Qingbailongtan is located at the southern end of the dam end, which is five or six kilometers away from Hongxing Village, Shaxi Sideng Street. The two pools reflect each other from a distance, facing the Yusun Pagoda, forming a natural studio. Bailongtan is the soul in the hearts of Shaxi people, and is known as the "Fuquan" by the locals. This pond runs through the Shaxi Nanba area throughout the year to supply water for tens of thousands of mu of grain. It is an ideal place for people to visit and rest. There is a flying dragon in the Dongshan Temple of Bailongtan. There is always incense here. The path made of chaotic rocks in the pool divides the whole pool into two halves. People walk on the road and water flows down the path. You can view it from different angles. The color of the water is like wandering in the painting. The water can flow between the stone crevices of the path, from south to north, and spray pearls and jade at the water outlet to form a waterfall. It is really a perfect landscape painting.  According to the local people, Qinglongtan is the sister pond of Bailongtan. It is located in the downhill section of Taping, on the east side of Jianqiao Highway, from where people will see Qinglongtan in the dense forest. The legendary Qingbailongwang used to be two brothers who lived in the same Longtan, which is today's Bailongtan, but the two brothers were at odds and argued endlessly over Bailongtan. The battle between Bailong and Qinglong brought disasters to the people, and the flood destroyed a large area of ​​fertile land. Bailong fought more and more bravely, finally defeated Qinglong, and occupied Bailongtan by himself. Qinglong retreated to the depths of the nearby dense forest to support himself with the water of Bailongtan, and formed a small pond, which he named Qinglongtan. However, the humble Qinglong King had no temple, and no one offered incense. Years, alone in his life, he did not dare to do anything wrong.
