In addition to the barbecue restaurant on the top of the mountain, there are wooden houses and reading rooms! After enjoying the barbecue, it is also a special taste to go to the wooden house for a short rest, or go to the reading room to read books or something.
The total length from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain is about 5 kilometers. Beginners generally choose the primary road "Changlong Road", which is safe and secure.
I was a little nervous because I was skating so long for the first time, and my legs were sore because of the wrong force. I took a rest for a while, and there was a small wooden cabin with a beautiful view in the middle of the slide, where I could sit and rest with a drink.
The first time I fell was because I didn’t control the speed well. I was too flustered all of a sudden. In order not to let myself fly out of the slide, the coach didn’t have time to save me from behind, so I used a self-rescue method. I fell, and I had to climb wherever I fell stand up!
After falling a few times, I will gain experience, and gradually I will not be so nervous... Later, the coach took care of me very closely and did not let me fall again. It took about an hour or two to slide down from the top of the mountain. The whole process was quite interesting, and it was definitely an unforgettable skiing experience~
