This is mainly due to three people: Accusing Zen Master, Emperor Jianwen, and Monk Infinity. Zen Master Zhikong is a native of Capricornati, India. After Master Chaozong of Sichuan, he expanded and named Zhengxu Temple. He once spread Buddhism across China, India, and Korea, and was honored as a teacher of teachers by the Korean state religion. And Emperor Jianwen is very familiar with it. Lion Mountain is the place where Emperor Jianwen became a monk; Monk Infinity is a local Buddhist monk. He recruited disciples at Zhengxu Temple in Lion Mountain, preached the Dharma, and trained many Buddhist monks. From this point of view, it is not an exaggeration to call Lion Mountain the No. 1 mountain in the Southwest!

Wuzhengxu Temple

Entering the mountain from the main entrance of the scenic spot, the first thing that catches the eye is the Zhengxu Temple, which is said to be the place where Emperor Jianwen became a monk and practiced. Come to the Daxiong Hall, light a stick of incense, kowtow in all directions, pray for the safety of the family, and look at the red candles in the pavilion next to the ancient tree, which are the blessings from the tourists to the family.

This stele is written on the Jianwen posthumous poem, which reads: "Forty autumns in the southwest of the prison, Susu's white hair has already filled his head; the universe has regrets, where is the home, the Jianghan ruthless water flows by itself; the clouds in the Changle Palace are scattered, and the Chaoyuan Pavilion The sound of the rain is harvested; the new pussy willows are green every year, and the wild old ones cry and cry."

There is a lot of controversy about the author of this poem. Whether it is Emperor Jianwen's own state of mind or later generations fabricated it based on his experience. This "Jianwen Martyrdom Picture" mural condenses the cause and final destination of Emperor Jianwen's escape. In the upper left corner of the mural, the city is in chaos, and the tower is full of fire and red light: In 1402, the army of Yan Wang Zhu Di attacked the city. Jinchuan Gate, the palace was in chaos, and the young Emperor Jianwen knew that the situation was over, so he set fire to the palace, making Zhu Di think that he had died in the sea of ​​flames. In fact, he cleverly used the golden cicada to escape from the shell and escaped from Jinling through a secret path, and started the escape road with a group of confidant ministers. The tall and prominent figure in the middle of the mural is the young Emperor Jianwen, and next to him are his followers and ministers. Right in front of him is the Wuding Lion Mountain. From the opposite Wenbi Peak, the Lion Mountain looks like a prone lion, and the lion's head is on the side facing the sun. It can also be seen from the murals that Zhengxu Temple is right in the arms of a lion. With the protection of this lion, Zhengxu Temple is also a veritable geomantic treasure! This male lion not only guarded the people of Wuding but also Emperor Jianwen.
