On June 23, 9 of us transferred from Lanzhou to Yining. Booked an entire homestay from Ctrip. The boss is warm and hospitable, and the homestay has two floors. Full of ethnic customs and petty bourgeoisie sentiment.
1. Blue Kazanqi
On the morning of the 24th, we came to Kazanqi. When I saw the words "folk tourism area" on the house number, I gave up all hope. Just treat it as an Internet celebrity and check in. But I didn't expect it to be a surprise to me.
There are not many people in Kazan in the morning, and the streets are clean and tidy. A few ripe apricots occasionally fall from the Diaoxing Village on both sides, and they are sweet and delicious. With the passage of time, bursts of fragrance drifted from the corner, and the smell of fireworks in the small courtyard rushed to the face. I nervously pushed open a door. In the afternoon, I came to Six Star Street, and went to check in at the Internet celebrity ice cream shop in Gulandam. The environment here is elegant and ethnic.
2. The last tear of the Atlantic Ocean - Sailimu Lake
On the morning of the 25th, we drove to Sailimu Lake. In June, Sailimu Lake is full of blue water and colorful flowers. There are too many people, and the sunlight reflects on the blue lake water, and the original fair skin becomes bronze in a day.

The splendor of summer flowers in Sailimu Lake makes me dizzy. The beautiful white swans make the lake feel like a fairy tale. Originally planned to live near Sailimu Lake, but the cost of accommodation was too high, so I drove back to Yining’s Moon Night B&B.
3. Huocheng lavender is at the right time
In June, the lavender in the Yili River Valley is in full bloom. On the 26th, we set off from Yining to the Jieyou Princess Manor in Huo County. Princess Jieyou came here to marry Wusun Kingdom to fight against the Xiongnu during Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Trade her life for peace on the frontier. Such a place with beautiful stories and a sea of fragrant purple flowers filled me with anticipation.

4. Kalajun Prairie
This is an internet celebrity check-in place, the tickets are expensive, there are many tourists, and there are few shuttle buses. We bought a package ticket with a cable car and wanted to see the grassland at high altitude. As a result, we were told that we could sit on it but there was no shuttle bus to get off. This was the first pitfall we encountered in Xinjiang.
The most worthwhile thing to see in the Kalajun grassland is the human body grassland. In the rest of the trip, we will drive to Suha village by ourselves. The scenery is the same. If you can't make it to the itinerary, there's no need to go.

5. Jon Kush Terrace
Qiongkush Taigong is said to be the most beautiful small scenic spot at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains. There is a small village of Kazakh herdsmen on a hillside, surrounded by mountains and rivers. From these descriptions, we are full of infinite expectations for it! I stayed at the Sheru B&B in Turks for two nights, leaving early and returning late every day, and I didn't take a good look around the legendary Bagua City. I left a little regret and will come again next time.
On the way to Cong Kushitai, the scenery is picturesque. In the Little Switzerland of Turks, all kinds of wild flowers stretch out to the end of my sight like a carpet. The undulating grassland is like surging waves.

After taking pictures, the car continued to drive in the picturesque mountains. When we approached the Jonkush Terrace, we saw a lot of construction sites. Marked a certain resort. The original silky grassland exposed sand and rocks, and the water became turbid. I am a little disturbed by the destruction of such pristine nature. I also began to worry about whether Qiongkushtai was the simple and natural Kazakh herdsman village I wanted to see.
Qiongkushi Terrace is still surrounded by mountains and rivers, and is still a small wooden house under the smoke, but the wooden house has become a homestay, restaurant, and small supermarket. At the entrance of the village are a few young ladies in national costumes performing commercially. It only added to my sadness, and I thought of the completely commercialized Old Town of Lijiang. We hurriedly took a few shots and left to catch up on taking pictures of the yurt under the afterglow of the setting sun.

6. The beautiful Yizhao Highway and Xiata
The Yizhao Highway runs from Yining to Zhaosu County, and extends southward to Xiata. The Xiata Ancient Road was also the way for Tang Xuanzang to learn Buddhist scriptures and leave the customs. It is also an important section of the ancient Silk Road. A classmate of mine told me that she walked the Yizhao Highway three times. The Yizhao Highway in June is the season for the herdsmen to transfer. Cattle, sheep and herders can be seen everywhere. You should drive the Yizhao Highway once in your life, and the Yizhao Highway is only opened for four months every year.

On the Yizhao Highway, climb over the Baishi Peak on the Wusun Ridge, with an altitude of more than 3,700 meters. We had lunch at White Rock Peak. Delicious and not expensive, I saw the Kazakh guy selling kebabs dancing while grilling meat.
Take the Yizhao Highway from Turks to Xiata. Shatta in June is worth having. There are flowers and green grass everywhere. Xiata's hotel is being renovated, and the B&B is not listed on the Internet. That night, 9 of us rented a yurt. And we were lucky enough to see the spectacle of Rizhao Jinshan.
Siata's shuttle bus can only go to Jiangjun Bridge. It is 27 kilometers from the Jiangjun Bridge to the ancient glacier, and then there is no man's land. We made an appointment at night with a driver to take us to Jiangjun at 6:00 the next morning (the shuttle bus is free until 10:00). The temperature difference on the Shata Ancient Road is too great. It was too cold in the morning. At an altitude of more than 3,000, we gave up in order not to affect the follow-up travel. Call the master to cancel. I thought he would charge some fees, but he didn't take any money. Through the morning sun, I can see wisps of smoke rising from the homes of herdsmen in the distance! The days of three meals a day and four seasons are the same there.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we took the shuttle bus to Jiangjun Bridge at noon. It is estimated that people who ride horses into the ancient glacier will have to line up for two hours. We have booked the performance of "Tianma Yuhe" at 6 pm. Give up again.
At four o'clock in the afternoon, we left Sharpay full of ideas. If the timing is good, you should stay in Xiata for two nights. Take a day to visit the ancient glacier.
At 6 o'clock we went to Zhaosu Wetland Park to watch "Tianma Bathing in the River". Drones hover over the river. The scene is quite spectacular, but I don't like this artificial performance style very much.

7. Baili Gallery - Tangbula
From Zhaosu County to Nilek.

On the second day, go to Tangbula from Nilek, Baili Gallery. From Tangbula to Fairy Lake, you need to ride a horse. July 2nd is the weekend. There are so many people, the horses carrying the guests are gone! After waiting for a while, a horse came down, and the herdsman's horse had to rest and could not continue riding. Another resignation to give up!
Eight, air grassland Lanati,
We took the shuttle bus directly to the terminal "The Home of the Nomads". Then we took a telescreen car to Snow Lotus Valley at our own expense, at an altitude of more than 3,000, and the temperature dropped significantly. Did not see the snow lotus, but the scenery along the way is beautiful. It seems to be the feeling of riding on the Jungfrau in the Alps!

10. Beautiful Suha Village
After returning to the B&B from the Nalati Scenic Spot for dinner, we drove to Suha Village at 7 o'clock in the evening. This is a small scenic spot, there are no tourists, and there are only a few families on the mountain! The road up the mountain is very difficult to drive, all rely on a four-wheel drive vehicle to go up. But after going up, it feels that everything is worth it.
Suha Village under the setting sun becomes a beautiful painting, with cattle and sheep idling on the hillside and horses without reins on the grassland. Those who have never been there will never be able to construct such a perfect picture!

We bid farewell to Suha village at ten o'clock in the evening when the sun went down. A place where I can get close to the life of herdsmen. No internet celebrity, no legends, no tickets. If you want to ride a horse, you have to pay. We had naan with cream at Ayana's. A hospitable and kind family, Ayana's two sisters and father asked me to take a few photos of them with the camera when we were about to go down the mountain. In the grassland of Nuoda, there are only two or three families grazing. School children go to Lanati to study. Children who do not go to school are very lonely. So Ayana was full of curiosity about our arrival. The children can speak Chinese but their parents can't. I sincerely hope that they will study hard and go out of the grassland to go to university.
11. The Duku Highway, which must be visited once in a lifetime
We started on the Duku Highway from Lana to the Joerma Monument and walked two-thirds of the entire road. Passing through Bayinbulak, Dalongchi, and the Grand Canyon.

Because I didn't arrange the time well, I couldn't get in when I arrived at the mysterious Grand Canyon of Tianshan Mountain! Moreover, it was hot and sunny in southern Xinjiang, so I had to give up again! The journey is like this, with constant trade-offs. This time the trip to the grassland is too much. But for us southerners, the beautiful prairie is so attractive!

Arrived in Kuqa on July 4th, our trip to Xinjiang is over! There are surprises and regrets. We flew back from Kucha Airport on July 5th. Kuqa is the cultural center of the ancient country of Kucha. It's too late to go shopping and I'm going home!
