2018 Guizhou Tour
After leaving Guiyang North Station, a gust of cold wind blows, as if I forgot that it is summer vacation. This cool air also runs through the entire trip to Guizhou.
On the afternoon of July 22, I took the high-speed train from Changsha to Guiyang.
On July 23, rent a car from Guiyang to officially start the trip to Guiyang. The first stop was the Huangguoshu Waterfall, a famous scenic spot in Guizhou. The overall impression was mediocre. The main reason is that the management of the scenic spot is a little chaotic, and basically no management personnel can be seen, especially at the ferry station. There are too many cars and people, which can easily cause injuries. After visiting Huangguoshu, head straight to the Dragon Palace. Compared with the Benxi water cave in the north, the Dragon Palace has no dry cave and is on the mountain.
July 24th is Zhijin Cave. It feels big to me, and I visited for 2 hours. All kinds of stalactites show different styles under the illumination of lights.
If you stay overnight in Maotai Town, you can smell the strong smell of distiller's grains as soon as you get off the car, and the shops along the street either sell wine or related products. It really deserves to be called the wine capital!
On July 25th, head west to Chishui and visit the world natural heritage - Chishui Danxia. Due to time and physical strength, we visited Foguang Rock and the Great Falls successively, and the family of three made history again at the Great Falls, and drifted for the first time.
Overnight in Bing'an Ancient Town, there is no charge for the ancient town outside the tour time. Of course, some scenic spots in the ancient town cannot be visited, but this does not affect our interest in the ancient town in the slightest. Compared with the ancient town, the ruins of the trackers and the ancient stone bridge on the outer riverside of the ancient town are more attractive to me.
On July 26, he went to Fanjing Mountain in Jiangkou via Zunyi. The original plan was to visit the site of the Zunyi Conference the day before, and then to Maotai Town. But on this day, I went straight to Jiangkou, so I had to rest no matter what on the way. Rather than resting on the expressway, it would be more comfortable to come in the urban area. In this way, first go to Zunyi to visit the former site of the Zunyi Conference.
From Zunyi to Jiangkou, we arrived at the foot of Fanjing Mountain at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Chatting with other tourists at the farmhouse, I learned that there are many tourists going to Fanjing Mountain. If you are late, you have to queue up for the sightseeing car and the cableway, which will affect the mood of climbing the mountain and viewing the scenery. So, I decided to line up at the ticket gate at 7 o'clock tomorrow morning to collect tickets and go up the mountain.
On July 27, I had the guidance of my predecessors. We arrived at the visitor center at 7 o'clock in the morning, and there was already a queue of 10 people in front of the automatic ticket vending machine. Generally speaking, we should belong to the first batch of tourists going up the mountain. First there is a 30-minute sightseeing car, and then a 20-minute cable car ride. If you think this is the end, you are wrong! After climbing the mountain for more than 40 minutes, you will basically reach the symbol of Fanjing Mountain - Mushroom Stone. We walked back and forth for a while, and the regular tour route should be Mushroom Stone-Fantianyin-Old Golden Summit-Buddhist Terrace-Cheng'en Temple-Pudu Square-Hongyun Golden Summit. Some shops in Pudu Plaza have very reasonable prices. It is very blissful to eat hot food and drink hot water when you are tired from climbing the mountain. I will add this to help you climb the Red Cloud Golden Summit.
When we went to Mount Fanjing, it had just been selected as a World Natural Heritage by UNESCO, and when writing this travel note, it was also selected as a national 5A-level tourist attraction.
Zhenyuan Ancient Town on July 28. Yesterday, when the sightseeing car went down the mountain, there were a lot of Beijingers. They recommended Zhenyuan Ancient Town to us and said that we must go to the back alleys. There is nothing to visit on the main street. In the ancient town, we first went to the former site of Heping Village, the second-day prison camp of the Ministry of Military and Political Affairs of the Nationalist Government, which was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relic protection unit in 2006.
The Wuyang River passes through the town, and the north side of Xinzhong Street should be the core area of the ancient town. Sifangjing Lane, Fuxing Lane, Renshou Lane and other old streets and alleys, Sifangjing, Renshou Palace, and several large houses are all here. .
Before the evening rush hour in the afternoon, we return to Guiyang.
July 29 Guizhou Provincial Museum. Guizhou Provincial Museum was newly opened in 2013. The museum mainly displays the multi-ethnic Guizhou and the history of Guizhou through real objects, documents and multimedia technology. 4D cinema can be recommended to parents with children. It took us half a day to visit the museum. Let us have a more comprehensive understanding of Guizhou.
In the evening, move from the north seat of Guiyang to the west of Beijing for one night.
Woke up on July 30 and entered Beijing. Our 2018 trip to Guizhou has also come to an end.
