The scenery on the Qinghai-Tibet Line of National Highway 109 is really shocking, and everything at high altitude looks even more amazing! After crossing the 5,000-meter Tanggula Mountains and staying in Yanshiping Town for one night, I continued to go to Golmud, and I was about to meet Hoh Xil, which I was looking forward to very much!

When I was very young, I heard the name Hoh Xil. At that time, I didn’t know where it was. I only knew that it was a magical place, where there were rare animals, Tibetan antelopes! Since then, Hoh Xil has had a layer of mystery in my heart, and now I walk into it during my self-driving journey. It gave me a sense of excitement of "realizing my dream".

Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve is located in the west of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with a total area of 4.5 million hectares. It is a nature reserve with a well-preserved primitive ecological environment in the world at the beginning of the 21st century, and it is also one of the nature reserves built in China with the largest area, the highest altitude and the richest wildlife resources.

The vast and boundless Hoh Xil is more than 4,000 meters above sea level and is very close to the sun. The sun is so bright that I can barely open my eyes. The high altitude and dry and cold climate have formed the typical alpine climate characteristics here. It is summer, and people still need thick clothes to wrap their bodies. In the uninhabited Hoh Xil, I saw two women walking. When I got closer, I found that they were devout believers, and they were worshiping in the direction of Tibet. This is the power of faith.

Ever since I left the northern gate of Tibet, I have been looking forward to seeing Tibetan antelopes, but Tibetan antelopes can be seen wherever I want. It is better to stop the pace of crossing and rest first, and look quietly into the distance. The Qinghai-Tibet Line is like a giant dragon, winding up and down on the plateau. While there is no car, let’s take a close photo with it.

Now walking on the Qinghai-Tibet line, you can see such a high-rise sign saying "World Heritage" on the side of the road, because on July 7, 2017, at the 41st World Heritage Conference held in Krakow, Poland, With the unanimous consent of the World Heritage Committee, Hoh Xil in Qinghai was approved to be included in the "World Heritage List", becoming China's 51st World Heritage Site.

At 8 o'clock in the evening, I still didn't see the expected Tibetan antelope. Although it is still as bright as day, I still decided not to hold out too much hope, just treat it with a normal mind, let's see fate. Just when I gave up looking around and looking for the Tibetan antelope, the Tibetan antelope suddenly appeared, rushed past the car, and ran across the road!

what do i see I couldn't believe my eyes, there was no sign when I was looking forward to it, but it suddenly appeared when I was about to give up, it was so exciting! I quickly got out of the car and followed it to the opposite side. I didn’t see its companion. It ran so fast that it was alone, and the camera could hardly capture it. Did you see it in the picture? It seems to be integrated with the grassland.

I am very satisfied to see the Tibetan antelope all the time, but because the excitement of "the dream of many years come true in an instant" is too strong, I plan to look around to see if there are other Tibetan antelopes, sure enough! There is a group of Tibetan antelopes grazing in the middle of the grassland, so cute! This picture is hard-won, so I cherish it very much. I watched it for a long time.

Qinghai Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve is one of the largest uninhabited areas in China, with a dangerous natural environment and unique natural landscapes. As of 2014, it is still regarded as a paradise for explorers and scientific researchers. Up to now, traveling through Hoh Xil is still a cool thing, constantly surpassing oneself and encountering more beautiful scenery.

In Hoh Xil, you can not only feel the magnificence of nature, see the vitality of rare animals, break through your former self, but also encounter such a spectacular scene—the moment when the train passes by! Although there are many opportunities to meet the Qinghai-Tibet Railway along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, in Hoh Xil, the vast land, empty grasslands, and blue sky make this picture even more perfect! It also makes Yalun's trip colorful! Passing through Hoh Xil, the journey of the Qinghai-Tibet line is coming to an end, and the next stop is "the first stop back to the world" - Golmud, Qinghai! What kind of place would it be?
