In mid-to-late June, I visited Anshun and Xingyi in Guiyang. This is my fourth visit to Guizhou. Let me briefly talk about my itinerary for the past few days.
On June 17th, I flew to Guiyang in the afternoon. I stayed at the Colorful Four Seasons Hotel on Guiyang City South Road. I had dinner at the Aquarium Restaurant near the hotel. The specialty was fish in sour soup. It was a good flight. In the evening, I went to the nearby Erqi Road snack night market. It was raining, so there were not many people, but the shops were open. There were about 90 snack shops, each with a number. A few of us ordered grilled fish and crayfish. The screws we ordered were not good and smelly. We took them back. The boss must have said that the screws were fine. When we called, we thought he was going to call someone to fight, but it turned out that he called the market. Managers come. The management staff didn't say anything, and asked him to refund the money to us. The management is still standardized.
On June 18, after we checked out, we visited Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun as planned. Huangguoshu Waterfall is a signboard of Guizhou tourism. Whether you are traveling to Guizhou Southwest or Southeast Guizhou, Huangguoshu Waterfall is a must. It took more than 2 hours to drive from Guiyang to Anshun. It was raining heavily when we got off the bus. I bought a rain poncho and rain boots at the scenic spot. The order of visits is Doupotang Waterfall, Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, and then Huangguoshu Waterfall (locally called Great Waterfall). I brought my son here at the end of September 2017, so this is a revisit to the old place. The entrance is face recognition, which was not there in the year before last. It rained heavily in Guizhou a few days ago, so the waterfall has a lot of water today. After entering, follow everyone, and you will arrive at the viewing platform in a short while. Anyway, tourism is like this. Take pictures at different locations of scenic spots and post them on Moments. Returning on the original road, there is a road sign on the road, one is to walk along the river and cross the bridge to the Great Falls, and the other is to go to the gate, take the scenic bus to the next scenic spot, Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area. I didn’t go to the Huangguoshu Waterfall last time, and I went to the exit first to take the bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area. I read a lot of Ctrip’s guides and it’s the same. I think the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area is a small bonsai. People are walking on the path in the bonsai and the stone steps on the lake, which is very interesting. The characteristic is that there is a row of steps, each piece is engraved with a date, everyone can find their birthday date. It took about half an hour to arrive at Tianxing Lake. There is a place where Gao Laozhuang and Zhu Bajie carry his wife. This place is a rest area with snacks and many commodities. There are 2 routes to continue the tour from here, one directly to the exit , one continues to visit the following scenic spots, it will take about 2 hours, but the next scenic spots are more beautiful. The last time I took my son, I couldn't walk anymore, so I went out directly. This time we wanted to continue walking, but due to the flood, the route to the downstream attractions was closed, so we could only go out from the exit. Unfortunately, it seems that we have to come again next time. After going out, it was a bit of a road to the bus parking lot, and it took a long time to walk. Next came the highlight, we arrived at Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. You can walk down to the viewing platform under the Great Falls, or you can go to the shopping mall on the right to buy a big escalator ticket and take the automatic pedestrian escalator down, the round-trip ticket is 50 yuan, and the one-way ticket is 30 yuan. We went down by the escalator. The escalator is composed of two sections, each section is very long. After reaching the lower floor, we still have to walk some way to the viewing platform. We went directly down to the No. 1 viewing platform closest to the waterfall. There was a lot of water a few days ago. At this time, the waterfall had a huge amount of water and made a huge sound of water. Fortunately, I was wearing a raincoat, but my trouser legs and my mobile phone were wet. The water on the viewing platform was relatively deep. We quickly took a few photos. The armed police and management personnel came over and advised tourists to go to the previous viewing platform. The water was rising here. more dangerous. After we went up, the entrance of the viewing platform was cordoned off, and it was forbidden to go down. Fortunately, we took pictures. There is a bridge on the road. After crossing, you can reach the Shuilian Cave in the middle of the Huangguoshu Waterfall. Due to the flood, it has been temporarily closed. We directly took the escalator back to the exit, waited for the large troops to assemble, had dinner, and then took a car to Xingyi City in the Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Southwest Guizhou.
It takes 3 hours to drive from Anshun to Xingyi. Xingyi is close to Yunnan and Guangxi, and is closer to Kunming than Guiyang. We stayed at Fukang Mall Hotel in Xingyi. This hotel is nice. It is in the city center. It is a very, very city center. Next to it is the Xingyi City Stadium and shopping plaza (Daldo Supermarket), and the restaurants on Jutai Road are also nearby. a lot of,. There is a washing machine in the room, which is a lot of experience. After dinner, I went to the sports center for a walk. There is a badminton and table tennis hall inside. You have to bring your own racket. Stayed here for two nights, and went to the supermarket on the second night.
On June 19, the itinerary is the Maling River Grand Canyon and Wanfeng Lake near Xingyi City. The Malinghe Grand Canyon is very close to the urban area, about a dozen kilometers away, and it takes a short time to get there by car. When I arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot that day, the sun was very bright and hot. I took the elevator to the Malinghe Grand Canyon, and it was very cool below. The scenic spot is actually a long and narrow canyon, similar to the Wuyi Niutou Mountain and Enshi Grand Canyon in Zhejiang Province. There are many waterfalls on both sides. Walk along the steps of the mountain road. It takes about half an hour to cross a bridge and continue walking for five minutes to reach the scenic spot. The deepest part of the scenic spot, which is also the core attraction, is the magnificent landscape with many waterfalls lined up in a row. After taking pictures on the viewing platform, walk along the steps to the exit. At this time, you are already on the other side when you come, so the scenery on both sides is different and more beautiful. The play time is about 1 and a half hours. Take the elevator to the exit of the scenic spot and have lunch, then continue on the road for an hour to the Wanfeng Lake scenic spot in the south of Xingyi City. After looking at the Baidu map, this scenic spot is actually located at the junction of Guizhou, Guangxi, and Yunnan provinces. This is actually an artificial lake with a hydropower station downstream. We took a cruise boat to visit the entire lake and watched the mountain scenery in the distance. It took about 40 minutes. In the small Three Gorges scenic spot, the tour guide said that the water level rose a lot during the flood season, and we could go 700 meters further, so this small Three Gorges scenic spot is actually only seen. half. I personally think it is not as good-looking as our Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang.
In the afternoon, I went back to downtown Xingyi, wandered around again, and went to the Daldo supermarket in the commercial center near the hotel. The supermarket was very big and empty, and there were more salespersons than customers. The hotel was well arranged during this trip, and the transportation is very convenient.
On June 20, we took a bus to Wanfenglin Scenic Spot in the morning. This scenic spot ranks first among Ctrip's Xingyi attractions. But there are many tourists, and the whole scenic spot is to take an electric sightseeing car to visit, which is relatively easy. Wanfenglin Scenic Area is mainly to see different peaks in the distance, a typical karst landform. The sightseeing car will stop at different viewing platforms for tourists to take pictures. The whole circle takes about an hour, and then we take the small train for more than 40 minutes. The small train runs on the road on the ground, and the angle is different from that of the sightseeing car. , but also to see the mountain view. What I think is more distinctive is the Bagua field on the ground and the rice field with the word "Fu" from the viewing platform. The itinerary for the day was also very easy. After that, we rushed to Anshun and stayed in Anshun at night. On the way, we participated in a bonfire meeting in the ancient town of Miaoling Tunbao near Anshun. Everyone sang and danced together, which was quite lively.
On June 21, I just arrived in Guiyang in the morning. Because I flew back to Hangzhou in the evening, I arranged a day trip to two scenic spots in Guiyang, Jiaxiu Tower and Qianlingshan Park. Jiaxiu Building is located in the urban area, a building of the Ming Dynasty. After taking pictures, I quickly completed the task of clocking in. This is the third time I have visited Qianlingshan Park. I have also been to Guiyang on business trips. This time I went again. I heard that last year the zoo introduced giant pandas and built a giant panda house. I went to see it. After entering the park, walk straight along the promenade. As always, there are monkeys on both sides of the tree and on the side of the road. Passers-by take snacks and throw them to the monkeys. The monkeys probably have more contact with people and are also bold. They eat them directly. People who eat them Monkey-like, very funny! Qianlingshan Park is very big. We walked for half an hour to the zoo and visited it. The panda house is at the innermost part. A fat panda is taking a nap with its back facing us. It’s a pity that we couldn’t take a photo of the front! Going back, you can climb the mountain or take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and have a bird's-eye view of Guiyang city. I didn't go up, I was too tired, so I just sat and rested. We arrived at the airport early in the afternoon. The plane departed at 19:30. As a result, due to the rain in Hangzhou and flow control, the plane from Hangzhou arrived one hour late. As a result, we boarded the plane at 23:00 in the evening, and sat in the cabin for more than half an hour. I just took off, and it was already 1:30 in the morning when I arrived in Hangzhou, and it was already 3:30 in bed after I got home and took a shower. I was so tired!
This trip to Guizhou was generally okay, except for the return flight delay. I personally feel that the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou is the place to go. For example, there are not many people who went to Xingyi in the southwestern part of Guizhou this time. Most of them went to Qianhu Miao Village in Xijiang in the southeastern part of Guizhou. There are also Fanjing Mountain and Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot in Libo. It is also a good choice.
