Only when you come to the Potala Palace can you truly see the worship of Buddhist believers. People say that because of the peaceful liberation of Tibet 60 years ago, tourists entering Tibet have been largely restricted during this period. We bid farewell to the Potala Palace and returned to Urumqi the next day. We learned a lot along the way and bought a lot of souvenirs, raisins from Xinjiang and some trinkets bought in Tibet for family and friends.
