At the beginning of April, I decided to go to Kenting for the National Day holiday (I traveled west with a group tour 9 years ago), fearing that the ticket price would increase, so I used my passport to book a flight ticket from Hong Kong to Kaohsiung (you need to bring your passport when you depart, depending on the airline, It is OK to use the pass and Taiwan entry permit for the rest of the gates, and you need to fill in the entry paper when returning to Hong Kong), and then apply for the Taiwan pass and personal G visa in the middle of the month, and apply for the Taiwan entry permit in September. When the personal G visa was stopped in August, many people misunderstood that it was the suspension of independent travel. Due to the actual situation, I was a little worried about part of the itinerary before departure.

Day 1: Going out at 4:00, driving from Guangzhou to Shenzhen Bay. Unexpectedly, due to the fireworks display at night, the Sunrise Theater Park and the parking lot of the gate itself were closed. Fortunately, we spent some money in the nearby community to let us in. The indoor parking lot is only 20 Yuan a day. It took a little time to pass the customs, so I gave up the familiar bus and took a taxi directly to the airport (350 Hong Kong dollars), and the journey went smoothly.

The flight at 10:40 is on time. There is an exchange point at Kaohsiung Airport, and the exchange rate is good. Buy a 7-day phone card (450 Taiwan dollars, unlimited data, including 100 yuan call fee), and buy a Kenting Express round-trip ticket at the counter next to Gate 5 (600 Taiwan dollars Taiwan dollars), when the time comes, they will take us to the car. It takes 2 hours to arrive at Dawan, Kenting (the shuttle bus does not stop here, but the driver knows our hotel and stops at the light spot), after getting off the bus, have dinner at the nearby pan-sear restaurant, and then go to Xiadu Beach Hotel, we stayed here for three nights. Go out for a walk in the street at night.

Then go to Houbi Lake (the beach next to it is very suitable for snorkeling by yourself), return to Nanwan, and hotel buffet at night, generally.
