Mysterious Tour of Guizhou 4. The small seven holes flow through ancient and modern times

On May 7, I got up early and walked on the streets of Libo County, anxious to find a car, and went to Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot, which is 28 kilometers away from the county.

Looking at the urban area where modern buildings are mixed with wooden buildings and black tiles, on the straight, curved, wide and narrow, flat and sloping streets, outdated vehicles of different sizes drive densely and sometimes sparsely. Stop to take the minivan to Xiaoqikong.

"I heard that there is a large seven hole, is it far from the small seven hole?" I asked.

"After seeing the small seven holes, there is no need to look at the big seven holes, they are almost the same!" the driver replied.

It seems that the driver of the minivan is taking the Xiaoqikong special line, so there is no need for him to make trouble for passengers.

The minivan ran lightly, and the few travelers who had never met before stared out the window. They were getting farther and farther away from the county seat nestled in the high mountains, and the road became narrower and narrower. The car passed the bridgehead of a Miao village that has been built into a scenic spot, and a small blue river leaped into view from the gentle area among the mountains. The car went along the green river bank covered by trees and grass to the gate of the huge Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in the shape of an ancient archway.

Does "Small Seven Holes" refer to a cave with seven holes? Or a dam with seven outlet holes? Or is it a strange peak with seven holes? I guessed.

When I bought the ticket and saw a bridge immersed in water printed on the ticket, I realized that the image of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area represented a bridge with seven bridge holes—the Xiaoqikong Bridge.

Enter the gate of the archway, take a sightseeing tour bus (the car is driven all the way to the scenic spot of Wolongtan in the westernmost section of the scenic spot, and then let tourists travel from west to east from Wolongtan, there will be scenic buses between each scenic spot Connect one by one, you can choose to walk to the next scenic spot, or you can choose to take the bus to the next scenic spot), not long after, get off the bus and go straight for several hundred meters, the scenic spot line indicates that it is going to turn left. On the right side of this place, there is a towering bridge across the other side of the small river. Its span is modern, and a hole accommodates a river. This is the first scenic spot in the scenic spot - a very majestic Tonggu Bridge.

Tonggu Bridge is the treasure of the village

In the eyes of the Yao people, the bronze drum is a gift from the gods. It is the best choice for towns and a symbol of power. The bridge body of the Tonggu Bridge here adopts the shape of Yaoshan Tonggu at both ends, so it is named after it.

Look at the totem pole at the head of the bridge. The relief pattern on it symbolizes the dignity of the Yao people. It has strong local characteristics and is also a unique and ancient national culture.

Walking on the Tonggu Bridge, I was swaying, and I dared not go after a few steps, but those Yao compatriots came and went, and they walked very happily. On the other side connected by this hole bridge is a house that can be lived in.

Tourists are taking pictures, and local residents walk across the Tonggu Bridge. The river under the bridge is very clear.

From the steep slope of the bridge head of this hole bridge to the river bank, it is found that this hole bridge is riding a relatively large river, and there is a smaller creek on the left bank. Turn left and walk a hundred steps along the creek. The smaller stream flows with clear water, and the river bed where the streams and rivers meet narrows instantly. At the mouth of the creek, I counted and found that there are exactly 7 oval bridge holes.

This ancient bridge was built in the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty. There are several beautiful legends, most of which are love stories.

The Small Seven-Arch Bridge is also called the Bridge of Loyalty.

Don't think that there are only 7 holes here. In fact, this is a bridge with a story. It is said that a young couple fell in love here, but they could not stay together until old age due to external pressure. But for the sake of love, the two flew far away and escaped from this bridge. Since then, they have wandered all over the world and stayed together for a lifetime. Therefore, this bridge was called "the Bridge of Loyalty" by later generations.

Below the antique bridge is the famous Hanbitan, which is sparkling and reflects the tourists on the ancient bridge.

The ancient bridge, which looks very thin, has stood still under the flood and rain for so many years, which shows the exquisite craftsmanship at that time.

The water sleeps quietly on its back under the bridge hole, and the small bridge body is covered by trees on both sides. There is an open space halfway up the wall, and many tourists look down and take pictures of the Xiaoqikong Bridge. There is a brief introduction to the Xiaoqikong Bridge on the stone wall. It turns out that the bridge was built in the Qing Dynasty. Back then, it used to be a passage for the border residents of Guizhou and Guangxi provinces to communicate with each other. From the eyes of those days, the bridge was spectacular and wide. In the ancient years of tribal rule, the 7 holes of the bridge, like the seven stars shining in the sky, convey the great joy of the unification of China.

(Spent money to take a picture)

The road that tourists walk is a modern version of cement. The water flowing from the rock crevices on the half slope of the mountain, some of which form a waterfall (such as Laya Waterfall, 68-level waterfall), and some in the Gurgling down the grass (such as Xiangshui waterfall).

The mountains are getting higher and higher, and the road is getting higher and higher, and sometimes the dangerous mountains on both sides give way back to make room for passers-by. I saw that some of the open land was made into a wetland scattered with stones and flowing streams. There were scattered trees standing on the stones, and grasses shaking their heads in the water... This is the water forest.

The water forest is a place for tourists to wade in. In such a spiritual place, it is worthwhile to get wet shoes and socks.

Walking here, you will see an emerald barrier formed by dense trees and shrubs, interspersed with clear river water, and there is a feeling of "water flows on stones, trees grow on water".

The water forest with upper and lower sections can be said to be the most interesting scenic spot in Xiaoqikong. Walking along the creek and walking on the trails flooded by water, take off your shoes at this time, and enjoy the fun of playing in the water.

The intertwined trees and vines on the stones are intertwined in the mountain stream, and the stone piers scattered in the water flow form the promenade of the water forest, and you can go to the next scenic spot along the way. People trek through the forest on the water, wading through the stream and wading through the water, and if they accidentally slip on their feet, the water will not be very deep, which is quite interesting.

Summarized in modern terms, this is a typical karst landform with water. Sightseeing buses are used for us to travel in sections, and we can see the world for hundreds of years. Tourists visited Laya Waterfall, 68-level Waterfall Waterfall, Xiangshui Waterfall, Guibei Mountain Primitive Forest, Water Forest, Cuigu Waterfall, Wolongtan Waterfall, Yuanyang Lake and other scenic spots.

Raya Waterfall - like a woman's soft curly hair.

Waterfalls are the most popular attractions for tourists in summer, and so is Raya Waterfall. It is extremely spectacular, like a woman's soft curly hair, standing under the waterfall and looking up, the sprayed water mist is floating, bringing a cool breath to the passing tourists, and can let you wash away the heat of Zhengchen.

Continue to go down, and the 68-level waterfall slowly spreads under your feet. This is the habitat of precious salamanders, and it is also a place where experts call it a rare dense waterfall in the country.

In addition to the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, the most famous one is the Wolongtan Waterfall.

It is said that Wolongtan looks like Jiuzhaigou. Why do you say that? It is because the lake water is mysterious and charming under the light and shadow. The blue water color, lying quietly among the mountains, rivers and jungles, is like a fairyland, which is amazing. Although the water will become a little cloudy after the heavy rain, the water mist that comes out perfectly solves this defect and embellishes a different aesthetic feeling.

Wolongtan is very deep, just like an underground abyss. Even when there is a flood, the surface of the lake is as calm as a mirror. There are many strange rocks and ancient trees on the shore. The water is crystal clear like a gemstone. And Wolongtan Waterfall, like a comb, is a simple beauty.

Cuigu Waterfall is a stream of water pouring down from the mountain. The white water flow shuttles among the emerald green trees, which looks very elegant. Green mountains, blue sky, white waterfalls, people are in the scene, and the scene is in the heart. Many people take pictures and play in the water here.

The original plants are densely covered on Guibei Mountain, and there are also many monstera here.

The tour bus on the return trip took us to the mountain lake under the mountain peak, which is called Yuanyang Lake. Yuanyang Lake is a labyrinth-like water network composed of two large lakes and four small lakes in series. There are narrow waterways and open lakes. Unfathomable and wild. So there is a saying that goes like this: When you go down the Yuanyang Lake, the white-haired old man becomes a teenager.

The lake cannot be seen at a glance. The water belt of more than ten meters wide surrounds the steep hills. The staff of the scenic spot ask tourists to put on life jackets and go boating. I didn't dare to go boating on a lake with a water depth of 30 to 40 meters, so I walked along the edge of Yuanyang Lake and saw another scene - I don't know if it was an old tree that was blown down by the wind or felled by humans, not a volleying tree. Above the sidewalk is to stand under your feet. In the middle of the day, I left a frozen memory of the broken tree in the mountains and lakes.

Going back, the rotation of the wheel is faster than the cycle of the sun and the moon, and we have returned to modern times in ten minutes. On the way back to Libo County, I saw a sign saying "Daqikong Scenic Spot" on one side. It seems that there is no time to take care of it. Maybe the bridge hole of the big seven-hole bridge is a little bigger than the small seven-hole bridge hole that I have seen.

Regardless of the size of the bridge hole, it can be regarded as having experienced hundreds of years of life, at least it is the memory of the mountains and rivers in the Ming and Qing Dynasties!
