xi'an. City walls, urns, etc. If you have been to the above places, you don't have to go. After walking around the scenic spot for three hours, I went back to the hotel after lunch. After taking a break, I went to the opposite Laohushi Beach Park to play. Fortunately, I met a relative who was also on vacation in Beidaihe, and made an appointment for dinner. I didn't go to Pigeon Nest Park. So it is a pity that this time I went to Beidaihe, due to the typhoon and other reasons, I did not plan to go to several places.

Early in the morning on the third day, I took a taxi to Qinhuangdao Coach Station and took a coach to Chengde. It is estimated that buying tickets at the station requires more deductions, so the line contractor intercepts them at the door. The station sells 100 yuan per ticket, and they sell 90 yuan per ticket. They were annoyed that we didn't buy their tickets. And then it didn't start on time, the departure time was 8:20, but it actually started after 8:45 when the seats were full. Station management is not standardized. About three hours' drive to Chengde East Railway Station. Chengde is also a prefecture-level city, and taxi management is not standardized. There were 3 of us in the car, and the driver also said that we should make up one person. We asked for a watch, and he asked for 30 yuan. Finally, I dialed the watch to Tianbao Holiday Hotel in Chengde, and it was 20 yuan. Moreover, there is no Didi Taxi in such a prefecture-level city, which is a bit unexpected.

Chengde Tianbao Holiday Hotel is in a very good location, in the commercial center, there are many shops and places to eat around. It is about 1.7 kilometers away from Chengde Mountain Resort. The sanitation and service are very good. The catering in the hotel is very good, and the portion is large. We ordered a meal for four people and a rice noodle, and the three of us only ate half of it. Probably enough to feed six people. The hotel also has mineral water near the elevator entrance for guests to use. In the evening, we also gave us white fungus soup. The breakfast is also very rich.

After a lunch break at the hotel, I got up at two o'clock and went to Chengde Mountain Resort. Chengde Mountain Resort is too big, the best suggestion is to take a battery car to visit the mountain part, and then take a cruise ship to visit the lake. Then walk out. Take at least 5 hours of your time. Entering from the south gate, the first is the main palace, which is similar to a museum, introducing the history and important events of the villa. Then there are all kinds of cultural relics in the collection, such as screens, porcelain, agate, harnesses, furniture, etc. After leaving the main palace of this museum, the right side is the part of the lake, and you can swim around the lake. On the left is the part of the mountain, take a battery car to go around the mountain, and you can also see the Outer Eight Temples from a distance. From the map, if you really want to visit all the scenic spots, it is best to go around the lake twice, first from Jingbiting, Ruyizhou, Wushu Qingliang, Yanyulou, Rehequan, Jinshan, Huiwanzong The site of the Temple of Spring, the site of Jiede Hall, the Sound of the Moonlight River, the Lion Grove in Wenyuan, and the site of the East Palace. Then start from the back of the main palace, Ruyi Lake, Fangyuanju, Fangzhu Linliu, Changhong Yinlian, Double Lake Mirror, Linfangyuan, Shuiliuyunzai, Yingying Arbor, Green Carpet Eight Rhyme Stele, Wanshu Garden, From Peony Garden, go out from the gate of Wanshuyuan and take a taxi back to the hotel. There are many scenic spots and a large area, and it really takes a lot of time. It's not too much to swim for a day.

On the fourth day, I rented a car and set off at 7:17 in the morning to Mulan Paddock. After walking for about four and a half hours, we arrived at the Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm. The suggested route is to go from Qisaimenjin, Saihanta, Moon Lake, Songhuazhengchun, to Saihanba Machinery for dinner. Then in the afternoon, go to the source of the Luan River, the general's tomb, and live in the military and civilian field. If you have time, go to Baicao Obo, Film and Television Kudi, Jiangjun Paozi, Wucai Mountain, etc.

On the fifth day, return to Taifeng Lake, Qixing Lake, Erlongquan, Jinlian Yingri, Yanming Lake, Sun Lake, Grand Canyon, Taoshan Lake, and then return to Chengde. It is recommended to choose Ulan Butong Army Horse Farm in Inner Mongolia for accommodation, which is much more cost-effective than mechanical forest farms. In addition, it is recommended that the chartered car should take the high speed, as there will be traffic jams on provincial and national highways, and taking the high speed can save at least half an hour. Our return time was relatively early, and in the afternoon we went to the Little Potala Palace in the Outer Eight Temples. The Little Potala Palace and the Palace are joint tickets, and there is a free battery car pick-up in the middle.

On the sixth day, I rented a car from Chengde to the T3 terminal of Beijing Capital Airport and went home smoothly.
