Kazuo Travel Notes
Traveling through here, take the high-speed rail to Chaoyang, Liaoning, and then Chaoyang to Kazuo. Just pass by and have a look, no need to go there.
Day 1: Kazuo city tour
Jingyan Buddhist Pagoda, Tiancheng Temple, Lizhou Ancient City
The stupa of Jingyan Temple is in the school, look through the fence. School security won't let me in.
Tiancheng Temple: A small Taoist temple in ancient times, with small squares at the front and back. (see my review for details)
Lizhou Ancient City: The newly built ancient city has a tower and a small garden, and the night scene is good. (For details, see my review and video)
Riverside scenery: Opposite the ancient city is a river, and the riverside has a beautiful night scene with lighting design.
Day 2: Guanhai Jixiang Temple, Dongshanzui Ruins, Linghe First Bend, Pigeon Cave
Guanhai Jixiang Temple: A small Tibetan Buddhist temple, although small but complete, there are no tickets in the temple.
Dongshanzui Ruins: On a small hillside, there is a mini museum and the ruins behind are usually locked and guarded. No tickets. (see my review for details)
The first bay of Linghe: There is a fee to take a boat down the mountain here, so you don't need to take it. Drive directly up the mountain. Viewing the river bend from the pavilion on the top of the mountain is spectacular. No tickets. (For details, see my review and video)
Day 3: Longfeng Mountain
This is an undeveloped tourist place. The whole town is not big. First went to see a temple. Then looked at the museum.
After that, I chartered a car to the suburbs to see a scenic spot of Dongshan culture.
Overall, there are basically no tickets for scenic spots.
The scenic area is also relatively deserted. The view of the river bend is indeed beautiful. There are also some paid ships inside. You don't have to play. The cost of the whole journey is not high,
The price of hotels and hotels is also very cheap. It is recommended to come by car, the suburban road is relatively long. You can come when you pass by, there is no need to deliberately look at it.
This place brings together many ethnic minorities. You can try the local barbecue.
Board and lodging: Over 100 people in the hotel lived well, my friend snatched a 58 special room. It is very cheap to take a taxi for several people in the urban area. Suburbs require self-driving. The meal group had a special fish pot cake with more than 30 per person. This place is cheap. Live 100\ days, eat 70\ days. The suburban fare is 120 for two days. Roughly calculate the cost of more than 500 (not counting the train fare).
Introduction of Kazuo
Kazuo is the abbreviation, the full name is: Harqin Zuoyi Mongolian Autonomous County. It was called Lizhou in ancient times. So there is the ancient city of Nali Prefecture.
This place belongs to Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Here archaeological discovery of the famous Hongshan cultural site. Minority Autonomous County. Kazuo produces purple sand.
Note: All places will be temporarily closed during the epidemic. The scenic spots in the suburbs are suitable for self-driving or chartered cars. It is recommended to pass by and have a look, there is no need to make a special trip. Many places are undeveloped and barren.
