First stop: downtown Kunming
At the end of February this year, three local photographers and I joined the 8-day "Traveling the World" shooting activity. The gathering place was in downtown Kunming. The location of this trip was Dongchuan Red Land→Luoping→Puzhe Black→Yuanyang. In order to watch the red-billed gulls flying from Siberia for the winter, we arrived in Kunming one day earlier and took this opportunity to visit Cuihu Lake and Dianchi Lake.

The second stop: Dongchuan Red Land
Dongchuan Red Land is like a huge palette, with different combinations of lines, color blocks, and lighting, presenting abstract paintings to you anytime and anywhere, which can test the photographer's ability to compose pictures.

Third stop: Luoping
Luoping is famous for photographing rapeseed flowers. We went to Luoluotian, Jinjifengcong, and Jiulong Waterfall to shoot successively. Screw field is one of the most famous shooting spots of rape blossoms. The terraced fields here are circular and look like swirls on screws from a distance; The Jiulong Waterfall Group ranks third among the six most beautiful waterfalls in China. There are ten waterfalls distributed along the two-kilometer-long river, connected by shallows or deep pools, presenting you with a string of pearl ribbons.

Fourth stop: Puzhehei
Puzhehei, I didn’t take photos with the group at this stop due to some business. I just climbed Qinglong Mountain on the morning of the day I left. I climbed the mountain to see Puzhehei in the morning mist, and felt the misty and ethereal scenery of lakes and mountains. I was very satisfied!

Fifth stop: Yuanyang
Yuanyang has the largest and most beautiful terraced fields in China. There are too many pictures to take. Because of the beauty here, it is not easy to take a good picture of it. We just passed by in a hurry...
