After the end of 2014, I have been thinking about the travel plan for 2015. At this time, bloggers in Dandong posted a post about a spring trip to Yunnan. The first half of the itinerary in the post was exactly where I wanted to go. So I contacted Boyou to see if we could travel with them, and Boyou readily agreed to my request. There are many scenic spots in eastern Yunnan and they are relatively scattered. It takes time and effort to travel by yourself, and the cost of chartering a car for two people is too high. Now it is much more convenient to charter a car with them. After making the decision, I started to buy round-trip train tickets online, and I was waiting for the day of departure.

On the evening of February 27, we took the K79 train to Kunming. On the morning of the third day, the train arrived at the destination on time, and met Boyou Lao Li at the Home Inn near the train station (Lao Li arrived in Kunming one day in advance because he had to check in). Since a group of tourists from Dandong didn't arrive until 4 pm, we first put our luggage in the hotel where Lao Li lived, and took the free time in the morning to visit the Longmen of Xishan Mountain. Opposite the hotel, we took the No. 44 bus to Haigeng Park. Haigeng Park is by the Dianchi Lake. There are many red-billed gulls there, and many tourists are feeding and playing. We went along the Dianchi Lake to the cableway station. Here you can take the cableway to the opposite Xishan Park. At present, the ticket price of Xishan Park is 40 yuan, half price for the elderly over 60 years old. After buying the ticket, walk along the mountain road, all the way up, and visit Chaotian Bridge, Sanqing Pavilion, Yuhuang Pavilion, Lingguan Hall, Holy Parents Hall, Zhenwu Hall, Laojun Hall, Xiaoniu Spring, and pass through Bieyoudongtian to arrive at Tiange, and finally arrived at Longmen. Here you can have a panoramic view of the Dianchi Lake, and then go back the same way. After leaving the park gate, you can go to the tomb of Nie Er next to it. The whole trip took about 2 hours. After the tour, take the cableway back to Haigeng Park and walk to Yunnan Ethnic Village. Due to time constraints, we didn't go in and took the No. 44 bus back to the hotel. Then I went to the minibus at the north gate of the railway station. This is a 19-seat Coaster minibus, and the driver, Master Yin, will serve us for 11 days. Around 3:50 in the afternoon, all the tourists from Dandong also arrived. After getting on the bus, we headed to Dongchuan, the first destination. Dongchuan Red Earth Scenic Area is located in Xintian Township, more than 40 kilometers southwest of Dongchuan District, Kunming City. There is a place called Huashitou. The area with a radius of nearly a hundred miles is the most concentrated, typical and distinctive on the Yunnan Red Earth Plateau. red earth. It is considered by experts to be the most imposing red land in the world except Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and its scenery is more magnificent than the Brazilian red land. Dongchuan red earth is the iron in the soil that is slowly deposited through oxidation, gradually forming a dazzling color. Three hours later, the car arrived at the "Shanlihong Photography Hotel" in Huashitou Village, Dongchuan. In the evening, I spent a late night in the hotel downstairs and went back to my room to rest.

On March 2, after breakfast at the hotel at 7:30 am, we took a bus to the "Tamakan" scenic spot at 8:30am. Tamakan is the place to watch the sunrise. Since we went late, the sun had already risen old high. At this time, the light is backlit, and the shooting effect is poor. Then take a bus to the "Splendid Garden", the scenery here is much better than that of Damakan. After taking some photos there, I went to Qicaipo and Huashitou. Return to the hotel at 11:00 noon, rest after lunch until 2:30 and then drive to Luoxiagou. The scenery of Luoxiagou is the most beautiful place in Dongchuan Red Land. There were not many people when we went there. We went all the way to the best photography spot and took a lot of photos. When we walked back, many photographers came. They are here specially waiting to take pictures of the sunset. We continued on the road to the thousand-year-old Nagarjuna, which is a nearly thousand-year-old tree. It stands on the hills of the red earth, and the branches and leaves are still lush when you get closer. Then I went to Duoyishu and Lepuao scenic spots. I took a lot of photos along the way, and the scenery is basically the same. Today’s itinerary ended at 6:00 pm. The best time for Dongchuan red land should be from September to December every year. Part of the red land is ready to be planted, and the other part of the red land has been planted with green barley or wheat and other crops. From a distance, it looks like the color blocks painted by the sky, the colors are gorgeous, and the blue sky, white clouds and unpredictable light constitute the spectacular scenery of the red land. Although this time is not the best time, but also appreciate the style of the red land.

On March 3, I will go to Luoping and Xingyi today. Depart at 7:00 in the morning and drive on the Panshan Highway along the way. The scenery on both sides is also very good. Drive on the expressway around 10 o'clock, arrive at Shizong County in the afternoon, have lunch there, and arrive at Luoping Luositian scenic spot at 3 o'clock. It is currently the Rapeseed Blossom Festival in Luoping, and many people go there to see the Rapeseed Blossoms. The main attractions to see rapeseed flowers in Luoping are: snail fields and Jinji Peak. Standing on the mountain and looking at the snail field, the rapeseed field there presents an irregular three-dimensional shape, forming a beautiful picture. We stayed there for 1 hour, and then drove to Jinji Peak scenic spot. The rapeseed field on Jinji Peak is another form. The boundless rapeseed field and many small peaks form another wonderful scenery. Since it was around 5 pm and the weather was not very good, we didn't enter the fields there, but took some photos on the side of the road. Considering that we will come tomorrow, we took a bus to Xingyi. Xingyi is more than 70 kilometers away from here. Since Luoping is currently the Rape Flower Festival, housing prices are too high, so we live in Xingyi. Arrived at "A Holiday Hotel" in Xingyi at 6:30 in the evening, and stayed at the fast food shop next to the hotel after arranging accommodation.

On March 4th, at 8:30 in the morning, we drove to Jiulong Waterfall Scenic Area. Jiulong Waterfall is located on the Jiulong River 22 kilometers northeast of Luoping County. In the 4 kilometers of the river, the drop exceeds 100 meters. Among them, the most spectacular Shenlong Waterfall is more than 60 meters high. In the river, there are jagged rocks, shoals and deep pools. Coupled with the unique geological structure and water erosion, ten waterfalls with different heights, widths, and shapes are formed here. We arrived at the gate of the scenic spot at 9:30 and took a few group photos at the gate. Now the ticket for the scenic spot is 90 yuan, half price for the elderly over 60 years old. The first thing you see when you enter the scenic spot is Yingbin Waterfall. Along the river, the river bed gradually rises along the way, and a step appears from time to time to form a waterfall. Further forward is the most spectacular Shenlong Waterfall in the scenic area. At this time, you need to step on the rocks in the river to cross the river, and then you will be closer to the Shenlong Waterfall. You can also take a bamboo raft in the river to take close-up photos of the waterfall. From here, you can climb up to the viewing platform, where you can see the whole picture of the Jiulong Waterfalls, and then there is a higher viewing platform. Everyone there is doing the same thing, collecting as much beauty as possible into their own cameras. After the tour, I returned to the gate of the scenic spot. I finished the whole tour at 12:30, and used my own lunch at the parking lot. After dinner, drive to the snail field. Due to the bad weather yesterday, I will go there today to take some more photos. After staying there for 20 minutes, I went to Jinji Peak. Now is the season when rape blossoms are in full bloom. On both sides of the road in the vegetable field, there are zero-hour tents built by local farmers to buy some local products. We entered the rapeseed field along the road, and then went up the hill from the ridge to the small hill. On the ridges of the fields, there are farmers guarding there to charge fees, and when they go up, they have to leave money to buy roads. On the top of the hill, you can watch the panorama of Jinjifeng rape blossoms. We took some photos on it and returned to the ground. We finished the whole trip at 4:45 pm and returned to Xingyi "A Holiday Hotel" at 6:00 pm.

On March 5, at 9:00 a.m., drive to the Maling River Canyon. Maling River Canyon is located 4 kilometers northeast of Xingyi City. The canyon is about 15 kilometers long. The cliffs on both sides face each other. The valley is deep and deep. It is majestic, strange, dangerous and beautiful. ". Half an hour's drive will arrive at the gate of the scenic spot. The current ticket is 80 yuan, half price for the elderly over 60 years old. The elevator is 30 yuan, and you can also walk down. Buy a ticket to enter the scenic spot, take the elevator down, and you can go left or right when you get out of the elevator, because the scenic spot is a circular tour route. The two of us chose to go to the right, crossed a suspension bridge and reached the other side of the canyon. There are several viewing platforms along the river bank where we can take pictures. Along the way, you can see Huanglong Waterfall, Yusabajiao Waterfall, and other unknown waterfalls. After reaching the third viewing platform, there are two walking paths, one goes up to Lingzhi Terrace, and the other goes down to Sea Lion Bridge. The two of us chose to go up to Ganoderma lucidum Terrace, where the rocks on the canyon wall are very special, hanging on the canyon wall like Ganoderma lucidum. Go all the way to another suspension bridge, cross the bridge and return to the other side of the canyon, walk along the walking path and return to the elevator. The whole journey takes about 2 and a half hours, and we return to the hotel by car at 12 o'clock. After lunch, drive to Wanfenglin Scenic Area at 1:30 pm. Wanfenglin Scenic Spot is located in the south of Xingyi City. It is composed of nearly 20,000 strange peaks and emerald mountains. It is one of the three major karst landforms in southwest China. The peak forests are dense and peculiar, grand and magnificent, and perfect in shape. It can be called the China Cone Karst Museum, known as the "Wonder of the World", and is one of the five most beautiful peak forests in China. Touring Wanfeng Forest is mainly along the roadway on the mountain, watching the peaks and fields below the mountain from above. The entire journey is 7 to 8 kilometers, and you can take a scenic sightseeing bus. Tickets are now 80 yuan, half price for 60-year-olds, and 50 yuan for sightseeing cars. Buy tickets to enter the scenic spot and take a sightseeing car up the mountain, stopping at 4 viewing platforms along the way. There is also a tour guide on the car. The tour guide introduces the situation of each scenic spot along the way. The whole tour takes an hour. Then we returned to the hotel by car, and we still had dinner at the hotel yesterday.

March 6th, I am going to Puzhehei today. Departing from Xingyi at 8:00 in the morning, there is only a section of the expressway in the front. After arriving at Quzu Village, we take the Panshan Highway, which is full of provincial roads. At noon, we ate the rice we brought by the side of the road. Arrive at Puzhehei Village at 3:00 p.m., check into Xinyuan Farmhouse. Puzhehei is located in the northwest of Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. In Yi language, it means "a pond with many fish and shrimps". Every summer and autumn, the lotus in the lake is in full bloom, and the lotus leaves are green. You can ride a green iron boat through it, the fragrance is tangy and intoxicating. People fall in love, like being in poetry and painting. Since episodes 5 and 6 of "Where Are We Going, Dad" were filmed here, the place has become famous. After arranging the rooms, we walked to Qinglong Mountain, where we could see the whole picture of Puzhehei. We didn't return to the hotel until after the sun went down. It may be that we came at the wrong time. My feeling is not as good as I imagined. The lotus in the lake has not yet grown out of the water. The whole scenic spot is very large. The current season of boating is not too interesting. The cave is basically the same as Guilin and so on. The ground is similar, it doesn't matter if you can get in or not. At present, construction projects are underway in the scenic area, and it is estimated that the commercial taste will be stronger in the future. At present, the ticket for the scenic spot is 195 yuan (Xianren Cave is not open yet), the car rental is 20 yuan per hour, and the meals are more expensive than Dongchuan and Xingyi.

On March 7th, in order to watch the sunrise today, I walked up to Qinglong Mountain at 6:30 in the morning. Reached the top of the mountain at 7 o'clock. The original sunrise time should be 7:15, but due to the heavy fog today, the sun did not come out until 7:40, so we had no choice but to go down the mountain. Today's itinerary is arranged by myself, I chose to go down the mountain from another mountain road. There is a Guanyin Cave at the foot of the mountain, but it doesn't open until 9 o'clock. We didn't plan to go in, we just took a photo at the door and went to the lake. Along the way, we returned to the entrance of Puzhehei Village. I asked passers-by about the direction to Xianrendong Village. At this time, a carriage came. The 6 of us spent a total of 30 yuan on the carriage and went to Xianrendong Village. The housing there is better than that in Puzhehei Village, and of course the price is much more expensive. Surrounding the village is Fairy Lake, and the scenery is better than that of Puzhehei Village. After walking around the village, I entered the lotus pond in Qinghe Garden to have a look. Finally, we came to the Yinyuan Bridge along the lake, where we met other tourists and returned to the hotel by car. We didn't go out after lunch because the sun was very strong and there were not many scenic spots. At 5 o'clock in the evening, I went to the stall at the foot of Qinglong Mountain and ordered 2 dishes. After eating, I took some photos at the Qinglong Mountain Cruise Wharf and Lover's Bridge before returning to the hotel.

On March 8th, I drove to Yuanyang at 8:00 a.m. and ate at a bridge rice noodle shop in Gejiu at noon. This bridge rice noodle was the best rice noodle I had eaten in Yunnan this trip, and the price was not expensive. There are highways from Puzhehei to Mengzi, and national highways from Mengzi to Yuanyang. The road conditions are also good. Arrive at "Guantian Hotel" in Sheng Village, Xinqiao Town, Yuanyang at 3:30 p.m. Yuanyang Terraced Fields is located in the south of Aiqin Laoshan Mountain. It is a masterpiece left by the Hani people for generations. Yuanyang Terraced Fields are mainly composed of Laohuzui Scenic Area, Duoyishu Scenic Area, Bada Scenic Area, Jingkou Scenic Area, etc. In addition, there are many observation decks along the road for tourists to watch. The current ticket is 100 yuan, half price for people over 60 years old . After arranging our accommodation, we took a rest and took a bus to Laohuzui Observation Deck at 5 o'clock, which is the best place to watch the sunset. It was nearly 6 o'clock when we got there, and the viewing platform was full of people, and it was very difficult to take a photo. Finally, I managed to squeeze in and took a few photos by the fence. The sun went down after 7 o'clock, and people gradually dispersed. The viewing platform here is divided into upper and lower, where you can see the panorama on the top, and you can see the terraced fields at a close distance from the bottom. Since this period is the irrigation period of the terraced fields, the photos taken have a sense of hierarchy, so there are more people coming, but the area of the viewing platform is not large enough, and there is no way to get close to the barrier if you go late. Back at the hotel, we had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and went back to our room to rest after dinner.

On March 9th, at 6:00 a.m., drive to Duoyishu Observation Deck, which is the best place to watch the sunrise. When we arrived, there were already many people waiting for the sunrise. Fortunately, the viewing platform here is divided into five or six floors, so you can still find a place to put a tripod. I took a seat on the second floor below and waited for the sun to come up. At around 7:20, the sun slowly came out from behind the mountain, and the terraced fields gradually lit up. People on the viewing platform kept recording this moment with their cameras and mobile phones, and of course I was doing the same thing as them. Return to the hotel by car at 8:30, and go to Bada Observation Deck after breakfast. There are also two observation decks here. After the visit, we took a bus to the Observation Deck of Malizhai Tea Factory and Quanfuzhuang Observation Deck. At the Quanfuzhuang Observation Deck, we also went down to the terraced fields to take some photos. Then I went to the Jingkou viewing platform, where there was a stone tablet and a square, and two female tourists from Dandong wore Hani costumes and took some photos. Return to the hotel by car at 1:00 pm. After dinner, I walked to the Huangcaoling Observation Deck alone. It was about 5 kilometers from Shengcun to Huangcaoling, and it took an hour to walk. When I returned to Shengcun, I got into a minivan and took me to Luoma Point for 5 yuan. After taking some photos there, I returned to the hotel, and after dinner, I went to see the scenic spots in Shengcun. I have basically seen all the scenic spots of Yuanyang terraced fields, and I really lament the great knowledge and creativity of the working people.

On March 10, I am going to Jianshui today. Jianshui, known as Lin'an in ancient times, also known as Badian, is a famous historical and cultural city, 220 kilometers away from Kunming. Jianshui was originally an earthen city built during the Nanzhao period, and it was expanded into a brick city in the 20th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. Jianshui is at the peak of humanities, and there are many talents in the territory. Therefore, it has the reputation of "a famous state of literature" and "Zoulu in southern Yunnan". It is also known as "ancient architecture museum" and folk house museum". The main attractions are: Swallow Cave, Confucian Temple, Chaoyang Tower, Zhujia Garden, etc. 8:00 a.m. We drove to Jianshui and arrived at the Swallow Cave Scenic Spot in Jianshui at 11:30. The Swallow Cave is in the Lujiang River Valley 20 kilometers east of Jianshui County. There are dense stalactites in the cave, and the Lujiang River flows into the dark river in the cave. The light in the cave It is dark and has been inhabited by many swallows since ancient times, hence the name Swallow Cave. Tickets are 80 yuan now, half price for seniors over 60 years old. After purchasing the ticket and entering the scenic spot, a tour guide will lead it. The entrance of the cave is a Taoist Sanqing Palace. The Qing Palace arrived at the entrance of the cave along the steps, first watched the rock climbing performance at the entrance of the cave, and then walked inward along the river. The cave is divided into three landscape areas. The guide took us to the third landscape, and let us go out of the cave by boat .In fact, there is still a circular road to visit further forward. Since we are free tour guides, if you ask for a paid tour guide, you can take you in. It can be seen how commercial the scenic spot is now! We return to the entrance of the cave by boat, and the whole itinerary It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. After lunch at the parking lot of the scenic spot at 1:00 p.m., we continued to Jianshui. We arrived at "Ximen Hotel" in Jianshui at 2:30 p.m. After arranging the room, we walked to the Confucian Temple. The temple was first built in the 22nd year of the A.D., and it was the third earliest temple in Yunnan Province after Kunming and Dali. It was expanded by the Ming and Qing dynasties and became a group of large-scale buildings. The current ticket is 60 yuan, Half price for seniors over 60 years old. When you enter the gate of the scenic spot, you will see a large pond called "Xuehai". Along the pond is the Lingxing Gate. Inside the gate, the buildings on the central axis are: Xingtan, Dacheng, Xian The Hall of Masters, Chongsheng Temple, and then to the right went to the Fuxue Hall, Erxian Temple, Cangsheng Temple and other buildings. We took some photos while visiting. The whole tour took about an hour. After we came out, we walked to Chaoyang Tower, which was called "Nanzhong Grand View" by the ancients, was built in the 22nd year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. You need to buy a ticket of 20 yuan to go upstairs, half price for 60-year-olds. We went upstairs to visit and came down. I came to the square in front of the building again, took a few photos and then returned to the hotel. There are still a few scenic spots along the way. My wife is not interested. I went in alone to have a look, took a few photos and came out. 6:30 in the evening Go back to the hotel to take a shower, and then go to the restaurant below for dinner.

March 11th, today is the last day with Dandong tourists. At 8 o'clock in the morning, take a bus to Shuanglong Bridge. Shuanglong Bridge, commonly known as "Seventeen-Arch Bridge", is a large stone arch bridge with three pavilions and seventeen holes. It is located 5 miles west of the ancient city of Jianshui, across the confluence of the Lujiang River and the Taichong River. It is one of the famous historical sites in Yunnan Province and has been listed in the history of bridge building in China. We took a lot of photos there and walked on the bridge again. Then take a bus to Chaoyang Tower, and then to Zhujia Garden, which is a group of large-scale Qing Dynasty residential buildings, known as the "Grand View Garden" in the southwest border. It is the house and ancestral hall built by the brothers Zhu Weiqing, a squire in the late Qing Dynasty. Now it has become a tourist attraction in Jianshui Ancient City. The current ticket is 50 yuan, half price for seniors over 60 years old. The garden is divided into the inner courtyard, the ancestral hall, and the flower hall area. Although the area is small, it is very delicate. I visited a circle inside, and went out to several scenic spots: Zhu De's former residence, Xuezheng Examination Shed, Tianjun Temple, Zhilin Temple, Puying Temple, Ximen Ancient Well, etc. No tickets are required for these scenic spots. I returned to the hotel at 11:00 noon, checked out at 12:00 and ate a bowl of egg fried rice at the restaurant downstairs, and returned to Kunming by car at 12:30. Master Yin first sent Dandong Lao Li and his party to the hotel near the airport, and then sent us to the train station. The train left Kunming Station at 7:30 in the evening and arrived in Shanghai on the third morning, which also ended the trip to the east of Yunnan.

How time flies! I spent 11 days with tourists from Dandong, and we have established friendship with each other, and we look forward to seeing each other again next time. I also wish them a smooth and happy journey ahead!
