my country has a vast territory and rich resources, and a long history. So far, many ancient cities and towns with a long history, different styles, different scenery and colorful folk customs are still preserved all over the country. Lijiang Ancient Town (also known as Dayan Ancient Town), located in the ancient urban area of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, is a famous city with beautiful scenery, long history and splendid culture. It is also a rare and well-preserved ancient minority town in China. The ancient city has no walls, giving people an open and inclusive atmosphere. The river water in the ancient city is crystal clear, there are more than 300 large and small stone bridges, and the houses with white walls and black tiles are well arranged. It is more appropriate to describe the scenery of the ancient city as "small bridges and flowing water houses". Lijiang Old Town is also a famous historical city in China, a world cultural heritage, and a national 5A-level tourist attraction.

Fenghuang Ancient City is located in Fenghuang County in the southwest of Xiangxi Prefecture, Hunan Province. It is named because the green hills on the back resemble a phoenix about to fly. The ancient city was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and is famous all over the world for Shen Congwen's novel "Border Town". It has beautiful scenery, a long history, and many places of interest. A Tuojiang River runs across the ancient city, and the stilted buildings built along the river are scattered in a patchwork manner. The bluestone streets, numerous ancient buildings and strong customs in the city constitute a unique Xiangxi charm.

Langzhong Ancient City is the birthplace of the Chinese Spring Festival and a national 5A-level tourist attraction. Located in Langzhong City, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, it has a history of more than 2,300 years and has always been an important military town in the ancient Ba Kingdom and Shu Kingdom. Langzhong has beautiful soil and water, suitable climate and rich products. The architectural style of the ancient city embodies the Fengshui concept of living in ancient my country. The chessboard-like pattern of the ancient city and the architectural complexes integrating the north and south styles form a group of buildings with different styles such as "pin-shaped" and "multi-shaped". It is a typical example of the completeness of "harmony between man and nature" in site selection.

1. The ancient city of Langzhong is not very big, and about half a day is enough time for a stroll. On the opposite Jinping Mountain, you can overlook the entire ancient city.

2. There are inns in the ancient city for accommodation, and it will be noisy if there are tourists bustling on holidays. It is also very convenient to choose to stay outside the city and visit the ancient city.

Sichuan - Langzhong - Langzhong Ancient City

Pingyao Ancient City is located in Pingyao County in the central part of Shanxi Province. It is a famous cultural city with a history of more than 2,700 years. The streets, shops and dwellings in the ancient city still maintain the traditional layout and style, and it is one of the relatively well-preserved ancient cities in my country. It was also the financial center of China in the late Qing Dynasty. Walking into this once prosperous ancient city, you can feel the atmosphere of Shanxi merchant culture everywhere. It is one of the only two ancient cities in China that successfully applied for the world cultural heritage with the entire ancient city (the other is Lijiang Ancient City).

1. The city is full of inns converted from old courtyards. During holidays, you need to book in advance, and the price may increase. Living in the city will have a better experience and it will be more convenient to travel.
