Beijing, an extremely heavy city, has been precipitated for thousands of years. It is an international metropolis with a traditional Chinese flavor and a modern metropolis. Food
The most characteristic delicacies in Beijing are hot-boiled lamb and roast duck.
There are many snacks, but they are not necessarily suitable for the taste of the public:
Such as soybean juice, coke ring, fried liver, fried belly, moiwowo, donkey rolling, sugar fire, pea yellow, stewed, fried enema...
Beijing Roast Duck - a must-eat when you come to Beijing. My friend said that if you don’t eat Beijing Roast Duck, you have never been to Beijing. Roast duck is basically Quanjude and Bianyifang. Each has its own advantages. I think Quanjude is better.
In addition to roast duck, you must try the old Beijing copper pot shabu-shabu. Don’t ask why, because you can’t eat it except in Beijing. For old Beijing shabu-shabu, I recommend Xiyuanju in Qianmen. It is said that the century-old store is very authentic.
Shopping
There are also many old Beijing features that can be bought home as souvenirs.
Food: Jingbai pear, candied fruit, Poria biscuits, Erguotou, Peking duck, Daoxiangcun cakes
Souvenirs: early folk customs or court objects (imitation), cloisonné handicraft products, rabbit doll ornaments, Beijing dough figures, inside-painted snuff bottles, hairy monkeys, old Beijing cloth shoes, etc.

Day 1
This transfer to Beijing is to take a young literary and artistic youth to visit Beijing again. I have been to the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace. If you have friends who come to Beijing for the first time and like these lines, don’t miss it.
In the afternoon, check into the hotel near the Bird's Nest, settle down, and go directly to dinner.
On the way from the hotel to the Bird's Nest, there are many restaurants. We chose a Beijing restaurant. Of course, we have to try Beijing cuisine when we come to Beijing.
The old Beijing restaurant is called Beiping Restaurant.
The interior decoration is full of Beijing taste
Old Beijing fried tripe, also known as tripe, is boiled in water and eaten with sesame sauce or chili oil.
Dipping mahjong is my favorite food.
Jiaohuan and bean juice... Few outsiders can accept soy sauce, but Jiaohuan is still very popular, it is fragrant and crunchy.
Traditional Peking Sauce Shredded Pork
the bird's nest
After drinking and eating, continue to the east and walk to the Olympic Sports Center.
The Olympic Park is very large, located at the northern end of the central axis of Beijing, stretching to the south bank of Qinghe River in the north, Beitucheng Road in the south, Anli Road and Beichen East Road in the east, Lincui Road and Beichen West Road in the west, covering a total area of 11.59 square thousand rice.
The Beijing Olympic Park is divided into three parts: the Olympic Forest Park in the north, the central area in the middle, and the Olympic Sports Center in the south.
The Olympic Sports Center includes (Bird's Nest, Water Cube, National Stadium, National Convention Center Fencing Hall, Olympic Sports Center Stadium, Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, Yingdong Swimming Pool, Olympic Park Archery Range, Olympic Park Tennis Court, Olympic Park Hockey Field, etc. 10 Olympic competition venues. In addition, there are 7 non-competition venues including the Olympic Main Press Center, International Broadcasting Center, Olympic Reception Center, Olympic Village, etc.)
The sky is gray, and there is not a lot of people in the Bird's Nest, and there are a lot of people in the peak tourist season.
The sky is getting darker, the bird's nest is lit up, and the colorful colors are still quite beautiful.
It was dark and there were not many people.
Olympic Museum
The Colorful Linglong Tower is also a beautiful landscape of the Olympic Sports Center. It is the tallest building in the Olympic Park. During the Olympic Games, it used to be a multi-functional studio center.
Olympic Park Central Area
Go down from the Xin'ao Shopping Center and walk into the Sunken Garden Plaza, where you can enjoy one-stop shopping and entertainment. The subway "Olympic Park" station is just below.
Day 2 Front Door
Qianmen Street is a famous commercial street in Beijing. Located on the central axis of the capital, it starts from Zhengyangmen Archery Tower in the north, ends at Tiantan Road in the south, and connects with Tianqiao South Street. Before the construction of the outer city in the 29th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1550), it was the royal road for the emperor to go out to the Temple of Heaven and the Altar of Mountains and Rivers. After the construction of the outer city, it became the main north-south streets of the outer city. People commonly call it Qianmen Street. The street is 1660 meters long and the carriageway is 20 meters wide. From the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China, it was called Zhengyangmen Street. In 1965, it was officially named Qianmen Street.
Next to the front door is Dashilan Commercial Street
Features: time-honored specialty products, the cakes in Daoxiang Village (three grains in the logo circle) are authentic, you can buy some special products as gifts
old beijing candied haws
old beijing popsicles
After visiting Dashilan at noon, there is already a place for lunch
Xiyuanju Old Beijing shabu-shabu, their main specialty is shabu-shabu in a copper pot, a famous century-old restaurant, it is one of the most characteristic delicacies in Beijing
Xiyuanju Old Beijing Shabu Meat came early today, so there were not many people queuing up today.
We came to this old Beijing copper hot pot recommended by friends in Beijing. It is on the 2nd floor of No. 2, Qianmen Street. The interior decoration of the restaurant is dominated by the red of the city wall and the yellow of the royal family, and the decoration is quite royal. Starlings, graffiti, ornaments, hanging pictures and menus all create a fun atmosphere.
Xiyuanju Old Beijing Shabu Meat
Every table of Xiyuanju Old Beijing Hot Pot has a delicate bright copper hot pot dish. The hot pot is made like a handicraft, which is pleasing to the eye.
We ordered the traditional clear soup pot, our own Baitian sheep, our own fresh brains, tender beef, hand-made slides, and some vegetables and snacks~
Xiyuanju old Beijing meat-boiled tableware is all this kind of bright yellow porcelain tableware. In the capital city, I always feel a trace of royal atmosphere haha~
While tasting the snacks, the meat we ordered will be served.
The mutton in Xiyuanju's old Beijing shabu-shabu restaurant is from their own sheep raised on the grassland. We tasted fresh lamb tendon, lamb brain and so on. The cut method of each part of mutton is different. Some are cut into thin strips, and some are cut into round slices.
Lamb tendon has the most crisp and tender meat, while lamb brain has the most fat.
Xiyuanju Old Beijing Hot Pork Sesame Sauce is the most classic mutton partner, which can cover the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance.
Xiyuanju Old Beijing Shabu Meat
Xiyuanju old Beijing shabu-shabu, after simmering the meat, the soup base becomes more flavorful. Can't wait to pass the shrimp slip~ This shrimp slip is made of real ingredients, you can eat fresh shrimp, and the taste is springy
Deliciousness is often known only after you have tried it. The ingredients of Xiyuanju are very fresh, especially the cold fresh hand-cut meat in their store. It tastes great with the sesame sauce in the store. And the amount of food is also very affordable.
After dinner, I took the subway to Luoguxiang~
Nanluoguxiang:
Nanluoguxiang is an alley located in the Jiaodaokou area on the east side of Beijing's central axis, from Gulou East Street in the north to Ping'an Street in the south. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Beijing, but now it is overcrowded. On the main street of Nanluoguxiang, all kinds of snacks and tourist souvenirs are scattered here, especially in the peak season, almost all of them are crowded with tourists.
Did you see Nanluoguxiang like this? ………………
Or is it like this? ...
If your answer is: "Yes, that's it."
So I regret to tell you that this trip to Nanluoguxiang was in vain.
The real Nanluoguxiang runs north-south, with 8 hutongs neatly arranged in the east and west in a "fishbone shape", continuing the "chessboard" pattern since ancient times. The whole block looks like a big centipede, so it is also called Centipede Street.
Every small alley has its history and stories. If you just take a look at the flowers, if you just eat a bunch of snacks from other places on the street and buy a bunch of souvenirs that can be bought everywhere, then go to Wangfujing. , the real Nanluoguxiang belongs to young people who are full of literature and art at heart.
Leveling point stone.
The benchmarking point of Beijing is the reference point for measuring the altitude of the Beijing area. This stele was a product of the period of the Republic of China from 1914 to 1916. At that time, there were more than 80 steles for surveying and mapping by the Kyoto Municipal Office, with an accuracy of 1%. At present, there are no more than three such steles left in Beijing.
All kinds of antiquities at a glance
Walking into Centipede Alley, the world instantly quiets down.
Fuxiang Temple. At first, it was donated by the public eunuchs for Ming Yingzong's birthday, and the imperial gift was "Fuxiang Temple". Now there is only one dilapidated site, and there are several existing mountain gates, Bingfang, Tianwangdian, Dongbeidian and Dongyuanfang.
The remaining ceiling murals in the hall.
There are still many stories about the eight hutongs in Nanluoguxiang. For reasons of space, I will write another chapter dedicated to Nanluoguxiang. Interested students can continue to pay attention.
In fact, some people must still be concerned about how to take good-looking pictures in Nanluo Ancient Lane, right? They are all dilapidated and old houses, so how can we pretend to be forceful? How can I pretend to be in this messy crowd?
In fact, there is no problem at all, (as I said before) as long as you leave the main road, there are scenery everywhere, quiet scenery.
The flowers in front of Yuer Hutong Youth Hostel became props.
There are too many places in Nanluogu Lane where young literary and artistic youths are young and fresh, please pick up your camera and dig around.
bell tower
After visiting Nanluoguxiang, come out from the north exit to Gulou East Street, and walk west (to the left) for about ten minutes, and you can see the corresponding Bell and Drum Towers corresponding to each other.
The north is the Bell Tower, and the south is the Drum Tower. (Grey Bell Tower, Red Drum Tower) set ticket is 30 yuan. In fact, I have seen too many bell towers and drum towers, and it is enough to visit here outside.
Go around the Drum Tower and come to his back. The one where the photo is standing is Di'anmen Wai Street, walk a few tens of meters to the south
On Di'anmenwai Street, walk a few tens of meters to the south, and you will see a flower archway. This is Yandai Xiejie, and there are still many tourists.
No. 19 Di'anmen Wai Street Ji
From the end of the Qing Dynasty to the 1920s and 1930s, Yandai Xiejie mainly sold dry pipes, hookahs and other smoking sets, antiques, calligraphy and painting, mounted paintings, stationery and snacks, and service industries. The more famous cultural street in Beicheng, Beijing.
There is a service to write auspicious characters for free on postcards purchased at the door.
Grandpa Rabbit in the Old Customs of Beijing~
Every day on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, every family will worship her and serve her delicious melons, fruits and beans to reward her for the auspiciousness and happiness she brings to the world, and affectionately call her "Master Rabbit". Son".
Grandpa Rabbit comes from a legend.
One year, a plague suddenly broke out in the city of Beijing. Almost every family got it, but it couldn't be cured. Seeing this scene, Chang'e felt very sad, so she sent the jade rabbit beside her to treat the common people. Yutu turned into a young girl, and she went from house to house and cured many people. In order to thank Yutu, people gave her things one after another; but Yutu didn't want anything, just borrowed clothes from others, and changed her clothes every time she went, sometimes dressed like an oil seller, sometimes like a fortune teller .
There are also many gadgets here, all of which are exquisite and cute, and you can take one home according to your preference.
Shichahai
After walking a few hundred meters of Yandai Xiejie, you can see Shichahai (Houhai) when you turn to the left. The bar street in Houhai is distributed on both sides.
At the junction of Chaqianhai and Houhai, there is a stone bridge shaped like silver ingots: Yinding Bridge, which is called Yinding Bridge because it looks like silver ingots. It is one of the scenery of Shichahai and one of the Eight Small Scenic Spots of Yanjing.
There are many drivers in Houhai who ride tricycles around Houhai and give you a brief explanation of the story and history of Houhai. The round is well worth it.
After crossing the Yinding Bridge, go south along the "sea" and you will come to the lotus market. It is midsummer and the lotus is officially in bloom.
The film version of "If You Are the One 1" was filmed here, feel it.
We walked down these few places at a slow speed, and the day has been used up.
In the afternoon, we chose "Jiumen Snacks", which is a little famous in Houhai
All I eat are Beijing snacks, but I am disappointed
Jiao ring, sour plum soup, boiled tofu, and various snacks. The taste is not very good, there are not many varieties, and the popularity is not very strong, so I will not come again next time.
The alley at night is another flavor.
3rd day
798 Art District should be the favorite of young people who are both literary and non-literary. Young literary and artistic youth come to observe, not non-literary and artistic youth come to pretend, it is a place not to be missed. The Art District is located in Dashanzi District, Jiuxianqiao Street, Chaoyang District, so it is also called Dashanzi Art District. It was originally the site of the old factories of the electronics industry such as the former state-owned 798 factory. Fang has now become a new landmark of Beijing's urban culture.
There are batches of art exhibitions and various art forms. Different works of art will be presented in different time periods, and it is worth visiting often.
Many of the galleries here are the original appearance of the factory at that time. After simple and rough decoration, they have become a display platform for artists.
Some exhibition halls completely maintained the original appearance of the German construction factory, without changing any structure, and looked full of art.
Various graffiti outside
Everywhere.
Various avant-garde artworks displayed

798 can stroll slowly for an hour to half a day according to needs. After coming out, you can go to a very clean, close and worth visiting museum: China Film Museum. Film Expo is at No. 9 Nanying Road, Chaoyang District
It is more than four kilometers away from 798, and it costs about 18 yuan to take a taxi.
If you don’t go by 798, take Metro Line 10 to Liangma Bridge, and you can take buses 402, 418, 688, etc., get off at Nangao Station, and go to the Pedestrian Museum.
The Movie Expo is relatively large, so it is recommended to wear casual flat shoes on this day, because you need to walk a lot, and it will take about two hours to walk around. If time permits, you can arrange more time appropriately.
The Film Expo has four floors and twenty exhibition halls, and the exhibition halls on each floor are different.
Everything about the film world is recorded here. You can have a comprehensive understanding of the development of the film and the shooting process. The layout of the entire venue is very reasonable and comfortable. It is a good place to visit.
The first step is to simulate and restore the filming scene of the film and television drama.
Photographic equipment display

Experience the post-production video synthesis effect, and the children had a great time.
Show shooting scenes in various special environments.
