In fact, I don't need too much gorgeous language, just like my title is so straightforward. "Once in a lifetime, Xinzang Line"!

Sichuan-Tibet line, Yunnan-Tibet line, why should I take the Xin-Tibet line? Every year, only 150,000 tourists from all over the world can take this route. I am honored to be one of them.

Of course, it also requires courage and strength. Starting from Shanghai at 0 altitude, until Gang Rinpoche at 6721, high altitude sickness, vomiting, and brain pain will accompany you!

But the moment you really meet her, you feel it's all worth it. There are not many foreshadowings ahead, so let's start directly!

The inland section from Kashgar to Ali is all Chase RVs, which are very comfortable and can be chartered. The master is also a local who is very familiar with the road conditions.

0-7 degrees in the morning and evening, strong wind, sunglasses and hats are needed. Even in summer, the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, so it is recommended to bring a jacket and fleece. If the temperature is above 20 degrees at noon, bring a dress, and wear running shoes, sun protection clothing and trousers for mountain climbing.

If you don't go to Xinjiang and Tibet, how can you say that the motherland is vast, and there is a time difference, which is generally the case.

The time difference between Urumqi and Beijing is 2 hours behind, and the time difference between Kashgar and Beijing is 3 hours behind.

There is no time difference between Ali, Tibet and Beijing, but the sunset is usually after 21:00.

1. Be sure to maintain a happy mood before departure, never catch a cold, and adjust your physical condition to the best;

2. To make full preparations, it is recommended to do a cardiopulmonary examination on the body before going to the Xinzang line to confirm whether it meets the conditions for taking the Xinzang line;

3. If you feel unwell (cold, fever or other diseases) before departure, please go to the hospital for examination in time. Walking the Xinzang line with a severe cold can easily lead to other altitude sickness, especially pulmonary edema. For those who suffer from colds, it is recommended to go after the cold is cured before departure, and do not take the cold to the Xinzang line.

4. If you have been exercising all the time, you should stop half a month before going to the Xinzang line, because after the exercise, the body consumes more oxygen, which increases the burden on the heart when walking the Xinzang line, but it is easy to cause altitude sickness .

5. Start taking rhodiola two weeks before going to the Xinzang line. When you first arrive in the plateau area, you should not walk fast, do not shout, get on and off the car lightly, and do not run or do strenuous exercise. Overeating, so as not to increase the burden on the digestive organs.

6. The most important thing is that this time we are going to the border, so we need to apply for a border pass, and each checkpoint must bring an ID card for electronic monitoring.

7. Please bring the following cleaning supplies: towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, wet wipes, napkins;

8. It is not recommended to wash your hair in plateau areas, it is best to hold your breath!

9. Important medicines: anti-altitude anti-drugs (Gaoyuanan, Dinuokang Capsules, Rhodiola), antidiarrheal medicines (Xie Liting, Baoji Pills), cold medicines (Contac, Ganmaoling, Gankang), traumatic medicines , anti-inflammatory drugs (Amoslin), antipyretic drugs (Analgin), etc.

10. Do not take pictures without the permission of local people, especially monks and women.

After flying for a full 9 hours, I finally arrived in Xinjiang, which I was thinking of. Looking out from the window all the way, how can people not love the beautiful Xinjiang of our country and its majestic mountains and rivers?

In the evening, we went to the ancient city of Kashgar, where we could take a few big pictures, but it rained for a while and knocked off my clothes.

After dinner, it’s dark night. By the way, I have to explain that the sunset doesn’t come until 9:00 pm. Pay attention to the time difference. Rest early and get ready for the trip to the Xinzang line. It is recommended to come a day or two in advance to adjust and rest in order to adapt.

The most common breakfast in the hotel is naan. It is also recommended to prepare a few to satisfy your hunger during the subsequent journey, because the journey is very far away.

The ancient city of Kashgar is also an old city. There are three welcome performances every day. The earliest is at 9:30 in the morning. There can be interactive performances, which is very good.

Strolling in the streets and alleys full of Uyghur style, you can feel the strong "exotic style", as if you have entered the exotic land of Central Asia, it feels very magical.

You can sit in the century-old teahouse, order a cup of tea, and feel the happiness of local folk artists. Remember to put a piece of brown sugar, which is very sweet.

Looking out of the window, feeling people coming and going, slow life should be like this.

As written on the wall, if you don’t go to Kashgar, you don’t count as going to Xinjiang, remember to come.

There are many streets and alleys in the city, you can stroll freely, take sightseeing and take pictures along the way, it takes about half a day.

The recommended route is to visit the Id Kah Mosque first, then travel east along Qiasa Road, and finally reach the Gaotai folk houses on the east side and Kashgar East Bazaar to end the tour.

The locals bake naans of various flavors, and you can buy a few to eat on the way!

There is a food court in the ancient city of Kashgar that is under construction and is expected to open this year. If you have the opportunity, you must try it.

At lunch time, we chose a restaurant called Izihar Eggplant Ramen to taste the authentic local eggplant ramen. The decoration of the restaurant is also very good.

Have you seen the colorful ramen? It’s super delicious, but a bit spicy. By the way, the mutton skewers cost 5 yuan a skewer. I forgot to take pictures.

Then we went to the base camp of this station. At the foot of the Kunlun Mountains, there is a magical place - the mysterious city of Sitia, with thousands of years of ruins, mottled city gates, dried ancient corpses, swaying branches... left us too Much confusion.

Embark on a dream-seeking journey, ignite the smoke of time and space travel, return to the sonorous era, and search for the lost scenes of the millennium. Even if you can't go back to the distant years, you can vaguely see the former glory of the ancient city through the ruins eroded by wind and rain.

The walls of the ancient city are all ruined, and relics of pottery, porcelain, ashes, braised soil, and human bones can be seen everywhere in the city. The loess platforms in the ruins are either walls or tombs.

In recent years, around the ruins, farmers have unearthed many pottery pots, coins, copper products and decorations. A bronze statue with a height of about 18 cm was unearthed here from the County Bureau of Culture and Sports, and its shape is very exquisite.

A handsome guy came to me on a horse. Although he is not a white horse, he is really handsome! ! !

At night here, you can have roasted whole lamb, bonfires, and dances. Everything is so dedicated!

The next morning, our convoy started, and today’s destination is the zero-kilometer archway of the Xinjiang-Tibet Highway, Kudi Daban, Maza Daban, and Heika Daban Saitula Checkpoint. At an altitude of 3,150 meters, the Warriors' March begins.

The weather is gradually getting better, and it is gradually raining and snowing, but after turning a hill, it will clear up after the rain.

I don’t have any high antipathy, but because of motion sickness, I slept for 6 hours all the way, and I just came down to take a photo when I was resting along the way. Don’t laugh at me, come and try it haha.

Today I almost slept in the hotel. In fact, we felt tired in the car along the way, not to mention the drivers, the refills.

It’s really super beautiful along the way today. What you see is the Karakoram Mountains, isn’t it super beautiful?

Dahongliu Beach, horses on Yema Beach are eating licorice and drinking sweet sea water, and Kangxiwa Martyrs Cemetery, where the ancestors who sacrificed for the defense of the country are buried.

Along the way, we came to Pangongcuo, a city in Japan, which is located on the Sino-Indian border. The lake is long and narrow, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, and the scenery is beautiful. There are a large number of rare birds living here, and it is a blockbuster to take pictures casually.

Pangong Cuo is freshwater, with beautiful surrounding scenery, surrounded by mountains, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The lake water is clear, with a visibility of 3 to 5 meters. Due to factors such as light, depth, brightness, etc., it presents different colors such as dark green, light green and dark blue, which is very beautiful.

At night we arrived at Quanshuigou, where the yaks and sheep were drinking water, and the herdsmen came to see my drone.

When it took off, it happened to be at dusk, and what was particularly beautiful was that I happened to be helping the herdsmen drive the sheep.

The journey has been hard for the past few days, and the rest is basically in the middle of the night, so today I rest almost until noon, and I went to shoot the starry sky of the Ali Observatory at night. Wow, it is a plateau of 5,100 meters.

A few pictures taken by the fellow photography teacher, feeling the charm from the vast universe. There is also Brother Bing taking pictures for you, but you must not move, and you can add WeChat to get one in 15 seconds. Isn't it great? Although it is a little hypoxic, it also increases free oxygen intake.

Finally, like the 6,721-meter Gang Rinpoche, we are about to start marching. We passed the 5,170-meter Qitai Daban and the 5,248-meter Songxi Daban.

Another checkpoint, the sky is blue again, come down for a walk and feel the outdoor air.

When I saw Kaishan Gang Rinpoche on the opposite side, I jumped up excitedly, wow, the teacher next door reminded me to be careful not to be rebellious, so I ignored it at the time.

After a glimpse, we continued on our way, and we went to the Kejia Temple in Pulan County.

As the border between China and Nepal, this is the only way for Nepal to enter Pulan, China. You will see many foreigners.

Kejia means "settlement" in Tibetan. It is difficult to verify the year when Kejia Temple was built. It is said that the residents in Gar area who are good at casting Buddha statues transported a Guanyin statue by horse-drawn cart one day to the Kongque River. The carriage was suddenly stuck by a stone, and no matter what they did, they couldn't move on, so people built a temple at the place where the carriage stopped, named Kejia Temple.

Kejia Temple is small in scale, and the murals and layout in the hall are inevitably a bit mottled due to disrepair for a long time.

But from another perspective, it exudes a primitive and simple flavor. There is a river beach and beautiful red reeds at the entrance of Kejia Temple.

The monks in the temple introduced us to the origin of the temple, and finally took us into a completely dark place, bowed our heads and stretched out our feet, and could only touch the wall with our hands, feeling a different world.

There are many places in the temple that can be photographed. By the way, only the exterior buildings can be photographed. Please note that you cannot photograph the inside. Isn't there a yellow door very bright?

Just as he was about to leave, he suddenly heard the sound of playing the sheng. It turned out that the monk had climbed to the roof and was playing the sheng.

The locals who came and went, twirling the prayer wheel and talking step by step.

The flowers bloom very vigorously, and the beauty is as touching as the Kejia Temple.

Koja Temple

Address: Kejia Village, Pulan Town, Pulan County, Tibet Autonomous Region

Transportation: Kejia Temple is 19 kilometers south of Pulan County, and you need to charter a car to go there. The road is quite rough, and there are several streams where the snow mountains melt during the rainy season. The view is quite nice.

I met a herdsman on the side of the road, driving a cow that was strolling and grazing, each costing 10,000 yuan, hello rich woman.

The convoy continued to move forward, the convoy listened to rest, and my drone was also taking off, recording all the beautiful things.

Along the way, the car drove the winding mountain road, feeling the collision back and forth, we are going to Zanda soil forest.

Affected by the orogenic movement, the stratum deposited at the bottom of the lake has been cut by flowing water for a long time, and gradually weathered and denuded, forming a special geological landform.

The "trees" in the soil forest are tens of meters high and low, and they are in various poses. When a car travels among them, it is like circling around the soles of many giants.

As a special landform combination, the Zanda soil forest is rich and varied in form. Macroscopically, there are undulating, layered forests, steep and slow, and magnificent soil forest groups along the banks of the Xiangquan River. A rare spectacle of "soil forest landform".

These peculiar "earthy mountains and forests" landforms were formed by the lake basin sediments in this area in ancient times under the influence of the Himalayan orogeny, as the water level dropped, the lake basin was raised, and it was formed under the erosion of climate and river water. of.

Chasing the footsteps of the sun along the way, I took pictures of the towering castles, watchtowers, pagodas, etc. that there is no father-in-law, and the steep and steep rocks are famous natural landscapes in the Ngari area.

However, about 1100 years ago, in the same afterglow, there stood the palaces and temples of the once powerful Guge Kingdom.

From the existing ruins, it can be imagined that the scene at that time was huge, far from being comparable to the scene in front of us.

Viewing point: the Xiangquan River Valley platform a few hundred meters south of the county seat is a good place to watch the earth forest.

From the car, the scenery I took was not bad, and the beautiful scenery along the way made me unable to put down my camera and mobile phone.

Zada soil forest

This journey, my favorite destination - Guge Kingdom ruins, not one of them.

Starting at 6:30, shooting the sunrise, until the sun rose, and then climbing the 5,000-meter ruins, until 11:30 when I went down the mountain, I was exhausted and very satisfied.

Now you can't drive to the entrance, you have to take a 20 yuan battery car to go there, plus a total of 100 yuan for tickets.

The ruins of the Guge Dynasty are located on a 300-meter-high loess slope 2 kilometers away from Zhaburang Village, Zanda County. Houses, pagodas and caves are densely distributed throughout the mountain, forming a huge ancient building complex. The site is divided into upper, middle and lower floors, followed by palaces, temples and dwellings.

The Guge Dynasty was established in the first half of the 10th century AD, and 16 hereditary kings successively inherited it. Its palace and castle also continued to expand from the 10th century, and reached its peak, and ended after the collapse of the Tubo Dynasty in the 17th century.

There are city walls around the ruins of the dynasty, and watchtowers at the four corners. The entire site is built on a small earth hill, and there are buildings and caves with the same color as the earth everywhere. The entire building is large in scale, rigorous in layout, and majestic.

From the entrance at the foot of the mountain, go up the mountain along the path, and there are several well-preserved temple buildings on the mountainside, namely the Red Hall, the White Hall and the Tara Hall.

The four walls of the hall are covered with exquisite murals, the style of the paintings is rough and the colors are heavy, the colors are still bright despite years of experience, and the gold lacquer on some murals is still shining and dazzling.

These murals that record the lineage of the Guge kings and reflect the political, economic activities and cultural customs of the Guge area are unique in the entire Tibet region, and are of great ornamental and archaeological value.

However, the doors of these main halls are usually locked, and Tibetan guides who call for ticket checking are required to open the doors. Around the temple, there are more than a dozen caves, which also hide ancient weapons such as shields, armor and broadswords.

There is a secret passage connecting the mountainside, and you can directly reach the palace on the top of the mountain along the secret passage. There is a relatively well-preserved building in the palace, which is said to be the meeting hall of the Guge Dynasty.

Walk out of the gate of the ruins, go south for about a few hundred meters, and go around along the path beside the cliff. There is a cave about 2 meters above the ground. This is the most mysterious corpse cave in the Guge ruins. I did not see. . .

It's very worth seeing, and you have to go early and there are few people, otherwise it will be hot and crowded at noon, and you won't be able to shoot anything.

By the way, I didn't say what souvenirs and local accessories to buy along the way. You can go to the Nepalese and Indian markets in Pulan, which is also where they live.

Some characteristic handicrafts, ornaments, and carvings are still worth seeing and bargaining.

This trip to the new Tibet line is also the second time I have arrived in the Tibetan area, and I have felt a lot of differences. I look forward to seeing you next time, and I will send you a few beautiful photos, 88.
