Before the 2018 Spring Festival, Ah Li has been thinking about: how to spend the Spring Festival? Do you still go shopping, cooking, doing laundry, mopping the floor, watching TV and sleeping every day like before?
Discuss with my grown daughter, she suggested to travel!
This suggestion is very much in line with Ali's heart! It fully proves that the daughter is the caring little padded jacket of the mother!
But where? There are so many places Ah Li wants to go!
The little padded jacket mentioned the places where Ah Li and his colleagues visited after the Spring Festival in 2017 - Lijiang, Shangri-La, and Lugu Lake, and mentioned the Mosuo people's log building written in Ah Li's travel notes "Journey to the Northwest of Yunnan, Traveling in Paintings, Traveling in Dreams" The wooden house, mentioned the whole waxed fat pig placed in front of the wooden house! ——she really wanted to see the wooden house and the big fat pig under the wooden house!
Okay, then let's go to the northwest of Yunnan, to see the wooden house, to see the fat pig!
On New Year's Day in 2018, Ali applied online for a group tour of Shangri-La Lugu Lake in Lijiang for seven days and six nights.
In the middle of the night on February 13 (the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month in the lunar calendar), Ah Li and the little padded jacket took a red-eye flight to Lijiang and arrived in Lijiang at 2 am on the 14th. A few hours after checking into the hotel, we got up and took the tourist bus to Lugu Lake.
1. Visit Lugu Lake again
At noon on February 14, 2018 (the twenty-ninth lunar month), we came to Lugu Lake.
The sky is still extremely blue, and the sun is still extremely bright; Lugu Lake is still inlaid in the mountains like a sapphire, and white gulls and black wild ducks are still playing in the lake; Goddess Gemu Mountain is still lying on the north bank of Lugu Lake, quietly guarding the lake. Her people, the Mosuo people, still live in log houses and row their colorful and eye-catching pig trough boats in Lugu Lake.
The difference is that when we went boating on Lugu Lake last year, the breeze was breezy and the waves were calm. We went around Liwubi Island in the lake for a week and went to the island smoothly. We visited Liwubi Temple and overlooked the colorful pigs from the highest point on the island. Tank boats cruised in the lake, leaving silver ripples on the blue lake surface; this year, when we went boating on Lugu Lake, the wind gusted and the blue waves roared, although the white gulls flew around us enthusiastically, vying for the water. The bread thrown by the tourists, but after a short swim, the local paddlers at the bow and stern discussed with everyone whether to return: the wind was too strong, and other boats had already turned around and rowed to the shore! Safety first, we can only look at Liwubi Island and return.
Although the boating on the lake was not enjoyable, the stroll on Lover's Beach and Rieger Peninsula made up for everything afterwards. Lover's Beach is the place where the local legend says that Goddess Gemu and her lover, the Queen Dragon God, dated. Today is Valentine's Day, and there are many couples in the group. Strolling on Lover's Beach is undoubtedly the most appropriate thing to do. The beach is flat and clean, and the lake is unobstructed, and a tall tree by the lake is full of branches. Couples posed for pictures on the beach in various poses, while Ah Li and the little padded jacket played and lingered under the flower trees.
Lige Peninsula is in the northwest corner of Lugu Lake. It looks like a huge crocodile swimming from the shore to the center of the lake. Its slender tail is still close to the shore, and its head and body are already floating in the lake. Except that there is no house above the head, the rest of the place is densely packed with houses. When I came last year, Ali, like most tourists, just stood on the viewing platform by the side of the road and overlooked the Lige Peninsula. , Instead, go down the path to the lake and watch it from different angles, and each angle is a perfect landscape painting.
In the evening, I live in Xiaoshuishui Village on the north shore of Lugu Lake, just at the foot of Goddess Gemu Mountain, facing the vast Lugu Lake. Last year, we lived in Daluoshui Village on the southwest bank of Lugu Lake, facing Goddess Gemu Mountain far away. After enjoying the lively Mosuo wedding banquet, Ah Li and the little padded jacket did not go to enjoy the bonfire party that they had enjoyed last year, but wandered around the quiet lake, feeling the tranquility and elegance of the ink paintings in front of them, and the starry sky. Vast and splendid!
February 15th is New Year's Eve. After breakfast, the tour guide took us to Mosuo home visit.
Ah Li also participated in the Mosuo home visit last year, but only had lunch at a Mosuo family by the roadside. During that home visit, Ah Li admired the local houses built with logs and saw the waxed fat pigs placed under the windows outside the houses. This year's Mosuo home visit did not have food, but it took the whole morning. A beautiful girl in national costume who claimed to be a cultural representative of the local village greeted us at the parking lot and led us into the village, to a two-story wooden building with "XXX Home Visiting Garden" written on the door, and walked into a Lou's grandmother's room, everyone sat on the small stools that had been arranged in the room in an orderly manner.
A cultural representative with good Mandarin will first explain the Mosuo culture, focusing on the custom of walking marriage. Then he taught the locals a small recipe for curing diseases: using silver bowls, cups, chopsticks, combs, belts, bracelets and other silverware can cure many diseases without going to the hospital. Afterwards, she personally practiced it on the group members: she used the silver bracelet in her hand to shave the faces of the female group members who raised their hands and wanted to shave—several beauties immediately had a black mark on their faces, and cultural representatives said their cosmetics contained lead Comb the hair of a boy group member with a silver comb, and he immediately became clear-headed and full of energy; dipped the silver water in the pot with a silver cup on the back of the silver comb to scrape the cervical spine of an aunt with cervical spondylosis, and her cervical spine Immediately there are red and black. Everyone listened with gusto and exclaimed from time to time; Ah Li became more and more puzzled the more he listened: How could this cultural representative have the same relationship with the cultural representative whom Ah Li met in the Tibetan village scenic spot in Duoji Water Town on the Huanglong Line in Jiuzhaigou the year before last? Why are they so similar?
On the morning of June 23, 2016, Ah Li and his group members returned to Chengdu from Jiuzhaigou by bus. On the way, they were taken to Duoji Water Village by the tour guide to visit Tibetan homes and learn about Tibetan culture. The parking lot is full of tourist buses, and in front of each bus is a girl dressed in Tibetan costume and fluent in Mandarin, as a representative of village culture to welcome tourists from all over the place. Ah Li couldn't help being amazed at the time: This Tibetan village is really amazing, there are so many girls with dignified looks and good temperament! The representative of Ali’s team was Dolma, who was not very tall but had fair skin. She led everyone into a brand new building—she said it was her family’s new house, but her family hadn’t moved in yet. Still living in the old building. In the living room on the first floor, stools are equally neatly arranged. After the group members sat down one by one, Zhuoma began to explain Tibetan culture, focusing on the culture of charity: Tibetans will donate one-third of their annual income to the temple-how can there be no reluctance? Then I began to teach you all kinds of small recipes for Tibetan diseases: using silver bowls, cups, chopsticks, combs, belts, bracelets and other silverware can cure many diseases! The arguments are clear, the arguments are rich, the arguments are rigorous, and the feelings are sincere. Ah Li was afraid that he would not be able to remember these miraculous and effective recipes, so he quickly took out his mobile phone and turned on the tape recorder to record it for emergencies (Dolma told everyone not to take pictures after entering the house to avoid blasphemy, but he did not say that recording is not allowed ). After explaining the magic recipe, Zhuoma began to practice it, scraping several tourists with silver bracelets, which attracted bursts of exclamation. In the end, Zhuoma led his convinced group members to a big house not far from the house, which was filled with all kinds of silverware that were said to be carefully crafted by local craftsmen - there, Zhuoma immediately became A caring and enthusiastic salesperson. So tourists rushed to buy silver bowls, silver cups, silver chopsticks, silver bracelets and so on. Because of his lack of money, Ah Li was only dragged to try on a few silver bracelets. After seeing the lively scenes in the house, he did not spend a penny in the end, and failed to make any contribution to the local economy! Ah Li Li felt ashamed.
However, what Li did not expect was that on November 3 and 4, 2016, CCTV news exposed the travel routines on the Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Line for two consecutive days! Ah Li just learned that the Duoji Water Town, Deji Meeduo Street, Tibetan medicine shop and souvenir shop on this route belong to the same group company. The silverware is bought from Yunnan at a low price and then sold to tourists at a high price. . All purchases must be rebates to travel agencies and tour guides, and all shopping rebates are controlled by the sales department of the company headquarters. Ah Li guessed that those beautiful cultural representatives were just employees of this group company, not ordinary girls in the local Tibetan village.
Ah Li did not meet local cultural representatives when he visited Lugu Lake last year, so he did not have a deep understanding of Mosuo culture. And when I visited Lugu Lake again this year, how could the recipe taught by the Mosuo cultural representative in front of me be exactly the same as that taught by the Tibetan cultural representative in Duoji Water Town? Next, will she sell silverware to the group members like that Tibetan Dolma?
Ah Li was recalling the story of the Duoji water town, and after more than an hour of cultural promotion, the beautiful Mosuo girl lifted the cloth on a large table next to her, revealing all kinds of white flowers Silver bowls, silver cups, silver chopsticks, silver combs, silver belts, silver bracelets, etc.! The group members got up one after another, tasted these treasures, and began to bargain. The little padded jacket tugged at Ah Li's sleeves, looking at Ah Li eagerly, her eyes were full of desire for silverware! (Afterwards, she said that she really wanted to buy a silver comb and a pair of silver chopsticks at that time!) Ah Li quickly pulled He missed her and asked her to go out with him to find the bathroom. After leaving the extremely lively grandmother’s house, Ah Li told the little cotton-padded jacket the story of the Duoji water town, and then took out his mobile phone to find the recording of the Tibetan recipes back then—Ah Li always thought that these recipes were from Tibetan medicine. The essence, I have been reluctant to delete this passionate recording. After listening to the recording, the little padded jacket resisted the temptation of silverware, and began to notice the exquisiteness of the wooden building, the allure of the rows of bacon, sausages and hooves hanging under the eaves, and the rows of bacon and cured hooves. On the table under the hoof is a whole fat fat pig! The things that the little padded jacket most wanted to see appeared in front of her eyes at once. The temptation of silver bowls, silver cups, silver chopsticks, silver combs, silver belts, and silver bracelets quickly disappeared from her mind, and she just went to admire the wooden buildings and wax fat pigs. Ah Li was at the stall in the courtyard, admiring the local specialties, chatting with the Mosuo aunt, Mosuo girl, and Mosuo boy who are not fluent in Mandarin, and finally bought a few catties of walnuts and two packs of buckwheat tea. The economy is doing its best.
The interesting Mosuo home visit lasted from 8 o'clock in the morning to 11 o'clock in the morning. Everyone gained something, and the tour guide smiled happily and happily led everyone to visit the Walking Marriage Bridge on the Caohai Sea.
When Ah Li visited Caohai last year, the sun hid in the clouds, shy and refused to meet people; Ah Li revisited his hometown today, and the sun greeted him warmly with the blue sky and white clouds, making the lake water blue and the withered grass golden. As far as Ah Li could see, there were gorgeous oil paintings. The Walking Marriage Bridge, known as the "No. 1 Love Magpie Bridge in the World", is not as straight as the bridges in other places: it spans both sides of Caohai, and the 300-meter-long bridge is in the shape of an S, just like a twisting The graceful dancer of the waist.
Can all this keep Ah Li from being fascinated?
Lugu Lake is worth visiting again!
After lunch, our tourist bus drove to Lijiang, and the trip to Lugu Lake ended successfully! Ah Li is looking forward to tomorrow's trip to Lijiang.
Lijiang, how will you welcome us?
2. Visit Lijiang again
February 16, 2018, the first day of the first lunar month. The simple and hospitable Lijiang treated us with its beautiful scenery, rich activities, and warm service, which made Ali and the little padded jacket happy all day and laid a solid foundation for a whole year of happiness.
In the morning, we rode horses on the ancient tea-horse road to experience the joy of horse riding.
Although it was the first day of the first lunar month, there were a lot of tourists who came to ride horses, so we waited for a while at the racecourse. The horses in film and television works give people the impression that they are tall and handsome, but the Yunnan horse in front of Ah Li is short and docile. The horse-leader explained: Yunnan has many mountains, and short horses are more suitable for rugged and narrow mountain roads. Go forward with a heavy load. It was the first time for Ah Li and the little padded jacket to ride a horse, but the mount was very obedient and walked steadily. During the more than an hour of riding, even when climbing downhill or walking in dense forests, it never made people tremble with fear.
After the horseback riding, we went to Lashi Lake to row a boat to experience the joy of boating. There were also a lot of tourists, but we got on the boat without waiting long. Facing the spring breeze and chopping the waves on the green Lashi Sea, it is really refreshing.
In the afternoon we went to Shuhe Ancient Town to feel the beauty of the ancient town. Because of last year's experience and lessons, Ah Li took his little padded jacket and went upstream along the canal and went directly to the west area of the ancient town. Along the way, there are gurgling water, blooming flowers, and shaded trees, and finally reach the Jiuding Longtan.
After visiting Shuhe Ancient Town, we hurried to Lijiang Ancient Town. When I came last year, the intersections of the ancient city of Lijiang were full of staff, checking whether the tourists had paid the 80 yuan ancient city protection fee. This time again, Ah Li did not see the staff checking the protection fee, but only saw the endless stream of tourists—could it be that the staff are all on vacation because today is the first day of the Lunar New Year? No solution!
Last year, Ah Li and his friends stayed in the ancient city of Lijiang for four nights. They visited the ancient city three times in the early morning, afternoon and evening in sporadic time, but each time they came and went in a hurry, so they failed to go to the most famous wood in the ancient city of Lijiang. government visit. The Mufu at the foot of the Lion Mountain is the residence of the Mu family, which has been hereditary to the chieftains of Lijiang for more than 200 years. It is known as the "Grand View Garden" of Lijiang's ancient city culture. Some people even say: To Lijiang but not to Mufu means that you have never been to Lijiang!
This time Ah Li didn't want to leave this regret anymore. So he and the little padded jacket walked quickly through the crowds of the ancient city, and finally arrived there before the Mufu closed. The conductors in Mufu are not on vacation, but because it is the Spring Festival, the ticket price has been reduced - the original price is 60, now it is 20% off.
Walking into the Mufu is like walking into the Forbidden City - the Mufu was built in imitation of the Forbidden City in Beijing: the grandeur of the architecture, the splendor of the palace, the exquisite carvings, the exquisite components, and the brilliance of the paintings are amazing. Had to linger!
After visiting Mufu, it was about 6 o'clock in the afternoon, the gate was closed, and we went out from the side door. The afterglow of the setting sun shines on the wooden buildings, making them golden. Accompanied by the sunset, we walked through the ancient alleys, walked out of the ancient city along the bluestone slabs, and along the small canals, returned to the Red Sun Square, and returned to the hotel behind the tall and kind statue of Mao Daddy, waiting for tomorrow A trip to Shangri-La.
Shangri-La, how will you welcome us?
3. Visit Shangri-La again
February 17, 2018, the second day of the first lunar month. Before 6:30 in the morning, we came to the Red Sun Square, waiting for the arrival of the tourist bus. There are few pedestrians on the street, only the kind statue of Mao Daddy still stands in the square, waving to us.
The bus will arrive soon and take us to Shangri-La!
At ten o'clock in the morning, we arrived at Tiger Leaping Gorge. The sun is still as bright as last year, the sky is still as blue as last year, Haba Snow Mountain and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain are still wearing snow caps like last year. However, the wind is different! It is no longer as warm and pleasant as last year, but menacing, cold and ruthless! As soon as we got out of the car, it swooped up and gave everyone a big, cold bear hug. We were so scared that we immediately returned to the car, and put on the cotton coats issued by the tour guide over our jackets. When I got off the car again, all of them looked like tightly wrapped red rice dumplings, which were unbearably heavy! Ah Li and the little padded jacket walked arm in arm, for fear that the wind would blow us into the air if we let go. When we got down to one-third of the canyon, the little padded jacket suggested to stop the descent and just overlook the canyon from the viewing platform. Ah Li went to the bottom of the valley last year and saw the rushing river and the man-made tiger statue, so he responded immediately. So the two took a few photos of their visit on the viewing platform and then returned.
At about two o'clock in the afternoon, we arrived at Pudacuo National Park. Shudu Lake is still charming and charming, but Militang and Bita Lake are no longer open to tourists - the tour guide said it is to protect an endangered fish there. Ah Li has no regrets because he swam in Militang and Bita Lake last year; the little padded jacket has no regrets because he has never been to these two places and does not know there are these two places. In the park, the sky is blue and the water is clean, the forest is dense, the ground is full of residual snow, and the plank road is flat. Walking in it, tourists are already fascinated. What's more, there is a beautiful bird jumping on the plank road, pecking at the food left by tourists. ?
At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, we finished our tour of Pudacuo National Park. Walking out of the gate, two happy little black pigs came to greet us, begging for food like old acquaintances. The little padded jacket, who was born to love small animals, smiled, and immediately took out the bread to show his love. After all, the little black pigs had never been to school or read a book, and they didn't know how to pay attention to their appearance, so they jumped up impatiently, nimbly and nimbly, and grabbed the bread from the little padded jacket, almost biting her hand. Ah Li reminded the little cotton-padded jacket to throw the bread on the ground instead of feeding it with hands. After eating the bread, the little pigs were still unsatisfied, and the little padded jacket was also reluctant to part. But we are going to participate in the Tibetan Toast Banquet, and we are going to experience Tibetan food culture! Little black pig, I can only say goodbye to you!
The Tibetan Toast Banquet in the evening was indeed extremely luxurious, and it was the most sumptuous group meal in our entire itinerary: there was a stage in the middle of the hall on the first floor of the former Toast’s house, and dozens of tables were placed around the stage, with eight people per table, one for each Small hot pot, the table is full of hot pot dishes: yak meat, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, soybean oil skin, vermicelli, etc. You can drink barley wine and butter tea openly, and you can eat tsampa and chopped buns as much as you like—as long as you like to drink and eat! From time to time, there are service staff carrying dishes and asking if they want to add more. It's a pity that we can't enjoy the taste of these delicacies, just taste them and stop there.
The song and dance performance after the meal was very lively. The host with pigtails, earrings, and short skirts is a fat black guy who can speak and sing, and is good at interacting with tourists and mobilizing their enthusiasm. Not only handsome men and beauties performed on stage, but also a local old lady. The old grandma sang loudly, which attracted thunderous applause, and attracted countless people to come to the stage to present hada to her—every visitor received a hada presented by a local beauty when entering the chieftain building—on the neck of the old grandma. The white khata piled up so high that it almost collapsed. After the bonfire party, because we were eager to go back to the hotel to rest, we did not participate. In short, this night in Shangri-La was different.
February 18, the third day of the first lunar month. In the morning, the tour guide first took us to visit the resplendent Shambhala Kalachakra Mandala, and then took us to the ancient city of Dukezong. On the way to the ancient city of Dukezong, the tour guide told everyone sincerely and bluntly that he will take everyone to a Tibetan medicine store to visit and study, and those in need can buy some precious local Chinese medicinal materials; the things are absolutely true , but the price is a bit expensive; everyone bought it to contribute to the local economy and bring some income to him. On behalf of the people of Shangri-La, thank you! Later, the tour guide introduced some methods of identifying medicinal materials.
When we arrived in the ancient city, we were led directly into a rather large Tibetan medicine shop. Each person was first offered a free cup of precious saffron tea, and then was guided by many shopping guides to learn the magical functions of various precious medicinal materials. Ah Li and the little padded jacket wearing the same black hat also moved slowly with the flow of people, watching and listening very carefully, not wanting to miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn medical knowledge.
Suddenly, someone patted Ah Li on the shoulder. Ah Li thought that he had met an old friend in another country, so he hurriedly looked up to find the old man in surprise. look at yourself. The man first introduced himself in fluent Mandarin as the resident Tibetan doctor of the pharmacy, then pointed to the little padded jacket and said, "Are you her mother? How did you become a mother? You don't care if your daughter looks so bad." ?" Without waiting for Ah Li to reply, he led Ah Li and the little cotton-padded jacket to leave the study team and came to an open space next to him, let the little cotton-padded jacket sit down, checked her pulse, looked at her face, and shook his head while shaking his head. Said to Ah Li: "Your daughter is very weak, she needs to recuperate quickly." Ah Li nodded again and again, bluntly saying that the little padded jacket studies very hard and often stays up late. The Tibetan doctor immediately took over the words: "You can tell at a glance that your daughter often stays up late. Staying up late is very harmful to the body. Many celebrities have died suddenly because of staying up late. Your daughter needs to be recuperated quickly. If you believe me, I will prescribe it for you." A prescription, just buy the medicine in this store, and a few courses of treatment can restore her body!"
Ah Li has already seen that the little cotton-padded jacket is angry: the doctor said that those celebrities stayed up late and died suddenly, so they are clearly cursing her! Before the genius doctor could tell his wonderful prescription, Ah Li resolutely interrupted his narration: "Thank you, if my daughter is weak and needs to be recuperated, I will take her to our local Chinese medicine hospital!" He was about to take a pen to prescribe the prescription, but he didn't expect Ah Li to be so uncooperative, his face showed a look of astonishment, and the blue birthmark became greener. Ah Li didn't care about anything else, so he pulled up his padded jacket and walked straight out of the pharmacy under the pretext of looking for a bathroom, ending the pharmacy visit and study activities ahead of schedule.
In the ancient city, we walked on the bluestone road, admiring the beautifully carved wooden houses on both sides, and laughing and talking about the adventure just now. The little padded jacket was still a little angry: This Tibetan doctor is so bad, he cursed others at will! Ah Li comforted her: That Tibetan doctor is regretting that he finally found an opportunity to make a lot of money, but it fell short!
After lunch, we will return to Lijiang. The tour guide bid farewell to everyone and thanked everyone for their support for his work. He is also going on vacation. A new tour guide who is ready to pick up tomorrow's tour group accompanied us back.
On the way back, Ah Li suddenly remembered that the ID card collected by the tour guide yesterday had not been returned to him, so he hurriedly asked other tourists, and everyone immediately remembered that he did not have the ID card in his hand. Ask the driver, the driver does not know; ask the new tour guide, the new tour guide does not know either. Fortunately, a tourist left the mobile phone number of the former tour guide, so he quickly dialed, and the former tour guide answered, saying that the ID card had been brought by a tourist bus behind us. Before arriving in Lijiang, the bus stopped to add water to wash the car, and the bus behind finally caught up with us, and the ID card was finally returned to each of us safe and sound!
In the evening, we returned to Lijiang safely, and our trip to Shangri-La ended successfully.
On February 19, 2018, the fourth day of the first month of the lunar calendar, Ah Li and the little padded jacket went back to their home in Wuhan via Guiyang.
The seven-day and six-night trip to Northwest Yunnan is over! Ah Li's 2018 Spring Festival is colorful, full of twists and turns, and full of surprises because of it.
What will the Spring Festival be like in the future?
It's worth looking forward to!
