Day 6 Wildlife Park, Badaling
On June 21, I checked out early in the morning, and after saying goodbye to Brother Sun and his wife, I got into Master Yu's car and set off for Beijing. First came to the wildlife park, which is the famous zoo where the couple quarreled and the wife was bitten by a tiger when she got out of the car. , it seems that there should be no danger, I don't know if it was surrounded after the accident.
There are three impressive things in the zoo: 1. Next to the ostrich is the emu. When I was watching the emu, I saw the bullying in the animal world for the first time. One emu kept pecking the head of another The neck was already dripping with blood, but the one that was pecked had no sense of resistance except running around and hiding. It seemed that it had been a day or two since it was bullied. The son and daughter felt sad watching the emu being bullied. We watched it for a long time, but there was no way to help it. We could only watch it being bullied, and finally walked away helplessly. As sad as it is to see animals being bullied, it is even more sad to think about the kids who are being bullied at school!
The one on the left is just bullying others, and the one on the right is being bullied.
2. When the car drove to the pony area, ponies kept blocking our car, preventing our car from passing. Master Yu rolled down the window and kept chasing them away, but they were not afraid. Instead, they looked at us cutely with their big eyes with long eyelashes, meaning I am so cute, why don’t you give me something to eat? Woolen cloth? It made us all embarrassed, yeah, why didn't we prepare some food for the cute pony? After finally driving this horse away, within two steps, another horse stopped in front, and it took a little time to finally pass that area. Thinking about it, people often feed them with food from the car, so I am used to "if you want to pass by, stay and buy road food".
3. Peacock Valley, it’s really peacocks, and they like to spread their tails, but they don’t like to take pictures with people. If you find that you want to include their beautiful figures with their tails in your shot, they will turn around quickly and leave you with one bare ass.
After lunch, we watched the circus performance again. Before watching it, I told the children that although you may be very happy watching it, the animals are actually very cruel when they are trained. And when a man and a woman performed high-altitude acrobatics, there was neither a safety rope nor a safety net. It was a desperate performance. I haven't seen a circus performance for many years. When I saw the finale performance of four tigers and a lion that day, I was also very shocked. Another feeling is that I don’t know whether this circus or all circuses in China are like this. There is no such thing as a long-winded opening and ending. The show starts and the curtain calls after the show. It is not procrastinating at all. It feels very worthwhile. fare.
After coming out of the zoo, I went directly to the Badaling Great Wall next to it. Because I arrived very late, the cable car went up and down, and I only climbed one slope, Haohan Slope. Fortunately, it was cloudy, so the weather was particularly cool. Looking at the Great Wall from a high place, it was half hidden in the clouds and mist, and it was as beautiful as a fairyland.
After coming down from Badaling, I drove to Beijing. Because Master Yu's car number was limited, he couldn't enter the urban area, so he found a taxi and dropped us off at the Sixth Ring Road. This taxi driver gave me a very bad impression. First, he said that our chartered car fare was so expensive, so he only went to the Sixth Ring Road and dropped us off. Then he asked him how the fare was calculated. My husband said to run according to the meter. , I pay as much as I want, but it turned out to be catching up with the rush hour, especially when entering the second ring road and approaching the Park Plaza Hotel, there was a lot of traffic, and the taxi fare cost nearly 200 yuan in the end. On the way, the old man riding a three-wheeler began to scold him because the taxi didn't let him. The taxi driver saw that there were too many people, so he endured it first. After they left, he started to scold him non-stop. In short, it felt too bad up.
Fortunately, the Park Plaza Hotel did not disappoint us. The room is also a suite, with a large double bed and a single bed, and the bathroom is very large. After a short rest, we walked from the hotel to Quanjude on Wangfujing Pedestrian Street to eat roast duck. Although it was already 8 o'clock in the evening, we had to wait for 20 minutes for a table after we got the number. We only ordered a roast duck, and to be honest, I can't really love roast duck. Whether it's duck skin dipped in sugar or duck meat wrapped in pancakes, it's too greasy for me. Then there is a pot of tea, the asking price is 68 or 58, and it is full of tea dust. My husband was so angry that he complained in their guest book. The remaining half of the duck was packed, but it was also thrown away in the end. On the contrary, the buns from Goubuli next door packed by the foodie husband are really delicious, better than the roast duck.
Day 7 Forbidden City and Military Museum
On June 22, the sun was scorching hot. After breakfast at the hotel early in the morning, I took the subway to the Forbidden City. To say that the location of Park Plaza Hotel is still very good, just next to Dengshikou Subway Station, it is very convenient to go anywhere. After exiting the Tiananmen East subway station, soon there were police officers checking documents and packages. When we came to Tiananmen Square, my husband's patriotic feelings came again, and he insisted on grabbing us to take pictures, but my children and I had already lost all mood due to the heat and the sun. After exchanging tickets and renting four more automatic guides, our trip to the Forbidden City officially started, but there were too many people and the sun was too poisonous. No matter how much ice cream we ate or how many cold drinks we drank, our daughter seemed to be suffering from heat stroke The little face was hot to the touch, and finally we returned the same way before we even got to the gate of the Qing Dynasty. On the way out, I complained to my son and daughter, and I said don’t come, it’s too hot, and your father insisted on coming, and said that he came to Beijing, but not the Forbidden City, does that count as a visit? A young man next to me should have come with his girlfriend. After hearing what I said, he secretly smiled.
After leaving the Forbidden City, it was still early, and my son likes weapons, so we decided to go to the Military Museum. Fortunately, it was air-conditioned, and I felt much better. My son and husband watched it for four hours. I was not interested. In my eyes, those different types of guns and tanks were the same, and they didn’t look good. After watching it, my husband couldn't help sighing that his son's weapon knowledge is much richer than his. It seems that those YouTube videos are not for nothing.
I had an early dinner. I wanted to eat at Wangfujing Snack Street. Unfortunately, it seemed to be under renovation. There were only a few shops open, so I bought a bowl of Baodu and two cups of pearl milk tea. Later, I went to a shop selling fried noodles opposite Quanjude. Although the environment is okay, the taste can only be said to be so-so, so I don’t recommend it.
Day 8 Nanluoguxiang and Houhai
On June 23, the sun was still scorching hot, because our train left at 5:00 pm, so we could not go too far. We consulted the hotel staff and suggested that we go to Nanluoguxiang. I still took the subway, changed to Line 4, got out of the station, found two cars, I can’t remember exactly, it seems to be 150 yuan a car, and it took a total of one hour to talk about something like the young master at home. The east house, so it is called Shaodong’s house, the house of several officials, the number of nails on the door, how deep the door is, common sense, and so on. In addition, I also took a look at Wen Tianxiang’s former residence. In short, I feel okay, sitting in the car is still relatively cool, and then I saw the house of Guo Jingjing’s mother-in-law’s house. In order to prevent people from peeping, the outer walls of the entire house were sealed up, and it smelled like a courtyard. The privileged class.
There is a well-known elementary school near Nanluoguxiang. It is said that the students' families are either rich or expensive.
If you talk about Houhai, it should be no different from other lakes. If there is no other place to go, you can just come and play. But my son is interested in everything that can be driven, so it's not a waste of time for us. We rented an electric boat, about 300 for an hour, the boat can only move forward at a very slow speed, and we only circled the back sea twice, especially near the shore, where the aquatic plants grow very tall and entangled With the propellers in, the boat could barely move forward. What is more interesting is seeing local people swimming in Houhai with their puppies. One of the white puppies swims fast and well, it's really cute.
Houhai returned to the hotel after rowing at three o’clock. I wanted to take the subway to Beijing South Railway Station, but felt that our suitcases were too big and it was inconvenient to go up and down, so I decided to take a taxi there, thinking it was still early , there should be no traffic jam, but when it was about 200 meters away from the South Railway Station, it stopped moving at all, and finally got out of the car and walked over with luggage. For the city of Beijing, I still can't fall in love with it, maybe because I have never lived in such a big city, so I feel very inconvenient.
So far, our trip to grassland, Zhangjiakou and Beijing has come to a successful conclusion.
Finally, I would like to praise my hometown Qingdao. It has really become better and more beautiful in recent years. I still hope to return to live in this beautiful coastal city after retirement.
These photos were all taken at the beach near my home, on an ordinary June morning. No retouching, no makeup, everything is the most natural and the most beautiful.
