My mother once said by chance that when I was young, I always wanted to see far away, but when I had time, my legs and feet were not so agile... This word has been lingering in my mind, and later I also took it with me on weekends. My parents have been to some places nearby, but they always feel a little regretful in their hearts, "Go to a farther place", so I thought of the Duku Highway that runs through the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains! Parents can enjoy the beautiful scenery as long as they sit in the car! Is there anything more comfortable than this?
During the summer vacation, I took my eldest son and two elders and set off. We drove very slowly all the way. My dad rushed to drive, saying that this kind of road was very powerful. This kind of excitement is rare for my dad. He felt that he came out to play, and saw the light in their eyes after a long absence.
It took 4 days to stop and go all the way. When we arrived in Xinjiang, we stayed in a homestay in Dushanzi District. The accommodation conditions here are very good and there are a lot of food.
We checked out early the next morning and went to the Dushanzi Grand Canyon first. Frankly speaking, the activities here are not suitable for my parents. My parents and I went to the Duku Glass Bridge. My father was dragged up by my mother. He was so nervous that he pulled my mother. I deliberately walked behind, leaving a very dreamy picture. The photos are very juvenile. The Yardang landform of Dushanzi is very spectacular. The entire canyon looks like a place split by an axe. The canyon wall is steep and cliffy, and the water at the bottom of the valley is in season. The ground of the valley shoulder is desert grassland. In front of you is a typical Grand Canyon scene.
Coming out of the Grand Canyon is the starting point of the Duku Kilometer, and we are "gearing up" to set off.
The total length of the Duku Highway is 1,000 kilometers, and half of the road sections are above 2,000 meters above sea level. You can see all four seasons in one day. As the car moves forward, the landscape outside the window changes faster and faster. The beautiful grassland scenery, the sharp cliff scenery... ten miles of different days, the strange transformation of the natural scene is dizzying. There are many rest spots on the Duku Highway, where you can stop to exercise your muscles and take pictures.
