Some people say that I am an introvert, sorry, maybe we are not very familiar, at most I can be regarded as a slow person. I can eat and drink endlessly in front of my friends, and I can also act as an auditor in front of people and things I don’t want to get in touch with. I am unknown, as if they never existed. Some people wear those so-called social masks with ease, and some people may not be able to wear them-such as me.
Why do I like to travel, the contact between people and things on the way of travel, without too much hypocrisy, too many masks, I can chat and laugh with any stranger without any worries. Feel the world other than your own world. The world is big and life is short. Don't be afraid of long distances, just be afraid of old age. This trip is 8 days, starting from Chengdu and ending in Chengdu. 3 sisters, 1 boy, and a chartered car driver made up our trip to western Sichuan.
Western Sichuan refers to the western part of Sichuan, China, and refers to plateau Tibetan areas such as Aba Prefecture and Ganzi Prefecture in Sichuan Province, with an average altitude of more than 3,500 meters.

Shangri-La Town
Meeting Daocheng for the first time
When we arrived at Haizishan, it was almost dark~ Fortunately, we had to pass by when we came back~ But the weather was very bad when we came back~
Haizishan Scenic Area is located in the northern plateau area of Daocheng County, with an area of 3,287 square kilometers and an average altitude of 4,500 meters. It is the largest ancient ice body relic on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is known as the "Daocheng Ancient Ice Cap". Tibetans call alpine lakes Haizi, so this place is called Haizi Mountain.
Haizishan has a total of 1145 large and small lakes, and its scale density is unique in my country.
After passing Haizi Mountain, I saw the last little sunset~ It is also beautiful~
It was already past 10 o'clock in the evening when we arrived in Shangri-La Town~ Today, we have climbed countless mountains, the highest altitude is 4600, and the lowest is 2900. I'm tired, I can't, I can't do it~ Fortunately, the scenery and laughter on the road are very healing, thank you for everything I met on the road~
Daocheng Yading
Aden short-term
Itinerary: Short-term tour of Yading Scenic Area (Chonggu Temple, Pearl Sea) (35KM)
Accommodation: Yading Scenic Area (3700M above sea level)
Like me, many people think that "Daocheng Yading" is a place~ It's not. Daocheng is Daocheng County, and Daocheng County is 74 kilometers away from Shangri-La Town (formerly known as Riwa Township). Then Shangri-La Town has to buy tickets at the visitor center to take a sightseeing bus (about an hour's winding road) to enter Yading Village. Yading Village is the Yading Scenic Area, so Daocheng and Yading are actually separated by more than 100 kilometers.
There is plenty of time today, because we are just a short-term tour of the Aden Scenic Area. So we didn’t wake up until after nine o’clock this morning, and packed up our luggage (because private cars cannot enter the Aden Scenic Area, so we brought simple luggage into the scenic area, preferably a backpack.) After lunch , Brother Liang sent us to the visitor center, let’s go~
The ticket price of Daocheng Yading scenic spot is 150 yuan/person, and the price of sightseeing car is 120 yuan/person, a total of 270 yuan/person. Manual ticket sales only accept cash, but you can use machine self-service, and Alipay is more convenient.
Walking here from the ticketing area and seeing an elevator, I immediately felt that the service is so considerate~ Otherwise, the slope is enough for us to walk~
We are all ready for the short-term and long-term hikes in the Yading Scenic Area~ From here, go in and check the ticket and take the sightseeing car to enter Yading Village. We live at the No. 2 station, and tell the master to get off at the No. 2 station.
When we arrived at the place where we lived in Yading Village, we had a short rest and then we were ready to go for a short trip. Take the sightseeing bus at Station 2 to the terminal of the sightseeing bus, about 15 minutes by car. Get off the car and walk along the wooden plank road, which is the short line of Aden Scenic Area. Three or four hours back and forth is enough~
Walking and walking, I saw squirrels running away~ I took out our almighty bread killer, the little brother next to me said that squirrels eat peanuts~ bread may not attract them~
So the little brother gave us a lot of peanuts to attract the little squirrels~
Seeing this Xiannairi, it is not far from Pearl Sea~
The three sacred mountains - Xian Nairi, Yang Maiyong, and Shanuo Dorji are the guardian sacred mountains for the Tibetans in Aden. Xiannairi is one of them~ We have bad weather today~
Walk about 100 to 200 meters further and you will see the Sea of Pearls~ The lake water just reflects the majestic figure of Xiannairi.
In the sea of pearls, the emerald green water glows faintly under the reflection of the morning sky, as if it is a piece of dark emerald that has fallen into the world.
I met three new friends on the way~ It’s also great~ Hahahahaha~ The process of taking this photo is also very funny~
We almost returned the same way, and it started to rain lightly on the way back. Before we came out, the hotel owner said that a set of disposable raincoats cost 30 yuan, and they can be returned if they are not opened. The three of us don’t know why, but we didn’t open the raincoat~ and saved 90 yuan~ hahaha~ and then got wet~ Fortunately, the clothes are thick~
The hotel has its own restaurant, which can be settled in the hotel's restaurant in the morning, noon and evening. Additional payment is required. There are no independent restaurants in the village of Yading, they are all restaurants of their own hotels, there are not many small shops, and there are not many things sold, and the price~hehe~
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and bought 3 barrels of instant noodles for supper~ 10 yuan for each barrel~ But we went back to the hotel, cleaned up, and got into bed~ We decided to rest early and prepare for tomorrow’s Aden long line . 12 kilometers back and forth~ That bucket of noodles is good for breakfast~

Itinerary: Long-distance tour of Yading Scenic Area (Milk Sea, Five Color Sea) (35KM)
Accommodation: Shangri-La Town (2900M above sea level)
We got up at 7 o'clock, cleaned up, ate a bucket of instant noodles for breakfast, hurried downstairs to the door, took the first sightseeing bus at 8 o'clock, entered the terminal station of the sightseeing bus, and then walked forward for more than 10 minutes to the ticket office of the battery station. 80 yuan/person round trip. Next to the ticket office is the Chonggu Meadow. Today’s weather is super awesome~ hahaha~ blue sky and white clouds~ this is the correct way to open it~
Chonggu Meadow is a natural bonsai composed of grassland, forest, and creek. Every day, yaks will graze here, competing with the yellow grassland.
Take the battery car for about half an hour and get off at Luorong Niuchang. Today’s hike will officially start~ It will start at about 9 in the morning~
Just started walking along the boardwalk ~ Luorong Niuchang is 4150 meters above sea level, surrounded by three sacred mountains, it is the best place to watch the snow-capped mountains.

The Gongga River shuttles through the pastures, the streams in the forest murmur, and the wooden houses on the pasture complement each other, forming a primitive and beautiful picture.
This boardwalk is also quite a distance away~ but it's just the beginning~

As you walk, you will see a lot of horses next to it. This is the caravan~ 305 yuan per horse one way, start riding from here, and end at a place where the mountain roads are mostly mud and gravel. Then you have to get down and walk on your own. The horse can't get up. The three of us girls never thought about riding a horse~ Hahaha~ Don’t you have a lot of backbone~

Every few steps of high-altitude mountain climbing is like running 800 meters on a flat playground. If you are too tired to walk, stand aside and rest for a while. At this time, there will always be strangers passing by you. Give you smile and encouragement!

Aha~ You can reach the milk sea in about 3 hours. The victories of the girls~~ hahaha~ they all persisted~ it’s great~
Milk Sea, also known as Erongcuo, is an ancient glacial lake shaped like water droplets. When the weather is fine, the Milky Lake is clear and blue, very transparent.
The milk sea is in the Yangmaiyong mountain depression, which is in the shape of a scallop, with blue snow water in the middle and a milky white circle around it. This milky white circle is roughly the origin of the name of the milk sea.
These photos in good weather were taken when we came back from the five-color sea. It happened to be sunny~ It was cloudy and gray before~ The weather is really cloudy~
The five-color sea is quite close to the milk sea, but we just have to continue climbing~ That sloping slope leads to the five-color sea~
Wusehai Scenic Area is located between Xiannairi and Yangmaiyong, with an altitude of 4,600 meters and a circular lake surface. Covering an area of 0.7 hectares, the modern ice valley stretches down to the lakeside, and the snow-capped mountains reflect the lake surface, showing fantastic colors. It is a famous holy lake in Tibetan areas. We didn't go down to see the lake surface of the five-color sea~ We just looked at it from a distance, so that the color of the lake is very beautiful~ But the weather is not so good~ I feel a little dry~
We are looking at the five-color sea here, and eating some biscuits and chocolates to replenish our energy~ We rely on the breakfast of instant noodles to last until 12 o'clock~ It is not easy~
After coming down from the five-color sea, we ran to the milk sea for a while~ It was too cold~2 o'clock so we started to go back down the mountain. While walking, I saw Brother Liang leading a girl on the way~
Although it is easy to go down the mountain, it is also easy to slip and fall, because there are many gravels. When I went down the mountain, I slipped two or three times because of the wrong posture at the foot of the mountain. Fortunately, Banxia sister paper has been leading me to walk together~ In the sea of milk, we crystal Jing Tongxie was taking pictures of the plane, because it was too windy and too cold, our hands were frozen without gloves~ It’s also a good thing that Banxia girl is helping me~ Banxia girl is so heart-warming Yes~ Jingjing Children’s Shoes was not feeling well that day and insisted on completing the 12-kilometer hike~ We are all great~
