foreword
Every time we travel, maybe we will think about the same question: what is the meaning of travel. Since the beginning of 2018, I have been traveling all over China alone, and at the same time I have begun to think about this question with different answers. From Huangshan Mountain, Wugong Mountain, Sanqing Mountain, Huashan Mountain to Meili Neizhuan (Yubeng), Wutai Mountain Chaotai, Jiuhuashan Chaotai to Linzhi Grand Canyon and even Mount Everest Base Camp, these wonderful hiking experiences not only made my heart stronger, And let me understand the preciousness of life!
Before this trip, I saw an inspiring saying: "Don't ever think about meeting Lijiang. If you are a man, you should go to Meili and get abusive!"
So, I started to make strategies from the beginning of 2019, preparing to transfer abroad in January 2020. Unexpectedly, after the high school entrance examination, I had a seizure and the trip was cancelled; I planned to transfer again in July 2020. Appendicitis operation after passing the examination, the trip was forced to be cancelled! !
Before that, I dreamed of Laimeili Snow Mountain countless times, and even once thought it was real in my dream, but I still woke up from the dream...
It seems that the world is fooling me and keeping me separated from Meri! Enduring the pain of the operation, I lay on the hospital bed and wept. In the end, I could only helplessly think: Let’s change the time.
After being discharged from the hospital, I went to the base camp of Mt. Everest and found that my ability to adapt to the plateau climate started to improve. Maybe the arrangement of God wanted me to measure myself.
At the beginning of April of the same year, I got a mild bipolar affective disorder. Because I didn’t pay attention to it, it became more serious at the beginning of October of the same year. I had dozens of panic attacks every day. My doctor suggested that I take a trip to relax. So I asked for sick leave, and after the mid-term exam, I was going to make a career out of it alone!

D0 Shanghai - Changsha
At 7:30 in the evening, I excitedly rushed to the subway line 1 to go to the South Railway Station. Maybe I was so excited that I couldn’t sit still on the subway, and I wished I could get to the South Railway Station immediately.
After getting on the train at Shanghai South Railway Station, I suddenly felt that something was missing. Perhaps my preconsciousness was reminding me that I was not fully prepared for walking.
At three o'clock in the morning, the train arrived at Yingtan 20 minutes earlier. I got off the train and took a breath of fresh air. I felt a little sad when I saw the exhausted passengers lying on the table in our carriage. Yes, it looked very greedy, but when I heard that it cost 10 yuan, I swallowed my saliva and left.
Yingtan Station View
D1 Changsha - Mangshi
"I saw a crab struggling in pain in the steamer, and finally the shell fell off in pain." I was instantly frightened awake and realized it was a nightmare when I saw it in the carriage. I took a few deep breaths and swore in my heart: This trip, if you can not eat meat, you will not eat meat! ! Looking at the morning glow outside the car window, the fear in my heart gradually eased...
At 07:00 in the morning, the train arrived at Changsha Station on time. After getting off the train, the cool autumn wind was blowing on my face, as if blowing away the exhaustion of a hard seat all night. I was so excited that I even forgot to eat breakfast, and immediately bought a subway ticket to go to Yuelu Mountain.
Hiking from the foothills of Yuelu Mountain to the top of the mountain is the first hiking training after four days. This training went well!
beautiful scenery of changsha
The beauty of the Xiangjiang River
Not yet yellow ginkgo tree
Seeing the Feilai Stone soaked in water, I really hope it is Feilai Temple!
Reflection of Chuanshipo Lake
After that, I took the subway to Juzizhou, and took a random photo of the Changsha subway, which is better than the Shanghai subway.
Orange Isle
chairman mao statue
South Head of Juzizhou——Xiangjiang River
After that, I went to visit the last scenic spot in Changsha, Du Fujiang Pavilion, to see the antique buildings and the beautiful scenery of the river bank, which contains such rich and sincere emotions of a realist poet! He has endured too much pain, including the unwillingness to lose his career, the grief of the loss of relatives and friends, and even the despair of the country's destruction. It seemed that even the wind on the river was moved, whistling and blowing, which made people feel sad!
Standing on the Dufu River Pavilion to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the evening, I feel the unique tranquility and peace...
"that was nice scenery at Jiang Nan, met you again in autumn"
After the tour, take the subway and transfer to the maglev to Huanghua Airport
Although the speed of Changsha's maglev is much slower than that of Shanghai, the facilities in the car are very good!
Yay, the pre-order flight has arrived!
At 9:15 p.m., board the plane on time.
When the plane took off, maybe it was because I hadn’t flown for a long time, or maybe the acceleration was too high. I suddenly had a rapid heartbeat and twitched all over, which frightened the two passengers next to me. Maybe another panic attack!
After taking off, I saw the night view of Juzizhou, which I visited during the day, and felt that such a large Juzizhou and the wide Xiangjiang River seemed extremely small at this moment.
D2 Mangshi - Tengchong
The DR5352 flight I took stopped at Wenshan, but this flight was very strange. When I arrived at Wenshan, the passengers who flew to the terminal did not need to get off the plane, and I was sleeping from takeoff to landing, so other passengers woke me up. When I was there, I thought I was in Wenshan, but I was already in Mangshi.
I looked at the watch below and it showed "01:35", and I got off the plane with a blank face. I saw the sign of "Dehong Mangshi Airport", and I believed that I had really arrived in Mangshi. Then I took a taxi to the downtown area. Since I was not well prepared, I didn't book a hotel in advance, so the hotels there were crazy about asking prices, and the lowest was 118! I was very angry, so I found a barbecue stall, ordered a few skewers of barbecue and prepared to sleep until dawn after eating.
The hospitable boss even gave me some pears.
At 6 o'clock in the morning, before dawn, it started to rain. I put on my raincoat, and I left the barbecue stall to visit the Shubao Pagoda.
Have you ever thought that a tree can enclose a pagoda? It seems that this is a joke. In fact, banyan trees do have such abilities. Looking at the encased golden pagoda, I deeply feel the power of nature ! Perhaps, the climbing and entanglement of that branch has experienced countless despair and pain!
The Shubao Pagoda looks very attractive in the night
Afterwards, I walked to Menghuan Shwedagon Pagoda, the sky was getting brighter, and there was still light rain in the sky, but I felt a different kind of cleanliness in the morning in western Yunnan.
I climbed from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, and it was the second exercise after three days of hiking, but I found that although I reached the top of the mountain in more than ten minutes, I was panting after reaching the top of the mountain, and it took a long time to rest. Now I panicked, how should I face such a steep uphill for the next outbound hike, and it is still a high-altitude hypoxic area! !
The magnificent Menghuan Shwedagon Pagoda - the largest Theravada Buddhist pagoda in China, and the largest pagoda in the world is in Yangon, Myanmar. It has a very Buddhist atmosphere. I worshiped twice around four Bodhisattvas. Please see this golden mountain in sunshine!
After the tour, go down the mountain to Mengbana Rare Garden. As soon as I entered, I was taken aback. Two peacocks blocked my way. It was only then that I realized that this was a wildlife garden. Nature dances together! Then I thought of the pain and helplessness of those caged animals in urban zoos. I hope that human beings can treat animals and nature kindly, Amitabha!
At 11:00 in the morning, I took the shuttle bus to Tengchong. The scenery along the way was very beautiful, and the fog was dense, like a fairyland.
The reservoir under construction stands between the saddles of the valley, which coincides with what the geography teacher said.
After arriving in Tengchong, transfer to the "Atami Special Line" bus to Atami and then walk to Cucumaqing Hot Spring Sanatorium.
This hot spring place is very affordable, hot spring ticket + overnight accommodation + breakfast = 138 yuan! I slept for more than 4 hours in the afternoon, probably because I was too tired the previous two days.
Soak in the hot spring at night, the pure natural spring water, you can smell the smell of sulfur and hydrogen sulfide when you soak in it. It is said that this was once a place where troops soaked, and about 70% of the people were cured. However, after chatting with the boss who took a hot spring together, he said that it was very difficult to walk from Gongshan to Chavalon, and he even felt that it was impossible for me to walk outside Meili. Now I really panic, but as long as there is no great danger to my life, I must do what I decide, no matter how difficult it is! In the end, I overcame my inner fear and stuck to my plan!
D3 Tengchong - Liuku
After breakfast, soak in the hot spring for a while, then check out and take the bus to the volcano scenic spot
When I arrived, the scenic spot gave me a big surprise. I didn’t have time to visit the Ginkgo Village in Tengchong, but I didn’t expect there to be a large area of ginkgo in the volcano scenic spot. So, I wrote a poem:
Dakong Mountain Appearance
Xiaokongshan crater
Basalt next to ginkgo
Standing in the crater and looking into the distance
At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I hurried to Tengchong Tourist Passenger Station, took a bus to Liuku Passenger Station, and turned from a high-speed road to a national highway. When I saw the Nu River for the first time, I finally realized that the real journey had already begun...
After arriving in Liuku, it was already dark, and the rain was getting heavier and heavier. I couldn't even buy an umbrella, and even the low-priced rooms were all booked. I couldn't find a suitable hotel at all. Although I was helpless, I could only think of myself The solution is, I went to a photocopying shop to fully charge my cell phone, and then waited until the copying shop was closed, and went to a barbecue restaurant to eat until four in the morning before catching a bus to Gongshan. Fortunately, I met a few comrades on a business trip at the barbecue restaurant, and five of them also invited me to have barbecue.
The meal ended at 1:00 in the morning, and it was the first time I ate so much during the trip! After that, I wandered around the Nujiang River for a while, and went to sleep at the gate of the bus station after two o'clock.
D4 Liuku - Bingzhongluo - Chavalon
When I woke up at six o'clock in the morning, I realized that I had caught a cold. I was very scared, so I immediately put on my jacket. At 07:00, the shuttle bus drove on time. There was either heavy rain or falling rocks along the way, and the scenery was "spectacular".
The beauty of the Nu River when the car is approaching Fugong
After arriving at Gongshan, I got out of the car and got a car to Bingzhongluo on the opposite side. The section from Gongshan to Bingzhongluo collapsed three times! It can be seen how dangerous the road here is.
Later, I visited the first bay of the Nujiang River in Bingzhongluo, and took a group photo with my fellow travellers.
"The first bay of the Nujiang River, maybe we only met once, but I am touched by your firmness and tenderness. You have bestowed vegetation, life, and our feelings, but we human beings wantonly destroy nature for our own benefit. , I know you are crying, but as long as I can, I will definitely protect the environment, let human beings live in harmony with nature, and let you get out of the predicament!"
After that, continue to carpool to Chavalon, where you can enjoy the scenery of the Nujiang River. This is a county road. Although the gravel along the way makes me unbearable, I am moved by the original scenery: the rushing Nujiang River, Flying thousands of feet of waterfalls, strong vegetation on the cliffs...
At 9:30 in the evening, I finally arrived in Chawalong Township, Tibet, and lived in a youth hostel. I have hardly slept for two days. After I lay down, I slept very soundly and had no dreams all night. hardships? How dangerous? I'm too tired to even think about it...
D5 (the first day of hiking) Chavalong - Tangdula Pass - Gebu Village
I got up at 5:35 in the morning and started to prepare. I thought I was fully prepared. In fact, I didn’t find a guide at all, I didn’t buy a Red Bull, and I didn’t even download the offline map. I am really ignorant and fearless!
At 06:50, I put my heavy bag on my back and started to set off. I didn't know the "stupid" at all, and there would be countless difficulties in the future.
At 8 a.m., I was so tired that I drank the water in my bag, threw away two old clothes I didn't need, and traveled as light as possible.
Arrived at Luang Pu Village at 9 o'clock and saw the cactus in the dry valley
When I crossed the Tangdula pass at noon, I saw my dear Nujiang River again. I stood here and did not want to say goodbye, but time does not spare anyone. Under the cliff! !
Around 4:00 pm, this is the last section of my hike today, and it is also the most tormenting time - looking up is the rocky cliff, looking down is the Yuqu River under the abyss, and I can't reach the end no matter how I walk, even the Gebu Village Can't even see the shadow! I am afraid and tired, but I sprint hard to the finish line, because I always believe that no matter how long the road is, there will always be an end. This is the summary of my hiking in Wutai Mountain; It was blown from the top of the mountain, and I cried in fright, holding onto the rock wall tightly, for fear of being blown off the cliff by the wind. There are many ridges, but the road becomes narrower, and it is still a gravel road, even less than 4 meters wide. The wind blows harder and harder, and I almost go crazy. Blisters have been worn out on the body, and loneliness, panic, and despair are like demons rushing towards us! But at this moment, I remembered what Huang Chunsheng (self-proclaimed Winter Swimming Pigeon) shouted: "Perseverance is victory! Come on, Ollie!" So I turned on the phone and played the music "Desert and Camel". My whole body flowed, I listened to the music, gritted my teeth and walked forward.
I hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on...
At 18:50 in the afternoon, I finally arrived at Gebu Village, a paradise. In fact, this village is very backward, but I think it is paradise!
I didn’t sleep well at all that night. First, I heard my father explain that the road tomorrow is very steep. Second, I was the only one in the twenty people. The outside was in the countryside, and there were no street lights at all. Scared, no one can sleep. In the end, in order to alleviate the fear, Guo Degang's cross talk was released, and he slowly fell asleep...
D6 (the second day of hiking) Gebu Village - Dagula Pass - Laide Bridge - Meiqiu Bugong
When I woke up in the morning, I started to feel nauseous and vomited a lot of sour water. Maybe it’s because I’m not acclimatized! But then I found a motorcycle and sent it to Dagula Pass for 150 yuan, so I agreed.
At 07:00 in the morning, take a motorcycle to the pass. Tibetans ride motorcycles very fiercely! Panshan Road turned very skillfully, and it frightened me along the way; when I entered the dirt road in the middle, I finally left the terrible Yuqu River, thinking that I would say goodbye to Yuqu River, and I was very proud.
When passing through the forest, there was a sudden sharp turn, the motorcycle overturned, the driver and I almost flew out and almost fell off the cliff! I was so scared that my back went cold...
After arriving at the pass, I walked up the rest of the pass, and then thought that the downhill road would be easy, so I quickly descended to the foot of the mountain with confidence.
Halfway down the slope, I saw Xuefeng and thought it was Kawagebo Peak, but in fact it was my school’s peak. I was so excited that I knelt down and paid homage to the "Kawagebo" peak!
Continue to descend, the road is getting more and more boring, the forest road is getting slippery, and the speed is getting slower and slower. I gradually gave up the stupid idea of crossing the Shuola Pass today, so I plan to walk to the bridge today and take a motorcycle. Mei asked for help.
I thought it would be easier if I lowered my goal, but that was not the case. I met that nasty river again. "Yuquhe, you are a scourge!!" I thought angrily! Sure enough, there was no wrong hunch. Once you encounter a river, it must be a dangerous section. After walking for a while, you still can’t see the Laide Bridge; after walking for another section, you still can’t see it; The cliff, I almost vomited in fright, I had no choice but to walk step by step by holding on to the rock beside the cliff.
When I was extremely helpless, I saw the real Kawagebo Peak through the woods!
Seen from behind, he looks like a strong man, standing on the surging Yuqu River. The flowing silk clouds above his head seem to be offering a khata. His majestic and mighty arrogance gave me confidence and motivation. I gritted my teeth and rushed forward...
Suddenly, I lost my way and couldn't find my way anywhere. Although I was anxious, I thought that Kawagebo would bless me, so I calmed down and went back the same way, then looked for footprints and horse manure, and finally followed the " Signpost" found the way. Fortunately, I saw the Zhuanshan team behind, all of them were Han people, they didn’t walk very fast, and they could speak the language well, so I followed them for the rest of the journey!
Talking and laughing all the way, we finally arrived at Laide Bridge, it was already 2 o'clock in the afternoon. After a short rest, they continued on foot to arrive at Decun. I arrived at Decun by motorcycle and then walked to Meiqiugong.
After passing through Laide Village, I was alone again. The uphill in the back was extremely difficult, and I was not mentally prepared at all. The 3 kilometers from Laidecun to Meiqiu Bugong felt as intense as 13 kilometers, and I had already walked 21 kilometers ahead! During the hike, my speed was getting slower and slower. I had finished the first 1 kilometer in 50 minutes, but the second and third kilometers behind were simply difficult to walk, and I was panting every step! ! However, I saw two Tibetans. I followed them for less than half a kilometer, and I couldn’t keep up with them at all. In the end, I placed an order again, but there is no way. die! For the last kilometer, I released the music "Desert Camel" again, gritted my teeth, and boiled! Boil it! Boil it! Finally, I walked through the last reverse η-shaped road and saw prayer flags and wooden houses. ah! This is Meiqiu Bugong. The owner of the inn said to me: "Tashi Dele!"
After staying in the inn, I was 40 alone. Although there were no lights in the whole shop, the quilt was really warm. Afterwards, I went to the place where I warmed up. The charcoal fire warmed my cold body. I felt a warm current all over my body, and I was very happy. Thank you Tibetans for their hospitality!
D7 (the third day on foot) Meiqiu Bugong—Shuola Pass—Meili Water—Feilai Temple
At 06:50 in the morning, I rode the innkeeper’s motorcycle to Shuola Pass and paid 150. I thought it was expensive and didn’t want to sit, but I was afraid that such a steep slope might cause epileptic seizures, so I still sat. When donating to Tibetans.
In the morning, I crossed the Shuola Pass. Although there was snow, the slope was very steep, and the altitude was more than 4700, I slept well because I took diazepam sleeping pills last night and the southwest wind was blowing along the way, so I climbed smoothly when going uphill. At the top of the pass.
At 08:10 in the morning, I successfully climbed to the pass, with an altitude of 4818 meters! I was lucky enough to see the sunrise at the pass. The sun peeked out from the gap in the clouds. The snow was so white and jade-like. The sun looked very charming against it, and the prayer flags were inspired by the wind to tell the past. , how beautiful and holy this scenery is!
Red and black mixed rocks, this is the orogenic movement 180 million years ago. The black marble was metamorphosed by extrusive rocks under the ocean, and the red is sandstone. The two were squeezed together due to plate collisions, and finally Formed the present beautiful rocky landscape.
Descending the pass is the most difficult part. You can find footprints in the first part, but you can't even find footprints in the end. What a terrifying thing! If you get lost, the road will become steeper and steeper, and you will inevitably slip down the mountain pass. Once you hit a rock, you will not be far from Xitian! ! Unfortunately, I got lost, but I calmed down, looked for my own footprints and returned the same way, and finally saw a relatively flat road. I stepped on it and found footprints. I was pleasantly surprised, and finally found the way!
Looking at the grass covered with snow, I thought of "auspicious snow heralds a good year".
Walking all the way near the snow line, I met the Tibetans who hiked together yesterday, so we walked nearly half of the way with them. I really thank them for hiking today, they gave me motivation and "forced" me to move forward.
The altitude quickly dropped to about 3100, and I couldn’t keep up with them. I was so tired that I vomited by the river, and the vomit was almost full of acid water. Then I rested for a minute, dried a can of Red Bull, and continued walking, preparing to meet my father at Meilishui . My parents came to Yunnan for a trip 3 days later than me, and they successfully challenged the Degong Highway! I arrived in Deqin yesterday, and I am going to pick me up in Meilishui today.
The last section of the road is not particularly dangerous in the dry season, but the oxygen is relatively sufficient, and I feel a little drunk. I am tired when walking, and there are countless ridges, but it is all at the end, so we must persevere! I gritted my teeth, walked and walked, walked and walked, but I couldn't see the Lancang River! I became more and more anxious, and even felt that I might never reach the end. The words "No matter how long the road seems to be endless, there is actually an end" seemed to linger in my ears, and I mustered up the courage to move forward.
As we approached the finish line, we met up with my father. He helped me carry my bag for a while like a Bodhisattva, and then talked all the way and felt that the time was fast.
At 14:15 in the afternoon, I finally arrived at the destination Meilishui. Looking at the magnificent Lancang River, it seemed to be welcoming my arrival, and I was very moved!
The sign of the Ancient Tea Horse Road, next to it is my dad.
After that, I took the off-road vehicle rented by my family to Feilai Temple. After I settled down, I waited for an afternoon, but I didn’t see Kawagebo Peak. I was very disappointed. Although the weather will be cloudy and sunny tomorrow morning, I just think This weather forecast is lying to me.
Before sunset, I only saw the Mingyong Glacier under the Kawagebo Peak. I harbored disappointment and longing in my heart, and I looked forward to the sunny golden mountain tomorrow.
D8 Feilai Temple—Zhongdian
When I woke up in the morning, there was a cloud of mist outside the window, and I was so disappointed that I cried! My father's heart is not feeling well. Today I have to leave Deqin to go to Zhongdian or Lijiang. I can't even imagine seeing Kawagebo later, so I have to sit by the window and watch in despair...
I don't know when, when I turned back to pour water, my father shouted excitedly: "Come out! Come out!" I thought he was joking with me, but I still put on my glasses and turned to go to the window. Unexpectedly...
"Wow!!! It's so beautiful!! It's so beautiful!!" I shed the sweetest tears, leaned out of the window, wished I could climb out of the window, and shouted to Kawagebo Peak, "Anika Wagebo! !Anika Wagebo!!"
Kawagebo peak appears and disappears in the clouds, it makes us dream; the snow on Kawagebo peak reflects the most beautiful golden light, it gives us hope; Kawagebo peak stands proudly above the clouds , it can be seen from a distance but not played with.
This is Kawagebo Peak, a beautiful and holy mountain. It holds back clouds, creates snowfall, and the rivers that melt from the snow give birth to life. Almost all Tibetans respect Kawagebo Peak. They have been worshiping the snow-capped mountain, and Meili has been turning outward for more than 700 years.
However, since the first industrial revolution, humans have been destroying nature, and the snow lines of Kawagebo Peak and many snow-capped mountains have become higher and higher. In 1991, when the mountain disaster occurred, the mountaineering team wanted to climb Kawagebo Peak. Kawagebo finally got angry. Two big avalanches sent them to the west. The shock wave of the second avalanche directly knocked down a forest !
This is the power of Kawagebo Mountain!
Go to Wunongding to enjoy the panoramic view of Meili Thirteen Peaks. Maybe the first half of the mountain road (Yongzhi Village-Chavalong section) has not been taken, so Mencim Peak has not been seen.
The Wunongding Observation Deck is a good reference for looking at the snow-capped mountains, so the snow-capped mountains look very big!
Mentsim Peak finally came out
Kawagebo peak is huge
The panorama comes into view!
Last remembrance...
I left Deqin with a feeling of reluctance. After passing through the tunnel, I unexpectedly took one last look at Meili Snow Mountain. Maybe they didn’t want to part with me either!
Then visit the big bend of the Jinsha River and feel the spirituality of the river!
After arriving in Zhongdian at night, I went to Dexter to buy a hamburger. It tasted really good! Maybe I haven't eaten for a long time these days.
D9 Zhongdian - Balagezong Grand Canyon - Zhongdian
Maybe I was really tired a few days ago, I slept until 11 am, and then I got up immediately and took a car to visit the Balagezong Grand Canyon. Passing through Napa Sea on the way, the morning fog is filled, the water is rippling, and the forest is densely covered. What a harmonious scenery!
At 1:00 p.m., arrive at the gate of the Balagezong Grand Canyon Scenic Area
Gezong Snow Mountain and Glacier
The magnificent Balagezong Grand Canyon
Then visit the glass bridge and the hollow plank road, standing on it, watching the altitude difference of nearly 1000 meters, it is frightening!
Go down to the bottom of the canyon, walk on the plank road, watch the charming scenery of the canyon, and the clear blue water can cleanse the soul.
After the tour, return to Zhongdian, pass through the Napa Sea on the way, and take pictures of the sunset.
D10 Zhongdian - Lijiang
Today was very easy with almost no sight changes. At ten o'clock in the morning, I went to Lijiang by car. After arriving at noon, I checked into the Lijiang Yaofu Inn. The room was antique. My bed was on the bay window, which was considered a panoramic bed.
In the afternoon, my parents went to Mufu, and I went to the food street in Lijiang Old Town. I saw a seller of insects, so I bought two bunches of scorpions, a plate of grasshopper stick insects and water dragonfly silkworm chrysalis. The taste is very fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is very satisfying. These bugs are sold a lot in Ruili, Pu'er and Xishuangbanna, and the prices there are not high.
It reminds me of catching cicadas and grasshoppers in my hometown Zhaoyuan in the summer when I was a child, and the fried ones are absolutely authentic!
Today is the fourteenth day of the ninth lunar month, my father's birthday, and we will spend it together in Lijiang at night, so there is no sense of ceremony!
D11 Lijiang - Shanghai
I got up in the morning to visit Heilongtan Park. This time, the clouds blocked the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and I didn't see it. Looking at the turquoise lake and its reflection, I thought of the beautiful Nujiang River and the fierce Yuqu River, and I was really reluctant to leave Yunnan.
After walking back to the hotel, in addition to seeing the big waterwheel in the ancient city, I also saw the river flowing to the ancient city of Lijiang along the way. The water source is Heilongtan. That’s clear as promised, only the source of flowing water comes.” Ah!
In the afternoon, visit the Golden Pagoda scenic spot. This is the golden pagoda of Tibetan Buddhism. It is different from the Menghuan Great Golden Pagoda of Southern Buddhism that I visited ten days ago. It is also much smaller than the one in Mangshi, but the scenery from the top of the pagoda to the highest point not bad.
After the tour, we drove to Yulong Town to eat real waxed pork ribs. The saltiness of the waxed pork ribs in the ancient city scenic spot is simply incomparable with that here, and the salt is so much that it can kill people. That's right, this is absolutely authentic. It's the first time I eat such authentic Lijiang pork ribs, and it's also the last time I eat them. This should be the "gift" given to me before leaving Lijiang!
In the evening, after returning the off-road vehicle to Sanyi Airport, we returned to Shanghai by plane.
Erhai Lake in Dali covered by moonlight photographed on the way
The full moon is above the clouds, the clouds are raining
It's nice to sit on the plane home with a happy mood
Dishui Lake in Shanghai before landing
At 23:14 in the evening, the plane arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport 24 minutes late, and the long journey finally came to a successful conclusion.
Yunnan Travel Guide
Next, I would like to share with you some dry goods in Yunnan:
1) Outline map of Yunnan
2) Traffic problems
① Aircraft: There are 12 airports in Yunnan, see the aircraft logo in the picture above for details. You can choose according to the real-time air ticket price. If you are visiting Tengchong or its nearby cities, it is recommended not to fly to Kunming or Dali before the Dali-Rui Railway is repaired, because the road from Dali to Baoshan is not easy to go; if you are visiting Xishuangbanna, you should fly directly there!
②Train: First of all, except Lhasa and Urumqi, other provincial capitals can go to Yunnan; secondly, there are trains from Kunming to Dali, Lijiang, Honghe, Shaotong and other places.
③ Shuttle bus: The development of Yunnan shuttle bus is very mature. As long as the road is not too remote, you can book a bus ticket on Ctrip; part.
④Carpooling/chartered car: It belongs to the road section where there is no shuttle bus. It is recommended to check on Baidu in advance: "Is there a shuttle bus from... to...?" For example, Gongshan to Bingzhongluo, Bingzhongluo to Chavalong, if you are lucky, you can get a car, but if you are not lucky, you can only High-priced chartered car.
⑤Bus: Yunnan's public transportation is not very mature, and it is prone to long-term bus intervals and drivers leaving get off work early, so you must reserve a good time for taking the bus.
⑥ Taxi: Compared with East China, the price is affordable. As long as the economic conditions are not very bad, it is recommended to take a taxi, which is fast and convenient.
3) Meili Snow Mountain
This attraction is strongly recommended, although the altitude is high, the scenery is extremely beautiful! ! It is recommended to go from December to February of the next year, so that in addition to good job leave and cheap air tickets in the off-season, it is very likely to see the Rizhao Jinshan. But in winter, it is better to turn inward, and the outward turn route may be blocked by snow; the inward turn route is shown in the blue-purple radial line next to Mentsim Peak in the above picture.
① Altitude problem:
It is recommended not to live in Deqin on the first day, but to live by the Lancang River, and then turn inward from Xidang/Ninong Bridge or turn outward from Degong Bridge the next morning.
②Eating problems:
On the plateau, you must eat less and eat more, you must drink plenty of water, you must drink plenty of water, you must drink plenty of water, and you must say important things three times! In addition, drinking some butter tea may be able to resist hyperactivity.
③Strength problem:
The intensity of an outward turn is about three times that of an inward turn, and the road is much more difficult and dangerous than an inward turn. Therefore, it is safer to hire a guide/horse for an outward turn, or it is safer to walk with a team. If you are not tired at all climbing Huashan, then congratulations, you can basically turn around!

travel summary
During this trip, I walked a total of 7,115 kilometers, including 97 kilometers on foot. I experienced feelings that ordinary travel cannot experience, such as the serenity after fear, the joy after torture, the excitement after infinite expectations, and the love for life. Awe! This is travel, a pursuit of wisdom. Although it is said that "reading thousands of books, you can write like a god", but the profound experience of "traveling thousands of miles" is no less than "reading thousands of books".
Regardless of the size of the universe, the earth we live on is already too big to make people despair! Since human beings are so small, we should treat and respect nature kindly, so that we can live in harmony with nature, and our life will become better and better!
