Today is April 19th, the 14th day of self-driving Tibet.
Today's plan is the return trip. The original plan was to cross Hoh Xil and return to Chengdu from the Qinghai-Tibet line. Due to various reasons, we had to change the original itinerary, so we decided to return by National Highway 317.
Opening the window early in the morning, we saw the last sunrise of our trip in Lhasa. The golden morning light sprinkled on the Lhasa River, and we were pleasantly surprised to take pictures of her.
Farewell to Lhasa, photographed the new look of Lhasa. Compared with when I came here ten years ago, there have been earth-shaking changes, clean and spacious streets, public toilets everywhere, a wide range of shops, cars from all over the country, and young people in Lhasa. He speaks standard and fluent Mandarin, and communicated with several young Tibetans in Lhasa. They said that Tibetan families now attach great importance to education and send their children to college, and the state provides good subsidies for Tibetan college students. Most of them returned to Tibet after graduation, and now Lhasa has become a modern metropolis.
These bridges in urban areas are very modern.
Saying goodbye to Lhasa, we headed for Nagqu. As soon as we passed Yangbajing, we saw the Sangdankangsang Snow Mountain, winding and magnificent.
We were also pleasantly surprised to see the Mercedes-Benz trains on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.

The road begins to diverge in Nagqu, to the left is Golmud in Qinghai, and to the right is National Highway 317. We chose National Highway 317.
The most beautiful scenery is on the road.
Appreciating the beautiful scenery and snow-capped mountains along the way, we arrived in Suo County safely.
