After all, Sarah is a layman, so she specially invited a coach to guide her. Do warm-up exercises before rock climbing and try to stretch your body as much as possible. Then, we started climbing from the simple rock face. It turned out that the large and small grabbing points of different colors on this wall have different lines, and they cannot be climbed casually.
Looking at the low wall, I realized after climbing up that it was not that simple... It is really difficult to have physical support, use your brain to think about the route, and coordinate your limbs. The most basic line is about to defeat me.
Fortunately, the coach was patient and kept teaching. After a few practice sessions, my confidence was rekindled, and I even dared to try the high wall later. You must also wear a safety rope on the high wall. The coach carefully explained how to wear it, and repeatedly emphasized the essentials when sliding down. After all, safety comes first in all sports.
In fact, the high wall area is also divided into different difficulty levels. It is quite simple to climb up for beginners, and it is particularly rewarding to climb to the top easily. Then the process of sliding down from the top is also very exciting.
In addition to the rock climbing area on the first floor, there are physical training areas and leisure areas on the second floor. What is particularly commendable is that this ET rock climbing gym uses a fresh air purification system, so the air in the gym is always fresh and will not be stuffy or smelly.
ET Rock Climbing Gym provides rock climbing shoes. If you don’t plan to train for a long time, don’t buy shoes, just wear free ones in the gym. (Because I peeked at the price, professional rock climbing shoes are quite expensive~~~)
