In 2017, I entered Xinjiang for the first time in my life. I started from Lhasa on the Xinjiang-Tibet Line, went to Kashgar, Desert Highway, Duku Highway, etc., and finished most of southern Xinjiang.

The second time I entered Xinjiang in 2018, this trip plan:
D1: Urumqi - Turpan
D2: Turpan - Urumqi
D3: Urumqi - Karamay
D4: Karamay - Fuhai
D5: Fuhai - Burqin
D6: Burqin - Kanas
D7: Kanas - Fuyun
D8: Fuyun - Urumqi

Equipment: 35L backpack, GOPRO6, SLR, drone, notebook, 2 sets of jackets, 1 set of summer clothes.
Vehicle: Highlander four-wheel drive

D1: Urumqi - Turpan

It landed on time at 10:30, and the erratic 3G signal made it difficult even to check WeChat. Pick up the car, eat, and get a haircut in Urumqi by the way, and the fee is 10 yuan. Everything is in place, the first stop is Turpan.
A new journey, it is difficult to express the excitement in my heart. All the way I was recalling that I went to Kashgar in 2017 and took a picture of a Uighur girl, but she ran away shyly. I don't want to eat you, why are you running away, it's inexplicable.


First stop: Karez

D2: Turpan - Urumqi
There are always many reasons for wanting to sleep in. I found an excuse of jet lag, and I have to sleep for another 2 hours. Turpan is close to the Flame Mountain, and the temperature is still as hot as the summer in Chongqing. It is impossible to sleep without the air conditioner.
I dawdled until 90 o'clock to get up, and went out to have breakfast, only to find that many restaurants were closed, which further proved my point of jet lag. After a bowl of ramen, return to Urumqi, and catch up with the International Grand Bazaar.

D3: Urumqi - Karamay
Starting from Urumqi, the traffic jam started. The abnormal route I designed wittily, the speed is 100 per hour, and I am very happy to see the running water car show in the target lane on the expressway. The rules are used to break. Most of the time today was spent on the road, running all the way to Karamay. After a hard work, I still need beer and barbecue to relieve my fatigue.

D4: Karamay - Fuhai
Today is the first day of the itinerary in the true sense. The desolation of Devil City and the waves of Wulungu Lake do not need too many modifiers. All you need is a "super camera" with 576 million pixels for both eyes.

D5: Fuhai - Burqin
Today is still beautiful on the road. The scattered Populus euphratica along the road is mixed in the golden poplar forest, and there is no visual fatigue at all.

D6: Burqin - Kanas
The beginning of the fairy tale, the story of autumn walking in the fallen leaves, inadvertently, walked into the beauty of autumn. The sky is in full bloom, and the earth is intoxicated. The autumn is strong, and the autumn is strong in Li Xin, a glass of wine, full of emotions.
