There were no customers in the store I went to at 5 o'clock. The boss even introduced that there was only one steamed bun left for today's staple food, which meant that the business was very good during the day, so he sat down.

After we sat down, 5-6 groups of guests came one after another, filling up the small shop, and finally the old couple who came first joined the other guests to share the table before all sat down. The dishes that everyone ordered were basically the same, and the same group-buying rolls were used in several waves. Later, the proprietress went out and bought 2 bags of steamed buns, which seemed to be consumed soon.

I ordered a two-person set meal online, which is really not expensive. It costs 57 yuan for 4 dishes, including the long-awaited peony jelly dish, boiled pork slices, fried balls in sour soup, and one is hawthorn soup (it’s not bad after a little taste in the store. , hot, sour and sweet, packed and brought back to the resident, intending to have supper; the result was thrown away the next morning). The only regret is that there is too much pepper, and the soup is sour. It seems that several dishes have the same taste. The only thing my wife likes is the burnt fried balls, and they are in their original state when they are hot and submerged in the soup. Later, I asked the proprietress and found out that it was made of vermicelli.

After eating the water banquet, my stomach was full but I didn’t feel full. I sent the packaged hawthorn soup back to the station (it’s only a 5-minute walk away) and then went to the snack street for a long time. I ate half a serving of pot stickers. My wife ate a shabu-shabu, and felt that it was no different from other snack streets, except that there were a lot of stalls (probably hundreds of them) and the price was relatively cheap.

The nine-day itinerary passed through Henan, Shanxi, and Shandong provinces, with a self-driving distance of 2,100 kilometers. The two people spent a total of 6,347 yuan. In addition to transportation expenses, board, lodging and play cost 2086 yuan. Details are given later.

A total of 432 A-level scenic spots in Henan responded positively to this event, free tickets for tourists from all over the country, accounting for 74.48% of the province's A-level scenic spots.

There are 19 5A-level scenic spots in the province, and 16 of them participated in free ticket activities, namely Longmen Grottoes, Longtan Grand Canyon, Baiyun Mountain, Laojun Mountain-Jiguan Cave Scenic Spot in Luoyang; Yaoshan Scenic Spot in Pingdingshan; Yinxu, Hongqi Canal in Anyang, Taihang Grand Canyon Scenic Area; Yuntai Mountain, Qingtian River, and Shennong Mountain Scenic Areas in Jiaozuo; Baligou Scenic Area in Xinxiang; Dinosaur Relics Garden and Laojieling Scenic Area in Nanyang; Mangdang Mountain Tourist Area in Shangqiu City;

From the idea of traveling to Henan to the trip, it took only a week, so that the boss who asked for leave from the company before departure was a little confused, why was he so eager to take annual leave all of a sudden. Let me tell you a little episode, I am ashamed to say that a week before departure, I, a self-proclaimed travel expert, didn't even know the existence of Laojun Mountain. When I was doing my homework before departure, I saw the fairyland-like existence of Laojun Mountain in the video on the Internet, especially when I saw the magnificent aerial pictures overlooking the Golden Summit and the sea of clouds, I was shocked at once. "Unparalleled holy land in the world, the world's first fairy mountain." Immediately made a decision to stay on Laojun Mountain for one night no matter what, and watch the sunrise and the sea of clouds in the morning.

Finally, after reading the introduction of various scenic spots on Ctrip and the evaluations of tourists, we initially selected 5 5A scenic spots to participate in the ticket-free activities, plus a Shaolin Temple that is not free of tickets but has been famous for a long time.

After determining the attractions to be visited, and then planning the route, I decided to rent a car at Zhengzhou Airport and drive by myself. Before departure, I only booked the first night’s accommodation in Luoyang, and decided to stay where I want to play. It’s not a problem to come to stay during the peak tourist season, let alone we have a car. I just paid special attention to the accommodation on Laojun Mountain. From the introduction, it seems that a bed is hard to find on the mountain during the peak season. I communicated with the owner of the villa on the mountain on WeChat in advance, and verbally booked a cabin for one night.

Because reservations for free tickets to various scenic spots can only be made three days in advance, and you have to download the "Henan Wenlvtong" applet on your mobile phone to make reservations, I decided to leave this work to my wife. Facts have proved that this is a very correct choice. She has successfully completed the work and booked all our planned and unplanned tickets in time. Kudos!

I just bought the tickets for the first stop Shaolin Temple on Ctrip. 70 tickets are not expensive, but I am a little surprised why Ctrip and tourists on the Internet don’t have a high evaluation of this attraction, so I lowered my expectations in due course.

During the week from the decision to go to Henan to the trip, as soon as I got home, I watched the introduction of various scenic spots and tourist reviews on Ctrip. Later, I found that Baidu Video can search for the introduction of various scenic spots and various "live" videos. The image of this scenic spot soon became three-dimensional, and my heart became more and more agitated. It turned out that Henan is so beautiful, has such a profound history, and has so many delicious foods.

Full of anticipation, this special value-for-money trip to Yujian Golden Autumn started early on the morning of October 16.

D1 Shaolin Temple + Luoyang Lijing Gate + Luoyi Ancient City

The first day of travel is often the time when the physical condition is the best and the desire to play is the strongest. And the many homework I did before this trip made my expectations for the first day not too high. The so-called higher expectations, greater disappointment, lowering expectations is often a good thing.

Arrived at Xinzheng Airport at 9:40 in the morning, and went directly to the parking lot to pick up the car without any checked luggage - I rented a white car with a basic price of 58 yuan a day, plus insurance and other miscellaneous fees. After 2100 kilometers, it is still worth it.

Pick up the car and go straight to Dengfeng Shaolin Temple - the place of childhood dreams, the place where the stories of too many film and television works take place.

Introduction to Shaolin Temple: In AD 495, when Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty moved his capital to Luoyang, he chose to build the temple in order to accommodate the eminent monk Batuo who came with him. The temple faced Shaoshi Mountain and Wuru Peak to the north, and was located in the dense forest at the foot of the mountain. Therefore, it is named Shaolin Temple. Climbing up the steps from the front of Shaolin Temple Mountain Gate, passing through the foyer, along the central axis, you will come to Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Cangjing Pavilion (Dharma Hall), Abbot’s Courtyard, Lixue Pavilion, and Thousand Buddha Hall (Western Saint Hall). Seven into the courtyard. Shaolin Temple has suffered several catastrophes in history. The most recent one was in 1928, when the warlords scuffled. Temple records, boxing records, etc. were burned to ashes. The existing buildings include Shanmen, Lixue Pavilion, Thousand Buddha Hall, etc., and other buildings were rebuilt later. It's almost noon at Shaolin Temple, it's time to eat. I can’t forget the stewed noodles in Henan, especially the stewed noodles with mutton. I have never eaten authentic stewed noodles during my business trips to Henan. The big bowl, the fragrant soup, the mutton hidden in the bottom of the bowl, and mixed with day lily , fungus, bean sprouts, vermicelli. . . Thinking about it, the halazi will flow out.

Based on experience, the restaurants next to the tourist attractions are often expensive and not delicious. I decided to turn to a densely populated place 7-8 kilometers away from the gate of Shaolin Temple to find a local authentic noodle restaurant for a full meal for the afternoon tour. Charge it. Turning off the main road, I searched for local delicacies on my mobile phone, and suddenly found that it was either fast food or takeaway nearby, or it was too far away, so I had to find a good parking place nearby and go to a restaurant. Finally, I found a small restaurant "Jin Jiang Hotel" near the street. There are six or seven small tables in the restaurant. In addition to all kinds of noodles, there are also stir-fried dishes and rice (the rice is called rice in the local area, which I have never noticed before), and there were no customers when we entered. However, after taking a look at the waiters who are over 50 years old and honest, 10 yuan for a bowl of mutton stewed noodles is really not expensive, so I decided to eat here.

I ordered a bowl of stewed noodles for 10 yuan, and my wife ordered braised beef noodles for 16 yuan. I read the menu and ordered a scrambled egg with acacia flower for 19 yuan. A hearty lunch is only 45 yuan. The stewed noodle soup tastes very good, the side dishes lack the typical day lily and fungus, and there is not much lamb, but it is only 10 yuan a bowl and you have to ride a bicycle! But my wife was a little dissatisfied with the braised beef noodles. There was no trace of beef in the noodles. I said the meat was hidden under the noodles. She followed her advice and found a few pieces of diced beef at the bottom of the bowl - I want to come to this year's beef is extremely expensive. The amount of Sophora scrambled eggs is extremely large, at least 4 eggs by visual inspection, and I immediately had the urge to pack it up and take it away. My wife complained that I ordered too much. I said it was not too much or too much, but I actually ate enough energy to support myself. Afterwards, almost every group of people who entered the store must order braised noodles, which proves that my choice is very wise.

After I was full, I bought drinks and water in the nearby small shop. The feeling of being full in the stomach immediately swelled up, and I was ready to visit the Shaolin Temple in the afternoon.

If I didn't drop by the way, to be honest, I don't want to come to Shaolin Temple on a special trip, and I don't want to destroy the image of this temple in my mind. You can feel the taste of Shaolin from a distance, and there are several Shaolin martial arts schools around the lunch area. The various signs on both sides of the road near Shaolin Temple can feel the strong taste.

The parking lot at the entrance is very large, and there are at least a few hundred cars parked here. It seems that even if you don’t participate in the free ticket activities, it doesn’t affect the bustling tourists here. There is a battery car at the gate where you can sit. I did my homework in advance and knew that the way in is not too long, so I didn’t take it when I went in. I planned to take it when I got tired from playing. But when I came back, I had to hang up to watch a martial arts performance halfway, and I didn't take the battery car on the return trip.

Several archways and mountain gates of Shaolin Temple are good places to take pictures. In addition, the stone monuments and ancient cypresses in the temple are also very good. Except for the Western Saint Hall, which was not burned down by the warlords, the rest of the buildings were rebuilt in recent years. the difference. But King Kong at the entrance impressed me deeply, his expression is really brilliant.

The footprints left by monks practicing kungfu in the West Hall of Saints are clearly visible, and there are finger holes on some other cypress trees, all of which are marks left by Shaolin martial arts.

In addition, finding the word "Shimin" on the stele left by Li Shimin is also considered the harvest of this trip.

The worldliness in the temple is not as much as the online complaints, but there are a few places to add bricks and tiles to the temple, but fortunately they are not disturbing the people. The most speechless is Tallinn. The resting place of eminent monks of the past dynasties has a tower embossed with airplanes, high-speed trains, and laptops. Isn’t this too advancing with the times?

After visiting the Shaolin Temple for 2 hours, there was nothing to go to. The scheduled Shaolin martial arts performance was reduced for no reason, and there was no notice or staff to explain in front of the martial arts hall, which made tourists The feeling is very uncomfortable. Although it is a free performance, I bought tickets to come in. Fortunately, I read some guides before I came and said that there are calligraphy and painting auctions before each performance. Ready to see the night view of Luoyi Ancient City!

There are two things worth commending about Shaolin Temple. One is that there is no disorderly expansion of the garden; the other is that there is no noisy music from "Shaolin, Shaolin" or "Shepherd Song" around the scenic spot, which disturbs my Buddhist meditation.

It was only 3:30 p.m. when I left Shaolin Temple. I suddenly wanted my wife to look for other free ticket attractions nearby, but I didn’t find a suitable one. I decided to go back to the Luoyang resident for a rest before going out for fun.

I did my homework in advance. The parking lot of the resident is the parking lot next to the Lijingmen Scenic Area. It takes about an hour and a half to navigate. Thinking rationally, it is time to go home.

Tonight's residence in Luoyang - Luohua Xianshe (the name is very literary and artistic, I like ING) is really in a great location, just on the old city pedestrian street next to Lijing Gate.
