All halls of Zhihua Temple are paved with black glazed tiles. Among the various colored glazed tiles in the Ming Dynasty, although the black grade is inferior to yellow and green, only official kilns can be fired.
There are three ways to choose black glazed tiles:
One is because of the strict hierarchy of buildings in China, and the style and color of the roof are strictly regulated.
The second is the theory of the five elements. Black belongs to water, and water can extinguish fire. The main structure of Zhihua Temple is made of wood, and the black glazed tiles are used to suppress fire.
The third is the theory of four colors derived from Buddhist scriptures. Calamity is white, gain is yellow, respect and love is red, subjugation is black, and it is compared to the four elements of earth, water, fire and wind. The black glazed tile roof corresponds to the name of Zhihua Temple. The former subdues demons with the wind, and the latter uses the wisdom of Buddha to save sentient beings.
Zhihua Temple has two Beijing music performances every day, at ten o'clock in the morning and three o'clock in the afternoon. Zhihua Sijing music has been passed down for more than 570 years. It is known as the living fossil of ancient Chinese traditional music and is one of the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage items.
Wang Zengqi wrote in "Old People and Old Things": There is a Zhihua Temple in Beijing. The monks in the temple perform rituals differently from other temples and play music. The tune they played was extraordinary and ancient. The music score used cannot be read by others, and the notation symbols are not working rulers, but some strange strokes. The musical instruments are similar to those common today, but the main instrument is the pipe. It is said that this is the Yanle of the Tang Dynasty. After liberation, most of the monks in the monastery have already made their own living, but they can still gather together. Mr. Lao She invited them to play once. Comrades in the music industry are very interested in this living ancient music.
In front of the gate of Zhihua Temple is an ordinary resident's house, and behind it is Galaxy Soho. Officials and common people, ancient and modern, all silently melt together in the long river of time.
Crossing the alley next to Zhihua Temple is Yinhe Soho. In the adjacent alley, old men gather at the fitness equipment, playing chess, and flying flexibly on the horizontal bar, it is very lively. And the Galaxy Soho is even more deserted, and the weekend is also empty.
Raffles City: There is a falling moon
Came out of Galaxy Soho and went to Raffles City. On the fourth floor of Raffles City, there is a pop-up shop for single-episode art, until June 2nd. The store is paved with grass, hung with a moon, drinking beer and chatting, wandering around and visiting the works. The organizers are all young people, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
Wudaoying Hutong—Jianchang Hutong—Guozijian Street—Fangjia Hutong
Wudaoying Hutong
Wudaoying, Guozijian and Fangjia Hutong are three parallel streets running east-west. Jianchang Hutong starts from Wudaoying Hutong in the north and ends at Guozijian Street in the south.
Find Jing Zhaoyin on the opposite side of Lama Temple, and you will find Wudaoying Hutong as soon as you turn in.
Jing Zhaoyin is an official name in ancient China, which is equivalent to the mayor of the capital today and belongs to one of the three assistants. Sanfu refers to the three officials who govern the Gyeonggi area: Jing Zhaoyin, Zuo Fengyi, and You Fufeng. The title You Fufeng is also very nice.
Wudaoying Hutong is said to be the station of the barracks guarding the city in the Ming Dynasty, and it was called Wudewei Camp at that time. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Xianghuang Banner and was renamed Wudaoying. Battalion and Wei are both related to the garrison.
Dynasties changed, Jingzhaoyin became a vegetarian restaurant, and Wudaoying Hutong changed from a place of garrison to a good place to take a break.
On both sides of the alley are small shops of different styles. Shops selling all kinds of music boxes, cafes with beautiful flowers, restaurants, izakayas, Vietnamese locomotives, Western food, hot pot. Walking around casually, it was half an afternoon.
Lost and Found is a furniture store. I passed by at night last autumn, but didn't go in, and took a picture of the dimly lit storefront.
This year it is an early spring afternoon. The store looks unchanged. A few months are like ice cubes in Coke, disappearing without a trace.
Sliding open the wooden door is like entering a real home. The first floor is the living room, dining room and study. Up the stairs on the second floor is the bedroom. Most of them are quiet and calm solid wood furniture, like the old things that someone has used for a long time, there is a familiarity that seems to have been similar.
The partitions on the second floor are made of wood and white coarse cloth.
The solid-color fabrics and green plants enrich the colors without jumping off or making noise, just like the fusion of old dreams and distant memories.
There is a small cat shop near the end of the Hutong called Hutong Cat. When I passed by, the door was closed and I walked through. Later, when I turned back, I saw someone pushing the door, so I followed it.
Seeing that the cats could hardly walk, I wanted to take them all away. Cats make people feel soft like marshmallows that are about to melt, and they are very sweet.
There is also a shop where dogs watch the door. I sent a text message to ask Baoyu, what are you doing on weekends, are you at home? Baoyu replied to me: Dayin. I took a picture and sent it, like this?
Arrow Factory Alley
Jianchang Hutong originated from Jianting in the Qianlong period, and it was the place where Guozijian students practiced archery.
A few steps into the alley, there is a skewer shop called Daehan BBQ, which is only open at night. In fact, there is no storefront at all, small wooden tables and plastic stools in the open air are scattered everywhere, and the boss is smoky in the small room, and orange soft light tubes hang in strings.
I always feel that the skewers still have to be in such a place to be interesting. After all, a beautifully decorated string shop with a unique name is less exciting. And at this price, don't you think it's touching. When the weather gets warmer, drink some beer and eat some skewers, don't mention the matter of losing weight.
Arrow Factory Hutong is a Chinese-style dessert shop with fireworks and elegance and fun. Going forward is Yuangu Main Store.
The front hall displays furniture and utensils, and walking inside is a spacious backyard dedicated to afternoon tea. This one also has a store in Wudaoying Hutong, called Guanpin. However, the Guanpin store is small, and it is no easier to sit than this one.
The refreshments of Yuangu and Guanpin are based on presenting the natural taste of food with seasonal ingredients. As the seasons change, spring, summer, autumn and winter packages are launched, and the names of the refreshments are also related to solar terms.
In addition to the seasonal packages, there are several permanent signatures. My favorite is the snow fungus lily dumpling, the cheese is soft and smooth. Crushed snow fungus and lily are kneaded into the dumplings, the taste is crisp and refreshing, and the combination is fresh and harmonious. It looks like glutinous rice flour rolled in a circle, placed on a bamboo leaf, in a petal container.
The jasmine tea cheese is packed in a bamboo tube and has a light taste with the fragrance of jasmine tea. However, the layers of the taste are thin and there is no change. I feel a little greasy after eating half of it. The big dog likes this more.
Peach blossom wine has no strength, sour and sweet, and the color is really girly. Drinking a cup in spring may lead to peach blossoms.
Guozijian Hutong
Guozijian Street existed in the Yuan Dynasty, it was called Guozijian Confucian Temple in the Ming Dynasty, and it was called Chengxian Street in the Qing Dynasty. There are four cross-street archways on the street, which is the only archway street preserved in Beijing. There is one at the east and west entrances of the street, and the forehead square is titled Chengxian Street. There is one on the left and one near the Guozijian, and the title of Guozijian in Efang.
There are stone tablets on both sides of the archway, engraved with officials waiting to dismount here to show respect for Confucius and Taixue.
The Confucian Temple is in the east and the Taixue is in the west, which just fits the teaching regulations of left temple and right learning. Both the Confucian Temple and the Guozijian are open to the public. It seems that they close at 5:30. The day I went there was late and I didn’t go in. If you want to go, you must arrange a good time.
There is also a lost and found shop on Guozijian Street, which not only sells furniture, but also clothes and utensils. There is a patio in the indoor atrium with an old bathtub, which has a dilapidated aesthetic and reminds me of Ophelia's death.
Fangjia Hutong
Walk through Gongyi Lane and you will arrive at Fangjia Hutong.
There is a family or painting gallery near the entrance of Gongyi Lane, where you can spend an afternoon painting. The shopkeepers are two girls who will guide you in the process of starting and painting.
We had each chosen the picture we wanted to draw. I was obsessed with the picture of a rainy day, and Baoyu’s heart was Degas’s dancing girl. The teacher euphemistically said that if there is no foundation, it’s better not to challenge too much, so as not to collapse the painting and affect the experience. Finally, I chose what I wanted to paint from the pictures provided in the store.
From a pure white canvas to the sunset port, there is still a sense of accomplishment in every stroke. Hold the final finished broom and cherish it, and hang it on the wall when you get home.
Wearing an apron full of paint, he took a selfie and sent it to Fengfeng. Fengfeng asked me: Are you cooking? Sometimes the difference between people and people's thinking is quite big.
I was really hungry that afternoon when I was painting. I could hear my stomach growling in the second half of the painting. I relied on the passion of painting to last the whole scene. As soon as I finished painting, I hurriedly packed up and went to Wudaoying to eat hot pot.
The environment of Sixi Xiaopangxinyuan Private House Hot Pot is very good. There is a small independent courtyard with lush flowers and plants in the narrow corridor. But the price/performance ratio is not high, and the dishes are quite small. The taste is not as good as Huangmen. The first picture below is Sixi Xiaopang, and the second one is Huangmen. It is strongly recommended for those who like to eat hot pot to eat Huangmen. I have eaten two, one is under the Jingliang Building, and the other is near the Bird's Nest, both taste very good.
Opposite the exit of the alley is the old photo studio, which is a photo studio and a dessert house. It seems that the sugar content of these three streets is very high. No matter what you do, you have to serve a plate of snacks.
There is Fangjia Hutong Primary School on the street. The primary school was founded in 1906. Lao She was the third principal of the primary school, and he was inexplicably envious. A plaque of Xunjun Wangfu is hung on the door. King Xunjun was the third son of Emperor Qianlong, named Yongzhang, and was posthumously named King Xunjun after his death.
Qianmen Street - Dashilan - Yangmeizhu Xiejie
Qianmen Street: Eat Wu Yutai Ice Cream
It was winter when I went to Qianmen Street. When I got out of the subway station and walked towards the front door, I found that the Chaoyang Gate could not be passed through, so I had to bypass it. I thought there was an emphasis on feng shui, and I was afraid that passers-by would walk through and take away the royal blessing. As a result, Mr. Du said that it was a control diversion.
When I walked to Wu Yutai, I wanted to eat ice cream. In the smog, I bravely took off my mask and ate a scented tea cone.
Wu Yutai Tea House itself is a long-established tea maker in Beijing. The matcha and scented tea ice cream sold are fresh, sweet and not greasy. The price is also very authentic, 6 yuan a piece. But not every Wu Yutai store buys ice cream. The ones I know are: Wangfujing Street store, Dongsi Art Museum store and Lama Temple store.
The drinks at Wu Yutai's house are also delicious. The most recommended is jasmine milk tea, which costs 15 yuan for a large cup, and the tea tastes very fragrant. All the friends who drank said it was very good.
There are few tourists in winter, and the spacious streets are deserted. The facade of each store has a similar feeling, and most of the shops are empty or marked for transfer, which makes them look more depressed. The Dangdang car, which I found very interesting, was not open. It gives people the feeling that commercial resources and cultural heritage have not been well developed.
You can take a look at it with the heart of being a tourist. Maybe it will be as fresh as when I came here for the first time, eating ice cream, thinking that it is not as bad as it is said in the travel notes.
When passing by, I asked the big dog, who will come to the front door? , Then he said to himself that there is nothing else to shop anyway, so come here to have a look at the clothes. That's probably how the store draws traffic.
Dashilan: It’s not da zha lan
When I first saw this place name, I kept saying it. It was only later that I learned that Mandarin was invalid at this time, and the pronunciation should be pronounced.
Although the front door is deserted, it becomes visibly bustling as soon as you turn the corner and walk into the big fence.
There are many old shops in Dashilan.
Xiangyihao Silk and Satin Shop was first built in the 22nd year of Guangxu. After visiting it, I felt that the price was not expensive and the quality was good, but it was not good-looking. Why did we give up our young consumer groups so easily? Compared with Xiangyizhuang, the transformation of Ruifuxiang next door is more successful. There are all kinds of exquisite buckles displayed in the glass showcase, and a bride-to-be is trying on a bright red cheongsam.
Yangmeizhu Xiejie: An elegant place, a day of leisure
Go straight ahead at Dashilan, pass through the short Qingzhu Lane on the right, and stand in the middle of Yangmeizhu Xiejie.
Yangmeizhu Xiejie is my favorite place in this route.
During the period of the Republic of China, this street was a famous publishing street. The short street brought together seven bookstores including Zhonghua Bookstore, Zhongzheng Bookstore, and Kaiming Bookstore. Cai E was transferred to Beijing in 1913, and it was at Qingyun Pavilion on Yangmeizhu Xiejie that he first met Xiaofengxian. The Dongshengping Hotel on the street was the location of Dongshengping Bathhouse, the first-class official hall before liberation, and it was once the liaison station of the underground party in Peking.
The whole street is scattered with small shops and studios with different characteristics. The shops are neither dense nor obtrusive, and are integrated between the residents and the historical sites.
After walking out of Qingzhu Lane, the Mofan Bookstore is on the right.
In the earliest days, the bookstore was the place where the government compiled and printed books. After the Republic of China, some bookstores and publishing houses were also called bookstores. The store is not big, and it is a little crowded when five or six people enter the store. I feel that the boss is a bit strict, so I didn't stay long. Bought a calendar "The Beauty of the Ancient Capital".
I prefer another bookstore down the street, Monosuke. The boss is a Taiwanese, and his speech and demeanor are very gentle.
The books sold in the store are mainly art magazines from Taiwan and abroad. I fell in love with a photography journal, and the topic of discussion was the relationship between people behind photography.
Surprisingly, the store actually sells Paul&Joe's stationery. I didn't know Paul&Joe also made this one besides make-up.
The era of blind shopping is over. Every item in life should be carefully selected, from function to aesthetics, to be worthy of your daily use and add points to your life.
The very popular Suzuki Canteen is also on this street. Half an hour before the store opened, there was already a queue at the door. I have eaten at Suzuki Canteen in Ju'er Hutong before, and I feel that the food is not outstanding, and I don't like it very much.
MeetingSomeone at the end of the street for dinner. Promise me you must come here on a date, it's great.
The front of the store is very small, so you can walk past it without paying attention.
The moment you enter the store and turn into the small door on the left, all the stars will fall on your head, you have to restrain yourself so as not to scream.
A dark narrow aisle with mirror surfaces on both sides, and branch-shaped lamps lit up the sky. The designer was inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirror Room and Hayao Miyazaki's "Nausica of the Valley of the Wind".
In fact, I didn't open the door and turn left when I entered the store. I walked straight forward and walked through the passage into the courtyard. The Starlight Passage is only used when leaving the store. The entrance of one space may be connected to the exit of another space, and guests' unconscious choices of different routes may bring different dining experiences.
There are starry lights hanging from the top of the restaurant on the second floor, combined with the spotlights above the table, so that you only focus on your eyes, while other customers are blurred in the background like a defocused picture. The lighting and the loose arrangement of tables and chairs isolate the guests and preserve the independence of each table in a small space.
In terms of cuisine, it is a combination of Chinese and Western creative dishes.
The small crispy fish is highly recommended. It is crispy in the mouth, sweet and sour, and basically has no spines. The sweetness is moderate, and it won't get greasy after eating too much. I think I can eat a plate of fish by myself.
The plum pork belly is not lean meat, fat is not greasy, and you can taste the taste of plum. The skin of the pork belly has gelatinous elasticity, and the meat part is so soft that it melts when it is sucked into the mouth. I am willing to put my calorie quota on this bowl of meat.
The duck breast is very tender, and the taste is not so amazing to me compared to the first two dishes.
The tofu rolls are a bit like Hong Kong-style bean curd rolls, with fried bean curd wrapped in mycelium, etc., served with chili dipping sauce. I personally find it too oily and big dogs like it.
After eating, he wandered out. The owner of the bookstore stood at the door of his store, puffing out a cigarette with one hand in his pocket. During the day, I still feel that they are shopkeepers. In the groggy night, I found that they are actually part of the life in this alley.
Falling into the sound of cicadas in summer, it is not easy to go out, so two exhibitions will be updated.

teamLab is an interdisciplinary creative team that brings together professionals from various fields of the information society. Including: artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, architects, web and graphic designers and editors. Integrate light, sound, video, digital sequence and virtual reality into a technological fantasy wonderland, and strive to bring technology into the realm of art.
The whole visit takes about two hours, and I will talk about the main works on display.
1. "Flower Forest, Lost, Immersed and Reborn Flower Forest, Lostand Immersed"
The whole venue takes this work as the main pavilion. The moment you open the curtain and enter the pavilion, it's like walking into another world. The whole is dark blue light, and the flowers stretch freely, overwhelming you.
Take a closer look at the flowers and repeat the process from birth to death forever: birth, growth, budding, blooming, withering, withering, death, endless life, and repeating itself. If the viewer stands still, nearby flowers will grow more vigorously and develop more persistently. If you touch or step on the flower, the flower will wither and die. The work is drawn in real time by a computer program, and the behavior of the viewer affects the continuous changes of the flowers.
The flower you saw last time, you will meet it once in your life.
Let’s talk about the photography issues that girls care more about. For those of us who love to take pictures, we put on makeup and go out empty-handed without a single photo. It’s better to use the air conditioner at home in the hot summer.
But in all fairness, teamLab is really difficult to shoot.
As soon as I entered the museum, I heard a girl questioning her boyfriend: Do you know how to light and shadow, do you understand composition, what are you taking pictures for me? The boy looked a little unhappy, but he insisted on taking pictures. Although the girl was disappointed, she insisted on posing. This is simply an additional question for the couple's photoshoot final exam. So the most important thing for everyone is to maintain a normal mind, play happily, and make films as you please.
A few tips that I think I can refer to:
1. Wear light-colored clothes. In this way, it will be better integrated with the work, and the light and flowers can be reflected on the body. If it is dark clothes, it will basically be a silhouette effect.
2. Try to avoid looking directly at the camera. The light of the flowers is very gorgeous, but if the whole piece is projected on the whole face, it will look more like snowflake beef when I shoot it. If I pursue the effect of projecting on the partial face, the position of the flower is difficult to grasp. I tried several times and failed, so I went to play.
3. Take a video. The most perfect way to present the transformation of flowers. I didn't, sorry.
In addition to the main hall, there are many black curtains in the exhibition hall. After entering, there are independent exhibition halls with their own themes. Be sure to go in and see every entrance, so as not to miss anything.
This exhibition is my favorite work. When I first entered, the entire exhibition hall was completely dark, there was no boundary between the floor and the wall, and the actual sense of space was completely disintegrated. There are white lights and shadows like flowing clouds floating around, giving the illusion that the whole room is rotating and moving. I was dizzy like stepping on cotton, and walked forward slowly with my hands raised, as if I was walking in nothingness.
Yata Bird is a legendary monster crow with three claws that lives in the deep mountains of Kumano, Mie Prefecture. It owns Yata Mirror, one of the three major artifacts (the other two are Kusanagi Sword and Yasaka Qiongquyu). The Yata Mirror is the door connecting the present world (yang world) and the permanent world (the underworld), while the Yata Yata Yata is the manager of the boundary between life and death, and coexists with death. The task is to save the undead and take revenge, to send the dead who stayed in this world to the ordinary world, or to execute those who violated the Kumano oath paper contract (write the oath on the back of the Kumano Taisha Bull King Talisman to express the witness of God).
The whole work is played for about 3 minutes, brilliant and unrestrained, with surging appeal. Yata birds chase each other and fly. The chasing yata soon became the pursued. When the yakata collided with each other, they would turn into flowers and dissipate away. In addition, the Yata bird will recognize the position of the viewer and fly while dodging. If it cannot dodge and hits the viewer, it will also turn into a flower and gradually disappear. The light traced by the Yata bird's trajectory will be displayed in a three-dimensional form in space.
After reading it, I whimpered and said to the big dog: I feel like I am in outer space.
Regarding taking pictures, I suggest that this exhibition hall should not take portraits. It's too dark to shoot anything, just throw yourself in the work and feel it. Standing by the wall to take pictures is highly discouraged. I can’t watch the works well, and it also affects other people’s perceptions. If you want to watch it a second time, you need to go out and queue up again before entering. I loved it and watched it twice.
3. "Crystal Universe"
Walking through the dazzling corridors is like walking into the Milky Way.
The work is a sculptural work created by accumulating points of light; created in a manner similar to pointillism painting, in which images are painted with dots of various colors. In "Crystal Universe", the point of light is digitally controlled and changes according to the audience's interaction with the work, resulting in an installation made of light, forming a sculpture that expresses the universe.
It will be associated with the five-dimensional space of interstellar travel.
There is an operating table inside, and the staff will go over to operate the lights, and shout while turning on: "The lights are on for you, hurry up and shoot, hurry up." I also saw a lot of people who came to take pictures every day, haha.
I have seen other experience that there is a QR code at the door that can be scanned, and the lights can be operated through the QR code after entering. I forgot to look when I went by myself, so you can pay attention. Selecting effect elements through the mobile phone to affect the light spots will have a more interactive sense with the work.
Tips for taking pictures: If there are few people on weekdays, it will be cool to occupy this work. But if you go on weekends like me, you can stand in the red heart area in the picture. Because it is a corner, it is relatively easy to avoid people. At the same time, there are mirrors on both sides, which can help to widen the space.
4. "Painted Aquarium SketchAquarium"
What a very childlike showroom!
You can get two blank sheets with the outline of aquatic animals by presenting the ticket. There are crayons for coloring. What I got was a jellyfish, and what the big dog got was a fish. There are also seahorses, sea turtles and a variety of fish on site. Our styles are really different.
After the drawing is finished, give it to the staff to scan, and then the fish on the paper will have life and swim in the projected ocean world! I was really happy when I watched the little jellyfish I drew swim, and ran along along the way.
The rule of thumb is not to paint too lightly, as the color will fade after projection. I firmly believe that my jellyfish is responsible for the beauty of the entire aquarium?()?.
There are other interactive projects in the same exhibition hall, and there are animations in the official account to see~.
SketchTown
It is the same form as the aquarium, except that the paintings are cars, buildings, UFOs and spaceships, and a three-dimensional town is projected.
When you land on the ○△□-shaped symbol, it will make a jingle sound and a different color. There is a feeling of ghost bride crossing the road! This work is probably done by Gong Yoo.
The Table Where Little People Live ATablewhereLittlePeopleLive
When the villain runs on the table and puts his hands or objects on the table, the trajectory of the villain will change, interact with these objects by jumping or crawling, and sometimes climb on the objects. If it rains, you can also hold the rainwater with your hands.
In addition to these few exhibition halls, there are many small rooms with single-panel exhibits, which you can visit.
Finally, there are a few more things to say:
1. Bags and drinks need to be stored.
2. There is no restroom in the exhibition hall
3. Bring power bank
4. Couples don't quarrel
Denmark's coastline: visual poetry through the lens of Janne Klerk
Address: Beijing Jiuxianqiao 798-Danish Cultural Center
Ticket price: free
Going to this exhibition was a complete mistake, because I didn't know the direction every time I was in 798, and I went in when I saw something pleasing to the eye.
It is a very small and simple exhibition, and I like the theme very much.
Summer Evening Foraging Guide
After the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, it is easy to be lazy during the day. The sun was scorching outside the window, and the heat was attacking the city, and people hid in the air-conditioned room and surrendered. And when the sun came in the evening, I was in a hurry to get off work, and I hid below the horizon in a blink of an eye. If you have a date after get off work, half the sky will be filled with blush.
After a while, Wan Feng came to take over the shift wearing a transparent gauze made of cicada wings, gently tilting the window, it's cool, come out. The people in the air-conditioned room poked their heads out and stepped on their shoes to go out.
White Night Western Food
Address: No. 13, Beizhong Street, Dongzhimen (near the south gate of the Russian Embassy)
After get off work on Friday, I went to Dongzhimen to eat Russian food with my colleagues. The Russian Cultural Center is next to the shop. Russian tendons and teeth, each pronunciation seems to turn a few somersaults in the mouth before jumping out.
Sitting on the terrace, the branches and leaves rustle above the head when the wind passes through the acacia. The sky was not yet dark, revealing a pale iron blue. After a busy week, I slumped on the iron rattan chair with my colleagues, enjoying the cool breeze, looked up at the sky, and said it was so refreshing.
Ordered: red cabbage soup, garlic bread, white night grilled fish, braised beef in a pot, tomato pasta. The evaluation of dinner is that every dish is tomato-flavored. The weight is very solid, very fighting nation. After eating, I slowly pedaled the bicycle to digest the food.
Weihai Silver Beach Authentic Small Seafood
Address: No. 49, Santiao, Beixinqiao
The evening wind passed through Beixinqiao Santiao, and people moved a small bench in front of the store and sat down along the street. Beer edamame skewers piled up on the low table, gossip about cowhide. All kinds of shared bicycles are piled up at the corner of the alley.
The store is not big, and the business is very good. The two facades are on the left and right sides of the alley. Ordered: fried tongue fish, spicy fried clams, fried snails in sauce, original oysters. The tongue fish is flat, and there are about 8 fish in one serving. The frying is crisp and crisp, without dragging oil, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a salty and peppery taste. The clams are very fresh, the meat is delicious, and the processing is very clean. After eating fango, it is rare to go home without having a stomachache. The sauce of the flower snails has a marinated aroma, and the meat is thick and chewy. I ate most of the plate by myself. I don't like oysters very much, I think they are too fat. So I can only say that it is a good deal, and it is a big plate.
Korean BBQ
Address: No. 20, Arrow Factory Alley
I've taken people to this place several times. On May 1st, the fairy friends from Shanghai came and were fascinated by the fireworks in the alleys. The fairy Xiangxiang sat down on the roadside steps, holding a glass of Wu Yutai in her hand and waiting for her seat, saying that Beijing is so nice, I like Beijing, I want to come to Beijing, take a picture of me quickly (love will be taken by the Summer Palace the next day) The crowd is intimidated).
Meat skewers, meat tendons, heart tubes, and chicken wings are all delicious. I had dinner nearby before, and I went to bake a lot of them to take away. All the way is shrouded in the aroma of barbecue.
Dharma
Address: No. 18, Ju'er Hutong
Dharma's store is not big, so it's best to make an appointment if you want to have dinner. The door curtain covers the gate and is easy to walk through. I made an appointment with Wang Er to eat at this restaurant. Wang Er arrived first and sent me a WeChat message saying that there is no such restaurant.
Before the end of winter, Yuyu and I took the time to go to Bodhidharma to eat sukiyaki. The pot was tumbling and the soup was sweet. The ice cubes clashed with the glass, and the lemon sparkling wine was really delicious. Ask Yuyu how takoyaki compares with Caida Dongmen, Yuyu said that the gap is controlled within 5%. I went to eat mentaiko takoyaki again later, and I thought it was still delicious. The octopus is very elastic, and the balls are soft and waxy. Chicken salad and tokyo noodles are also very good.
Longmen Zhen Chuan Chuan Xiang (Dongzhimen Guijie store)
Address: No. 222, Dongzhimen Inner Street
Cold cake, jelly, glutinous glutinous rice balls, bowl chicken. Although these snacks are a little bit worse than those in the local area, I am very happy to be able to eat them in Beijing.
Speaking of the skewers themselves, the bottom of the pot tastes very good. Spicy beef and spicy pork ribs are very tasty, just take them by the handful. The fat sausage is marinated and very fragrant.
The most touching thing is that this one has zheergen (Houttuynia cordata), which is rarely seen in skewers in other places. I didn't see it when I went to eat for the first time. After I finished eating, I walked out of the store and Fango said that there were folded ears. I forgot to tell me. I can't wait to go and eat again the next day. Later, when I went there, the folded ears were not placed outside, so I urged the boss to make two strings quickly.
After it was hot, fango tasted it and said it had no taste. A second later, the smell of ghost screams came up, oh my god. Then I looked at me in disbelief, how could anyone eat this. I was completely unimpressed and ate happily.
If you can eat spicy food, it is recommended to ask for a dry dish and an oil dish. Mix the two together and share them in half.
In the evening of the beginning of summer, I was already slightly drunk, and it was charming as hell. I always love Beijing very much at this time. I wish you all the best in your summer evening.
