The Guanmen Mountain Ecological Grand Canyon is located in the northern part of the Changbai Mountains, 20 kilometers south of the small city of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County, with an altitude of 310-1234 meters. The forest coverage rate of the scenic spot is over 95%, and the negative ion content in the air is particularly high. It is a natural ecological oxygen bar.
In fact, the most beautiful season to go to Benxi Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area is around the National Day. You will definitely be intoxicated by the maple leaves all over the mountains, red, yellow, and green. They are all beautiful, and you never want to leave... But summer also has the beauty of summer .
Originally, my husband and I planned to spend three days on the Dragon Boat Festival holiday to visit the five scenic spots in Benxi Jinxiu Jiangshan Annual Pass. However, the weather forecast told us that there would be moderate rain in Benxi during those few days. Because we were climbing mountains, we were worried that it would be unsafe, so we delayed It's 6.23 and 6.24 this weekend. And because there are only two days of vacation, I reluctantly gave up Daya River Rafting and Longxi Valley in Huanren. These two scenic spots are in the same place, but farther away from us.
I personally think that when traveling, no matter if you are traveling alone or with a group, it is essential to do your homework before departure, so that you will not be confused when you come back. Apart from knowing that you have played, there are not many details left.
I have read a lot of guides before, and I know that if you take a car, you need to go to Shenyang first, then take a train or car from Shenyang to Benxi, then take a car from Benxi to a small city, and then change to a car passing through the ecological Grand Canyon. I feel that taking a car is too much It was troublesome, and the time was difficult to control, so I decided to drive by myself (the reason why self-driving is not the first choice is because we are novice drivers, and we are still a little timid when going out, whether we can take a car or take a car)
Start from home at around 5:30 in the morning, follow the map navigation of Gaode all the way (I really praise modern electronic technology, because of the navigation, a road idiot like me can boldly go out) on the 102 National Highway via Montenegro and enter the 304 Provincial Highway , Enter G91 Liaozhong Ring Expressway at Manduhu, turn to G1113 Danfu Expressway to Benxi Manchu Autonomous County, and then enter County Road 508 along Benhuan Highway to the destination. Because it was a novice driver, it took more than 5 hours, and it was already past 11 o'clock in the Grand Canyon.
These three scenic spots are very close. Based on the information I have consulted in advance, I roughly know the size of the scenic spots and the length of time I need to visit. I plan to visit the Guanmen Mountain Ecological Grand Canyon on the 23rd, and then visit Guanshan Lake. In the evening, I will visit the Guanshan Lake Campground Camping, Guanmenshan National Forest Park is relatively large, and it takes 6 hours to play two of the scenic spots on foot, so I plan to visit Guanmenshan National Forest Park on the 24th.







When you come to the parking lot in front of the Grand Canyon Scenic Area, the parking fee is 10 yuan, which must be in cash. Although it is the off-season, I feel that parking on the roadside is not safe, not to mention that it is still at a big turning point, so I drove into the parking lot.

Entering the scenic area, there are two options. One is to take a tour bus for 10 yuan one way, and you can get on and off at any scenic spot and take a fixed lane. The second is to hike, take the wooden plank road, and there are many scenic spots on the way. I checked the information before, and the Grand Canyon is about 3 kilometers long, and it is relatively gentle. For someone like me who has climbing experience, there is no need to take a car!






Every time we go to a scenic spot, we first take a picture of the sightseeing guide map with our mobile phone, so that we can check the tour route.






This scenic spot is relatively simple and is still under development. Almost all scenic spots are in a straight line and then return to the original road. In line with the principle of not going back, we plan to start from the pedestrian boardwalk, take the driveway when returning, and walk the whole way. The special geological structure, rich forest resources, and unique climatic conditions have created the beauty and magic here. The air quality is really good, taking a deep breath is indescribably comfortable. I was so playful that I immediately forgot the time, and every time I went to a scenic spot with charming scenery, I didn't want to move again.

I am not a tourist who loves to play amusement projects. I prefer natural scenery or historical attractions, so I personally think that the Grand Canyon scenic spot is more suitable for summer vacation and leisure. The natural landscape is cool and refreshing, and the towering trees cover the sky. Walking Entering it, the heat will disappear completely, and the feeling of comfort is enough. I don't think the lack of recreational facilities is a disadvantage.


In order to enhance playfulness and participation, the scenic spot has also developed entertainment stimulation and leisure health projects such as alpine water skiing, forest fishing, smoke-free barbecue, hot spring fish therapy, etc. according to local conditions. The "alpine water skiing" in the canyon is said to be the longest and most exciting alpine water sport in Northeast China. Two people float on a raft on an artificial river like a jade belt in the forest, and go down the mountain stream covered by trees. , the kind of crossing the jungle, crossing the canyon, rushing and slowing, hitting the water and singing loudly, the infinite pride, comfort and unrestrained all rush forward with the torrent and the shadows of the trees on both sides of the strait! Thinking about it should be quite exciting.

A small stream trickled from top to bottom, the water was clear and cool, we went to the stream to wash our hands from time to time, very comfortable. In fact, both the pedestrian plank road and the roadway in the valley meander along the direction of the stream. There are many moss-covered stones in the stream, and the stream is surrounded by green stones, which has become a landscape!









There are many maple trees on both sides of the plank road. Isn't it beautiful even in summer? Looking at these maple trees, imagining the red leaves of the trees in autumn, embedded in green or yellow colors, people will definitely feel like they are swimming in oil paintings!








Now is not the most beautiful season in the canyon. There are not many tourists, which is just what I want. I am very afraid of the kind of tourism that only looks at the tourists but not the scenery, which will affect my mood. That day, the weather was fine and the sun was very hot, but neither of us felt hot or tired at all. In summer, this is really a good place to escape the heat! On the way, I also saw the assembled players training with outreach exercises. There are also people who set up tents by the stream in twos and threes and really enjoy their leisure time.

Come here for a photo, the angle is not very good, the waterfall is covered by leaves. We didn't find a better angle. First, we wanted the name of the Longtan Waterfall, and because we were a little anxious, worried that it would be too late to even enter the gate of Guanshan Lake.






This is the Dielian Waterfall above the Longtan Waterfall. I only found out about it later. I didn’t look at the tour map in a hurry. I vaguely remembered that there were three waterfalls at the end. I counted the man-made waterfall in front of it. I thought this was Xiaohuangguoshu Waterfall. I felt that the amount of water was not large. I thought maybe it was not the wet season, but the area was not small. When we took pictures, we sacrificed the background in order to avoid the tourists next to us... Someone told us, It's not easy to go up, and it's not close. I didn't realize that this is not the end. I thought that maybe the road above was opened by the donkey friends. The most important thing is that we are really in a hurry, so we gave up. After that When I realized that this is not the end, I felt a little regretful, but thinking about it, if I knew it at the time, I would have been more entangled, so the time distribution was a bit unreasonable, and I should correct my faults.

结束了大峡谷的旅行，离开景区的时候已经是下午三点了，在这里我们用了大约3个多小时的时间。幸好关山湖景区距离这里很近，只有三分钟的车程……关门山生态大峡谷景区虽然不算大，也并不是最美丽的季节，但这里的山，逶迤起伏、千峰竞秀；这里的水，清澈甘甜、源源不绝；这里的峡，石壁陡峭、雄奇俊伟；这里的谷，深邃幽静、孕育生机；这里的树，品种繁多，姿态各异；这里的花，芬芳秀丽、婀娜多姿。如同一块未被雕琢的璞玉、一方未被污染的净土，给人以清幽和秀美，令人陶醉！眷恋着摇曳的枝条、婆娑的树影，伴着啾啾鸟鸣，和着潺潺流水，渲染着大自然的清幽与空灵，解除了压抑，放松了神经，此行绝对是一次美好的记忆！
