Before, I hadn’t paid much attention to Guizhou. I always felt that in the southwest of the motherland, Jiuzhaigou was the most magnificent; Looking at mountains and rivers, after gradually walking through Jiuzhai, Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Yunnan, etc., I seem to have reached a "bottleneck period" for natural landscapes.

In November, I had a few days free by a coincidence. Isn't this a good time to go out on a staggered peak? After I kept looking at the guides of scenic spots at home and abroad, the magnificent photos of Huangguoshu Waterfall and the leisurely scenery of Miao Village made me notice Guizhou. Found out, maybe this is a good choice. So there was this fascinating trip to Guizhou. Although the journey was tough, I really don't regret it.

Before leaving, with the "help" of the predecessors, I found that Guiyang is basically in the center of Guizhou, and the beautiful and unique scenic spots are basically dotted around Guiyang. After many considerations, I chose to sign up for a local tour group to avoid the trouble of transferring in the middle. It was definitely the right choice.

In the end, the itinerary basically looks like this:

Day 1: Shanghai (afternoon) - Guiyang Airport

Day 2: Guiyang - Huangguoshu Waterfall - live in Guiyang

Day 3: Guiyang - Xiaoqikong Scenic Area - Thousand Miao Villages - Living in Miao Villages

Day 4: Qianhu Miao Village in Xijiang - Zhenyuan Guzheng - Live in Zhenyuan

Day 5: Zhenyuan - Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area - Live in Guiyang

Day 6: Guiyang - Shanghai

On Day 1, due to the ticket price and convenient time, I booked a flight from Shanghai Pudong to Guiyang after 7:00 pm. Coupled with the delay of the plane and other circumstances, basically it was already after 11 pm when we arrived in Guiyang. The travel agency has notified in advance that the meeting point is at Guiyang North Railway Station at 6:45 in the morning. Therefore, on the first day, I booked a hotel near Guiyang North Railway Station and took a rest.

There is a large gathering place of hotels and B&Bs near Guiyang North Railway Station. The price of the room ranges from 40 yuan a night to 300 yuan a night. I quite recommend Murray's. The room is very clean and the price is not expensive.

Day2: Guiyang - Huangguoshu Waterfall - live in Guiyang

At around 7 o'clock, I successfully met with the tour guide, and the small tour group was established. For a small group of 14 people, the car was refitted from a bus, with 3 seats in a row, and there is a USB port under each seat for charging. The experience from beginning to end was very good.

The first stop is the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The weather is beautiful and the sun is shining. This day's itinerary can be said to be perfect.

The entire Huangguoshu Scenic Area is divided into three parts, in order of play: Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area (3h in the morning), Huangguoshu Waterfall (3h in the afternoon), and Doupotang Scenic Area (40min in the afternoon). November is basically the off-season for tourism, and there are not many people traveling in groups or independently. At the same time, although Guizhou has entered the dry season, the water volume is moderate, all scenic spots are open, and the scenery is beautiful.

In the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, the essence is basically in the lower half, especially the Tianxing Cave and Yinlianzhuitan Waterfall. So if you have the conditions, you must sign up for a pure play group (confirm that you will go to the second half) or simply travel freely. When I came out, I heard many other tour guides said to keep going to the right, so I could only visit the first half. To be honest, there was really nothing in that half, basically artificial attractions.

Tianxingtan looks like an artificial small lake, which is particularly fascinating (the end of the first half).

Tianxing Bridge, a coincidence formed by a falling rock.

Tianxing Cave, the cave is super beautiful. And there are very few people inside, so you can walk on a side road casually and slowly taste the magic of nature.

Yinlian Zhuitan Waterfall

After walking the waterfall, if you are tired, you can choose to take the cable car back to the starting point, or walk for about 15 minutes.

After lunch, we started our second attraction - Huangguoshu Waterfall. There are two-stage escalators in Huangguoshu Scenic Area, with a total length of more than 300 meters and a lifting height of more than 70 meters. It costs 50 yuan for a two-way trip, or 30 yuan for a one-way trip. If you have good physical strength and plenty of time, you can walk down by yourself and take the escalator up. There are several viewing spots along the way down. Standing on the opposite mountain to take pictures of the waterfall is very good.

The weather is beautiful, and under the mist of the falling water of the waterfall, a super large and beautiful rainbow is formed.

Look, rainbow!

Finally, there is the Doupotang Waterfall. There is only one waterfall in this scenic spot, and you can clock in in 40 minutes. After seeing the first two waterfalls, you may feel a little aesthetic fatigue. However, Doupotang Waterfall is the widest waterfall in the scenic area, and it still has its unique feeling.

As the sun sets, bathe in the warm sunshine.

Day3 Early in the morning, we boarded the bus and headed to Libo to start a new journey.

Entering the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area from the west gate, the tour sequence is: Wolongtan - Cuigu Waterfall - Water Forest - 68-level Waterfall - Laya Waterfall - Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. The management of the scenic spot is not bad. The battery car is used to ferry to the next scenic spot, and the queuing time is very short. It is a pity that due to the dry season, Yuanyang Lake has basically dried up and missed a beautiful scenery.

Wolongtan is really green.

Cuigu Waterfall, a waterfall hidden among forest trees.

The Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge is actually not a big attraction, so it might be a bit disappointing to see it.

Finally, on the shuttle bus of the scenic spot, I hurriedly took pictures of Daqikong. Well, it's abandoned

After punching in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot, we drove to Qianhu Miao Village

The 4-hour drive is really a little tiring.

The big gate before entering the Miao Village

Listening to the tour guide's introduction to the Miao Village, and slowly walking through the stone road and the Fengyu Bridge by the river, all the hustle and bustle is gone.

In the evening, I went to the observation deck to see the Miao Village under the night, and I felt a little disappointed. There was no beauty as imagined, and maybe my hopes were too high.

Day4

Get up early in the morning, walk slowly to eat a bowl of beef noodles, and enjoy the Miao village under the sun while digesting food.

After dinner, there is also a performance unique to Miao Village.

Lunch is a long table banquet in Miao Village. But to be honest, the taste of the group meal is not particularly good...

The commercialization of Qianhu Miao Village is actually quite serious. There are basically hotels on both sides of the river, and the snack street is very similar to other ancient towns.

But looking at the grandmothers of the Miao and Buyi ethnic groups walking on the street, I feel that the Miao village is still the same Miao village.

After lunch, head to the next stop - Zhenyuan Ancient Town!

It is a place with the mist and rain of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River and the exotic atmosphere of the minority ethnic groups in the southwest.

Listening to the explanation, walking on the stone street, overlooking the blue brick and white walls of Huizhou architecture, touching the traces of history.

The lights are brilliant at night.

Day5 is another day to get up early and set foot on the last stop of the tour group - Fanjing Mountain

I was frightened on the road. The weather forecast showed that it was raining and the temperature was extremely low. I wondered if I could see the beautiful scenery after going up the mountain.

Sure enough, as the cableway went up the mountain, the clouds and mist gradually became thicker and thicker, and even began to snow...

The trees on the mountain have been frozen, but it is another kind of beauty

The wooden plank road that should have been taken down the cableway has been frozen and blocked, so we can only walk on the stone road on the other side.

When we arrived at the square, the wind was extremely strong, but the clouds and mist still couldn't be blown away. In the end, we could only take a quick photo of the faint red cloud and golden dome.

And in fact, Hongyun Jinding has been closed for a week. Everyone must choose September to October when visiting Fanjing Mountain. November is really a bit cold.

Bye bye, leave regrettable Fanjingshan

Finally, it’s time to go shopping in the urban area of Guiyang, checking in the Internet-famous White House, Huaguoshan Wetland Park, and the Twin Towers.

It is very convenient to choose a hotel in the Huaguoshan business district. This is also a large-scale hotel "concentration camp". There are shopping malls and supermarkets next to it, and there is a lot of room for shopping for souvenirs.

Day6 flight from Guizhou to Pudong, Shanghai.

Guizhou is a magical place, with tall buildings and hillsides like Chongqing; emerald green water waves like Jiuzhaigou; beautiful mountains and clear waters, and mountains and obstacles; the beauty of objective details is majestic and magnificent, and there are many customs and scenery that have not yet been understood by outsiders. topography. Coupled with the colorful ethnic minorities, a short 6-day tour is far from enough.

This trip was not the most perfect, and the regret left behind seems to be that Guizhou is calling us, so come again next time.
