There, after brewing, they felt that it was a pity to throw away the lees, so they stored them and soaked them in vats. Tempted by the rich aroma, Heita took a sip, and it was both sweet and sour, and the taste was delicious, so he stored it as a "seasoning paste". What is the name of this sauce? Heita named this sour water "vinegar" by adding the character "尤" on the twenty-first day. It is said that until today, the deadline for Zhenjiang Hengshun Sauce and Vinegar Factory to brew a batch of vinegar is still 21 days.

She is famous for being virtuous and kind, but her mother-in-law deliberately abused her and kept her from returning to her natal home, and asked her to carry water every day. The water source is far away from home, and I can only carry it once a day. In order to make things difficult for her, the mother-in-law only drank the water from the bucket in front of her, and used the water from the bucket behind her to drink for the horses. She also made the bucket into a shape with a flat top and a pointed bottom, deliberately making it difficult to carry water. she. One day, Liu Shi was halfway carrying water, and met an old man leading a horse, who wanted to drink the water she carried. The old man's face was dusty, and he seemed to have come from a long way, so Liu agreed without hesitation, and handed the last bucket of water to the horse. But the horse seemed to be extremely thirsty, and drank the last bucket of water even the previous one. This made Mrs. Liu very embarrassed: let's take it again, see if it's getting late, and it's too late to go back and forth; don't take it, and go home with an empty bucket, and you must be insulted and whipped by your mother-in-law. When he was hesitating, the old man said: "I heard that you are virtuous and kind. I saw you today. You really deserve your reputation." He gave Liu a horsewhip and asked her to take it home. It will flow out naturally and fill the urn, but it must not be pulled out. In a blink of an eye, the old man and the horse disappeared.
Nanlaoquanting [2] Mrs. Liu went home with trepidation, tried the method, and it really came true. She will never worry about it again. The mother-in-law saw that Liu hadn't carried water for a long time, but the urn was always full, which was very strange. I went to see it and found out the secret of whipping. So, the mother-in-law asked Liu Shi to go back to her mother's house, pulled out the horsewhip, and the water gushed out violently, and the overflow continued. The mother-in-law panicked, and immediately ran to Jinsheng Village to look for Mrs. Liu. Mrs. Liu was combing her hair, but before she finished combing, she hurriedly bit a lock of hair into her mouth, ran back to Gutang village in a hurry, sat on the urn without saying anything. Since then, water has flowed out from under Liu's body continuously for thousands of years. This is the "Difficult Old Spring".
Nanlaoquan Zhanglang Pagoda, also known as the mainstay and water diversion tower, is located at the diversion of Nanlaoquan Sanqi in Jinci, Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City.
The age of the stone pagoda has not been tested. It is about two meters high. The bottom is a lotus base, the middle is an eight-sided stone pillar, and the top is an eaves brake. It was built to commemorate Zhang Lang who won the Seven Eyes. Tasha has been touched very smooth by tourists.
"The trickling and difficult old spring diverts to the side of the Jinci Temple, and there is Changshengping in it, which is always the same in winter and summer." Zhang Langta has a thrilling legend:
Hundreds of years ago, farmers in the north and south villages here often fought with each other for water. The drier the weather, the harder the fight. Later, the government said that it wanted to "mediate" the dispute, so it set up a boiling oil pot by the pool, put ten copper coins in the pot, and said: Whoever can take out a few copper coins from the pot in public will divide the amount of water in the future and judge After that, never argue. At this time, a young man walked out from the crowd in Beiqu. He bravely reached out and took out seven copper coins from the oil pan, so the farmers in Beiqu will always get seven points of water. But the young man was severely scalded and died on the spot!
The young man's surname is Zhang, and he is from Huata Village near Jinci Mountain. People call him Zhang Lang. To commemorate him, the people of Beiqu buried his bones under the "mainstay". In order to divide the water, a stone embankment was built on the east side of the pillar, and ten round holes were dug in the waist of the embankment, three in the south and seven in the north. Another herringbone weir was built on the east embankment as a watershed between the north and south canals, so as to prevent the water from mixing after exiting the embankment. The north water flows into the Zhibo Canal, and has been managed by Zhang in the village.
