You haven't turned your eyes to look at me, you just made a gesture, and I was shocked by the weight of history. Because of you, I want so much to get in touch with your soul.

I am a native of Ningxia. When I was in college in other places, I thought to myself: I finally left the Northwest, and used all kinds of free time to spread my legs and play around the country. Every time someone asks me what fun things to do in Ningxia, I will silently say that Ningxia has a lot of delicious food.

First stop: Shuidonggou

Due to some chance, I went to Shuidonggou not far from Yinchuan City with my friends yesterday. Although I am not very interested in the history of the Paleolithic Age 40,000 years ago and the Ming Dynasty, for me: the purpose and significance of travel I have never been on "archaeology", but coming here completely changed my original view of her and other scenic spots in Ningxia.

At the foot of the Great Wall on the east bank of the Yellow River in Yinchuan, Ningxia, there is a magical and beautiful place - Shuidonggou. Shuidonggou is a world-famous ancient human cultural site; it is also a rare three-dimensional military defense building Grand View Garden on the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty.

In the Shuidonggou Scenic Area, the oldest Yardang landform in my country, the soil forest landscape, and the criss-crossing deep gullies and huge gullies cut by the floods are preserved, forming the most peculiar wind-eroded canyons and desert Hanyuan; there are pools created by the Yellow River. The lake water, green reed color, pretty like the lake wetlands, reed water swings, and tamarisk beaches in Jiangnan; The three-dimensional defense project of the Great Wall, the Grand View Garden, jointly demonstrates the greatness and pride of the Great Wall.

The towering city walls, the fluttering reeds, the overwhelming reeds, the cheerful little carriages, and the loud and high-pitched singing, make the sleeping Shuidonggou suddenly wake up, like a reserved girl, only when you approach slowly will you find that it is really charming. , Intoxicating magic.

It takes about an hour to drive from Yinchuan City to Shuidonggou. We take the Yinchuan South Ring Expressway, and the toll is 10 yuan. After arriving at the scenic spot, we found that many scenic spots need to change to "transportation means", and these means of transportation are varied (we will reveal what they are later!). Therefore, I suggest that you buy a package ticket. If you have a student ID card, there will be a discount.

Reminder: Come to Shuidonggou, if it is sunny, you should wear a sun hat. It is now in July, so you must bring mosquito-proof toilet water (but it is said that when mosquitoes are rampant in summer, the scenic spot provides it.) If the elderly and children want to come, it is recommended to bring a jacket, the temperature in the Tibetan soldier cave is still a bit low.

Well, let’s talk about our scenic route first. Shuidonggou Ruins Museum—Zhangsan Xiaodian—Shuidonggou Village—Luhua Valley—Ming Great Wall—Wild Grassland—Camel Riding—Desert Surfing—Hongshan Lake—Northern Xinjiang Tiange— Cave of Tibetan Soldiers - Great Wall Museum. It's about 5 hours long, assuming you're not one of those people who doesn't leave when they see something funny. O(∩_∩)O~

Ticketing. It’s also in a cave that I’m quite interested in. We didn’t go to the peak period, so there were not many people queuing up to buy tickets.

After buying the tickets, the first stop is the Shuidonggou Ruins Museum.

The dynamic experience hall in the museum mainly talks about how people in Shuidonggou live and change, with 3D effects, beautiful pictures, and small surprises such as earthquakes and snow.

A corner of Zhang San's small shop. Zhangsan Xiaodian is the place where archaeologists come here to rest and stay.

The "crazy primitives" in Shuidonggou Village.

Reed Valley. Large tracts of reeds, half a body taller than a person, thick and dense, the wooden plank road is not wide, but narrow enough to accommodate two people, the occasional gazebo can rest, and it is romantic to sit here in the cool autumn wind extreme.

The path along the reed field is long and colorful, so don’t hurry, you can keep an eye on your feet. Occasionally, a few small wild flowers will emerge from the wooden bridge over the water. I used to think that Shuidonggou was just holes and ditches, but after I really came here, I realized that the water here is more beautiful.

take a break. Guess where this is?

Now reveal the secret, what kind of transportation we took:

NO.1 riding a camel. Like the sightseeing cars in major scenic spots, there are no photos if there are no special features. (Maybe I'm lazy too!)

NO.2. Desert surfer. very exciting

NO.3 boat. From Luhua Valley to Zangbing Cave, you need to go through Hongshan Lake, about 5 minutes by boat. It is worth mentioning that Hongshan Lake is a natural running water, not a man-made lake.

NO.3 "horse" car. In fact, he is a mule... the drivers are all elderly uncles. Regardless of their age, their voices are not small. You can choose from rough and unrestrained folk songs in northern Shaanxi, or roaring Qin opera in Northwest China. A 67-year-old grandfather who was driving a camel sang all the way. After getting off the car, we gave him ten yuan as a tip. Of course, the tour guide said that these people are very good, and they don’t have to give money after listening to music in the car, but we still respect the fruits of other people’s labor!

NO.4 "Camel" car. You can also order songs in a camel cart. Along the way, I heard folk songs and Qin opera one after another, which was very lively. PS: The expression of this camel is a bit funny... It is known as the famous "knight" in the Northwest.

In addition to the scenery and tourists in Shuidonggou, there are many "protagonists" who are cute and docile.

We bumped all the way to Hongshan Baoma Market. From the beginning of walking on a long wooden floor lined with reeds, to the dry scorched loess with a few wild wolfberry trees occasionally in the desert Gobi on both sides. In a few tens of minutes, we experienced a "time and space journey" from 40,000 years ago to the Ming Dynasty. Come to Shuidonggou Scenic Area to perform the most classic "Northern Xinjiang Tiange"!

After the performance, I arrived at the Hongshanbao Mutual Market, where various goods are sold. This is the favorite ethnic style hat of the little sisters in the same industry.

Featured beggar's chicken, naan cakes, beef patties, yam chacha, flavored old yogurt... After eating and drinking enough, we went all the way north, and we came to the Great Wall located in the canyon of Hongshanbao The three-dimensional military defense system "Cave of Tibetan Soldiers".

The Zangbing cave twists and turns in the hanging wall, connecting up and down, and connecting left and right. There are many forks in the cave, turning left and right, and there is no end for a long time. There are various hidden weapons hidden in the cave. There are earthen houses on the left and right walls for people to live in. There are also food storage rooms, wells, and kitchens in the cave. Over the years, even if there is a mountain torrent, the Cangbing Cave has never been flooded. This makes us have to admire the ingenuity of the ancients!

Below, grandly launched: the last No. 5 vehicle we took, the "palace tractor". After coming out of the Tibetan Bing Cave, I sat on it "chugging", swaying slowly, and drove back to the parking lot facing the sunset.

After dusk, Shuidonggou is unusually quiet, and the setting sun casts a special beauty on her, like an old man who has gone through vicissitudes but is always full of wisdom. All the strength is the cocoon of years.

The second stop: Zhenbeibao Film and Television City

I watched "A Chinese Journey to the West" 7 times! But here, it's the first time I set foot...

Once there was a sincere love in front of me, I didn't cherish it, and I regretted it when I lost it. The most painful thing in the world is this. Cut your sword at my throat! Look no further! If God can give me another chance, I will say three words to that girl: I love you. If I have to add a time limit to this love, I hope it will be... 10,000 years!

Therefore, when traveling in Ningxia, the purpose of Zhenbeibao Film and Television City, which is the filming location of "A Chinese Journey to the West", is to go to the scene to see the place where Zhizunbao and Zixia once staged joys and sorrows, love and hate.
