One day in June 2019, my frantic impulse to go to Tibet met Laotian's dream of driving 318 by himself. Then we started to rent a car, form a team, determine the departure time and other odds and ends. Although we also experienced some twists and turns, fortunately, at the critical moment, the rain and fog were cleared to see the sunny sky, and we met two fellows born in the 80s. People: Xiaoliang from Dalian in Northeast China and Zhaopeng from Qingdao in Shandong Province.
In this way, on September 28th, we set off from Chengdu, with four people in one car, heading west along the most beautiful National Highway 318 in the legend. After 10 days, we drove 2806 kilometers around three rivers and canyons at an average altitude of 4000 meters. , passing through the eight major mountains and glaciers, the three major lakes Haizi, taking more than 100 dangerous turns, visiting the most beautiful towns, passing each other's world in the last piece of pure land on earth, and starting our pilgrimage...

I am very interested in this bridge because I am very interested in the villages and residents on the other side of the bridge. This bridge is the only window through which they can connect with and understand the world.
Finally arrived at the junction of Yunnan and Tibet, that is to say, after crossing this archway, we have officially set foot on the territory of Tibet, a sacred territory!
Along the way, there was a red JEEP Wrangler driving at the same speed as us. The owner of the car was an uncle, one person and one car. It is said that he is an Internet celebrity on Douyin. He drives 318 once a year. Zhaopeng told Xiaoliang , along the way, he walked and broadcast live, at the junction of Yunnan and Tibet, his fans even invited him to take photos with him.
At the provincial boundary sign, everyone got out of the car excitedly to take a group photo, Zuo Zhaopeng finally had a chance to chat with this internet celebrity.
Not long after passing the provincial boundary marker, we encountered a traffic jam for the first time, and finally, ^_^ This allowed us to have close contact with fellow travelers, and finally felt the atmosphere of previous festival travel.

This day is along the tributaries of the Lancang River, driving among the cliffs. The day before, I was just a little worried. This day, I questioned for the first time why I took such a big risk. Every time I turned a corner, I wanted to install a brake under my feet and step on it to make them slow, slow. , Slow down again, although I know they have controlled the speed of the car within the safe limit.

The Yantian in Mangkang, where Zhang Qian traveled to the Western Regions in history, will he also pass through here? ! The Lancang River flows quietly among the red and green, and there are cottages quietly leaning against the mountains and rivers.
Driving on Route 318, I feel very happy
Dongda Mountain is a high mountain with an altitude of more than 5000 meters in the whole journey. Standing on the observation deck of Dongda Mountain, you can have a panoramic view of the whole Mangkang.
There are many hikers and bikers along the way.
Before I witnessed this with my own eyes, how many people, like me, sat in a space of less than 10 square meters and read the 95,000 kilometers of splendor and 1.3 billion colorful lives in the book; A heart wider than 95,000 kilometers sits on a chair less than one square meter. If you don't go out and about, you will think that this is the world, and you will believe that things are the same.
The world is so big, I'm glad I came out and had a look.
