On April 30, it was sunny. The temperature is 25°C.

Today's trip: Libo County----Zhaoxing Dong Village

Overview of the scenic spot: Zhaoxing Dong Village is 4A level, located in the southeast of Liping County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. A typical gathering place of Dong culture, known as "the first village of Dong village", one of the largest Dong villages in the country. There are many old buildings in the nearby Tang'an Dong Village, and the scenery of terraced fields is impressive.

Libo, departed at 8:40, went on the Sanli Expressway, there were more and more vehicles on the road, and there was a little traffic jam when the road was repaired. The planned journey was 2 and a half hours, and it took almost 4 hours. Arrive at the gate of Zhaoxing Dong Village at noon, and quickly contact the owner of the reserved inn to pick you up.

While waiting for the boss, I looked at the surrounding environment. There is a village gate on the road, and non-local vehicles are not allowed to enter. There is a large parking lot next to the Zhaimen, divided into several parking areas. During the epidemic period, there were not many vehicles in the parking lot, 4 or 5 tourist buses, and not many cars.

Friendly reminder: Select "Zhaoxing Dongzhai Ticket Office" at the end of the navigation, or the specific number of the parking area. When parking, you must do a good job of WeChat positioning and be afraid of taking a photo, so as to avoid too many cars and hard to find.

When booking the inn, the boss suggested to include pick-up and drop-off, thinking that it would be more convenient to go directly to the inn, so I agreed. Unexpectedly, the owner of Lintou Inn was too busy, so he asked his relatives, a girl, to pick us up.

Along the way, the female "driver" held the child, and with the joint efforts of the mother and daughter, the car was driven fast without wearing a seat belt. I was so scared that my gouty toes were pulled tightly, and I was so nervous that I had already forgotten that my feet hurt constantly. Shout out slowly. People also said that if they hadn't held the baby, they would have arrived long ago. I go! A fierce female racing driver of the Dong nationality! I am despised! Impressed!

When the car arrived at the Zhaimen station, she refused to leave, saying that her car was not from Zhaoxing Zhaizi, so she couldn't get in. faint! Do you know there is a word called "pigeon release"?

I urgently contacted the owner of the inn. The owner said that he was still busy and asked us to put our luggage in the car, and he was responsible for taking it back to the inn for us. It's okay, go out, long live the understanding. Packed lightly, endured the pain in his feet, and posed with a forced face and a smile, he thought he still had a very majestic temperament.

There are not many tourists on the Dong-style streets, the shops are shiny, and there are few old houses, and they are basically open for business. There is a Dong-style restaurant within a few steps, and the signs are mostly Dong-style special foods such as salted meat and salted fish, beef in sour soup and fish in sour soup, mutton powder and beef powder.

The salted fish is said to be handmade from the wild fish of the Dong family, but the Zhaoxing Dong village is on the mountain? Could it be that there is a dark river full of Dong fish, inexhaustible? In doubt. On the contrary, at a meat stall, the thick pig's feet, large ribs, and thick fat look real. The boss said that it is a big pig weighing more than 200 catties, and it costs 25 yuan a catty regardless of the part.

There is a shop that sells snacks of the Dong nationality. The small strips of candies claim to be "handmade". They couldn't resist the enthusiasm of the boss. Try a small piece of Mimi. Oh~~ I also ate the handmade candies sold in many ancient towns. Compatriots, the production process and taste of this candy have been completely in line with the big society, and the "special product" brother is ashamed.

There is also a shop that recommends the freshly mixed salty and spicy dried papaya of Dong family, which seems to be eaten like spicy kohlrabi. The rarities are interesting, each of them inserted a small piece with a toothpick to try, why does it feel like a dried radish? Quietly asked the little girl next to him, does Zhaoxing produce papaya? The answer is: no birth! Suddenly realized, decisively left on crutches, was too lazy to find out if it was true or not.

Still rich and intoxicating.

In the afternoon, I paid 100 yuan for the boss's car and went to Tang'an Dong Village to see the terraced fields. On the street, there is a China-Pakistan special line to Tang'an Dongzhai for 20 yuan per seat. Tang'an Dong Village is the highest Dong Village among the Zhaoxing Dong Village Group, about 1000 meters above sea level, and further up is the Dashan Forest, which is called "Shangzhai" by the locals. There are many old buildings in Tang'an Dong Village, which are relatively original. Some inns use bamboo roots to make shop signs, which is a bit chic.

The highest place in the village is the drum tower and the big stage, which are the important venues of the village. There is a spring beside the drum tower. The spring water is endless all year round. I can't help but taste it. I saw several Dong grandmothers on the street, the younger ones were over 70, and the older ones were over 90. It is estimated that this spring water nourished the long life.

Looking at the terraced fields from the viewing platform, the scale is small. The fields are filled with water, like pieces of mirrors, reflecting the bright sunlight layer by layer.

In the evening, I went to the Dong Family Flavor Hall to taste the fish in Dong’s sour soup. The fresh soup is boiled and the fresh fish is killed. I also ordered a plate of stir-fried wild bamboo shoots with Dong local pork and a plate of spring water tofu, which sounded so ecological.

Sitting by the window on the second floor, watching the night view, blowing the Dong wind, spitting out some fishbone, very leisurely! After waiting for a while, the beautiful lady boss brought the hot fish in sour soup, and asked casually: How do you make the sour soup. The answer is: Each family makes their own, and the secret recipe cannot be revealed.

Lady boss, don't you know that there is an omnipotent "Du Niang" in the world?

I owed and flattered: You Dong women are very hardworking. The answer: My husband and I are both Miao people who run restaurants here. God~~ Feelings, we eat Miao-style "fish in sour soup" in the Dong village? ! Forget it, it’s all ethnic minorities, bear with it!

There is also a very challenging and authentic national specialty dish in the Dong village for entertaining distinguished guests: ox flatbread! The raw material is that the grass that has not been digested in the stomach of the cow is added to the ox bile and simmered. From ingredients to firing to the final aftertaste of the entrance, you can experience four flavors, which is really not dare to taste. The true face of the fake gourmet is undoubtedly exposed, and I am ashamed.

After visiting the night scene, in the alley, I found a woman holding a big wooden hammer and mercilessly smashing a stack of cloth on the stone slab. This is very strange! After observing, researching and consulting for a while, I realized that it turned out to be the production process of "Dong cloth". Cotton cloth is added with egg white and beaten with a wooden hammer. Like tie-dyeing, it belongs to the unique cloth-making process of ethnic minorities.

It takes about half a day for Zhaoxing Dong Village to take a closer look at the flowers. The terraced fields in Tang'an Dong Village are small in scale, so hurry up and order for more than an hour. Therefore, the general play plan is a whole day.
