Wuqiang New Year paintings are not as well-known as the four major New Year paintings in my country. We only got a preliminary understanding of them before going to Hengshui. Seeing that they have a lot of historical origins, we decided to take a look at them temporarily, and we were not disappointed.

The museum was originally a paid attraction, but now it is free to visit with a voucher. The visit time is about one hour, leave the museum at 2:30 in the afternoon, and return to Hengshui by bus 116 at 3:00, the return journey is relatively fast, arrive at the train station at 4:30, check if there is time, take bus 23 directly to Baoyun Temple at the train station, and get off We walked to the monastery by car, and the monastery was about to close. We quickly said a few good words, and the master asked us to pay 10 yuan each before letting us in. In fact, there is nothing to see inside. They are all newly built temples. The hall has been closed, so we can only walk in the courtyard. There is a brick pagoda, which is still old and quite old. Hengshui Baoyun Temple is located in the southwest of Hengshui City. The stele records that it was first built in the Sui Dynasty. In fact, there were already temples here as early as the Southern and Northern Dynasties. According to legend, at the time of its heyday, "the temple covers an area of 30 mu, and there are nearly a hundred halls.

Baoyun Pagoda, formerly known as Qingtian Pagoda, is located in the east of Jiucheng Village in the southwest of Hengshui City. The pagoda was originally in Baoyun Temple, so it is called Baoyun Pagoda. In the thirteenth year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1415), the county seat was moved from Jiucheng Village to the present site due to floods submerging the county seat, and Baoyun Temple was also moved along with the city. However, although the temple was moved, the pagoda was not moved, and it has been standing on the original site. Under the cover of green trees, the tower stands tall and magnificent.

We came out soon, Baoyun Temple Park was outside the gate, walked through the park, walked to the bus station of the health care center, and took bus No. 22 back to the hotel. It was already 7:15 in the evening. We had dinner at a nearby fast food restaurant and returned to the hotel. Rest at the hotel.
