【I and Haba Snow Mountain】

"The meaning of life is not how much air you breathe, but the moments in your life that take your breath away."

·I can’t remember clearly...was this plain but magical sentence aroused my initial passion for climbing; or when I stood on the top of Haba Snow Mountain after all the hardships, this text that struck my soul finally turned into My own perception.

· Whenever I look at the photos of climbing Haba Snow Mountain in the dead of night, it will arouse my infinite memories of that good time... I simply typed my thoughts on my mobile phone at will, and the writing was out of control, so I wrote a few words I finished this "Heart Journey" at night.

·I want to leave this feeling and touch in my heart in words. When I am no longer young and too old to move, I can use this memory to warm myself, and maybe it can make my cloudy eyes occasionally The earth blooms with brilliance and impresses the children and grandchildren around me who are listening to the story.

·I am a native of Beijing, and I belong to the "docile animal" that lives at 0 altitude. Born in a traditional family, he received an exam-oriented education, obeyed his parents' instructions, and started a family early. However, I am 30 years old, and I don't want to rush through the world, leaving a picture of the Internet celebrity punch card to record that I have been to this world, so I have been "planning" to give myself a different 30-year-old birthday present.

I remember that it was early autumn in Beijing. As the Golden Week approached day by day, tourist routes began to heat up rapidly, and people took practical actions to make outstanding contributions to boosting GDP: the phone calls of travel agencies were off the hook, and air tickets were suddenly expensive in Luoyang... ...The limited tourism resources of traditional routes have been divided up by travel agencies. At this time, there are no fewer tourists in the scenic spots than in the capital, and it is not my wish to get together. So, a long-term uneasy idea began to stir in my body Get up: Yes, I'm going to complete my first snow mountain! After watching the documentary about the disaster in Meili Mountain, I wrote a "vow" on the message wall of the Meili Youth Hostel that I would never climb the snow-capped mountain. I finally embarked on an old road that countless predecessors have walked: I started to feel less interested in circling the snow-capped mountains, and my eyes gradually moved to the direction where the flags and clouds fluttered. …

·The reason why people do crazy things is mostly because they are moved by the beautiful things they describe, and people who can be moved by the same reason are definitely like you! In this way, I easily fooled my friend who hiked together in Meili---Sister He. Determined to upgrade once, from hiking to mountaineering, from donkey friends to mountain friends.

·Although Haba Snow Mountain is known as an entry-level snow mountain, the altitude of 5396 meters has never been touched by me. There are permanent glaciers on the top of the mountain, which are covered with ice and snow all year round. As a person who has no experience in snow mountain climbing, I am both excited and nervous.

·I read more than N guides, searched more than N information on the Internet, consulted N Dohaba Club, and bought a "Chinese Mountaineering Bible" and kept it in my arms all day long.

【Legend of Haba】:

· "Haba" is a Naxi language (the Naxi nationality is a minority ethnic group with a small population, mainly living in the northwestern part of Yunnan), which means the flower of gold. On the way to Haba Village, Miss Mi Li from the club also told a local story in Haba Village: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain are children of the same mother. He only wears mourning for half a year, but his youngest son Haba Snow Mountain wears mourning all the year round to fulfill his filial piety. This is why the top of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain only has snow for half a year, while Haba Snow Mountain always has snow for 365 days... This story is really absurd, but from another angle It reflects how simple and honest the folk customs of Haba Village are.

【Location】:

Haba Snow Mountain (5596 meters above sea level) is located in Shangri-La City in the northwest of Yunnan Province. m) across the Jinsha River. It is 140 kilometers away from downtown Lijiang, 130 kilometers away from downtown Shangri-La, 80 kilometers away from Tiger Leaping Gorge, a famous hiking spot, and only 40 kilometers away from Baishuitai, the "Pamukkale of China".

·There are three cliffs on the top of Haba Snow Mountain, and only a gentle slope in the northwest extends to Haba Village, so Haba Village is a gathering place for mountaineers who climb Haba Snow Mountain.

【Altitude Distribution】:

·The main peak of Haba Snow Mountain is 5,396 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is Jiangbian Village at 1,550 meters above sea level, with an altitude difference of 3,896 meters. Haba Village is located in a valley at an altitude of 2,600 meters and is the largest village in the nature reserve.

·There are many alpine ice lakes distributed above the altitude of 3500, among which the Black Sea, Round Sea, Yellow Sea, and Shuanghai have the best scenery. Every year in May and June, the flowers around Haizi are in full bloom and colorful.

· Above 4,000 meters above sea level are steep cliffs of snow peaks, rocky flowstone beaches and glaciers.

· At an altitude of 4,700 meters, there are ice waterfalls hanging on the hanging rocks. These hanging glaciers are the oceanic warm glaciers at the southernmost latitude of our country.

·The top of the mountain at 5396 meters above sea level is covered with ice and snow all the year round. The main peak is tall and straight, surrounded by four small peaks, which alternate with the seasons and the changes of cloudy and sunny. The snow peaks are unpredictable, sometimes covered with clouds and mist, and the treasure tripod appears and disappears from time to time;

·The temperature difference between the foot of the mountain and the top of the mountain is as high as 22.8°C, which can almost be called the epitome of the climate in Northwest Yunnan.

[Scenery changes]:

·From Haba Village (2,650 meters above sea level) at the foot of the snow mountain to the peak (5,396 meters), the Naxi villages, forests, meadows, alpine coniferous forests, rhododendron forests, giant rocks, and snow slopes are layered up. The scenery is diverse and shocking .

·In this mysterious primeval forest, there are first-class protected animals, Yunnan golden monkey and wild donkey, and second-class protected animals, snow leopard, macaque, red panda, leopard, musk deer and horse musk deer. Other animals such as black bears, brown bears, wild boars, painted foxes, and eagles can be seen everywhere. (I heard from the local people in Haba: In the past, there was no electricity here, and "black blind men" often went to the village to steal "bread grains". Later, the "uniforms" of the Nature Reserve confiscated our earthen guns and earthen cannons. For several years, wild animals were very rampant, and the "chicken coop" was often found turned upside down the next morning. These years have been good, and every household has pulled the wires , There is a solar street lamp every 50 meters on the country road, and the "black blind" hide us far away.)

·Haizi Group at an altitude of 4,000 meters will give more than expected comfort to the difficult trek with exhaustive and rich colors. The snow-capped mountains and ice caps act as a huge background appropriately. On this natural background, the golden yellow of the Korean pine, the bright red of the mountain pepper, the bright yellow of the birch leaves, the dark green of the rhododendron trees, and the azure blue of the lake appear one after another. It is simply natural. A top-notch ink painting created by hand, this may be the most charming autumn color in Shangri-La.

·Above 5000 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and mountains, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Meili Snow Mountain when you climb to the top, and overlook the three sacred mountains of Yading, Daocheng: Xiannairi (Avalokitesvara), Yangmaiyong (Manjushri) , Shanuo Dorje (Vajrapani Bodhisattva).

[Climbing Season Selection]:

Haba Snow Mountain has dense forests, high oxygen content (not easy to reverse), low latitude, relatively mild climate, short climbing period, and no difficult terrain. Defined by the outdoor community as a primary snow mountain, it has become the first choice for snow mountain enthusiasts, with thousands of people successfully climbing to the top every year. The surrounding area above the snow line of Haba Snow Mountain is very open, so high-altitude wind is one of the biggest difficulties in climbing Haba Snow Mountain. Basically, those who are forced to give up climbing to the top are because of too much wind.

· From April to June, the wind is weak and there is no rain. (This period is also the season for rhododendrons to bloom. During the flowering period, rhododendrons break through the snow and bloom, spreading along the mountains, white snow and red flowers complement each other.) There is almost no wind from September to November, and there is occasional precipitation. (This is late autumn, the forests are full of colors, and the base camp with pure air can take pictures of the starry sky and the Milky Way.) Climbing at other times will increase the difficulty. For example, July-August is the rainy season, and some sections of the road are muddy and slippery. December to March is winter, and the wind speed is slightly stronger. If you don't climb to the top, just visit Haizi to watch the flowers. The best season is: end of May - end of June.

·If you want to meet the weather with little or no wind, you can ask Miss Mi Li from Haba Snow Mountain Adventure Club in advance. She lives in her own homestay "Mi Li Mei Su" in Haba Village all year round. You can observe and predict the weather within a week The weather conditions, and the club's mountain guides are very responsible, as long as the physical strength is sufficient, they can basically reach the summit successfully.

Haba Snow Mountain is a high-altitude snow mountain with the same "difficulty factor" as Siguniang Three Peaks. Whether you can climb to the top depends on the weather conditions and your overall physical fitness. Of course, you must first have the courage to challenge the limit.

Accommodation: private room

『D6』: Lijiang Old Town (2400M)—Beijing (40M)

·The club's special car was sent to Lijiang Airport, and they embarked on the return journey with a full harvest. (The staff of the club are all sincere in their service throughout the whole process, and the uneasy mood when they came has turned into the words "thank you".)

[Day 1 Arrive in Lijiang]

· Before making the climbing plan, I asked the club to help us observe the recent weather conditions. Two days later, the person on the phone said: "After observation by the patrolmen stationed at the base camp of the snow mountain, it is predicted that the airflow in Haba Snow Mountain will be stable in the next week, mainly sunny days, with occasional small amounts of precipitation. , and the wind speed above the snow line at an altitude of 4900M is not strong, so it is more suitable for climbing!" In order to prevent rainy weather and try to make every team member successfully climb to the summit, Mi Li also prepared sealed clothes bags for us, (in case of rain, sealed bags It can guarantee that you can change into dry clothes on the day of the summit, and the warmer clothes will be half as effective once they are soaked in water.) I heard that I didn’t buy the rain cover for the assault bag, and Mi Li said that I would give me a club-customized assault bag to protect against rain cover. Mi Li sent us a detailed list of personal belongings and told us to try to buy them in Beijing. There are very few outdoor stores in Lijiang. I came to Wangfujing with Sister He, and prepared everything according to the contents of the list without haste. I used to worry that I had too many or not enough items, but this list of items summarized after thousands of climbing practices really solved our big problem.

·The plane landed slowly at Lijiang Airport, and the driver of the club was already waiting at the exit with a welcome flag in his hand. The car with the club logo sent us to the inn in the ancient city of Lijiang. Sister Mi Li helped us carry our luggage to the room, took a short rest and invited us to drink tea. Later, I learned that Mi Li had been exposed to outdoor sports as early as 2000. In 2006, he climbed to the top of Haba Snow Mountain. He was the fifth person to reach the summit on the north slope. The first four people to reach the top of this route were men. This is an unconventional Haba summit route, which is much more difficult than the current conventional western route and requires a short section of ice climbing techniques. Although she is not very old, but because she entered the circle earlier and has rich outdoor experience, people in the circle call her "Sister Mi Li".

Mi Li checked our personal belongings while chatting, and also emphasized the thermal insulation effect of the thermos cup. She said: "In the cold mountain environment, a thermos cup with good thermal insulation performance is very important! Hot water can not only relieve altitude sickness, but also It can bring a little bit of warmth to the body." After the inspection was correct, we went to have dinner together, and walked in the quiet ancient city of Lijiang, where the streets and alleys were criss-crossed, and there was a feeling of returning to simplicity. According to the agreement, I returned to the inn at 8:00 p.m. to hold a routine meeting before the trip. Mi Li’s kind words made people feel serious and funny. These are the notes I made casually. I talked a lot. Now I will just write the summary:

【Revere the Snow Mountain, Climb Simple】

It is forbidden to smear and place commemorative signs and other items in Haba Snow Mountain

Garbage generated during mountain climbing must be buried or brought back for disposal

Protect wild animals and plants, do not kill or destroy

Respect local ethnic customs and religious habits

[Three major conditions for successfully climbing Haba Snow Mountain]

"Luck" means: good weather

"Physical strength" means: physical fitness and perseverance

"Technology" means: basic knowledge of snow mountain climbing and correct use of equipment

【Sign the Snow Mountain Climbing Safety Agreement】

The situation at high altitudes is complicated, and you must abide by the reasonable arrangements of the mountain guides, and you must not act without authorization.

[Basic common sense of body changes and hypoxia in plateau]

If you have walked through Yubeng with heavy loads like us (the only plateau hiking route we have traveled in Yunnan, we can only use this as a comparison), and if you keep up with the follow-up exercise (this is very important), you will have no physical strength to reach the summit. The most important thing is how to distribute well on the way.

Friends who live at low altitudes will experience altitude sickness when they come to Haba Snow Mountain, such as tinnitus, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. This is a normal physical reaction. The club will use the oximeter to detect it at any time. If the detection is within the normal value range, you can drink more warm water and take more deep breaths Adjust, don't panic.

The last sentence of the meeting is quite classic: "The mountain will always be there, and there is only one life."

[Day 2 Lijiang Old Town - Tiger Leaping Gorge - Haba Village]

·With the mood of autumn outings when I was a child, I ate a bowl of chicken soup and rice noodles at the Zhongyi Market in Lijiang Ancient Town. Mi Li, the team leader Xiaochao, Sister He, and the four of us set off from Lijiang Ancient Town to Haba Village. Start the vehicle and move forward slowly... For me, everything is unknown and novel. After becoming a social person, I need to return to the innocence of my heart, return to nature, and maintain my curiosity about the world... …The weather is exceptionally good, it can really be described as sunny and sunny.

·G214 National Highway (a section of the Yunnan-Tibet line) drove for 40 minutes to Songyuan Bridge, which is the dividing line between Lijiang and Shangri-La. Under the bridge is the Jinsha River with excessive sand concentration. The river is golden yellow, and there are many undercurrents. Looking up at the sky, you can see the "Thirteen Jade Dragon Peaks" of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The 13 snow-capped peaks are lined up in a row and inserted into the clouds.

·Continue driving, at the T-junction, turn the steering wheel skillfully to the right, then leave the G214 National Highway and turn to the East Ring Road. "This route is generally only chosen by friends who drive by themselves on foot, by bike, by motorcycle or off-road vehicle, and who love to travel. Tourist buses and sunset red tour groups will not take this route, because there is not even a toilet on the road!" The leader Xiao Chao played with the steering wheel in his hand while making a humorous introduction.

Tiger Leaping Gorge is the only way to go. Although it is the dry season, the water flow of Tiger Leaping Gorge is still spectacular. Tiger Leaping Gorge is divided into Upper Tiger Leap, Middle Tiger Leap and Lower Tiger Leap. This is the "World Hiking Resort" that makes all backpackers crazy. It is the only hiking route in China that is as famous as the Nepal Annapurna Grand Ring Road/Sweden Kusleden/Canada West Coast Trail. "It takes 2 days to hike the whole Tiger Leaping Gorge. In order to preserve our strength, we chose to hike up the most spectacular Tiger Leaping Gorge, get used to the altitude, and do warm-up activities before climbing." Mi Li said slowly while taking pictures for us. There is a magical tree fossil in the middle of the canyon - "Tiger Leaping Stone". The momentum of the surging waves and the stormy waves hitting the shore is enough to throw your "emotions, anger and worries" out of the sky.

According to legend, God Kawagebo of Meili Snow Mountain and his wife Metsmu have two brave sons, Haba and Yulong, and three beautiful and intelligent daughters, Nujiang, Lancangjiang and Jinsha girl. One day, the three sisters were bathing in Baishuitai. The Jinsha girl met a handsome and kind Naxi boy. But there is a separation between heaven and man, and the marriage is uncertain. The Jinsha girl imprisoned by her parents can only escape quietly in the dark. After the father heard about it, he ordered the two brothers Haba and Yulong to stop her, and they turned into Qianren Xuefeng to block her sister's way. The Jinsha girl left with one heart and vowed not to look back. She pulled out her sword and split the snow mountain, broke through the obstruction of her two brothers, and finally met and married the Naxi boy. Between the snow-capped mountains, golden sand rushes past, and it has become today's Tiger Leaping Gorge.

· After seeing the Tiger Leaping, continue driving along the river in the Middle Tiger Leap and the Lower Tiger Leap. There are cliffs on the left and cliffs on the right along the way. I was sitting in the co-pilot's seat, with the roaring Jinsha River beneath me, my palms were sweaty, and watching the team leader driving the vehicle, his expression remained unchanged and he was able to do a job with ease. Until I saw an open land, I drove away from the riverside. This dam is Daju Dam.

·Daju Dam is a rare flat valley in the lower reaches of Tiger Leaping Gorge. Team leader Xiaochao said, "Daju" is a Naxi language, which means ominous. But it seems to be reasonable to understand it from the Chinese artistic conception. It is surrounded by breathtaking grand weather. Looking from the center of the basin at an altitude of only more than 1,700 meters, you can see three towering snow peaks: Yulong, Haba, and Fengke. , each mountain seems to pierce the sky, as high as more than 4500 meters. The Jinsha River is mighty and mighty. From the center of the basin, I found a seam less than 50 meters wide and quietly passed through it. If I was not careful, I thought this great river had disappeared deep in the earth. We joked at the time that prefab slabs of cement might cover it! The river divides Daju Township into two, with Lijiang in the south and Shangri-La County in the north. From Daju to the north, there is not much difference in terrain, but culturally, exquisite Tibetan-style houses gradually replace Naxiwa. Housing has become the mainstream of architecture, and more and more alpine meadows are emerging one after another, with flocks of cattle and sheep, which has become like a Tibetan land.

·The winding road on Dajuba is really crazy. Turning back and forth one after another makes people dizzy. The team leader said: Some people call this high-intensity bend "Valentine's Bend", which sounds a bit romantic, but in fact we have been shaking on the car like coal balls. It is said that drivers will never get motion sickness. I doubt it will be an exception on this road. I am really worried that the leader will get out of the car halfway and throw up, and then continue driving.

After an hour of soaring, the GPS showed that the altitude was close to 2700M meters. The vehicle turned over a pass (called "Liangzi" by the locals), and after the jeep turned out of a super big bend again, there were lush greenery outside the car window, scattered with scattered houses, not far away The village where only the clear and crisp barking of dogs can be heard echoes from a distance, that is the legendary paradise - Haba Village. The buildings of Han, Naxi, Tibetan, Yi, Hui, and even Lisu ethnic groups gather together and coexist harmoniously. This is the village where "Mi Li Mei Su" is located, a rare mountain village where six ethnic groups live harmoniously. I asked Mi Li: Will there be any conflicts and contradictions when so many ethnic groups live together in your village? Mi Li replied: "How is it possible! Haba Snow Mountain is watching over all of this!"

·It is only when you are here that you can feel that traditional forces still dominate everything. The fashionable clothes on the traveler do not attract young girls. Yi women continue to adore huge black cloaks, and Hui mosques are taller and more stately than any house in the village. Compared with the houses of the Naxi people in the ancient city of Lijiang, which are full of lanterns, the houses of the Naxi people seem a little down and out, but this is undoubtedly the real ancient Naxi society. In the Sanba area less than 30 kilometers away from Haba Village, according to official records, Baishuitai, the true birthplace of Naxi Dongba culture, has existed for tens of thousands of years. This piece of Quanhua Terrace, which is similar to the Huanglong area of Sichuan, is white and crystal clear. It is still kept in a boudoir, and only a few travelers have visited it in person.

·At noon, the farm food we ate on the "Jiezi" in Haba Village (the local people call the main street in the countryside "Jiezi") is all self-produced and sold by the farm from meat to vegetables. "Mi Li Mei Su" has a unique style in the sun, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this feeling is great!

·At 5:00 p.m., the meeting was held on time in the meeting room of Mili Meisu. The guide supervisor combined the PPT to introduce the recent snow mountain climate, physical fitness assessment, equipment training, and precautions to us. He spoke very carefully, from the temperature and clothing at each altitude, to the changes in the terrain along the way, to the reasonable distribution of physical fitness, to the correct use of climbing equipment, to emergency avoidance matters, and finally gave us a demonstration of crampons, The key points of ice ax use, the following is a conference excerpt.

〖Haba Snow Mountain Section Distribution〗

[1] 4100-4200 Chaos Grass Forest;

[2] 4200-4600 large stone slab;

[3] 4600-4800 crushed stone;

[4] 4800-4920 rocky slope;

[5] 4920-5100 excited slope;

[6] 5100-5320 Desperate Slope;

[7] 5320-5396 Moon Bay - Rebirth Top;

〖Rules of Dressing in Haba Snow Mountain〗

The common way of dressing in mountaineering is: three-layer dressing rule

"Inner layer" (close-fitting layer, sweat-wicking layer) wicks away sweat and keeps warm

"Middle layer" (warmth layer) to keep warm

"Outer layer" (isolation layer, functional layer) windproof and rainproof

〖Physical distribution and mental preparation〗

"Haba Village-Snow Mountain Base Camp" is 12 kilometers long, accounting for 20% of the total strength

"Snow Mountain Base Camp - Peak" is 8 kilometers, accounting for 50% of the total strength

"Peak - Haba Village" is 20 kilometers away, accounting for 30% of the total strength

〖Usage Specifications for Haba Snow Mountain Climbing Equipment〗

『crampons』 『ice ax』 『helmets』

"Seat belt" "Knot rope"

Haba Snow Mountain is a primary snow mountain and does not require snow cones, ice cones, pitons, rock plugs, ascenders, descenders, snowboards and other equipment

〖Emergency Avoidance at High Altitude〗

『Snow Blindness』 『High Resistance』 『Frostbite』

『Slip and fall』 『Loss of heat』

The slope above the snow line of Haba Snow Mountain is gentle, the maximum slope is 40 degrees, the structure is relatively stable, there are no ice cracks, and avalanches rarely occur.

〖Main points to demonstrate the use of crampons and ice axes〗

Key points for using crampons:

Adjust the size of the crampons in advance to match the hiking boots. The front and rear fixed points can hold the hiking boots. Sometimes, to ensure that, you can lock the length adjustment plate; ;

When going uphill, on a snow slope with a small slope, step into the snow with full claw nails to provide a stable support; you can also step on the footprints of the predecessors (for up and down mountains), this is the most suitable way for snow slopes in Haba Snow Mountain ( For steep slopes and hard ice, tap footwork can be used);

When going downhill, the body is slightly leaned back, the feet are outward, and the heel part is stepped into the snow to provide stable support. According to the ice and snow conditions (especially when the snow is hard and bright), the slope, the weather and personal circumstances, the usage methods and habits may be different, but it is not allowed to sprint and run downhill.

How to use ice axe:

The ice ax can be used as a walking stick and also as a brake in case of accidents. Two grips: self-assurance and slip-brake.

Self-assurance method: the mouth of the crane faces forward, the palm of the hand is attached to the axe, and the thumb and index finger are arranged on both sides of the ax handle. According to the snow slope slope, snow conditions, and personal habits, the self-assurance method can be supported step by step or several steps Once supported, pay attention to firmly insert the tip of the pickaxe into the snow before lifting and walking. (Advantages: In this case, the contact area between the palm and the flat ax is large, and walking and grasping for a long time will not cause excessive fatigue.)

Sliding braking method: the flat ax is facing forward, the crane beak is facing backward, and the palm of the hand is in contact with the narrow surface of the ax on the side of the crane beak. After walking for a long time, it will cause fatigue and mental paralysis. This is the disadvantage of this grip. Hidden danger. (Advantage: In the event of a fall, the slip grip can immediately brake.)

The two grips have their own advantages and disadvantages, and they are used alternately according to the ice and snow conditions (soft snow or bright ice), slope, etc.

[Day 3 Haba Village - Snow Mountain Base Camp]

·The first ray of sunshine in the morning ushered in the colorful auspicious clouds, which reminded me of the colorful auspicious clouds mentioned by Zixia Fairy in Journey to the West. The first climb in life will definitely be good luck! Looking up is the majestic Haba Snow Mountain. This is a huge pyramid created by God. It is quiet and peaceful. The Fengke Snow Mountain in the north can only be regarded as the younger brother at the moment. There is fog on the top of Fengke Snow Mountain, which is erratic. The gods may live there. Bar. There is also a cloud of bamboo hats floating on the summit of Haba. Team leader Xiao Chao said that the cloud of bamboo hats is a sign of no wind on the top. Accompanied by the morning light, after breakfast, dress up and welcome the real outdoor exploration. The destination of this day is the snow mountain base camp, so you only need to carry a small walking bag with water and some road meals in it. And our big bag, the equipment needed for the summit, and living supplies have been placed on the stable horseback.

·The mountain guide is named Yang San, named because he is the third child at home. He graduated from the Sichuan Provincial Mountaineering School. He has been working as a mountain guide on Haba Snow Mountain since he was seventeen or eighteen years old. Jianlin, another alpine guide, is affectionately called "Jianlibao" in the village because "Lin" in the local dialect is pronounced "Li". He also graduated from a mountaineering school in Sichuan Province. It is definitely right for the team members who want to go to the summit to watch the sunrise to choose Jianlibao.

On the way to the base camp, the air is filled with the fresh smell of green grass, soil and bush flowers. The warm sunshine shines on the grass through the woods, and occasionally looking back at the village at the foot of the mountain, everything makes people feel happy. While chatting with us, the alpine guide asked us where our hometown is, and pointed to me to see the pepper growing everywhere, the green apples all over the mountain, the small pears, and the tall walnut trees. What I can't forget most is the growing A parasitic plant in the high seas and deep mountains - "tree hanging" (later I checked the scientific name "useda"), like green beards hanging from a high place, some flying with birds, some are reflected in the eyes, Some are entangled with tree roots, "Only in the primeval forest with good air quality will there be tree hanging!" Jianlibao said with a little pride while exhaling the mellow and tangy dry smoke.

· On the way from Haba Village to Snow Mountain Base Camp, most of the team members rode horses up the mountain. Occasionally, we saw a few team members insisting on hiking all the way, which made us horse riders admire. Of course, I also ride a horse, because this is my first time riding a horse, it feels so good, I feel very proud at that time, but it is a pity that I can't ride a horse like in the movie. Reminds me of that phrase:

You hold the bell,
I search for the sound;
Attached to the clear mountains and rivers,
Walking through the muddy steps,
Seeking dreams, drinking a dense fog,
Start a wonderful journey.

·In the alpine pasture at an altitude of 3200 meters, it is like above the clouds. It’s time for the noon road meal, because this is the only way to go to the base camp of the snow mountain. After a while, the team members in twos and threes came here to eat, and the atmosphere gradually became lively. Take out the camera and aim at the Haba Snow Mountain in the distance, and several yaks are curiously peeping at the holy snow mountain we took with time-lapse.

·A few meters ahead, I met a group of German mountain friends. These people are not young, and the average age is at least 50 years old. That day happened to be Sunday, and the German mountain friends gathered together to study the Bible. God is with them, but now I am more inclined to believe in the mountain god, who opened this mountain and planted this tree. There is always a sense of mystery in all snow mountains. I heard from the mountain guide Jianlibao that if you shout on the snow mountains, it will turn from sunny to heavy snow. Who is in charge? We can't see the mountain gods, but the most trustworthy people around us are undoubtedly our mountain guides. Without their help, no one can talk and laugh happily in this alpine place. These dark-skinned men are the Sherpas of Haba. It is said that the first local people to climb to the top were just looking for a Buddha head left by a legendary god on the top.

·The mountainside above 3,500 meters is a dense virgin jungle, interspersed with an unknown number of rhododendron trees. These rhododendron trees are tall and short, and of different types. Its family was once considered by western botanists to be the largest rhododendron community in the world. one. The huge altitude difference leads to different opening times of Haba Rhododendrons.

·In an article introducing Haba Rhododendron, a famous traveler once gave a wonderful description of the grand blooming of Haba Rhododendron: "Once a year, the rhododendron tide climbs from the riverside to the snow peak after spring. In May, beside the alpine lake, in the snow and ice, hundreds of thousands of old alpine rhododendrons spit out flower flames from their angry branches. It is grand and luxurious, like a parade under the snowy peak. This scene makes people feel mixed. Saying that, I can only hide the warm current gushing out of my heart back to my heart again.” Unfortunately, when I went there, the rhododendrons had all withered, and I look forward to going again when they are in full bloom.

·At around 5:00 pm, arrive at the base camp of Haba Snow Mountain at an altitude of 4,100 meters. Yang San and Jianlibao were unloading their horses, so we strolled around the courtyard and looked around. The geographical conditions of Haba’s base camp can be called “extremely good”. Needless to say, the grassland can be used to set up tents, the spring water is also very close, and it is pure snow water, and the fuel is also readily available. The base camp is at the junction of the forest and the snow line. In the middle of a depression, the extremely strong mountain wind was blocked, and people lit bonfires near the tents to keep warm.

·This mountain flat at an altitude of 4,100 meters was once an alpine pasture. The nearby herdsmen built several cowsheds. With the increase of mountain friends, the cowsheds were transformed and upgraded into a snow mountain base camp. For the altitude of 4,100 meters, it is accompanied by low temperature all year round. In strong winds, a log cabin is of course a better choice than a tent. The guide Jianlibao Xiao Suibu hurriedly shouted: "I gave you two cups of buttered tea that the herdsman just made. It is a good thing to deal with Gao Fan!" Drinking can really affect the body. These two cups of warm butter tea may only satisfy the appetite, hahahaha...

· The girls and boys living in the base camp next to each other greeted each other in Mandarin mixed with local accents while applying sunscreen: "Where are you calling?" "Hubei, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin..." etc., where are the people from? Both. At this time, a young man wearing snow glasses gave Sister He a wicked smile and said, "Beauty, where did I see you?" Sister He rolled her eyes and said, "That's right! We met on the top of Mount Everest!" Suddenly, everyone laughed wildly...

·For dinner, the guide gave us freshly fried dishes. We set up an iron ring, put firewood under it, and lit it to become a pot stove. We boiled water, cooked rice, washed vegetables, and cut meat. The two guides cooperated quickly and tacitly. It may be due to the altitude. I was already hungry and ate two bowls of rice. Under the persuasion of the mountain guide Yang San, Sister He also ate half a bowl more. There were a lot of team members eating together in the base camp. After dinner, it was still early, and there was no mobile phone signal in the base camp. Everyone gathered around the campfire to keep warm and chat. There were blackened potatoes in the carbon pile next to the campfire. The guides enthusiastically distributed them to everyone. At first glance, it was burnt so black that I couldn't bear to touch it. The guide Jianlibao said: "It's delicious!" When I peeled it off, I found that the real disheaks were covered with gold and jade, and the fragrance was terribly fragrant.

·The mountain guide told us that Haba Base Camp is like a huge pilgrimage site during the climbing season of the year. Colorful tents are scattered on all the plains that can be found. People from all over the world are busy making fires and cooking. The smell of instant noodles is everywhere, and sometimes the fragrance of coffee can be smelled.

·The exterior of the Snow Mountain Base Camp is made of stone, and the interior of the house is covered with a layer of wooden boards. If you are closer to the wall, you can still feel the cold wind passing through the stones through the boards and intimate contact with yourself from the sense of hearing and touch. The gusts of wind at night can even feel the illusion that the roof is overturned.

·The sporadic starlight outside the house is pulled down into light bands by the long exposure, and the silent forest is lined up. Suddenly, the mules and horses called out a few times, which woke up the sleeping yak, and suddenly the bell made of pig iron rang. We looked at each other and felt like listening to heavy metal rock music. The sound of cars is hundreds of kilometers away, and the only exhaust gas is our exhaled carbon dioxide. Everything is so harmonious, sleeping or not, it seems not so important. The guide slapped the bonfire out, and the charcoal of the carrier flew to the roof made of iron, making a pleasant crackling sound.

· At 9:00 p.m., the guide came to the room on time to check the blood oxygen level and heartbeat for Sister He and me. The heartbeat was 73 and the blood oxygen value was 83, which was a slight hypoxia. After asking if I felt any discomfort, he told me to breathe as much as possible Drink water and adjust your mentality. In this way, at the snow mountain base camp at an altitude of 4100 meters, I entered my dream.

【Day 4 · Snow Mountain Base Camp—Crossing—Return to Haba Village】

·At 3 o'clock in the morning, the alarm clock rang. The measured outdoor temperature was minus 5 degrees, and the wind speed was 0.5. There was almost no wind. The sky was full of stars, which was spectacular. Everyone in the room turned on the headlights and packed up the gear for the summit. The sound of metal collisions was particularly crisp in the dark. Everyone had to put on thick sunscreen like sand and dust. Snow goggles were also essential, and they were okay if conditions allowed Put on a "robber hat" that resembles a robber's costume, and cover yourself up firmly.

·The hardworking alpine guides have already cooked the porridge with ham deliciously. It is not recommended to eat too much at high altitudes, and the stomach will feel uncomfortable. Collaborating with Jianlibao to measure the blood oxygen level again, the time to reach the summit is getting closer, and everyone seems to be getting a little nervous. For me, there is still a trace of inexplicable confidence in my heart. I believe in the professional guide team. believe in myself!

After dinner at around 4 o'clock, Yang San of Alpine Collaboration told me and Sister He that we are going to set off now before the airflow fluctuates violently before sunrise. Before we left, we took a group photo, and the flashlights showed excited little faces. Some of them were already purple with cold, but the subsequent climbing accelerated the blood flow, and they would return to normal.

·I looked up and looked ahead, the peak of Haba Snow Mountain was still hidden in the thick night, without a trace. The headlights of the climbers emit a little bit of faint light, winding up the mountain road, converging into a flowing ladder to guide the direction. Although the light is weak, it can give people a sense of stability.

·Walk lightly for 1 hour, and you will walk out of the bushes. This section requires less energy, just be careful not to trip over stones and branches. Continue to walk for 2 hours on the big slate rock wall. This section is very spectacular due to the stars in the sky and the headlights of the climbers on the mountain. The mood is excited but the body is not too tired. What came before me was the gravel mixed snow slope section, which began to highlight the importance of equipment. I only wore a pair of mid-cut LA SPORTIVA hiking shoes recommended by Mi Li, which have good anti-slip and waterproof functions. If you are not a professional mountaineering You will feel a huge pain in the heel of the shoe because the sole is not hard enough to balance the unloading force. If the wrapping of the shoes is not strong, the feet will not be able to leverage their strength, especially when walking on this kind of gravel road, they will often slip and become unstable, which will increase the consumption of leg strength.

·As the altitude increased, the gravel continued to disrupt my rhythm, and I began to breathe heavily. So I kept hinting to myself and began to control my rhythm. Sister Mi Li’s guidance to me two days ago reminded me all the time that it is important to find a rhythm that suits me. inhale more oxygen.

·I stopped and started supplementing some functional foods earlier than the original time. These summit energy meals were prepared for me by the club, including Snickers bars, chocolate, raisins, dried fruits, beef jerky, bottled Nestle, Red Bull, and oral glucose liquid……

·The guide Jianlibao was in charge of my summit climb, and stopped to remind me not to stay for too long, as my body would cool down and the impact would start again.

·Starting again, when the sun in the east rose as usual, we were already at an altitude of 4600. Jianlibao pointed to the three towering white peaks in the northwest to show me. They were the famous Sanshen Mountains in Daocheng. In the morning light, there is no more The term "pure and pure" could be more appropriately dedicated to them. In a trance, we seemed to hear some team members singing "Qinghai-Tibet Plateau" loudly. He changed "That's the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau" to "This is the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau", but this is far from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and this is the Hengduan Mountains.

·The vast land is at our feet, and all the gullies have temporarily given way. In our eyes, there are only mountains, mountains, three feet and three feet away from the sky. When climbing to an altitude of 4,700 meters, besides the Meili Snow Mountain and Balagezong Snow Mountain in the distance, Sister He kept asking the guide Yang San, "How far is the snow line?" Yang San always answered: Come on, come on, it's ahead. "

After 4 hours of slow climbing, we finally reached the 4,900-meter snow line. We unloaded our backpacks and only carried necessary functional drinks and food with us, as well as snow goggles and waterproof gloves. Because the wind and snow were not strong and the visibility was good, we did not lay a road rope. The guide Jianlibao used a 3 or 4-meter dynamic knot to connect me and the triangle seat belt around his waist. It was called a rope, more like The binding between two lives, this action shows its formal and professional level, and it also warms my heart, and I feel a sense of security in an instant.

· Crampons are the necessary equipment for climbing Haba. Like all climbers, we wear strap-on crampons. Not wearing crampons means contempt for life. The ice ax is also an indispensable piece of equipment. It ensures that you can achieve emergency braking on the bare ice in the event of a slip and fall. Someone used to insert the tip of the ice ax into the ice crevice to make an emergency stop, and when you slipped and fell quickly A small life was recovered. In front of the snow mountain, all living beings are equal, and no one's wealth can impress the mountain god a little more than anyone else. Everyone has to be careful and confident enough.

·When we were in the mountain club, Miss Mi Li explained the basic knowledge of these equipments to us. Now before the official climbing, the guide led us to practice kicking ice, holding picks and emergency braking. Above the snow line in Haba, hanging rocks are covered with ice waterfalls. It is the oceanic temperate glacier at the southernmost latitude of our country. The new snow fell a few days ago, and the snow is very fluffy. The step is unstable, and after one step, it slides for half a step. It is impossible to grasp the ground and use the strength to go up. Fortunately, the slope is not big. I tried my best to take every step steadily. If the most difficult part of the gravel road was energy, then the most difficult part of this snowy road was the rapid consumption of physical strength.

·As you climb up, the soft snow gradually turns into hard snow. This is a glacial section at an altitude of 5,000 meters, and the feet are covered with eternal ice sheets that have not melted for thousands of years. I haven't mastered the method of using the soles of my feet to grab the ground, and I still habitually use my heels to climb up. The guide Jianlibao reminded me loudly: "Lean forward, keep your heels off the ground, and kick your crampons into the ice! "Sure enough, after walking for a while, I gradually found the climbing skills. Although I was panting and my heartbeat was fast, I tried to keep taking a step and take a deep breath. When I felt my heartbeat was fast, I would stop for a while, adjust my breathing and then continue walking. This made me feel like I was walking with energy all the time. Feeling too tired.

·The direct sunlight causes the airflow to fluctuate, and the mountains under your feet are surging and aggressive. Climbing to the desperate slope with a slope of 45 degrees, this section has no time to take into account the sea of clouds and the magnificent mountains in the distance. The only thing to focus on is your own breathing and pace rhythm. "One, two, three, four, stop, rest, one, two, three, four, stop, rest". During this period of climbing, my heartbeat, breathing, eyesight, body movements, and even every swallow of water, were completely unified and followed the digital rhythm of "one, two, three, four". This section is the most difficult and difficult section of all climbing. The body is tired, the energy is not enough, the hands and legs are sore, and the lack of oxygen makes the brain unresponsive and always wants to sleep. Adjusted from the original ten-step-one-rest to five-step-one-rest, as the number of rests increases, the body’s resistance signals are constantly scattered, affecting the willpower to move forward.

The most difficult part of the road is the steep slope and crosswind. I planned to take out the canned Red Bull I drank when I was about to climb to the top of the slope of despair. When I saw it, I hurriedly opened it for me. The function of the functional drink is so miraculous at the critical moment. It seems to have opened up the two veins of Ren and Du from the hands to the feet. I chewed a few dried fruits and raisins. The strength of Jianlibao, who is only 1.7 meters tall, is like a head Zhuang Niu, he asked me "Is it okay?" He handed over to hold my arm, and I kept telling myself "Persevere! Persevere!" Thank God, I successfully overcome this most difficult journey . The two of them squatted next to a rock, seeing that Sister He was also climbing with her hands and feet under the leadership of the guide Yang San. It seemed that she was in good condition. The guide said that 60% of the people hesitated on the desperate slope and retreated after completely losing their willpower. Only 40% of the people chose to move on. You have already succeeded in half!

·Moon Bay is really beautiful. Climbing in this beautiful scenery, I began to feel the changes in my body. This perception is very magical, as if my soul is separated from my body. This kind of self-talk is a part of life. Never before. In more than 10 years, more than 2,000 climbers have achieved the summit, and perhaps every climber will be moved when they face Moon Bay. On the lonely peak, the wind blows from nowhere and howls violently, like the highest-level "welcome ceremony" of the Haba Mountain God. The guide shouted: "Everyone get down on the ground and take shelter from the wind..." In this "welcome ceremony" where the wind was raging, I experienced the moment that made me cry for the rest of my life. I, I protect you... Strangers from all corners of the country at home and abroad gathered together because of their hobby of climbing, because they refused to admit defeat to life, and because they explored the unknown, to support and encourage each other.

·The mountain guide Yang San took out the oximeter and measured Sister He's blood oxygen level was 69, while mine was 72. The body has signs of hypoxia, but both Sister He and I are full of confidence. Yang San said: "Don't be nervous, relax your mind, the summit is only 100 meters away, let's persevere!" Then he took out the thermos cup from my summit bag and handed it to me, "Drink some hot water first!" At this time, I deeply felt the importance of having a sip of warm hot water on a cold mountain when Sister Mi Li told me at the beginning. There were also ordinary water glasses in other teams, and the water in the water glasses had frozen before reaching the top of the mountain.

After experiencing the extreme test of my body on the "steepness" of Desperate Slope and the "wind" of Moon Bay, I held hands with my collaboration "heroically" and climbed 100 meters like a dog. The feeling of being so close yet out of reach, I have never felt that a short distance of 100 meters is so long. If you want to say foul words, just explode, if you want to laugh at the mountain friends who are crawling in front of me, you just laugh, if you want to hug every mountain friend who climbed to the top and down the mountain to encourage me, and when you surpass the mountain friends who are still struggling to climb Cheer up and encourage with shouts.

After experiencing the extreme test of my body on the "steepness" of Desperate Slope and the "wind" of Moon Bay, I held hands with my collaboration "heroically" and climbed 100 meters like a dog. ·The Moon Bay in front of me draws an elegant arc stretching into the distance. At the end of the arc is a short section of steeper snow slope, and then I saw the peak. If I had any skepticism about reaching the summit before, it disappeared immediately. For this moment, all the hard work is worth it.

·In the final sprint, I detonated the small universe several times in a row, but it was useless at all, I still walked like a snail. The sound of cheering came from the top of the mountain, and it became more and more clear. Finally, gritted my teeth, under the protection of the mountain guide, at 10:30, I rushed to the last section of the moon bend with a steeper slope, and finally stood on the top of Haba! If it weren't for the faithful recording of the camera, many people still couldn't believe that they had reached the top! The scenery at the top of the peak seems unreal, the sea of clouds flows turbulently under your feet, and the endless black forest has a panoramic view.

·If there is a 360-degree wide-angle lens, there is no doubt that Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baimang Snow Mountain, Meili Snow Mountain, Balagezong Snow Mountain, and Daocheng Sanshen Mountain stand tall and graceful! It is unbelievable that the Jinsha River is rushing in the Grand Canyon less than 2 kilometers away in a straight line. It becomes a thin line, and the altitude there is only 1700 meters. Due to the limitation of human vision, we have an illusion at this time, thinking that Haba is probably the highest mountain in the Shangri-La area. In fact, among the 144 snow peaks in northwestern Yunnan, Haba can only rank in the second echelon in terms of height.

·This road is too difficult, there is no way to go in vain in life, every step counts. The first snow mountain in life is an unforgettable gift for my 30-year-old life. Recalling the whole climbing process, the magnificent scenery and the sense of accomplishment of successfully climbing to the top, I seem to be able to understand a little bit that life is a process of constant challenges, constantly conquering and surpassing. Every experience is Medal of growth!

·My guide Jianlibao and I were returning to the base camp to recharge our energy while waiting for Sister He who walked a little slower. Jianlibao told me that in October 2006, a Korean tourist died at an altitude of 5100 meters due to insufficient protection and assistance measures. The South Korean tourist became the first climber to die in Haba Snow Mountain. The next day, the blizzard raged for a whole day, and a rescue team composed of more than 70 local villagers transported the remains down the mountain in the strong wind. At this time, I believe even more that the mountain disaster is just to clarify the potential danger again, and it makes each step of the follow-up more solid. Happy mountaineering under the premise of safe climbing is also the original intention of pioneers in mountaineering. Stepping on the snow and ice stained red by the blood of the pioneers, the sublimation of body and mind far exceeds the climbing itself.

·The excitement of climbing to the top made my feet feel no pain. I don't know how long I walked, and the remaining physical strength was completely exhausted. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I finally retreated to Haba Village at an altitude of 2700. Seeing Miss Mi Li welcoming us back in Haba Village, she couldn't help shouting "We're back!" After dinner, I ate yak beef hot pot on the street, and after the meal, I took a leisurely walk to Mi Li Meisu to go back to my room to rest, Mi Li suddenly shouted Give me a look: Look at the starry sky, isn't it delicious? I looked up, and what I found was a clear and huge nebula. Every star is so clear and bright, as if hundreds of billions of eyes are watching the world in the sky. Among them, there must be pioneers of snow mountain climbing. His soul is as eternal as this star.

[Day 5 Haba Village - Lijiang Old Town]

·The morning came as usual, and the tall walnut tree in the yard of Mili Meisu woke us up with chirping birds. We looked up at the Haba Snow Mountain behind us. I was still with you yesterday, and I will leave today. you go. Sitting in the car driven by the team leader Xiaochao, the words of joy in the car were like popping candy, constantly nourishing the heart. Yesterday's Haba reached the top as if it had been a lifetime ago! Turn on the phone memo to record some bits and pieces habitually.

· The trip to Haba left us not only the good memories of climbing to the summit, but also Mi Li’s accurate judgment of the weather conditions, the mutual help between me and my teammates, and the meticulousness of the mountain guides. I fell in love with the days of being with the snow mountains, and those moments when I couldn't breathe...

[Day 6 Lijiang Old Town—Beijing]

·It was still early to go to the airport. In the paradise-like ancient city of Lijiang, in the colorful rice inn, we sat around the tea table, enjoying the contentment of the successful. Listening to the chirping birds on the cherry tree in the courtyard and the gurgling water in front of the door, it feels like being in a wonderful fairyland, fascinated and lingering. At this moment, I let go of the burden, removed the mask, and released the pressure. At this moment, although I feel tired physically, I am happy in my heart, because of this harvest, this joy, this moment, this realization of self-achievement The sense of happiness and the sense of pleasure beyond oneself are intertwined.

·Embracing the flight to Beijing, looking at the mountains under the clouds, I am full of emotions. At first I asked myself: Why do I want to climb a snow mountain, I think now I am one step closer to the answer. Mountaineering is to love while walking, every step you take, you love life more, and love everything that you didn't care about in your previous life. You don’t have to climb mountains all your life, but you must have a mountain in your heart, it makes you always climb to a higher place, it makes you always have a direction to struggle, it makes you look up at any moment, and you can see the hope of life.

·Life is short, and we can't stand waiting. We are always helpless with the passage of time. However, the attempt to climb snow-capped mountains is my new understanding and improvement of outdoor sports. Climbing to a snow peak, we can gain an irreplaceable vastness and nobility, and returning to the mountain, we will love life even more.

〖Haba Snow Mountain Climbing Tips〗

·If you walk the hiking route with weight and keep up with the follow-up exercise (this is very important), there is no problem with the physical strength to reach the summit. The important thing is how to distribute it on the way.

·Basically, friends who live at low altitudes will more or less experience altitude sickness when they come to the snow-capped mountains.

· A pair of suitable shoes is very important. Must be waterproof, must be non-slip, but also heat preservation.

·Find out the rhythm of progress that suits you, especially don't be in a hurry, take your time, don't be fast. Don't disrupt your rhythm by chasing others, it will consume a lot of energy.

·Be sure to find a professional and kind mountain guide, a caring look, a sentence of "you can do it", and a "hand in hand" are worth a thousand words.

·If you have a sleeping bag, it is recommended to bring it. The best temperature in winter is around -15 degrees. There is a horse to carry it, so you don’t have to worry about the load.

· When the trekking poles are used, it really saves energy! (Mi Li suggested that we use double sticks, which is good for balance and can save 30% of physical strength

· Clothes are very important. (Upper body: down jacket + charge. Lower body: charge pants + fleece pants + warm pants.)

· Socks must be thick, it is best to wear 2 pairs on the summit day! The cold starts from the feet.

It is best to wear a robbery hat for the hat, and you will never have too many sets of two in winter;

· Snow goggles can be rented at "Mili Meisu", which is a must for climbing to the top; ordinary sunglasses are useless in snowy weather. (Because the wind and snow will blow into the side of the frame)

· You need at least two pairs of gloves in winter, one pair is slightly thinner and the other pair is waterproof and thicker.

· The water cup should preferably be double-layered, plus a warm jacket, try to be more than 700 ml.

· Don't forget the headlight, it is a necessity for walking at night.

· Depart from the base camp with good physical strength at 3-4 in the morning, return to Haba Village at 5-6 pm, and return to Haba Village at 6-7 pm when the physical strength is slightly weaker.

· When walking with crampons and ice ax in hand, pay special attention to your own pace, and be careful not to hook the crampons to the other foot.

· Glucose is still very useful at high altitudes!

· Food: If your club does not prepare, you can buy some chocolate, beef jerky, ham sausage, and raisins. 1. Drugs: Glucose, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine are well prepared. (High anti-drugs should follow the doctor's advice and do not take them indiscriminately.)

· A one-way taxi from Lijiang Airport to Lijiang Old Town costs 100 yuan per car for 40 minutes, and a one-way taxi from Lijiang Old Town to Haba Village costs 600 yuan per car for 3 and a half hours. Sister Mi Li's club "package" includes pick-up and drop-off to Lijiang Airport and Lijiang to Haba Village, which is more cost-effective. Sister Mi Li's husband drives a white jeep.

· The most important thing: Persevere, persevere, persevere! More important things: don't stick to it blindly.
